Estella's Arraigned

Victor calls Victoria and asks her to come over. Ashley comes into the room and Victor advises her not to go to the courthouse today where Estella's arraignment is being held because it might upset her. Victor remarks that he doesn't think the case is airtight against her. Adam walks through the front door and when asked where he was, he tells his father he needed some fresh air. He admits he didn't sleep much last night and Victor assures him he isn't alone - he's going to keep looking for a way for Adam to get his sight back. Adam goes upstairs. Victor remembers when he found out Hope was pregnant and how she was afraid she could pass on her condition to her baby. Victor says he feels like he failed both Hope and Adam and he doesn't blame Adam for being angry.

At the coffeehouse, Nikki tells J.T. she thinks Estella was framed by Adam. J.T. wonders if there is any evidence to back this up and Nikki admits there isn't anything solid yet. Victoria comes over and they continue to debate on whether or not Adam could be scaring Ashley. Victoria tells them they might as well all go spit on Sabrina's grave! She leaves to get more coffee and J.T. explains to Nikki that Victoria has been upset about Sabrina lately.

At the coffeehouse, Noah sees Rafe and asks him how he can become an emancipated minor! Rafe tells him he has to be able to support himself and he also has to have a place to live. Rafe tells Noah to come by his office later because he's due in court for Estella's arraignment. Noah receives a call from Nick, requesting Noah meet him and Sharon at the Club. Nick tells Noah they have important news to tell him. Noah agrees to meet them at the Club.

Sharon and Nick sit in the dining room at the Club and Nick talks about how their lives are coming together - they've found a house and soon they will have the paternity results. Noah arrives and they tell him they've found a house to buy - they can all live together as a family again. Noah says the house sounds nice, but he isn't going to move in - he doesn't want to live with them! Noah says he doesn't want Summer to go through what he went through with visitations. Noah tells them that they'll probably screw up the baby as well! He goes on to say he's going to file for emancipation. Sharon points out that they haven't abused or neglected them and thinks Noah's over-reacting. She says family therapy would be a better choice. Nick wants to know if Noah has filed yet and Noah admits he hasn't, but he's talked to a lawyer. Nick accuses Noah of wanting to file for emancipation in order to live with Eden. Noah tells them it isn't about Eden - they just don't understand. Nick says Noah shouldn't be in such a rush to grow up, but Noah says he isn't going to continue talking with them if they are only going to make fun of him.

In her room at the Club, Mary Jane talks to her kitty about how she is going to live happily with Jack, but sometimes men just need a little nudging! Jack comes in and wants to know what the important business is? Mary Jane strips and asks what's more important than keeping the CEO of the company happy? They kiss and head for the bed to make love. After making love, Mary Jane imagines she tells Jack she's falling for him and he reciprocates the sentiment. In reality, Jack's phone ring and Mary Jane asks if it's Phyllis? Jack is confused by her question. Mary Jane tries to make love to him again, but Jack stops her. He reiterates that their relationship is only about sex and he doesn't want to see her get hurt. Mary Jane says she has no intention of getting hurt. She tells Jack she'll see him later and shows him out. She tells kitty that it's happening, but she needs to take it slow.

Heather comes to Adam's room and wonders if everything is okay - he sounded very upset on the phone. Adam apologizes for how he acted yesterday. He tells Heather that thanks to Victor leaving him in prison - where he was stuck in the eyes with needles - he is no longer a candidate for a trial for his eye disease. Adam blames all of his troubles on Victor. Heather tells him they will have a life together in the future, but Adam says he's useless now. Heather assures Adam he is intelligent, caring, and that she loves him. They kiss passionately and make love. Adam tells her she's the only person he trusts now.

J.T. and Victoria arrive at the Ranch. Victoria tells Victor it was very difficult for her to learn that he had Sabrina's statue removed and to see him take her portrait down. Victor admits it was hard for him, too. He wants Victoria to help him rebuild his art collection and Victoria is moved. She says that this action shows her that her father understands and that she's going to make Sabrina very proud. When Victoria leaves, J.T. thanks Victor for doing that - it means a lot to Victoria and made her happy. He tells Victor Nikki believes Estella was framed. Victor wonders who else could have set up Estella. Victor wonders about Mary Jane. They discover Mary Jane has been at the Ranch quite often! Victor says he'll take it from here. J.T. leaves. Adam listens as Victor calls Mary Jane and arranges to meet with her outside his home.

At the courthouse, Estella is upset and Nikki tries to reassure her. They are both surprised when Ashley appears and says Estella will be brought to justice! Estella goes into the courtroom and Nikki tells Ashley Estella was framed - most likely by Adam! Ashley says Adam has been there for her and her baby many times and couldn't have framed Estella. Rafe appears and tells Ashley the charges against Estella will be thrown out, but it won't undo the emotional stress that she and Victor have put Estella through. Rafe goes into the courtroom and is able to get Estella out of prison on bail. Before she leaves, Ashley tells Estella she might be free for now, but it won't last. Ashley demands to know why Heather didn't oppose bail and Heather tells her Estella has no prior record, is not a flight risk, and the evidence is circumstantial. Nikki tells Ashley an innocent woman is being punished because she and Victor cannot see who is really trying to hurt her.

Jack walks into the Club dining room in time to hear Noah tell his parents they are too screwed up to handle their own lives, let alone his. Jack comes over and says it's a big deal to become an emancipated minor and asks to speak with Noah alone. He tells Noah his parents love him. Noah says they ruined so many people's lives, including Jack's. Jack denies this, but Noah doesn't believe it. Jack encourages Noah to wait a few weeks to make a final decision on becoming emancipated. Noah agrees and leaves. As Jack walks back over to Sharon and Nick, Sharon get s call notifying her that the paternity results are in. Jack says he knows Sharon hopes Nick is the father and he hopes she gets her wish.

At the coffeehouse, Victoria expresses her excitement about rebuilding her father's collection. J.T. sets some ground rules - no more meeting with strange guys in dark alleys! Victoria decides which piece she will acquire first and makes a call about it. The same man who threw the glass when he found out Daniel was out on bail takes the call!

Victor meets with Mary Jane. He says she's crossed boundaries before and now she's doing it again - getting involved with his family, wandering on his property, and stabbing him in the back - does she think she's going to get away with it?! Victor asks her several questions, including if she recognizes the spot - where Sabrina's statue was. She doesn't understand what he's talking about. He tells her the statue was mutilated and she denies having anything to do with it. Victor tells her to keep focused on Jack Abbott alone.

Nikki talks to Rafe after court. She says she suspects Adam of framing Estella. She tells him about how Adam has lied to her and how Sabrina's voice was coming out of his computer. Rafe is definitely interested.

Paul Receives A Restraining Order!

The Young and the Restless update for Thursday June 11, 2009:

At the hospital J.T. wonders why on earth he let Victoria go undercover. Nikki arrives and wants to know what happened! The doctor comes out and says Victoria is fine, but they are going to do a CT scan to make sure. She also says they need to observe her because she's had a serious head injury in the past. Nikki calls Victor to alert him to what is going on.

Daniel and Jana try to explain the situation with the art piece to Kevin and Amber. Amber and Kevin are both shocked that Daniel would risk his life over a painting! Daniel finishes his story by telling everyone he has been framed for fake Aucker's murder and he's in a lot of trouble now. Daniel insists they need to get out of there now because the apartment is the first place the FBI is going to look for him. Daniel opens the door to leave, but the FBI is already there! Harold Aucker wants to know where Daniel was tonight and he tells the agent he was at home sketching. Aucker tells Daniel Victoria has been injured and Daniel inquires if she's all right. Aucker also informs him that a murder took place. In response to this, Daniel asks if Victoria saw anything. Aucker insists that because Daniel didn't ask who was murdered, he must already know! Daniel says he assumed it was someone involved in the art forgery scheme. Aucker shows Daniel a picture of the victim and Daniel confirms that this is the man who scammed him. Aucker leaves telling Daniel he will be keeping his eye on him and he plans to prove that Daniel and the rest of them are lying. Amber tells Daniel they can leave town now, but Daniel points out her designs are just starting to take off. Amber says she'll give all of that up. Kevin points out Jana is an accessory to murder - she told Daniel where the sting was going down! Daniel decides it's best to tell the truth.

Heather and Paul sit at the coffeehouse and talk. She teases him about being hauled down to the police station. Paul explains that he did some digging in Mary Jane's past and some things just didn't add up. He says when he confronted her about it, she overreacted, which makes him believe she's hiding something even more. Paul tells Heather what he found out and she wonders why this is so important to him. He tells her he swears he knows Mary Jane from somewhere - there's a strange connection. Heather says she hates it when pieces of the puzzle don't fit together. Suddenly, Mary Jane approaches with a man and Paul is served a restraining order! Heather is shocked any judge would grant a restraining order. She gives Mary Jane a dirty look as Paul is forced to leave the Club to obey the order.

At the Ranch, Victor thanks Adam for looking out for Ashley while he was away. Adam tells Victor it's the least he could do after everything Victor's done for him. Ashley appears and flashes back to falling down the stairs. Victor asks her what's wrong. She tells Victor she had a nightmare while he was gone and Adam suddenly asks her if she wants some tea. Victor gets a call from Nikki, informing him about Victoria, and he heads to the hospital. Adam remembers the night of the accident. Ashley comes in with some tea and toast and they sit down. She tells Adam she just felt the baby kick and puts his hand on her belly so he can feel it, too! Adam calls the doctor, who comes over. He asks the doctor how Ashley could be feeling the baby if there is none? The doctor tells Adam Ashley is having a hysterical pregnancy and it would be very traumatic for Ashley if he let her continue to believe she still has a baby inside her. He insists Adam needs to stop this now! Ashley appears and the doctor claims he's there to follow-up with her. He checks her out and tells her everything is as it should be. Ashley wants the doctor to meet Victor. When Ashley leaves the room to get some coffee for the doctor, he worries about what Victor will do if he finds out what's going on. Adam says he doesn't need to worry about Victor, but if he doesn't do what Adam wants, he needs to worry about him!

Victor joins J.T. and Nikki at the hospital. J.T. explains to him how he found Mary Jane on the property and that's why he was late getting to the bar and why he wasn't there when Victoria got injured.

Aucker visits Victoria in her hospital room. He asks her what happened. She tells him she went into the alley and called Balfour's name, she heard someone running away, found the body, and then the crates fell on her. She says she only saw J.T. in the alley. Victor, Nikki, and J.T. come into the room and Victor asks J.T. to escort the FBI agent out. Victor and Nikki visit with their daughter while J.T. tells Aucker to stay away from his wife outside the room. Aucker insists J.T. can't stop him because it's a federal investigation. J.T. threatens him. Victor and Nikki return to the hallway where Paul has arrived. Paul apologizes for being so late and tells them about Mary Jane and the restraining order. Victor says this is the second time he's heard Mary Jane's name tonight and asks Paul what he's going to do. The doctor interrupts and tells them Victoria only has a concussion and she can go home tonight.

Daniel, Amber, Kevin, and Jana find Aucker at Jimmy's bar and tell him the whole truth about what happened. Aucker accuses Daniel of being the fake Aucker's accomplice! Daniel tells him some man with a ski mask shot the victim, but Aucker says they found the gun and it has Daniel's fingerprints on it. Daniel admits he was afraid the fake Aucker would use the gun, so he picked it up and threw it away before he ran off. Aucker asks what happened to the briefcase of money and Daniel says he doesn't know anything about that. Aucker tells them the bottom line is two men went into the alley, only one came out alive, and $100,000 and a painting is missing. Before he leaves, Aucker tells Daniel if the money shows up in his possession, he's going to jail for a very long time!

Before Victor leaves the hospital, Nikki asks him how Ashley is doing. She admits she saw her talking to Sabrina's statue. He says perhaps Ashley finds it therapeutic. Nikki also tells him some strange things happened while he was away. Nikki tells him everything that happened - including how Adam told her Ashley went out with Jack when she stopped to check on her, how he sent the maid home with the night off, and how a strange doctor came to examine Ashley. Nikki says she feels badly for Adam, but she doesn't trust him - something was very wrong in that house last night. Victor assures her he will check it out.

As Paul and Nikki have coffee at Crimson Lights, she asks him if he's doing okay. He responds that the restraining order adds spice to his life. She's disappointed when she finds out Paul plans to keep digging into Mary Jane's pat. He assures Nikki he won't violate the restraining order, but now he's more determined than ever to figure out why Mary Jane gets so freaked out when he's around.

Mary Jane holds a picture of Paul next to her "enemies" scrapbook in her room at the Club. She says to herself out loud, "I can't do it. I don't want to be enemies with you, Paul."

The man wearing a ski mask goes into the coffeehouse and slips the briefcase full of money behind the counter!

Once back at the Ranch, Victor asks Adam and Ashley about the strange things that happened while he was away. Victor says he'd like to meet the new doctor and Ashley assures him he will. Ashley tells Victor the baby kicked earlier while he was out and she's sorry he missed it. Ashley heads upstairs. Victor stops Adam before he heads to bed and tells him Nikki mentioned he gave the maid the night off the other night. Adam says he did. Victor tells Adam he doesn't want him to be in the house alone with Ashley - he always wants someone else to be in the house as well. Adam wonders why Victor doesn't want him to be alone with Ashley. Victor reminds him that Ashley is fragile right now and Adam cannot see! After Victor goes upstairs, Adam whispers, "Sorry, Victor, but we're doing things my way now!"

Mary Jane - The Spy

The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday June 9, 2009:

Sharon awakens at the Club in bed while Nick emerges from the shower and joins her in bed. Sharon says that Jack will be worried about her because she didn't come home last night. Nick tells her he already knows.

Phyllis wakes up on her sofa to find Jack sitting in a chair beside her. Phyllis thanks Jack for taking her home from the Club and staying with her. She says J.T. will be bringing Summer home, so Jack decides to leave. Mary Jane watches Jack leave outside and whispers that Phyllis cannot steal her man!

Daniel talks to Jana on the phone and tells her he can't let the fake Aucker sell the forged painting. He tells Jana he's going to go to the ally to stop Aucker before he meets with Victoria. Daniel prepares to leave, but Amber comes in and starts kissing him, telling him they have to celebrate. Daniel tells Amber they can celebrate later - he needs to go out and get supplies. Amber says he's lying - he doesn't want her! Daniel is afraid another relationship talk is approaching. Amber tells Daniel they are celebrating the fact that one year ago Katy Pary told Amber she liked her designs. She shows him a bra design she made just for him and Daniel gives in and makes love to her. After making love, Amber talks about how great things are for them and how she was afraid of Kevin when they were on the run. Amber finally falls asleep. Daniel sneaks out. After he's gone, Amber sits up and asks, "Okay, Daniel, what are you up to?" She makes a phone call to someone and tells them she thinks they have trouble!

J.T. comes home after taking Summer home to Phyllis. He walks in on Aucker putting a wire on Victoria. J.T. is annoyed and angry that Victoria didn't talk to him about going undercover. J.T. forbids her to go undercover to catch the fake Aucker. Victoria tells him this decision is hers and she wants to do it - she feels Sabrina would tell her do it as well. The FBI agent assures J.T. that Vikki will be safe, but he's not convinced. Victoria says it's the right thing to do! J.T. says he admires Victoria's courage, but he's also scared. He finally agrees to let Vikki participate in the operation, but says he's going with her!

At the Ranch, Ashley waits to see Adam's friend, the doctor. She tells him she's anxious because she doesn't feel the baby as much, but admits she's not cramping as much as she was last night, either. Ashley heads upstairs to rest and wait for the doctor and the doorbell rings. Nikki has arrived and she confronts Adam about lying to her last night. Nikki insists on seeing Ashley now! She starts to head upstairs, but finds a towel on the floor and hands it to Adam before heading upstairs. Adam is relieved Nikki didn't see the blood on the towel. The doctor arrives and Ashley and Nikki come downstairs to meet him. Nikki is skeptical of the doctor, but Ashley wants to know that her baby is okay. The doctor examines her and says she and the baby are fine. He hands her some anti-anxiety medication, which Nikki is concerned about. Nikki thinks Ashley should get a second opinion, but she refuses to let Nikki call Olivia.

After Summer has been brought home, Mary Jane knocks on the door and wants to know how Phyllis is doing. Phyllis tells Mary Jane she doesn't want to discuss it in front of her daughter. She introduces Mary Jane to Summer and sends Summer upstairs to get a doll to show Mary Jane. Phyllis tells Mary Jane Nick came home last night, but only long enough to tell her that he's leaving her! Nick arrives at the door - ringing the doorbell - and Summer runs to him. Mary Jane leaves and Phyllis sends Summer to play with her dollhouse upstairs. Nick emphasizes he thinks it's important for his daughter to see him everyday and Phyllis agrees with him. Summer's new teacher arrives to drive her to school and tells Nick and Phyllis she loves their love story in Restless Style. After Summer's teacher goes upstairs with Summer, Phyllis tells Nick the teacher thinks they are a perfect couple and so did she. Nick says he wishes this didn't hurt Phyllis so much and he still has feeling for her. Phyllis tells Nick that she thinks he's making a mistake. Phyllis asks Nick to leave and he does. Outside, Mary Jane watches Nick leave and says to herself that Phyllis blew it - she chased him away! Inside, the teacher tells Phyllis Summer has been acting out in school - throwing fits when she doesn't get her way - and suggests Summer may need therapy. Phyllis assures her that they'll work it out. Summer and her teacher leave for school.

Jack and Sharon meet in the Club's dining room. Sharon tries to tell Jack she got in very late last night, but finally admits the truth - she didn't come home at all. Jack asserts he understands her ending up with Nick - it was fate. Sharon is afraid Jack will hate her, but Jack assures her that he will always love her. He says he knows raising the baby together is no longer in the cards, but if the baby is his, he will be a father to it. Jack tells Sharon not to feel guilty. Sharon suddenly feels the baby kick for the first time and Jack has to excuse himself - he is heartbroken.

Victor meets with a doctor who needs funding for stem cell research at the Club. Victor has bought the company and has provided the funding for the research. The doctor assures Victor he will do everything he can to make sure Adam regains his sight!

At the Ranch, the doctor goes upstairs to Adam's room. He tells Adam Ashley had a miscarriage and he doesn't know how Adam convinced her otherwise. Adam threatens the doctor with the letters Skye and her friends wrote about how the doctor sexually assaulted them. He tells the doctor if he does not keep quiet, he will show the letters to the AMA! Nikki enters and the doctor leaves. Nikki wonders where the staff is and Adam admits he gave them the night off. Nikki says she'll be back in a couple of hours to check on Ashley. Once she's outside, she calls Victor and asks him to call her ASAP.

Jack arrives at the tackhouse again and Mary Jane watches as he and Phyllis embrace. Jack tells Phyllis how he felt the baby kick when he was with Sharon on top of everything else. Phyllis tells him he doesn't deserve this. They are startled when a dead black bird comes crashing through the window and lands beside them!

Adam joins Ashley downstairs. Ashley is looking at baby clothes and feels relieved after seeing the doctor. She thanks Adam for helping her get through the night. Just then, Victor arrives and asks what Adam helped her get through? Ashley tells Victor how glad she is he's home. Victor reads Nikki's text when his phone signals him. Victor talks to the baby he thinks is inside Ashley's stomach and Adam watches and listens from around the corner.

Nick returns to the Club and meets Sharon. Sharon says she's sure Phyllis wants to kill her, but Nick says it'd be better if Phyllis were angry instead of in so much pain. Sharon tells Nick the baby kicked when she saw Jack earlier. They kiss.

As J.T. leaves the house to follow Victoria and Aucker on their mission, he sees Mary Jane cutting through the property. Mary Jane tells J.T. she was just taking a walk, but he grabs hold of her and tells her this is private property and she needs to tell him who she is and what she's doing here!

Nick and Phyllis Are Over

The Young and the Restless update for Friday June 5, 2009:

Jack stops by the Ranch and tells Adam he's going upstairs to see Ashley. Adam tells Jack that Ashley's sleeping and he shouldn't disturb her. Upstairs, Ashley dreams of Sabrina calling her name. Ashley goes out into the hallway where she finds a veiled Sabrina. Sabrina says, "Victor's mine, stay away!" Ashley screams and Jack hurries upstairs to check on her. Adam smirks. Ashley tells Jack she had a nightmare. She says she dreamed of Sabrina before and she was peaceful, but this time Sabrina wanted to kill her! Adam listens in on his laptop while Ashley tells Jack how Sabrina was wearing a veil and the purple gala dress she found on her bed on her birthday. Jack reassures Ashley it was just a dream. Ashley finds out Olivia sent Jack to check on her and she's angry about that, but Jack says they're just concerned about her. Jack suggests Ashley come home with him for a couple of days - just until Victor gets back, but Ashley doesn't want to leave the Ranch. Adam walks into the bedroom and tells Jack the storm is too bad to be driving a pregnant woman around in!

Gloria and Jeff continue to develop their plan to get revenge on Victor in their penthouse. Gloria is worried about taking Victor on. Jeff gets a call from his PI telling him Victor just left on his jet and Mary Jane's at the Club. Gloria and Jeff leave to go to the Club.

At the Club's bar, Sharon asks Mary Jane if there's a problem. Mary Jane explodes that there wouldn't be a problem if Sharon would just back off and leave Jack alone! Mary Jane tells Sharon that she's selfish and she doesn't appreciate Jack enough. Sharon tries to leave, but Mary Jane grabs her arm. Paul and Nikki intercede, but Mary Jane wants to know how Sharon could allow Jack to raise her baby that may not even be his! Before she leaves, Mary Jane tells Sharon to do the right thing for once and let Jack go. Nikki pulls Sharon aside and asks about Jack not being the only possible father, but Sharon tells Nikki she's had enough judgment for one night and leaves. Gloria plops down by Nikki and tells her that she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch all alone without Victor in this storm. She wonders how Ashley and Victor are doing these days, and Nikki is baffled by Gloria's sudden concern for Ashley.

At the Club's bar, Jeff chats with Mary Jane. She brushes him off, thanks him for the drink, and walks away. Nikki wonders what Jeff is doing at the bar with Mary Jane and Gloria said she could never keep a leash on him. Nikki believes she and Jeff are trying to get revenge on Ashley and Gloria denies it adamantly.

Nick ponders on how to tell Phyllis what he's decided - he says there's no easy way to tell her. She comes to the realization that he wants to be with Sharon instead of her. Nick tells her not to shut down - to throw something, yell, or cry - let it out. Phyllis tells Nick even if she had any tears left, she wouldn't waste them on him. Phyllis says she doesn't understand why Nick is leaving her if it's not for Sharon. Nick reminds Phyllis that Sharon is with Jack, and Phyllis realizes that Nick wants to make himself available so that Sharon will leave Jack for him. She tells Nick not to deny the truth. Nick finally admits he's leaving Phyllis for Sharon, whether he wants to admit that or not. He says he thought his feelings for Sharon would fade, but they haven't done so. Phyllis says she bought into the fantasy, too. Nick says he wishes he could spare her this pain and tells Phyllis how grateful he was to find her after Cassie died. Phyllis wonders if she was merely a therapist with benefits, but Nick says he loves her - her passion and drive. He says he has history with Sharon, though, and a family. Phyllis becomes irate yelling that she and Summer didn't ask for this! She calms down, though, and wonders what she's going to tell Summer when she asks why daddy isn't living with them anymore. Nick offers to sit down with Phyllis and talk with Summer, but Phyllis tells him to leave and go to Sharon. Nick says he'll get a room at the Club. Phyllis tells him he can see Summer whenever he wants, but she won't be there.

While Jack argues with Ashley about staying at the Ranch, he gets a call from Phyllis. He tells Ashley he has an emergency and leaves. Adam tells Ashley to get some sleep before he leaves her room. In the hallway, Jack grabs Adam by the collar and tells him if anything happens to Ashley while he's gone, he's going to hold Adam personally responsible! After Jack leaves, Adam tells the maid to go home. She insists she was to stay and watch over him and Ashley, but Adam tells her there's no need to stay. She goes home.

Paul goes to Mary Jane's room to see if she's okay after her outburst downstairs at the Club. Mary Jane says she's tired of women like Sharon, women who string men along without a second thought about who gets hurt in the process. Paul remarks that it sounds like Mary Jane has been hurt before, but she evades the comment by telling Paul she's really tired. Paul is about to leave, but turns around and tells Mary Jane something inside of him is telling him he should care about her. Outside her door, Jeff sees Paul leaving Mary Jane's room and believes Paul is having an affair with her!

Jack arrives at the tackhouse. Phyllis tells Jack Nick has left for good this time for Sharon. Jack is convinced that Sharon won't leave him because she's committed to raising the baby with him. Phyllis tells Jack as soon as Sharon realizes she and Nick are getting divorced, she will leave Jack for Nick and the sooner they accept this, the easier it will be for both of them. Jack tells Phyllis he proposed to Sharon earlier that night, but she had reasons as to why she was not ready. Phyllis says Sharon was waiting to see what Nick was going to do! They talk about how they've both been in denial. Suddenly, Jack kisses Phyllis! They make love and Mary Jane watches them from the window outside. She has tears in her eyes.

At the Club, Sharon sees Nick going into his room. Nick tells her it's over between himself and Phyllis. Sharon tells him she still has her room there and she needs some time to think because she's so overwhelmed right now. Nick invites her in. Mary Jane sees Sharon go into Nick's room and says, "Poor Jack!" Inside Nick's room, he tells Sharon he left Phyllis because he is still in love with her. Sharon wonders if he still loves Phyllis, and Nick says a part of him will always love Phyllis, but not the same way he loves Sharon. Sharon says she should go, but Nick says he wants her, he wants them, and he wants it all back. He says he won't deny he has feelings for Phyllis, but he can't be devoted to her alone the way she wants him to be. Sharon says she can't believe this is real - that her dream has come true! They kiss and make love.

Nikki and Paul are downstairs at the Club. She tells Paul that Victoria called and she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch alone in this storm with Victor being away, but she can't check on Ashley because she has the kids. Nikki decides to go over to the Ranch to check on Ashley and to meet Paul at home later.

Gloria and Jeff are back at the penthouse and compare their results. Gloria is disappointed because she didn't get any information out of Nikki. Jeff tells Gloria Mary Jane is sleeping with Nikki's fiance, too! They laugh out loud together.

Ashley is awakened from her sleep by Sabrina calling her name again. Ashley grabs a flashlight and begins to look for whoever is calling her. Ashley reaches the top of the staircase and hears someone call her name behind her. She turns around to see a veiled figure. She grabs the veil off the figure and sees Adam in a long black wig. Ashley's startled and falls down the stairs! Adam runs down the stairs and begs Ashley to wake up as Nikki begins to knock on the door to check on Ashley!

Ashley Wants to be Sabrina?

At the coffeehouse, Ashley and Olivia eat cake - it's Ashley's birthday. Ashley promises to take it easy, telling Olivia that she and Victor have a dinner for two planned later.

Kay and Lauren run into each other at Crimson Lights as well. They talk about Kevin's progress and the fact that Gloria gaslit Katherine in order to get those Jabot shares. Lauren tells Katherine Sharon stole $10,000 worth of merchandise from Fenmore's and she's pressing charges.

Sharon sits with Heather in the Club dining room. She is about to confess to taking all of the stolen items when Nick comes up to them and pulls Sharon aside. He asks her what she's thinking - she's about to self-destruct! He wants Sharon to drop the charges against Phyllis, but Sharon refuses. Nick says he's sick of Sharon and Phyllis arguing with each other. He asks Sharon if he wants her to take away Noah's mother and step-mother on the same day - the anniversary of Cassie's accident?! Nick asks Sharon to tear up her confession and to drop the charges against Phyllis, but she says she can't. She does agree, though, to wait a while until Nick returns.

Jack arrives at the police station and wonders where Nick is. Phyllis said he should be coming, and tells Jack she's made a mess of things. Jack says he knows that she made the mess in Sharon's room - the disaster had her written all over it! Jack points out that she and Sharon have each had each other arrested, and Phyllis is going to lose Nick if she doesn't quit scheming and harassing Sharon. At first Phyllis tries to defend herself, but eventually accepts her responsibility. Jack says this is a wake-up call to her. Jack suggests Phyllis show some understanding towards Sharon and her situation. Before Jack leaves, Phyllis tells him he's a good friend.

Neil finds Olivia at Crimson Lights and tells her he's given his resignation at Newman. But now, he's second-guessing himself. Olivia tells him he should listen to his gut - just as he should have before he married Karen. Olivia points out that his attraction to Tyra before he married Karen should have told him he wasn't ready to be completely committed to Karen. Neil admits he didn't feel the same way with Karen that he felt with Dru. He says he still misses Dru. Olivia says Tyra might be the right one for him and she might not be, but whoever is will be a lucky woman. Neil says he's going to begin figuring it out right now and gets out his phone to call Tyra.

At Newman, Victor and Victoria talk about Neil's resignation from the company. Victoria tells Victor that Phyllis was arrested for vandalizing Sharon's room, and Victor wonders when Phyllis and Sharon will learn to get along. Victoria tells her father he might as well be wishing for world peace! Victoria thinks it's good that Noah has somewhere stable to stay while all this chaos is going on. She wishes Victor a nice night with Ashley for her birthday.

Nikki stops by the Ranch and talks with Estella a little. She asks how she and Ashley are getting along and Estella admits things are worse than they were before. Estella moves the coffee table slightly. Adam appears and he and Nikki have a pleasant conversation. Suddenly, Adam falls over the coffee table! Nikki helps Adam get up and Estella comes into the room to help as well. Estella apologizes profusely for moving the table. Adam tells her it's OK - it was just an accident. Nikki leaves. Estella sits on the couch with Adam, who admits he's terrified because everyday gets darker and darker for him. Estella tries to reassure him that things will get better, but Adam isn't so sure.

Lauren arrives at the police station where she finds Phyllis. Phyllis says she was caught for vandalizing Sharon's hotel room. Lauren tells Phyllis Eden begged her to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake, and Phyllis shocks Lauren by telling her she agrees! Phyllis says she's tired of seeing the kids suffer. When Nick is coming into the police station and Lauren is going out, Lauren tells Nick she is dropping the charges against Sharon because his wife asked her to. Nick apologizes for taking so long to get there to Phyllis and says he talked to Sharon, but she refuses to drop the charges against Phyllis. Phyllis admits to Nick that her scheming made things worse and from now on she wants to be honest with him. She says she expects the same from him - she just wants to be happy again.

Nikki, Victoria, and Katherine sit in the Club dining room where Nikki fills them in on Adam's accident. Nikki says she has a hard time feeling sorry for Adam and Victoria agrees. They also agree that there's something odd about Adam - he can't be trusted.

At the Ranch, Victor encourages Ashley to go upstairs and get ready for her dinner. Upstairs, Ashley finds a gown, shoes, and earrings laid out for her and assumes Victor picked them out for her to wear. She puts them on and comes downstairs. Victor turns around to see Ashley in the gown and drops the glasses he's holding, asking Ashley why she's wearing that dress?! Ashley's confused. Victor commands Ashley to go upstairs and change out of it immediately. A shocked Ashley goes to do so, and Victor asks Estella if she remembers packing the dress. Estella says she put Sabrina's gown in storage months ago. Victor wants to know who was in the house that day, and Estella tells him that Nikki was there earlier. Victor leaves. Later, when Ashley comes back downstairs in a different dress, Estella tells her that the dress she had put on was the dress Sabrina wore the night of her accident. Ashley immediately blames Estella for this, and both she and Estella become upset.

Tyra meets Neil at the coffeehouse. He asks about Ana before he tells her that it will take a long time for him to get over how he hurt Karen. Tyra tells Neil she has strong feelings for him, and Neil admits he has strong feelings for her as well. Neil says he wants to take things slowly though, and Tyra says she can be patient. She kisses him and leaves.

At the Club, Jack and Mary Jane are celebrating how great his interview and photo shoot went. Mary Jane suddenly invites him to enjoy his champagne up in her room instead! Jack hesitates slightly, but then follows her upstairs. Once they are in her room, Mary Jane kisses him and throws him down on her bed! After they've made love, Jack brings up the fact that Mary Jane has a husband and says he can be discrete. Mary Jane laughs and tells him she's not really married - she just tells people that when she travels. She says if they make love a few more times, they won't be doing anything wrong, and kisses Jack some more.

Katherine meets with Neil at the Club. Katherine says she knows he resigned at Newman. Neil observes that Katherine has a leadership gap at Chancellor and says he can fill it! Neil wants to be CEO at Chancellor and Katherine remarks that his work is exemplary. She says she'd be honored if Neil would work with her.

Nick goes back to the Club and tells Sharon that Phyllis got Lauren to drop the charges against her for Noah's sake. Nick says now she can tear up her confession and she can get the help she needs. Sharon tells him it's too late - Heather is on her way to get Sharon's confession - she got tired of waiting for Nick. Heather arrives and asks Sharon for her letter. Sharon hedges and Nick grabs the letter and tosses it onto the fire. Heather tells Nick he'll be arrested for obstruction of justice, but Sharon says she wanted him to do that. Heather is pissed. After Heather leaves, Sharon asks Nick what happens now. Nick says the family has been through enough. He says Sharon needs to show the same mercy to Phyllis she showed her. Sharon agrees, but tells Nick to leave her alone from now on!

Nick returns to the police station and informs Phyllis he just saw Sharon and that she agreed to drop the charges against her. Nick says they can move forward, now.

Lauren confronts Sharon in the dining room at the GCAC. She says the only reason Sharon isn't going to prison is because of Eden. She says that even though Sharon blamed Eden for everything that has gone wrong in her relationship with Noah, she begged Lauren to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake. Sharon tells Lauren she will never forgive herself for allowing Eden getting blamed for the stolen books. Lauren warns Sharon if she ever hurts Eden again, she's going to re-file the charges!

Victor goes to the Club and walks over to Victoria and Nikki. He immediately accuses Nikki of arranging for Ashley to wear Sabrina's gala gown. Nikki is furious. She tells Victor Ashley had the opportunity and motive to do that herself - Sabrina's spirit still lives at the Ranch and in Victor's heart. Nikki says Ashley's had mental problems in the past - maybe she wants to be Sabrina.

Ashley is alone in her room at the Ranch, and she's shocked when she finds a photo of Victor and Sabrina, who is wearing her gala gown, along with her credit card receipt for the dress! Ashley asks I didn't buy this....did I?

Katherine on Restless Style!

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday April 15, 2009:

Jack takes Sharon back to her room at the Club and asks her if he can do anything else for her. She tells him she just needs some sleep. Sharon asks the maid to take the mirror with the lipstick on it out of her room and she does. Jack suggests that Sharon move in with him for a little while, but she says she'll be fine here. Jack also suggests she get a different room in the Club, but Sharon insists she'll be fine where she is. Sharon admits to Jack that she took the things, but she didn't write that she hates herself on the mirror in lipstick, even though she feels that way sometimes. Jack offers to stay with Sharon for a while, but she says he has been up all night, too, and sends him on his way home.

Noah comes downstairs at the tack house and asks Phyllis if his dad ever came home last night. Phyllis says he didn't and tells Noah that his dad is going through some things right now that have nothing to do with him. Noah thinks they are fighting about him. Phyllis tries to reassure him that they aren't fighting about him, but he is convinced they are and he takes off.

At Victoria's, Nick comes downstairs and J.T. offers him coffee. As Nick is getting himself some coffee, J.T. informs him that Sharon was arrested last night for grand theft. Nick grabs his coat, telling J.T. he is going down to the jail. J.T. calls after Nick, telling him Sharon already made bail, as he leaves the house.

At the Ranch, Victor is going over some numbers with Colleen. He says he wants harmony on the Newman Board, but Colleen is skeptical. They talk about family, and they finally agree to try to work together. After Colleen leaves, Victor calls J.T. Outside, Colleen calls Jack and asks him to meet with her.

At the Club, Nikki runs into Lily and shows her the covers of Restless Style with Katherine on them. Lily says she wants both of them, and Nikki hopes the rest of the readers feel the same way. They talk about Lily's modeling career and Nikki tells her it's a shame she dropped modeling. She offers Lily a cover of Restless Style if she ever feels like getting into modeling again.

Murphy chats with Katherine at the Club, but soon realizes that she isn't really paying attention. He notices that she's staring at Jill. Katherine feels guilty for talking to Jill the way she did, but Murphy reminds her that Jill said some hurtful things as well. Nikki approaches them with the new Restless Style covers and suggests Katherine come to the office with her. Katherine makes sure it is all right with Murphy, and he tells her to go enjoy herself - he'll be fine. Nikki and Katherine leave together.

Nick arrives at Sharon's room. He wants to know what is going on. Sharon tells Nick that she did steal those things - she doesn't remember doing it, but she knows she did. She explains that she's been losing pieces of time and that she finds things in her purse later. She says she is responsible for stealing the books Eden was blamed for, and she's glad that Michael is such a good lawyer. She says that stealing could have really done damage to Eden's record! Sharon tells Nick what her room looked like when she came back last night and that someone had cut up her clothes. She says she knows she didn't do that. Nick asks her if she think Phyllis did it. Sharon tells him whoever did it did her a favor because she couldn't go on like that. Nick remarks that she's had a tough year. Sharon tells Nick that she can't continue to use him as a lifeline, but Nick tells her he is volunteering. Sharon tells him to go back to his wife and child - she doesn't want to be responsible for breaking up his marriage or damaging it further.

At Restless Style, Phyllis is trying to reassure Noah that he won't go to military school for messing up with Eden. As she gets off the phone, Katherine and Nikki arrive. Nikki tells Phyllis that Restless Style is selling out on the east cost and they need to do another print! Nikki then asks where Nick is - he's not at Newman. Phyllis admits that Nick left and she isn't sure where he is either. Phyllis tells Nikki she's scared that she and Nick are past the point of no return in their marriage, but Nikki says that Nick loves her. Katherine comes over and joins the conversation. Katherine remarks that she can't reach Jill. Nikki tells both women to learn from her mistakes - the more she chased Victor, the more distance he put between them. She advises the women to sit back and give their loved ones some distance. Katherine thinks Jill needs reassurance of Katherine's love for her. Nikki tells them that their loved ones need some time to miss them.

Murphy finds Jill at the coffeehouse. He tries to help her see that Katherine doesn't mind if she and Jill are biologically related - Katherine still sees Jill as her daughter. Jill says she feels like the past six years of her life has been a lie. Murphy tells her that loss is a part of life, but that she and Katherine still love each other! Jill finally seems hopeful, and asks Murphy if he really thinks she and Katherine can get past their differences. However, she sees the Restless Style cover and claims that Katherine and Nikki are trying to rub her face in it. Jill tells Murphy that she and Katherine will never reconcile. She says Murphy seems like a nice enough guy, but now he's swimming with sharks and there's blood in the water. She leaves.

Jack and Colleen meet at the Club to discuss how her meeting with Victor went. Jack wonders if Victor knows that she plans on opposing him on the new fragrance line. Colleen replies that Victor doesn't know yet, but he will once she gets some other board members to support her with Jack's help. Jack wonders if Colleen still wants to be the Fresh Face of Jabot. Colleen says she isn't sure - that was a long time ago. He tells her that the Abbotts are getting control of Jabot back as soon as Katherine is legal again. Colleen is thrilled and she agrees to be the Fresh Face. Jack tells her that he's set up a fitting for her today, and Colleen recognizes that Jack wants a Newman board member as the Fresh Face of Jabot. Jack doesn't deny that he wants this, imagining how Victor will react when he sees the billboards.

When J.T. arrives at Victor's house, Victor tells him he wants J.T. to get Colleen off the Newman board as soon as possible. J.T. is hesitant - he isn't comfortable with this - he's known Colleen since they were kids. Victor reminds J.T. who he works for - Newman security - and demands that J.T. keep him informed. J.T. informs Victor that Sharon was arrested for theft, and Victor is quite shocked at this news.

At the Club, Nikki and Katherine find Murphy and Katherine confesses that she's worried about how Jill will react to the Restless Style covers. Murphy tells Katherine Jill already saw the cover and she isn't happy about it. Katherine announces that she is not going to give up on Jill.

Jack runs into Jill at the coffeehouse. Jack informs Jill that Katherine is giving control of Jabot back to the Abbotts. Jill reminds him that Cane is still the CEO of Jabot for now. Jack wonders who sold Jill the 5% of shares in the first place. He guesses that since she got screwed, it was Victor. Jill tells him to have a good day, not telling him who sold her the stock.

Colleen and Lily chat at the coffeehouse. Colleen informs Lily that she's going to a fitting at Jabot for the Fresh Face campaign and she doesn't really want to. Lily tells her that she loved the fittings - she got to see all the clothes before they hit the stores. Colleen asks Lily if she's still okay with her doing the Fresh Face of Jabot and Lily tells her it's fine, but when Colleen leaves, Lily seems sad.

Nick and Noah meet at the Club. Noah wants to know what is going on with his dad and Phyllis. Nick tells Noah that they're having a hard time. He then informs Noah that Sharon was arrested last night for theft. Eden comes up and asks Noah if he's heard about his mom. She says that Sharon stole the books that day and let her take the fall for it! Nick tells Eden this isn't a good time, but Noah tells his dad that he's taking Eden home.

Later on, Colleen returns to the coffeehouse and finds J.T. She tells him that she thinks Victor is warming up to the idea of her being on the Board of Directors. He gives her a look, and she says she's no fool, she knows how Victor operates. J.T. tells her she doesn't know the half of it, and suggests she sell her seat on the board for some money, but Colleen doesn't want to do that.

Jill runs into Victor at the Club and thanks him for making her a pawn in one of his games. Victor tells her everything that happened was her own fault because of her attitude and behavior toward Katherine.

Across the room, Lily tells Nikki she's interested in modeling for Restless Style.

Katherine approaches Jill and Jill makes a big deal of the "hatchet job" Nikki did on the article on Katherine in Restless Style. Katherine tells her they need to settle the estate. Jill tells Katherine to have her lawyer call Jill's lawyer and she leaves.

Noah arrives at Sharon's room at the Club. When she answers the door, Noah demands how Sharon could do this to Eden. Noah accuses Sharon of blaming Eden for the stolen books to break them up because she doesn't like Eden. Sharon tries to tell Noah that it wasn't intentional, but he doesn't listen. Noah wants to know what is wrong with her - her life is a mess! Sharon says she's going through a hard time, and Noah storms out. After Noah leaves, Sharon calls her mom and tells her she is falling apart. She says she was finally caught and arrested for stealing.

Nick arrives at Restless Style and asks Phyllis if she set Sharon up. Phyllis denies setting her up. Phyllis wants to know if Nick is going to come home, if they are over, or if he's going back to Sharon. Nick informs Phyllis that he will be staying with Victoria for a while. Phyllis goes back to work, and Nick watches her.

Noah runs down the stairs at the Club. He sees Jack and tells him how screwed up his parents are. Jack offers Noah a place in his home for a while, but Victor tells Noah he will stay with him at the Ranch - he is family.

Mackenzie Returns

Jack welcomes Mackenzie as she arrives at the Chancellor Mansion. Billy is shocked to see her. Mac says she came back because she heard that her grandmother might still be alive. Billy introduces Chloe and Mac to one another. They hear the commotion in the other room, and Jack wonders what all the noise is. They all go to see what is going on and find Katherine and Jill fighting in the cake. Chloe is displeased that her wedding cake is ruined. Nikki tells them all they have good news. Katherine says she now has proof that she is Katherine Chancellor and that, "this thing," is not her daughter. She gestures toward Jill. Mac and Billy are both taken aback.

Sharon apologizes for being such a mess and crying on Nick's shoulder. She says she had a terrible day - she left Chloe's wedding because she wasn't feeling well, and then had to deal with Phyllis. Nick said he saw Phyllis being escorted out of the building. She regrets that she and Nick are fighting over her again and asks him to leave. Nick tells her he isn't going anywhere and that Phyllis needs to stop obsessing over her. Sharon reminds him that he recently told her to stop her crap, and Nick admits that he did, but he did so because he was angry that Noah was so upset. He tells her that he is worried about her and wants to understand what is going on - she isn't acting like herself. Sharon asks him to leave it alone, that he should be the last person trying to help her after what happened up at the cabin. Nick tells Sharon that he cannot watch her unravel. She asks him to take care of Noah and to keep Phyllis away from her while she tries to put her life back together. Nick says he will take care of Noah and do his best to keep Phyllis away from her.

Nick leaves, and finds Phyllis outside her door. Phyllis says she didn't want to believe it, but here Nick is coming out of Sharon's room - again. Nick prevents Phyllis from going into Sharon's room and tearing her apart. He guides her away from the room, while Phyllis insists that her not touch her.

Brock welcomes Mac back. Jack says that this news calls for a celebration - Katherine is back! Billy admits he heard Katherine tell the doctor she was a fraud in the hospital, and she explains she had to do that because the doctor didn't believe her and she needed to lie to get out of the hospital. Katherine says the attention of everyone should go back to the bride and the groom, and says she's going to put on cleaner clothes. Nikki takes Murphy for a tour of the Chancellor mansion. Jack wonders if Ashley noticed the way Billy looked when Mac showed up and when they found out they aren't related. Ashley said she noticed and she thinks that all of this is a bad omen - this marriage is a mistake. Jack reminds her that this is the only way Billy can keep Cordelia. Chloe and Colleen talk. Colleen tells her she had a moment of weakness when she stood up for Chloe as her matron of honor. She tells Chloe she should get to know Mac - she has a lot of interesting stories to tell. Billy tells Mac her timing sucks. Mac says Cordelia is beautiful and that she's happy for Billy. Chloe comes over with the baby, and Mac says she needs to go clean up. Chloe says she's sorry about Billy's mom. Billy tells Chloe he can't believe she isn't Katherine's daughter!

Cane arrives at the Chancellor mansion and apologizes to Katherine for not believing her. He says he said some awful things to her, and she tells him it's already forgotten. Katherine introduces Cane to Murphy and they each seem glad to meet one another. Cane finds out that he and Billy are not related. Katherine tells both Billy and Cane that they are both still her grandsons in every way that counts, and that nothing is going to change between them. Jill goes over to Mac who is cleaning up the cake mess and tells her that she never approved of her relationship with Billy, but she must be wondering what might have been. Mackenzie tells Jill that she and Billy were a long time ago and that she's gotten over him.

Esther tells Chloe about Mac and Billy's history. This worries Chloe. She fears that if Billy loved Mac once, he'll fall for her again, but Esther tries to reassure her. She tells Chloe that Billy wouldn't be with her if he didn't want to be - whether she had a baby or not.

Billy goes outside to get some air and to think. Jack follows him, and Billy admits he's been thinking about Mac a lot lately and how different his life could have been with her. Jack tells Billy that he and Mackenzie were a long time ago - he doesn't even really know her anymore. Jack also reminds him that he'll risk losing the baby if he leaves Chloe.

Chloe comes downstairs and Cane makes fun of her for not bagging a Chancellor after all. Chloe says she doesn't care if Billy is a Chancellor or an Abbott because he cares about her. Cane scoffs at her. Billy comes over to Chloe and asks her if she's ready to leave, and she responds she thought he'd never ask! They say their good-byes, and leave. On the way out, Cane wishes them a happy honeymoon. Katherine thanks Jack and Ashley for believing her. She says she can't wait to see what the future holds, and Jack says he can't either. Cane and Mac realize they have something in common - neither of them knew they were a part of the family. Katherine approaches Jill and says she noticed she kept everything in Katherine's room the same. Jill admits she'd give anything to have her mother back, but Katherine is not her mother. Jill says she spent six years of effort and time on this ridiculous relationship. Jill says she owns half of the Chancellor mansion and always will, but she won't live under the same roof with Katherine. She says she's moving out. Katherine and Brock try to convince her to stay to no avail. Jill says her good-byes and leaves.

Jack and Ashley go to the Club to celebrate. Jack thinks there are good things in store for Jabot. He wonders if Sharon will show up, and Ashley reminds Jack there are a lot of problems in his marriage. Jack takes responsibility for the problems in the marriage. Ashley tells Jack it may be time to cut his losses and move on with his life, but Jack says he can't do that right now.

When Phyllis returns home, she and Nick begin to argue. Nick says he's sick of Phyllis being obsessed about Sharon. Phyllis admits she's sick of it, too - she hates being paranoid and jealous and feeling this pain in her stomach, but he did this to her! Phyllis tells Nick that his sweet Sharon is a thief, a liar, a manipulator, and a tramp! She says she has proof that she's been with different men, and wants to know if Nick asked her about being with Billy. Nick says he didn't. Nick wants to know why Phyllis cares who Sharon sleeps with as long as she isn't sleeping with him. Phyllis reminds him that Sharon has slept with him and will again in the future. She reminds him that he said he loved her. He reminds Phyllis that he said he loves Phyllis, too. Phyllis insists that Nick needs to see who Sharon is, but Nick tells her he knows who Sharon is - it is Phyllis that he is seeing for the first time. He tells her he isn't sleeping there tonight.

Once they are alone, Chloe asks Billy about Mac. He says he hasn't seen her in years. He asks Chloe if this is really what she wants to talk about on their wedding night. He kisses her.

Jill and Cane talk at the Club. Jill admits to Cane that her relationship with Katherine felt right, and now she knows why - they aren't related. Cane tells her that just because they are related doesn't mean they have to be enemies. Jill tells him that she thinks they were born to be enemies.

Nikki reminds Katherine to call Mitchell Sherman at the Chancellor mansion so that he can work on getting her death certificate revoked and reversing her will. Katherine says some people won't be happy about losing their inheritance, but Nikki tells her that if they care more about their inheritance than Katherine, then they didn't deserve it in the first place! Nikki embraces Katherine.

Brock tells Mac she doesn't look so well. She finally admits she wonders what would have become of her and Billy.

Jack goes to Sharon's room to tell her the news about Katherine's DNA test and the fact that Katherine and Jill are not related. Jack says it is nice when people have an opportunity to start over. He wonders if Sharon will give him just one more chance - even though he's had plenty of second chances. She tells him she'd only hurt him. She reaches into a drawer and hands him divorce papers. She said she finally signed them and wants him to do the same.

Jack signs the divorce papers down at the bar. He sees Jill and asks her if she was kicked out of the house already. He says next she'll be losing Jabot and Chancellor Industries. Jill tells Jack to shove it - she's not in the mood. She leaves.

Murphy and Katherine get settled in her bedroom.

Chloe awakens to find Billy gone.

Mac sits outside, and is startled when she sees Billy.

Brock Recognizes His Mother

Amber wakes up in the boxcar and finds Kevin drinking. She asks how much he's had to drink, and Kevin wants to know if she's going to yell at him. She tells him he's had enough people yell at him in his life already. Everything is silent, and Amber wonders if the police have moved on. Kevin speculates they are waiting at the border in case they try to cross. Amber tells Kevin that Daniel and Michael are look for him, and Kevin gets upset because he believes Amber called them. She reassures him that she didn't, but that they love him, so they are probably looking for him. Kevin wonder how anyone could ever love either of them, and Amber says that is a horrible thing to say. Amber tells him that they have both changed. Kevin says people can't change, but Amber shares a lot of memories with him to show him that he's a good person. She tells him she is lucky to have such a good friend. Amber tells Kevin that she loves him, and he allows her to hold him while he goes to sleep.

Nikki and Phyllis work on the article about Katherine at the tack house. Nikki tells Phyllis she is doing Katherine justice, and Phyllis tells Nikki this will be a record-selling issue - a great idea. Nikki asks how everything is going and Phyllis tells her everything is going well. Sharon has moved back in with Jack. After Nikki leaves, Phyllis types her feelings about Sharon, but then deletes them.

Jack greets Nick and Noah as they come into the Abbott mansion. Noah is supposed to have breakfast with his mother, but Jack says she isn't there. Noah wonders where she is when she walks in the door, apologizing for being late. She tells Nick and Noah that she's moved back to the Club, that she made an impulsive decision by moving back in with Jack, and she corrected her behavior by moving back into the Club. Jack tries to accept the blame for the situation, but Nick refuses to believe he is at fault. Noah gets very angry with his mother, asking her when she is going to quit this and be herself again. Sharon says she doesn't know. Noah runs out of the house, slamming the door behind him. Sharon asks Jack to let her speak to Nick alone, and Jack leaves the room. Nick wants to know what is going on with Sharon; Noah is having a hard time, and has been ever since Brad died. Sharon tells Nick that she is in a bad place, too, that's why she asked Nick if Noah could stay with him. Nick tells Sharon he followed up on the job she was applying for, but now he's not so sure he should have given her a reference because he doesn't know if she can handle it. Sharon becomes upset, demanding to know when Nick became so judgmental. Jack asks Sharon if she can give him some help in the study, and Sharon goes to him, saying that Nick can show himself out. Sharon also prepares to leave, but before she does, Jack asks her if she'll come back for Billy's rehearsal dinner tonight. Sharon is hesitant, but Jack says she'll be doing him one last royal favor, so she agrees.

In the pool house, Chloe is preparing to leave to find a baby-sitter for Cordelia for tonight. She leaves Billy in charge while she's gone. After Chloe leaves, Billy tells Cordelia this isn't the way it was supposed to be. He fantasizes that he and Mackenzie have been married for five years, that they are still in love, and that she is Cordelia's mother.

Cane and Lily are affectionate to one another at the coffeehouse. Chloe arrives to meet with the potential baby-sitter, Eden. Cane offers up his opinion, not a favorable one, about Eden watching Cordelia, but Chloe tells him he doesn't get a say in who watches her because he is not her father. Cane leaves, saying he has something to do. Chloe tells Eden what time to be at the pool house, and Eden leaves. Chloe notices Lily doesn't have a ring on, and she congratulates her for standing up for her beliefs. Lily notices Chloe still has her old ring. Lily accuses Chloe of not caring which brother she marries as long as it's a Chancellor. Lily tells Chloe she knows she loves Cordelia, but she hopes she never finds out how Billy really feels about her mom. Chloe tells Lily that Billy shows her how he feels all the time, and it's wonderful. Lily tells her that her marriage to Billy won't last any longer than it did to Cane.

Murphy is nervous about the wedding because he claims he can't dance and doesn't want to embarrass Katherine. She teaches him a few dance steps. Brock comes to the door with Nikki, expressing his nervousness about meeting the woman, but Nikki assures him that he will know it is his mother when he sees her. When Katherine and Brock meet face-to-face, they immediately connect. Brock knows she is his mother, and he embraces her. They sit down inside the trailer to talk. Katherine talks about her memory issues and achiness. She tells Brock that the doctors have ruled out arthritis, rheumatism, and Alzheimer's. He asks if they have tested her for Lyme disease, and she says they haven't. Brock tells her he had a friend who had similar symptoms who had Lyme disease. He says after weeks of being on antibiotics, his friend fully recovered. Nikki calls her doctor to have Katherine tested for Lyme disease right away. Nikki wonders if Brock has talked with Jill yet, and he says he hasn't, but that she won't be happy. Before Brock leaves, Katherine thanks him for the tip about the Lyme disease. Nikki goes out to her car to get shoes and a tie for Murphy for the wedding. Murphy tells Katherine he isn't going anywhere - he will even be around to deal with Jill. Katherine receives a call from the doctor, confirming she has Lyme disease, and she is thrilled with the news.

Esther works on wedding plans in the Chancellor mansion when Jill walks into the room. Jill tells Esther the wedding better be taking place at the Club, but Esther informs her that the wedding will be held at the mansion, on Friday. Jill tells Esther the wedding shouldn't be taking place at all, she doesn't want Billy to marry Esther's evil spawn - Billy is too good for her. Jill finally tells Esther she is going to buy her half of the house so they can't have the wedding there. Esther tells her she can't buy something that doesn't belong to her - it belongs to Katherine, and she'll be sorry when Katherine comes back.

At the pool house, Billy continues to fantasize about being with Mackenzie. Cane comes to the door, and Billy informs him he can't see Cordelia. Billy tells him he didn't come to see Cordelia, he came to see Billy. Cane asks Billy if he really wants to give up his party lifestyle and be attached to one woman. Cane tells Billy he will resign as CEO of Jabot, so that Billy can have money and power if he gives up the idea of being married and raising Cordelia. Billy asks if Cane is trying to buy his child. Cane tells Billy he can have anything he wants. Billy tells Cane he wants him to get out of his house!

Phyllis picks up Noah and brings him back to the tack house. She wants to know why he is so angry. Noah tells Phyllis that his mom moved out of Jack's house and back into the Club again. Phyllis tells Noah that whatever is going on with his mom, that she and Nick love him. Noah goes upstairs and sulks some more.

Brock goes to the Chancellor mansion to talk to Jill. Brock tells Jill that the woman in question is Katherine. He asks Jill to take a leap of faith and believe. Jill says it's easy for Brock - he has nothing to lose. But if the DNA test comes back and he is a match to Katherine, then Jill isn't her daughter. He tells Jill that they will still be mother and daughter, no paper is going to change that. Brock wants to take Jill to talk to Katherine before the test comes back to work things out, but Jill says she can't, she can't believe this woman is Katherine. Brock tells her they will get through this together, just as they did when they grieved their mother's passing.

Cane returns to the coffeehouse and asked if he missed anything. Lily asks him how Cordelia is, and Cane seems surprised she knew where he was going. Cane tells her he went to see Billy and offer him a way out, but he was too stubborn to even listen to him.

Billy thinks about Mac again in the pool house when Chloe arrives. Chloe tells him that she did something great for them today. She says she found a killer dress for the rehearsal dinner and asks Billy to change his shirt. Billy holds Cordelia and tells her he knows exactly how she feels.

Nick arrives at the tack house, and Phyllis informs him that Noah is very upset. Nick tells Phyllis he laid into Sharon. he is tired of her behavior. Phyllis is pleased that Nick let Sharon have it.

Kevin and Amber Rob A Bank

In the car, Kevin tells Amber they'll simply rob the bank, get some money, and then go across the Canadian border to meet up with his dad. Kevin's leg hurts a lot, and Amber tells him he needs a doctor. She tells him she wants to call Michael, but Kevin insists that his dad will be mad if they don't get the money. She reminds him that Clint is not his dad, and that he's dead, but Kevin refuses to believe this. He says he's alive and waiting for them in Canada. Kevin holds the gun to Amber to get her to go into the bank with him.

Gloria sits in Crimson Lights with Jana. Daniel comes in and tells Gloria Jana left against medical advice. They try to convince her to go back to the hospital, but she refuses to go, saying she is too worried about Kevin. Jana wants to keep Crimson Lights open. Gloria tells her she may not be able to help her son, but she can keep the coffeehouse running. Jana wants to know what happened when Daniel and Michael went to look for Kevin. Jeff and the bounty hunter come in, and Jeff tells Gloria he is really going to find Kevin - it will be much better if they find him before the police do. He says that Kevin's a good kid, maybe a little twisted, but he comes by that honestly.

At the Ranch, Victor tells Ashley that getting fired might be a good thing because she can stay home and take care of herself and their baby. Ashley is surprised when she learns that Victor believes that woman is really Katherine. Adam listens around the corner as they talk about him. Ashley says his self-pity is normal because he is going blind, but Victor believes he still has no taken responsibility for putting him in prison, and until he does, he won't ever be the man he could be. Victor then tells Ashely that he doesn't want anything to happen to her or the baby because losing Sabrina and the baby nearly killed him and he couldn't take that again. Olivia arrives at the Ranch to see Ashley. Victor leaves the two women to talk. Olivia also believes that Ashley being fired is a good thing for her and the baby. Olivia also says she's worried about Ash ley's history. Ashley tells her that she isn't going to have another nervous breakdown, and even if something happens to the baby, she thinks she'll be okay. Adam listens, interested. Olivia gets a text message from Lily, asking her to come see her. Olivia makes Ashley promise she'll call if she needs her before she leaves.

Katherine tells Jill she is not her mother. She is not a match to Katherine or to the exhumed body. Nikki comes into the office, and Jill yells at her for sending this impostor in and making these claims. Nikki says the only impostor in the room is Jill, but Jill tells her she is Katherine's daughter - they had a DNA test done years ago to confirm that. Jill and Nikki argue, and Jill accuses her of being the good daughter to Katherine while she's always been the bad one. Katherine challenges Jill to prove them wrong - that Katherine is her mother. Jill tells them they should call Brock, because maybe Katherine isn't his mother either. Nikki says that's a good idea, she bets Katherine will be a match to him. Nikki and Katherine both believe Jill is scared. Jill orders Nikki to leave or she'll call security.

Lily tries to give the ring back to Cane, but he won't take it. Lily tells him she can't be part of taking Cordelia away from Chloe. Cane says Chloe won't puts the baby's needs first, but Lily says Chloe has always put the baby's needs first. She says that's why Chloe lied to Cane in the first place, because she knew he'd make an amazing father. When Cane finds out Chloe visited Lily at the house, he is angry, but Lily tells him that her decision to break off their engagement was hers, not Chloe's. Lily says she loves Cane, but she can't take Cordelia away from a mother who loves her. Lily tries to give the ring back again, saying if she keeps it, Cane will only be waiting for her to put it on. Cane says he can't ever take the ring back. He kisses Lily before he leaves.

Kevin and Amber go into the bank. He is weak and dizzy, but tells Amber to go over to the teller. Amber suggests that she take the gun, but Kevin refuses to let her have it. Kevin waves the gun around and announces that this is a robbery. Amber looks into the security camera and mouths, "Help me." As the teller is handing Amber the money, Kevin collapses on the floor and drops the gun. Amber helps them get up and they make their escape. She puts him in the car and he goes unconscious. Amber begins to panic, but Kevin comes to again. The sirens begin to get closer and Amber panics when the car won't start.

At the coffeehouse, Daniel tells Jana what they found at the motel room, including that they found blood. He tells Jana that Amber scrolled a message onto the wall, saying Kevin is crazed and something about him being on a spree. Jana doesn't believe Kevin would hurt Amber, but Daniel isn't sure. He says that because of Kevin's past, he might have been pushed to a breaking point. He says our Kevin wouldn't hurt anyone, but that the old Kevin is back. Jana's head continues to hurt badly.

Jeff admits there is something in it for him if he and the bounty hunter can find Kevin and bring him home. He says Gloria might be grateful enough to have him back, but Gloria tells him he is not going to use this to get her back into bed with him. Gloria tells Daniel and Jana that Jeff and the bounty hunter are going out to look for Kevin.

At the trailer, Nikki makes a phone call to Brock. She convinces him to come to Genua City to see Katherine for himself. Katherine says Jill will just try to convince Brock that she's a fraud, but Nikki is sure he'll know she is his mother right away. Katherine reminds her that Jill didn't know she was Katherine, but Nikki says that's because they may not be related. Katherine worries about what will happen to Jill if it turns out she's not her daughter, but Nikki assures her Jill will survive. Katherine isn't so sure. Nikki tells Katherine how she had a stroke when they first found out they were mother and daughter, but then they became fond of one another. Katherine doesn't think all the great feelings should disappear just because of a piece of paper. Nikki offers to stay with Katherine until Murphy comes back, but she tells Nikki she'll be okay. Right before Nikki leaves, Katherine remembers getting the results of the DNA test she and Jill had done years ago. She remembers being happy that they were mother and daughter, as was Jill.

At the coffeehouse, Jana's head stops hurting. She says she believes Kevin might be coming home now.

Victor returns to the Ranch and he and Ashley hear a noise from Adam's room. Ashley hopes that Adam hasn't fallen, and Victor goes upstairs to check on him. Victor asks if Adam is okay, and he says he is fine, he won't sue. Victor notices that Adam is sweating. Adam says he hasn't been feeling well lately. Victor tells him if he needs anything to call him. Adam thanks him for that. Once Victor has left the room, Adam begins doing push-ups.

Cane comes to Jill's office. Cane tells his mother what has happened with Lily. Cane comments that he hopes she just needs some time to adjust to the idea of being a mother to Cordelia. Jill tells Cane about the most recent DNA test, and says at first she thought it was absurd that she might not be Katherine's daughter, but now she isn't so sure. Cane says he knows they buried his grandmother.

At Cane's house, Lily is packing when Olivia arrives. Olivia sees the engagement ring and starts congratulating Lily, telling her how happy she is for her. Lily stops her, though, saying that while they were engaged, they aren't anymore. She broke off the engagement.

Victor goes back downstairs and they discuss whether or not he should see a doctor. Ashley is surprised and pleased that Victor still cares about Adam.

Upstairs, Adam does more push-ups. He then tries to break the ankle bracelet off his ankle. It appears he is also trying to lose enough weight to slip the bracelet off. He gets down on the floor again and does more push-ups.

At the coffeehouse, Daniel gets a call from Michael. Daniel informs Jana and Gloria that Kevin has robbed another bank, and this time he wasn't alone. Jana's head begins to hurt again.

At the bank, Jeff notices blood on the floor. Nearby, Amber tries to get Kevin out of the car so they can run, but he says he can't move his leg. She notices how bad his leg looks.

Murphy Proposes!

Two orderlies roll Marge's body into a room in a metal box. She sits up and begins to talk. She says a lot of people are wondering whose body is in the box - hers or Katherine's. She says she is going to tell us about Katherine and her friends. She says those rich friends of Katherine's are crazy, and that being dead gives you a different perspective.

Katherine and Nikki sit in the trailer. Katherine tells her it will be a dream to go home, but she will miss the trailer, too. Nikki wonders if Murphy will come with Katherine or if the lifestyle will be too overwhelming for him. Nikki looks through a photo album and finds a picture of Katherine on the bowling team. Katherine tells her she was the captain. Katherine tells Nikki that Murphy would probably have taken her fishing eventually because he owns a bait and tackle shop. Nikki points out they are both entrepreneurs, but Katherine worries the person Murphy fell in love with doesn't exist. Marge says that she and Murphy were never more than friends. Katherine speculates that the DNA test on Marge's body will come back as not being a match as well, and Nikki tells her there may be another explanation for it.

Murphy sits at the diner, thinking about Katherine. He tells Pearl he has some big decisions to make and leaves.

Jeff asks Jack if he's seen Gloria, he is looking for her. Jack reminds Jeff that Gloria threw him out, but Jeff doesn't seem to care. He tells Jack that this whole thing with Kevin really has Gloria frazzled.

Jill tells Victor she believes that Katherine is a fraud. Victor tells her that the papers she signed will give her control over the Jabot stock and put doubt to rest. He tells her the woman he saw was Katherine, but Jill insists that the woman is not her mother. Victor replies that he didn't say it was her mother, he said she was Katherine.

Nikki meets Nick and Phyllis at the Club and tells them she has an idea for their next cover story. Katherine comes into view and Nick and Phyllis are shocked. Nikki explains to them why she believes she is Katherine and tells them Victor believes she is Katherine as well. Nick and Phyllis both hug Katherine, and she tells them how much it means to her to have the people she cares about believe her. Nick says that putting her in Restless Style will make the whole world believe she is back.

Marge appears again and remarks on how good it is to see things going well for Katherine. She talks about how Nick is in love with two women and he is going to need to make a decision soon. She says one of them is hanging by her fingernails.

Sharon sits in the Abbott mansion and writes a letter to her mother. She tells her mother she really wants to talk to her right now, but she knows she needs her rest, so she won't burden her with her problems. Sharon says she blames herself for putting her mother in a wheelchair and for her never walking again. She says she's also partly responsible for Brad's death - she made him go away in the storm because she wanted to be alone. She tells her mother she is so selfish. Sharon says she has a huge hole inside of her, and she's tried to fill it with men and sex, but that only makes it worse. She wonders if she is this way because her father abandoned her and her mother. She begins to wonder if the world would be better off without her. Marge appears and says she's been where Sharon is, a lost soul. She says that God will show her the way, but until He does, Sharon will have a hard time of it.

Gloria runs into Jack at the Club. Jack tells her that Katherine's body is being exhumed, and Gloria wonders why Jill would do such a disgusting thing. Jack tells her people are starting to believe that Katherine is alive, and Gloria tells him she has believed it all along. Katherine and Nikki appears behind Jack, and Gloria greets her. Jack gives Katherine a hug. Katherine seems confused, and Jack asks her if she has forgotten him. Katherine tells him he is unforgettable.

In a morgue, Marge lifts a sheet off of Clint. She says he died of a heart attack, but she wasn't even aware he had a heart. She tells us he didn't make it to Heaven. Instead, he made a detour down south. She says that Clint was very smart and could have done a lot of good in the world, but instead he tortured Kevin like Terrible Tom did. Amber and Kevin are still driving. Amber asks Kevin to pull over so she can call Michael, but he refuses, saying she is going to call the police and turn him in. Kevin tells Amber she hasn't committed any crimes, and that he's calling the shots, not her. Amber grabs the steering wheel and they swerve off the road. Amber tries to tell Kevin that so many people care about him, but he is convinced no one cares about him. Kevin pulls the gun on Amber and tells her that during the next robbery, she is going to come in with him and hold the gun so that she is as deep into this as he is.

Katherine meets with Victor at the Ranch. They discuss Murphy, and Victor wants to know if they are serious. Katherine tells him time will tell. They discuss how it is rare that you find that one person who completes you, your soul mate. Victor tells Katherine hers was Rex, and Katherine tells Victor his is Nikki, but Victor reminds her he is with Ashley now. Just then, Victor receives a call.

Phyllis joins Jacks in the dining room at the Club while he waits for Sharon. Jack tells Phyllis that he and Sharon aren't back together, but that he is hopeful. Phyllis asks Jack about Billy, which Jack finds puzzling. Phyllis tells him that Billy reminds her of Jack. Nick is in the lobby asking a staff member if Sharon is in her room, and he tells Nick she checked out a couple of days ago. Nick is confused. Sharon arrives and joins Phyllis and Jack at the table, where Phyllis tells her they were just talking about Billy. Nick joins them as well, and decides to stay for a drink before heading back to the office. Nick asks Sharon how living at the Club is, and Jack informs them that Sharon has moved back in with him. Phyllis says Sharon is full of surprises. Sharon tells them that Noah wanted to recover at Jack's because it is a safe place. Jack adds that Noah will get a kick out of Billy. Phyllis is shocked and wants to know why Billy is living there. Jack tells her that Billy and Chloe moved into the pool house because they are going to get married and raise Cordelia together. Nick leaves the table to go back to the office, and Phyllis says she cannot believe Billy is living with Jack. Jack wants to know what her sudden fascination with his brother is when Daniel comes over to the table and asks Phyllis if he can talk to her in private. When Phyllis leaves the table with Daniel, Sharon tells Jack she wants to go home. Jack goes to get the car, and Sharon watches Nick talk on the phone across the room.

Daniel tells Phyllis that he and Michael discovered where Kevin was staying. He tells her they found Clint in the closet dead and Amber's bloody scarf. He says he doesn't know if Amber is dead or alive. Phyllis offers him a place to stay at her house while they find Amber, but Daniel tells her Jana is in the hospital because she's so stressed about Kevin. He says he's going to head back to the hospital to hang out with Jana.

Nikki and Katherine are in the diner. Nikki says Joe Jr. is sweet, just like Katherine said he was. Katherine is confused. Nikki tells her Joe Jr. won't take any location fee for the photo shoot and wants to help in any way he can. Jill arrives at the diner, telling Katherine she thought she'd find her here. Jill tells Katherine after the DNA test proves her mother is buried, she is going to make sure Katherine stays away from Genua City or she will make sure she winds up in jail again. Katherine tells Jill she is as vindictive as ever, she's just remembered how spiteful she can be. She says once she's back home, she is going to make her life hell.

Jeff finds Gloria at the Club. He introduces her to a huge man who is a bounty hunter. He tells her this man will hunt down Kevin and bring him home.

Sharon tells Jack to wait for her in the car - she needs to visit the ladies room. She approaches Phyllis and asks her to stop bringing up Billy. She says Jack is trying to help her, and she doesn't want Phyllis to mess it up. Jack appears and Sharon leaves with him.

Nikki goes to the Ranch to thank Victor again for convincing Jill to exhume Marge's body. They agree to be friends. Marge appears and encourages one of them to kiss the other. When Nikki leaves, Marge says they are idiots.

Murphy comes back into the diner. Katherine says she has been wondering where he's been. Murphy gets down on one knee, and Katherine wants to know what he is doing. Murphy tells her he is proposing. Murphy asks her if she would do him the honor of becoming his wife. Katherine gapes, and Joe Jr. and Pearl nod excitedly in the background. Katherine says, "yes," to Murphy, and they embrace. Murphy gives her the ring, starting to say it isn't much, but Katherine cuts him off, saying the ring is perfect. Murphy asks if she knows he loves her. She says she knows he does, and that she loves him, too. A mambo begins playing on the jukebox, which has been broken. Katherine says it must be a sign that Marge approves. She and Murphy dance to the music.

Marge gets back into the metal box. She says the doctor is done with her, he got his sample, and she is headed back to the boneyard. She says she's genuinely happy for Katherine and Murphy. She says she's headed back to Heaven, where she can do the mambo 24/7. She lays back down in the box and closes the lid.

Victor Helps Katherine

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday March 25, 2009:

Sharon thanks Jack for dinner at the Club. Jack tells her it was great having her back in the house last night - even if she slept in the guest bedroom. She thanks him for not pushing things. She then asks how long Billy and Chloe will be staying at the house. Jack asks her if this is a problem, and Sharon says it just reminds her of when Gloria was staying there and brought up some bad memories, but she doesn't mind them staying around. Jack tells Sharon he really appreciates that. Mary Jane Benson stops by the table, and Jack introduces her to Sharon. Sharon isn't too enthusiastic about this. When Mary Jane leaves, Jack asks Sharon if she wants to have some more coffee at the Club or if she's ready to go home. Sharon says she's ready to go home, she's had a bad couple of weeks. Jack reminds her he is there to listen if she wants to talk or give her space if she needs it. He tells her his love for her is unconditional. Jack says when Sharon is back to normal again, she may want to consider coming back to Jabot, but Sharon remarks she probably won't be back to normal for quite a while.

In the pool house, Chloe tells Billy her marriage to Cane has finally been annulled. They hash out the rules of their relationship, such as always putting Delia first. Billy tells Chloe she should give Cane's ring back to him, but Chloe says she loves the ring and it's a Chancellor heirloom. She asks Billy if he would be jealous if she kept it, and he tells her he wouldn't be. Instead, he says she'd be doing him a favor because then he wouldn't have to buy her a ring.

Cane asks Lily out on a first date. He tells her his marriage to Chloe has been annulled and that nothing will ever come between them again. Lily is happy about this. She asks about the custody case, and Cane tells her it should move pretty fast. Lily asks Cane if it is really a good idea to take Cordelia away from Chloe. Cane tells her she will make a better mother. Lily defends Chloe, telling Cane that when it comes down to it, Chloe puts Cordelia's needs ahead of her own, and that she can't fault her for that. After dinner, Cane hands Lily a fortune cookie. She breaks it open to find a beautiful ring. She says she loves the ring, and Cane tells her he's had it for a while, but he wanted to wait until his marriage was annulled to give it to her. He tells Lily he loves her.

Jill bumps into Mary Jane in the lobby of the Club and insists they meet to discuss some ideas she has for her about Jabot. Mary Jane listens to Jill's ideas and remarks that they are good ones. Jill is thrilled she thinks so, and wants to get to work on them right away. Mary Jane is confused. She tells Jill she thought Billy was the CEO of Jabot. Jill says he is, but she's the CEO of Chancellor and gets a say on what goes on at Jabot. Mary Jane insists they talk to Billy about the ideas together before she gets started on working on them. Jill finally agrees to run the ideas by Billy. Mary Jane says she needs to turn in so she can get up early and get to work. She leaves Jill at the table.

Katherine stands by Nikki's side at the Ranch in front of Victor. She orders him to stop staring at her. Victor wants to know where she saw him last, and she responds she saw him last in the living room after Sabrina died. After a few minutes of talking, Victor admits no one talks to him the way Katherine does. Victor welcomes Katherine home, and they discuss how he came back to Genua City for her funeral even though he knew he'd be arrested. Katherine says she could remember the past few months. Nikki and Katherine fill Victor in on Murphy, and Victor tells Katherine he wants to meet Murphy. Nikki tells Katherine that Victor and Ashley are back together and are expecting a baby. Katherine congratulates him. Katherine tells Victor that Jill refuses to have Marge's body exhumed and they need to have it done in order to prove Katherine really is Katherine. Victor tells her he will see what he can do.

Billy and Chloe are in the Abbott living room when Sharon and Jack arrive home. They ask Sharon and Jack if they can stay in the house for a little longer because Chloe is sleeping in the pool house and she won't sleep with them there. Sharon goes upstairs to do some unpacking. Chloe goes to get a cold drink. After both women have left the room, Billy tells Jack he has to get Sharon out of there! Jack wants to know why, and Billy tells him Sharon already broke his heart once. Billy believes Jack is setting himself up to get hurt again. Jack reminds him he messed up the marriage and that Sharon needs stability right now. Billy appears very agitated. Jack asks about how he and Chloe are doing, and Billy informs him they are okay, but Chloe's marriage is finally annulled. Billy tells Jack Chloe wants promises of commitment and that she is obsessed with him in ways Jack cannot even imagine.

Cane tells Lily he is so glad to have her back, and that they've got a good shot at full custody. He tells her they can be a family all their own. Lily tells Cane she wants to marry him and she support him being a father, but she can't be a mother to Cordelia. Cane wants to know when Lily changed her mind, but Lily tells him she has felt uncomfortable with it the entire time. She doesn't think the baby should be taken away from Chloe because she's put the baby's needs first. Lily tells Cane she won't make him choose between her and the baby, but she cannot be the baby's mother and never will be. Cane tells her to hold onto the ring, and to not make any decisions right now. Lily agrees, but says she doubts she'll change her mind.

In the kitchen, Chloe is looking through cookbooks. She tells Sharon she wants to make Billy a surprise dinner because she thinks tonight might be the night the way Billy was all over her last night. Sharon asks how the two of them met, and Chloe tells her about how they met in New York and how great Billy is in bed! Sharon seems distressed. Sharon leaves the room. Jack enters and Chloe asks him if it would be lame if she ordered dinner for Billy from Indigo. She thanks Jack for talking to Billy. She says she thinks Billy will fall for her eventually, just as he did for Cordelia. Chloe leaves the room, and Sharon enters again. Sharon thanks Jack again for everything. Jack asks her if she wants to watch a movie, and Sharon agrees. Jack goes to make popcorn for them, and Billy appears behind Sharon.

At the Ranch, Jill tells Victor she thought he didn't want to sell her the stock. He says he's changed his mind, but that she doesn't have to buy it, he'll give it to her. Victor tells her the only thing he wants in return is her permission to exhume Marge's body to put things to rest once and for all. Jill initially declines the offer, but Victor tells her Katherine would approve. She finally agrees and tells Victor to have the papers drawn up.

Back in Murphy's trailer, Nikki sees a copy of Restless Style. She tells Katherine she wants her to be on the cover of the next issue, she wants to tell her story to everyone. Nikki tells Katherine by the time the next issue is due to come out, everyone will know who she is. Katherine says she'll think about it. She asks Nikki how heartbroken she is, saying she saw how hard Nikki was working to keep it together at the Ranch earlier. Nikki says she's fine with Victor and Ashley being together, but Katherine says she knows better. Nikki reminds Katherine she has Paul, and she is happy with him. Nikki says she's tired of doing the old dance with Victor, but Katherine tells her they were doing it earlier that day. Katherine tells Nikki she might be happy with Paul, but her life with him will never be what it was with Victor. Just then, Nikki gets a call from Victor, informing her that Jill has agreed to have Marge's body exhumed. Nikki tells him both she and Katherine really appreciate his help.

Billy tells Sharon not to use Jack, but she says she isn't. Sharon tells him she broke it off with him to be with Jack. They agree that they both have too much to lose, and that neither Jack nor Chloe must find out about them sleeping together.

Chloe has dinner ready for Billy, and vents that he isn't there to eat it yet. She blows out the candles in frustration. Billy walks in and kisses her. She tries to speak, but he tells her to shut up. He lays her down on the couch and kisses her passionately.

Jill sits at the bar in the Club. She thinks back to the day "Marge" first showed up at the Chancellor mansion. Jill whispers, "Forgive me, Mother."

Sharon and Jack have a popcorn fight as they get ready to watch the movie. Sharon kisses him, then takes his hand and leads him upstairs.

Nikki Wants Marge's Body Exhumed

Jack meets with Mary Jane Benson. Jill comes to his house, looking for Billy, and Jack tells her he and Chloe probably took the baby out for a drive. She complains about how Billy hired a new PR person with a six figure income without consulting with her, and Jack introduces Jill to Mary Jane. Jack tells Jill to take up her issues with Billy because she hired him as the CEO. When Jill leaves, Mary Jane tells Jack she is nervous about Jill, and that she doesn't want to start any trouble, but Jack tells her not to worry about Jill. Jack wants to get to know Mary Jane better and offers to take her to the club for a drink, but she says she has too much work to do. She tells Jack she will change his life before she leaves, however.

Katherine tells Murphy she's done everything she can think of to get her family and friends to believe she is Katherine, but they still don't believe her. She says Murphy is the only one who doesn't care what her name is or what her past was, and she needs that now. He tells her he is sorry for her troubles, but he is glad she's back. When Katherine leaves to go to the restroom, Murphy takes out a ring he plans to give her.

Nikki and Paul are at the Club when Nikki receives the ring from messenger, Katherine left in her room for her. Nikki is now convinced without a shadow of a doubt that Katherine really is Katherine. She knows Marge wouldn't ever give back the ring; she would have taken it and sold it. Nikki realizes the only reason Katherine went back to Murphy is because she knows he won't turn her away. She tells Paul that she told Katherine all the nice things Murphy did for her when she had no memory of who she was. Paul tells Nikki they have to prove the body they buried is actually Marge. He calls Heather, and when she arrives, they try to convince her to exhume Marge's body so that they can have a DNA test done on it. Heather tells them the only way they can exhume the body is if next of kin gives permission, which is Jill.

Daniel and Michael talk to the detective at the crime scene. Daniel tells the detective that Amber wasn't helping Kevin commit the robbery because he was on the phone with her at the time it happened. Michael tells the police that he thinks Clint is somehow controlling Kevin to commit the robberies. The detective tells him Clint isn't making him shoot at police officers. Michael and Daniel decide to go look for Amber and Kevin and find them before the police do. Daniel finds Amber's car a couple of blocks away. They hop into the car and begin to look for Amber and Kevin in places where they believe Clint may hide out.

At the motel, Kevin shoves Amber in the closet for a time-out. When Amber discovers Clint's body in the closet, she begins to scream hysterically. Out of the closet, Kevin tells Amber she's lucky she didn't wake his dad because he gets mad. He says his dad is sleeping in the closet. Amber asks Kevin if Clint hurt him, and Kevin tells her he only hurt him when he was bad. Amber asks Kevin if he was there when Clint fell asleep, but Kevin can't remember. Amber tries to explain to Kevin that his dad is Tom, and this is Clint. Kevin can't seem to make sense of it. Kevin leaves the room, and Amber tries to find a phone. When Kevin comes back, he has a big electric saw.

Jill goes to the Ranch to visit Victor and to complain about the irresponsible decisions he and Jack are making at Jabot. Jill tells Victor she wants controlling interest in Jabot back and tells Victor to name his price for the shares he has. Victor says Jill doesn't have much confidence in Billy, but Jill tells him she knows Billy has the potential, this is just too much for him too soon. Victor tells her he will not sell the shares to her or to anyone else. He asks her to leave.

Heather greets Jill when she comes to the Club, followed by Nikki and Paul. Jill tells Heather she thought she was meeting her alone. Jill tells Nikki she no longer wants to discuss the Marge/Katherine issue with her, and she doesn't care that she gave the ring back to her. Jill claims she only gave the ring back because she could be arrested for theft if she didn't. Nikki tells Jill she can get everyone off her back if she allows them to do DNA testing on the woman they buried. Jill says if she ever suggests something so disgusting again, she'll take a restraining order out on Nikki.

As Michael and Daniel search for Kevin and Amber, they talk about what Kevin might do. Michael tells Daniel it wouldn't take much for Clint to gain control of Kevin, and they need to find him before he hurts himself or someone else. Michael gets a call from Gloria about Jana, who was taken to the hospital. Michael fills Daniel in and he comments that she's been having headaches lately. He says he thought it was just stress, but he's worried about her tumor. Michael tells him only one crisis at a time. They discuss Terrible Tom and what he did to Kevin as a child. Michael tells Daniel Kevin suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress and the littlest thing could bring him back to his past.

At the motel, Kevin wants to make Clint a coffin. Amber argues, telling him they need to go home, but Kevin orders her back into the closet. Amber tells Kevin she isn't going back into the closet. At that point, voices haunt Kevin, and he shoves her back into the closet. Amber calms down and tells him how much people love and care about him. She reminds him of Jana. Kevin has a hard time believing she is real. Kevin says he let her down, but Amber says he is scared and it is okay. Kevin lets her out of the closet, and Amber helps him make the casket. When they finish building it, Amber checks Kevin's wound. It is still bleeding heavily, so Amber takes his scarf off the wound and replaces it with hers. She goes to get Clint to put in his, "new home," when Kevin flips on the news. The news reporter says that Amber is Kevin's accomplice and she starts freaking out. Kevin puts her into the coffin and sits on it with a gun in his hand. She pleads for him to let her out.

When Katherine comes back to the room, Murphy says he has something for her. He explains he saved her Christmas present, and that it was never the right time to give it to her with her fall, her being in jail, then her being kidnapped, and then in the hospital. Murphy tells Katherine it meant a lot having her there and that he thinks she saved him that day he found her at the river. He says he thought he'd always be alone after his wife died, and that he hopes he never has to spend another day without Katherine in his life. He is about to give her the ring when there is a knock on the door. Murphy is frustrated they are interrupted. He answers the door to find Nikki. She rushes to Katherine, hugging her, and apologizing for doubting her. She says she and Paul have a plan to prove Katherine's identity and to get her back home where she belongs. Murphy is disappointed.

Michael and Daniel arrive at the room where Kevin and Clint were staying. They find it empty. They find Amber's bloody scarf, and an empty coffin. Daniel opens the closet door and Clint's dead body tumbles out. They also find a message on the wall, "Kevin is crazed, on a something spree." They guess that Kevin is on a killing spree.

Kevin drives a car, telling Amber they are going to Canada where mom says it's safe. Amber realizes he is talking about Annie.

Jill shows up at the Abbott mansion. Jill tells Jack she thinks he is manipulating Billy and she is going to look over every inch of everything Mary Jane does. Jack tells her she has too much time on her hands, but she tells him if she finds anything wrong, she will not only fire Mary Jane, but him as well.

Victor is on the phone with Mary Jane getting a progress report when Estelle lets Nikki in. Victor is annoyed she has come to the Ranch. Nikki gets right down to business, she wants Victor to help her get a DNA test on Marge. Victor tells her she's already had one, but Nikki insists Katherine is alive. She wants Victor to help her with Jill, but Victor tells Nikki she needs to be committed. Katherine comes in and tells Victor how dare he talk to Nikki like that after everything she's done for him. Victor is shocked.
