Money Found At Crimson Lights

Nick and Sharon get ready for their day in their room at the Club. Nick wants to make love instead of going house hunting, but Sharon convinces him to go by reminding him that Summer is waiting for him. They talk about Noah and how he will volunteer at the Rec Center this summer. They kiss. Sharon asks Nick if he's told Phyllis they're taking Summer house hunting today and Nick admits he hasn't told her yet.

Jana, Daniel, Kevin, and Amber are in the apartment talking. Jana and Daniel are going to meet with Michael, but Daniel plans to go visit Phyllis first and fill her in on what's going on. Daniel and Jana leave while Kevin and Amber stay behind. There's a knock at the door - it's Aucker, the FBI agent - and he's got a search warrant to search the apartment for the missing money! Kevin says it's odd that it's the do-gooders that are in trouble this time instead of them, and Amber agrees.

At the Chancellor Mansion, Nina comes downstairs and inquires if the lab has called back yet. Katherine tells her they haven't. They wonder whether Jill is trying to cover something up, but Katherine points out that she was just as surprised the records were missing as they were. Katherine wonders if Nina will tell Jill that Violet wasn't in town when the babies were switched, but Nina wants to wait to tell her. The lab calls and tells Nina the man who dealt with Phillip's case before has disappeared after it was proven that he falsified documents! Jill comes into the room during the call. Nina tells Katherine and Jill what's going on and she says now she knows something is going on. Jill defends Cane, but Nina says she didn't say Cane was lying - she said someone was lying and that someone doesn't want them to know who's buried in Phillip's grave. Nina and Jill argue about whether or not to exhume Phillip's body. Jill says it nearly killed her when she had to exhume what she thought was her mother's body, this would kill her - she forbids it! Nina tells Jill it's not up to her. Katherine points out it doesn't really matter who is buried in Phillip's grave because they all love him. Nina becomes frustrated and yells, "I want to know who's in that coffin!" Jill finally agrees to the exhumation so that they can find out if Nina's son has Huntington's, but Jill insists that no other DNA tests should be done. Katherine agrees with Jill, and Nina agrees to the stipulation.

Cane leaves a worried message for Phillip at Jimmy's. Lily comes in and asks Cane if he's still worried about what Nina's doing. Cane says his mom will take care of it, but Lily points out that he tossed and turned all night in his sleep last night. Lily wonders what is really going on and Cane tells her about how it was growing up without a family and watching other kids in their families. Cane says it feels good to belong to a family now and he's afraid it will all disappear. Lily assures him that he's a Chancellor and her husband and it won't change.

Daniel visits Phyllis at Restless Style and they engage in some small talk before he tells her what's going on. Phyllis admits Nick told her about Victoria being involved in an art scheme. Daniel tells her it is the same thing. Phyllis tells Daniel to stay out of trouble and to be careful. Daniel then asks about Summer and Phyllis says she is doing okay, but she also wonders why daddy isn't tucking her into bed anymore. Daniel goes to say hello to Summer before he leaves Restless Style to meet with Michael.

Mary Jane and Jack sit down at a table at the Club for breakfast. Mary Jane becomes annoyed when Jack takes a phone call from Phyllis, leaving the table so he can talk with her privately. She sees Sharon at the bar and goes over to her and apologizes for her behavior the last time she saw her. Mary Jane congratulates Sharon on her reunion with Nick - she's a sucker for love stories. Mary Jane inquires if they plan on staying together - is she done with Jack? Sharon is shocked to hear that Mary Jane and Jack are seeing each other again. Mary Jane tells Sharon Phyllis said she wouldn't stay with Nick and might go back to Jack. Sharon tells Mary Jane not to listen to Phyllis. Jack comes over and Sharon asks to speak with him privately. Mary Jane excuses herself to make a phone call. Sharon asks Jack if they are okay. Jack admits it was hard for him to watch Sharon leave with Nick the other day, but he will always be there for her. They hug and Mary Jane watches. Sharon inquires about him and Mary Jane and tells him that she wants him free and clear. Jack says he's not ready for anything serious with, "that woman!" Mary Jane comes over and tells Jack she needs to head to Restless Style and kisses him. After Mary Jane leaves, Sharon tells Jack Mary Jane is infatuated with him. Jack says Mary Jane isn't the bunny-boiler type!

Jana and Daniel meet with Michael at Jimmy's. He asks them about what happened on that night and Daniel admits he touched the gun. He also tells Michael he didn't see the money or Victoria. Daniel mentions the man with the ski mask and Jana tells Michael that's who Aucker should be looking for. Michael tells them if Aucker isn't doing his job, they will. Michael discovers the dead man had a cell phone on him with Daniel's number in the contact list. He says the DA isn't going to arrest them right now, but they are still suspects and he wants them to live the lives of saints until the money is found.

Nick arrives at Restless Style to pick up Summer and Phyllis is calm. He tells her that they are going to look for a house today. Phyllis isn't so sure this is a good idea because it's so soon after Nick moved out. Nick points out that Summer can't come to the Club for visitation and that things are going to change and need to be stable for Summer. Phyllis tells him leaving his family and hooking back up with his ex is anything but stable! Just then, Summer appears with George, the photographer. He suggests putting Summer on the cover of Restless Style, but Phyllis is reluctant. George says Summer would be a great cover for a magazine on teens and kids and Nick agrees. Nick suggests they do some test shots. Mary Jane walks in on what appears to be a close moment between the family.

Kevin and Amber go to the coffeehouse and they are relieved not to find the cops there. Amber follows Kevin into the back room for more sweetener and they discover the briefcase full of money! Kevin speculates this is the money the feds are searching for. Amber and Kevin agree it had to be planted there because there's no way Daniel or Jana would hide it there. Aucker comes in with a search warrant for the coffeehouse. As he is searching the back room, Michael, Daniel, and Jana come in. Amber and Kevin gesture wildly, but Aucker comes out with the briefcase full of money. Daniel insists he doesn't know how it got there. Michael commands him not to talk. Daniel is placed under arrest and Michael calls Phyllis to tell her what's happening.

Phyllis hangs up and says she has to leave at Restless Style. Nick wants to know what's going on and Phyllis tells him Daniel has been arrested. She tells him it's got something to do with that art scam Victoria got caught up in. Nick insists on driving Phyllis. She finally agrees and they ask Mary Jane to watch Summer for them. Nick also calls Sharon to inform her on what's going on. Mary Jane tells Summer not to worry about daddy not living with mommy anymore because Auntie Mary Jane will take care of everything and that everyone will end up with whom they are supposed to be with - happily ever after!

Jill calls Cane and he takes the call at Jimmy's. She tells him Phillip's body is being exhumed to test for the Huntington's gene and that no other DNA testing will be done. She says no one disbelieves Cane. Cane calls Phillip again, but he still isn't home. Cane leaves a message, saying it's urgent.

Nina makes a call to the lab and asks them to do another DNA test on the body when it is exhumed!

John Appears to All of His Children

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday May 27, 2009:

Adam listens via his laptop while Olivia and Victor comfort Ashley after her nightmare about Sabrina. Victor asks Ashley if she can remember her dream, but she tells him she can't remember the details. Adam is frustrated because he wanted to make her nightmare come true! Olivia tells Ashley she had vivid dreams when she was carrying Nate and it's not a problem if it's not disturbing her sleep. Ashley admits she needs to sleep more, but she doesn't want to take drugs. Olivia suggests some lavender under her pillow and Victor offers to get her some. Ashley says she'll try to go back to sleep and Victor and Olivia leave the room.

Gloria and Jeff tromp into the coffeehouse while Gloria complains about how they had to spend four days getting home by boat and bus. Gloria wants to go to the Club to take a bath, but Jeff tells her they've been kicked out and their stuff has been put into storage until they pay! Jeff suggests Gloria sell her diamonds, but she says it's too risky. Jeff says she'll have to borrow money from Michael and Kevin or get a job. Jeff and Gloria search the classified ads and they discover a pent house apartment. Gloria says they have to keep the landlord from finding out they can't afford it, and Jeff loves the idea.

Jack is at home when Jill pays him a visit. She thanks him for helping her with the Caymans situation and then tells Jack they are both victims of Katherine's corporate greed. She says Katherine will never sell the Abbotts Jabot. Jill says she has a great business partnership idea, but Jack doesn't want to have anything to do with it. He tells Jill to talk to the "Mustache" about it! Jill tells Jack he's making a mistake as she leaves. After she's gone, John appears and says Jack could have been nicer to Jill. John says he's disappointed with both of his sons for being petty. Jack points out that Billy slept with Sharon, but John reminds Jack that he slept with Jill when she was married to his father as well. Jack says he doesn't want to talk about that. John reminds Jack to remember that no matter what, Billy is his brother.

Billy calls Chloe in the pool house. He gets her voicemail and he tells her that she's made her point - she and Delia need to come home now! Jill shows up at the pool house and asks Billy what Jack's problem is. She tells him how Jack blew her off when she said she had a great business proposal, and wants to know if Billy will talk to Jack for her. Billy tells his mother that he and Jack are not on good terms right now. Jill wonders where Cordelia is and Billy tells his mother that when he came home, Chloe and the baby were gone. Jill wants to know what Billy did this time, and Billy seems offended that she automatically thinks he did something wrong. Jill says she knows Chloe loves him, but wonders if he wants Chloe back. Billy says he doesn't want to hurt Chloe or lose Delia. Jill remarks that Cordelia will always be a part of his life and she can't blame Chloe for walking out on him because he cannot make a commitment. She tells him he needs to decide if he is in or out.

Raul and Mac chat outside by the pool at the Chancellor mansion. Raul wonders if Billy cheated on Chloe. Suddenly, Chloe appears. Raul offers to go talk some sense into Chloe, but Chloe says she doubts it would do any good. Mac offers to go and Chloe says she thinks it would be worse if she went. Esther comes out and Chloe tells her mother she is done being a doormat. Esther and Chloe go in and Raul tells Mac that perhaps Billy is not in love with Chloe. Raul wants Mac to go back to Washington with him.

Esther and Chloe talk outside. Chloe tells her mother that Billy has shut her out completely. She says she needs to set an example for Delia - she should not be treated this way. Raul tells Mac he was promoted at work and he'd like to hire her and work with her while they are planning their wedding. Mac says she's not ready to leave Genua City yet - she wants to spend more time with Katherine first. Raul worries about how they will see one another - he does not want to be separated from her again, but Mac says they'll figure it out. Mac walks over to Chloe and apologizes for the way things are going between her and Billy. Chloe says this is all Mac's fault. Mac insists it isn't her fault. Raul walks over and kisses Mac good-bye. When he leaves, Chloe says he's a nice guy - too bad he is clueless! Chloe says she's glad Delia is too young to know what is going on as she giggles nearby. Mac and Chloe talk about their childhoods - Chloe assumed Mac had it easy. Mac notes that Chloe really loves Billy. Chloe says that makes two of them. Mac says she doesn't love Billy like that anymore, but Chloe tells Mac that Billy doesn't know this.

Ashley sits and holds a pillow in her bedroom. John appears and greets Ashley. Ashley begins to talk to her father about how scared she is, and Adam is baffled, squinting at the laptop where Ashley appears to be talking to herself. Ashley tells her father how much she wants this baby and she doesn't know what she'll do if she loses it. John tells her not to put so much pressure on herself. She tells her dad that she remembers the dream and lied to Victor about it. She says the doorknob was rattling and Sabrina comes into her room wearing a black veil. She says that Sabrina wanted to smother her and picks up the pillow to do so. Ashley goes back to sleep and wakes up later in pain.

Downstairs, Victor and Olivia talk about having Ashley talk to a therapist again, but Victor doesn't want to push her into another nervous breakdown. Olivia suggests that Victor see a psychologist so that he can learn what signs to look for himself. Olivia gets on the phone to make the arrangements. Adam comes into the room and discusses Ashley's situation with Victor. As Olivia is getting off the phone, Ashley comes downstairs and announces she's bleeding - she's scared she might be losing the baby!

Jill runs into Gloria and Jeff at the coffeehouse and they all try to pretend they didn't lose everything. In the end, though, they all admit they are destitute. They promise one another they will tell no one how broke they are.

Esther sits down with Chloe to chat some more. Esther says she's known Mac a while and she believes she's a straight shooter - she doesn't play games. Chloe gets Billy's message and tells her mom he did not apologize. Esther asks her daughter if it's more important to be right or happy? Jill appears and says she loves having Cordelia at the house - she wished they'd never left in the first place. Jill advises Chloe not to give ultimatums if she is not prepared to live with the consequences - she says Billy is very confused and he could go either way at this point.

John appears to Billy in the pool house and tells him he has a lot of growing up to do! John asks Billy what he's going to do about Chloe and Delia. Billy says he doesn't know - does his father have any suggestions? There's a knock at the door and it's Mac. She wants to know why Billy isn't at the Chancellor mansion trying to get Chloe and his daughter back! Mac tells him if he wants to do right by his daughter, he'll go over there now and get them back. She reminds him that he does not want another man raising his daughter. Billy confronts Mackenzie about marrying Raul. She tells him she loves him, and even if Billy were available she'd marry him because she and Billy can't go back now.

Gloria and Jeff go to Restless Style to talk to the owner of the penthouse they want to rent - Phyllis! Phyllis is surprised they want to rent from her, but agrees to let them do so, provided they give her first and last month's rent and deposit as the lease calls for. Gloria and Jeff laugh about how great this is - there's no need to do any background checks. Phyllis points out that they didn't sign the check before she takes a phone call. Gloria and Jeff congratulate each other on their luck, but realize they only have about $100 after Phyllis cashes their check. Jack appears and he's shocked when Phyllis hands Gloria and Jeff keys as they leave. Phyllis wants to know what Jack wants and he says he wants to talk about Sharon's baby!

Tyra's Not Related

The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday May 19, 2009:

At the reception, Daniel tries to get Lily and Cane to smash the cake into each other's faces. Cane says Lily is too pretty to do that, but Lily has fun getting some cake onto Cane. Daniel takes some pictures for the Restless Style website. Afterwards, Devon sits back down with Virginia. He says a comment she made earlier confused him - he says she made it sound like Tyra wasn't related to him. Virginia tells Devon Tyra isn't blood-related - Devon's grandmother took Tyra in when she was young after her mother died! Devon asks if Tyra knows, and Virginia says she does, she's known since she was a teenager. Devon is quite shocked that Tyra didn't tell him about this.

Billy talks with Katherine about Mac. He says something bad always slips out of his mouth when she's around and he's frustrated. Kay points out that that ship has already sailed, yet he is still chasing it with an anchor named Chloe around his neck.

Michael and Lauren eat dinner at the Club. Lauren checks on Eden and Fen by phone and tells Michael they're fine. Michael remarks that at least they know what they're doing. He says he hasn't heard from Gloria and she isn't returning his messages or texts. Michael worries Gloria and Jeff are getting into trouble, but Lauren tells him that if they are in trouble, they will call. Lauren says it's time to concentrate on them - they haven't had a date night in ages. She hands him an envelope with the tickets to Monte Carlo in it - she wants to cash in her trip! Also in the envelope is a room key. Michael calls out for the check so they can head upstairs.

At the reception, Mac talks with Kevin and Jana and apologizes for Billy's behavior. Kevin tells her it's okay - Billy's always been a jerk and he doesn't know what she ever saw in him!

Jill asks Katherine if she is really going to do this movie and Katherine says she is. Jill expresses that she thinks it's a horrible idea. Nina tells Jill if she'd quit being so self-obsessed, she'd realize it is a great idea. Murphy makes a suggestion for an actor for the movie, and Amber says maybe they can get Glenn Close to play Jill - she did a very convincing Cruella DeVille! Jill threatens to put a stop to the movie.

Neil dances with Tyra and says there is still so much he doesn't know about her - he'll enjoy finding out more. Devon dances with Roxanne and glares at them nearby. Neil tells Tyra he speak to Devon about this - he doesn't have the right to tell Neil who he can date and when.

Lily and Daniel talk. Lily says she's thinking about becoming an interior designer, and Daniel says she'll make a great one. Daniel and Lily agree that although things didn't work out for them as a couple, things turned out well for both of them. They wish each other well and hug.

Amber goes over to Chloe and remarks that Lily has it all. She says she wishes for once in her life, she was living the fairytale. Chloe asks about Daniel, and Amber tells her at the rate they are going, she'll be Katherine's age before they get married! Chloe tells her to make it happen - she has before.

Jill complains to Billy about the movie Katherine is going to make. Billy observes she really isn't upset about the movie - she's upset about the trouble Jack said she was in. Jill makes Billy promise he won't tell anyone. She tells him she's broke! Billy promises he won't tell anyone and offers his mother help from the trust John left him. Jill says Billy is very sweet, but she will manage. Billy goes over to Chloe, Cane, and Lily and Cane thanks Billy for coming to the wedding. He proposes this could be a new start for all of them. Billy agrees they should give it a shot. Chloe apologizes for her past actions and wishes Cane and Lily the best. Cane picks Lily up and starts to carry her out. She tosses her bouquet and Amber catches it!

Michael and Lauren make out and eat brownies in bed in their room at the Club. Afterward, they head home. Michael tells Lauren she makes him feel like a teenager and they agree to plan their trip to Monte Carlo in the morning.

At the reception, Kevin tells Amber she'll be the next one to get married, but Daniel says if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Amber is displeased with this comment. Mac is about to leave, but Billy stops her. He apologizes for his behavior toward Kevin, but Mac doesn't feel like forgiving him. She walks away. Chloe joins Billy so they can leave, but he asks her to wait. Billy goes over to Kevin and Jana and apologizes for his behavior. Jana goes off on Billy. After Billy leaves, Kevin says he doesn't need Jana fighting his battles for him! Alone now, Kevin and Jana slow dance in the silence and Kevin thanks her for being so patient with him - he knows she didn't sign up for a crazy husband. Jana tells him she promised to stay by him in sickness and in health. They kiss. They head home and make love in the elevator.

Roxane, Devon, and Ana are back at Lily and Cane's decorating and picking up the dog for the night. Roxane asks Devon why he's so upset and he tells her he's upset about Neil and Tyra, but she doesn't understand why he's upset about them dancing together.

At the Chancellor mansion, Katherine, Murphy, Mac, and Nina sit in the living room chatting. Jill comes in and complains she had hoped to find some peace and quiet. Murphy offers to rent Jill the trailer, where she can find a lot of peace and quiet, but Jill tells everyone she isn't going anywhere! Jill leaves the room. After she's gone, Mac says she feels sorry for Jill. Nina says that Jill's always been a mess and it's her own fault. Katherine says she's tried to let Jill know she doesn't have to be alone. Once Mac and Nina are alone, Nina remarks that it's weird being back because there are so many reminders of Phillip - it's hard to believe he's really gone. They bid each other a good night. Mac goes to get something out of her car, and opens the front door to find Billy standing there!

At home, Daniel is uploading the photos to the website, but Amber wants to talk. She tells Daniel she's already lost two children and her biological clock is ticking. Daniel says they've already talked about this - he's not ready to make that kind of commitment. Amber becomes offended, thinking Daniel doesn't want to be married to her. Daniel says he doesn't want to get married to anyone right now - he thinks they still have plenty of time. Amber wonders if she should waste her time on a relationship that isn't going anywhere, but Daniel tells her that an ultimatum won't change his mind. Amber goes to bed, holds the bouquet she caught, and cries.

Cane and Lily come home to find their place decorated. Cane tells Lily Devon took Humphrey for the night. They kiss. Lily changes and they have a toast. Lily says they'll never be apart again. Cane says he's made mistakes, but he promises to never disappoint her again. They begin to kiss and move onto the couch to make love.

Devon checks on Virginia at the Club, and she tells him how good it is to see him again - she was sad when they lost touch before. She tells Devon she's sad about what the drugs did to his mom, and she wasn't always that way. She says Devon and Ana got their singing voices from their mother - she had a beautiful voice as well. Virginia hands Devon a letter Yolanda wrote to Devon's father a long time ago - she never sent it. Devon reads the letter where Yolanda tells him she gave birth to his son. He realizes his father never knew he had a son.

Neil takes Tyra to his house and pours them drinks. He toasts to her - the second most beautiful woman at the reception tonight - next to Lily. They begin to kiss and head to the bedroom to make love.

Chloe is at home where Delia begins to cry. Chloe picks her up and holds her, thinking.

Mac asks Billy what he's doing there. He says he had to see her. Mac begins to scream at Billy to leave her alone! Katherine comes to the door and tells Billy he heard her - go home. As Billy leaves, Kay hugs Mac.

Phyllis is Caught!

Billy sits with Jill in the GCAC dining room, and she thanks him for allowing her to visit with Delia. As she holds Delia, her cell phone rings and Jill ignores it, telling Billy it's probably just another reporter. Billy comments that they need to find something to get her and Katherine off the front page. Jill leaves cheerfully.

Gloria finds Jeff at the Club bar. She shows him what she bought for Kevin. Jeff tells her to be careful about money because she might have to pay it in a civil suit. Jill stops by and she and Gloria snap at each other. Gloria says she has to go see about getting this civil suit dropped and Jeff says he has some business to attend to as well.

Phyllis and Lauren talk at the coffeehouse. Phyllis says she is unable to press charges, and Lauren thinks this is ridiculous. Lauren tells Phyllis she is still planning on pressing charges. They discuss how this will affect Noah, and Phyllis says it might do him some good to see his mother pay the consequences for her actions.

Sharon writes a confession in her room at the GCAC. Nick shows up and wants to help her, but Sharon doesn't want his help. Nick doesn't want her to feel as if he's abandoning her, and she assures him she doesn't feel that way. Sharon tells Nick that she is writing a confession and Nick tries to talk her out of it. He wonders how Noah will react to his mother being in jail. He also says Sharon needs help and she isn't going to get that in jail. Sharon tells Nick that it is none of his concern - he needs to be with his family. She says Noah needs to see his mother take responsibility for her actions. Before Nick leaves, he tells Sharon to talk to her lawyer before she decides to confess to anything.

Later, a man comes to Sharon's door with something she will want to see. It's a video of Phyllis trashing her room and cutting up her clothes. Sharon says she knows just what to do!

As Jack hands Colleen all the information she'll need to mess with the Newman Board at today's board meeting, Mary Jane ushers the camera crew in to set up for Jack's photo shoot and interview. Colleen says she's nervous, but Jack assures her she'll do great. Jack starts his interview, but Mary Jane steps in and fixes his tie and hair in a flirtatious way. Billy comes in with Cordelia, and Mary Jane offers to watch her while he goes to look for a file he needs for a business meeting. Delia begins to cry and Mary Jane hands Jack the baby. The cameras snap away, taking Jack and Cordelia's picture together. Jack convinces Billy to leave Delia with him while he goes to his meeting. When Mary Jane leaves, Jack says to Delia, "We like her, don't we."

Victoria and Victor discuss today's board meeting at the Ranch. He says he doesn't see any issues with her proposal for the expended fragrance line. Victoria asks him how Ashley is doing, and Victor says she's doing all right. He then thanks her for taking on more of his responsibilities at Newman so that he can watch over his family.

Ashley walks around outside and says to herself that she heard a baby crying. She comes upon the statue of Sabrina and a baby. She goes back to the Ranch as Victor is confirming Ashley's birthday arrangements. Ashley asks about the statue and Victor says he had it commissioned. He asks if it bothers Ashley, and she says she was just surprised by it. He leaves.

Noah runs into Abby at the coffeehouse. She teases him about Eden, and Noah tells her to back off. Just then, Eden comes into the coffeehouse, followed by some boys who mock him. They tease him about how his mother steals. One boy tries to get Noah to fight him, but Eden and Abby convince him not to fight. When Noah leaves, Eden finds Lauren and asks her not to press charges against Sharon. Lauren is shocked. Eden says she knows Lauren is pressing charges for her, and she really loves Noah. She wants Noah to have an easier time.

Jeff follows Jill into the coffeehouse, and says he was surprised to learn that she isn't Katherine's daughter in the Restless Style article. Jill tells him the only reason he is talking to her is in case Gloria loses all of her money and ends up on food stamps! Jeff says he would never abandon his wife, but you never know what the future might hold. Jill says she deleted Jeff's number, so Jeff calls her to give her his number again.

At Newman, J.T. and Victoria kiss, but are interrupted by Neil, who is there for the board meeting. Victoria says she's sorry about Karen. Neil says he is, too. Victoria announces that she is going to chair the board meeting. Colleen and Nick arrive to hear the news. Nick confides in his sister that he needs to make a decision between Phyllis and Sharon and stick to it! Victor arrives and tells the board he's leaving the day-to-day operations of Newman to Victoria. Victoria begins to present her proposal, but Colleen says she has some questions and objections. She says she's made copies of her research for everyone!

Gloria comes looking for Victor at the Ranch and bypasses Estella who tells her Victor isn't home. Ashley asks Gloria why she's looking for Victor, and Gloria remembers her promise to keep quiet about the fact that Victor bought her Jabot shares. Ashley assumes Gloria is there to convince Victor to talk to her about dropping the lawsuit against Gloria. Ashley tells Gloria that she isn't a puppet that does whatever someone tells her and the suit won't be dropped. She says Gloria is going to pay for what she put Ashley's family through!

Phyllis comes to Newman and finds Nick. She asks him to go out for a cup of coffee, but he tells her he's made a decision. They go into a room to talk alone, and Nick tells her that he knows Sharon has to be a less part of their lives because he wants to work things out with her. He says he wants to move back in with her; she's never given up on him and he isn't going to give up on her. They kiss.

Jeff and Gloria meet up again at the GCAC bar. Nearby, Jill and Billy meet again. Billy tells her how Jack is using Delia as a prop in his publicity photo shoot. Neither she nor Billy is impressed. Billy says he wants to leave Jabot and has had other offers for work. Jill tells him to be careful - there are some people out there who would love to exploit a former Jabot CEO!

Neil asks to speak to Victor. He tells Victor he appreciates all the opportunities he's given him, but in the end, the Newman family will always be in control, as they should be. He says there's a glass ceiling for his job here and if he stays, he'd be settling. Victor asks if this is because Victoria chaired the board meeting, but Neil says this has been a long time coming. Initially, Victor says he won't accept Neil's resignation; they count on him at Newman a great deal, but eventually he accepts it, saying all good things must come to an end. Victor shakes Neil's hand, and Neil leaves.

Colleen and Victoria talk in the break room. Victoria says Colleen did good today, but in the future would she bring her concerns to Victoria before the board meeting so that she can do some research on how to solve the problem? She says she and Colleen aren't all that different. Victoria offers to call some people to get Colleen an art curator job, but Colleen wonders why Victoria didn't offer this sooner. Colleen says neither Victoria nor Victor is going to get her off the Board of Directors, and leaves.

Ashley is looking at the statue of Sabrina again when Abby comes up behind her and startles her. Abby says the statue is creepy.

Noah arrives at his mother's room, angry and ranting that everyone knows about her and it's affecting his life. Sharon says she's sorry, but Noah says she shouldn't have stolen things in the first place! Noah wants her to promise to stop the fighting between Nick and Phyllis.

Phyllis and Nick are leaving Newman when Detective Gil puts Phyllis under arrest for vandalizing Sharon's room and for breaking and entering! As Phyllis is taken away, she calls out Nick's name.

Cane Gives Up the Lawsuit!

Jack and Ashley sit in the GCAC dining room and speculate as to whether Jill has read the Restless Style article on Katherine yet. Jack says he wants a front row seat when she does. Suddenly, Jill walks into the room.

Jill approaches Cane at the GCAC bar, and he tells her that Katherine offered him a high-level job at Chancellor. He tells his mother he turned it down. Jill tells him it was dumb to turn it down right before Cordelia's custody hearing. Cane says there's too much backstabbing in business and he doesn't want that in his family. Before Cane leaves, he asks Jill to come to Cordelia's hearing with him, but Jill tells him it won't help him to be seen with the, "Wicked Witch of Genua City!" After Cane leaves, Jill spots Ashley and Jack across the room and remembers her conversation with Victor, threatening to tell Ashley about the shares he bought.

Billy confronts Chloe for confronting Mac at the coffeehouse. Mac tells Chloe that she isn't going into hiding anytime soon, so she needs to get used to being around. She also tells Chloe she is not a threat to her marriage. Mac goes to sit alone. Chloe orders a coffee and Billy tells the barista to make it a decaf. They sit down at a table, and Chloe notices Billy is nervous about the hearing as well. She is relieved that he's nervous, too, even though he denies being nervous to her. Chloe tells Billy it helps her knowing how much he cares, and he kisses her hand and reassures her that nothing is going to happen to his girls. Mac watches from across the room.

Neil tells the judge he has something to say in court. He says he's adopted before - Devon - Ana's older brother, and he thinks of Devon as his son. Neil says he feels the same way about Ana and wants to do right by her. He asks the judge to reconsider putting Ana with her mother, Tyra, the woman who made Ana who she is today. Karen and Tyra are both shocked. The judge is confused about the sudden change in heart Neil has had. Neil admits to the judge that he and Karen have been having marital problems, even though she has overlooked his mistakes. The judge calls another recess to think about things. Karen is furious, asking Neil what he's done!

Outside the courtroom, Ana is worried about what is taking so long. She worries she upset Neil and Karen by hugging Tyra. Devon tries to reassure her that everything will be all right, telling her that whoever takes her home today, he will always be there for her. Cane comes to the courthouse and Ana greets him. Devon fills Cane in on Tyra filing a petition at the last minute. Lily comes out of the courtroom and asks to speak with Cane alone.

Jill approaches Ashley and Jack in the dining room at the GCAC. Ashley teases Jill about begging Victor for a job. Jill is not pleased. She tells Ashley she bets there's a part of their conversation he left out, and she'd be happy to fill her in on it. Ashley doesn't feel well all of a sudden. Jack gets on Jill about not supporting her son, Billy. Jill warns Jack about kicking her when she's down because that's when she's the most dangerous! Ashley moans in pain again and Jill asks her what's wrong, is Satan's spawn giving you indigestion? Jack helps Ashley leave the table as Jill tells them she has something important to tell them. They tell her they don't care as they leave. In the foyer, Ashley has more pain and tells Jack she needs to see her doctor.

After Ashley and Jack leave, Jill returns to the bar at the GCAC and drinks some more. A reporter approaches her and begins to ask her questions. The reporter wants to know her reaction to Katherine saying that Jill is a fraud. Jill tells him she'll give him an exclusive - Katherine Chancellor is a fraud! Mackenzie overhears as she arrives at the Club.

Neil apologizes to Karen for having to tell the judge to reconsider. Karen is furious and she says of course Neil is sorry - he thought hiring Tyra a lawyer would be enough to beat them at getting Ana. The judge comes back and tells everyone that she's giving permanent guardianship to Tyra. Tyra rushes out of the courtroom crying. She hugs Ana and tells her the good news. Devon is confused and goes to Neil to find out what happened. Neil tells him that Tyra won with Neil's help and that Karen isn't doing well. Neil looks over and sees Karen's wedding ring on the table where she was sitting!

Lily tells Cane Neil did the right thing - Ana should have been with her mother all along. She says that she doesn't want to see Cordelia doing the same thing one day. She pleads with him to do the right thing as well.

Neil goes home and finds Karen packing her suitcase. She tells him she's going to get as far away from here as she can get! Karen accuses Neil of having wanted this outcome the entire time. She says Neil always has to be the good guy - he can't let anyone down - not even his mistress. Karen thinks that their entire relationship has been a lie, but Neil argues that the entire thing has been true. Karen accuses Neil of using her to get over his dead wife. Karen explains that this never felt right from the beginning, but he kept coming after her with a bunch of promises and she believed him. Neil grabs Karen's arm as she tries to leave and when he won't let go, saying he loves her, Karen hits him in the face. Karen keeps hitting Neil in the chest, sobbing and saying she hates him. The door opens and Devon, Ana, and Tyra stand there, shocked. Ana is worried Karen is upset about her. Karen reassures her this isn't her fault and that she'll miss her. She takes her things and leaves. Neil calls her name, but she doesn't respond before she leaves. Karen sobs as the elevator door closes. Neil holds Karen's ring in the palm of his hand inside his apartment. Ana wants to know where she and Tyra go from here?

Billy and Chloe arrive at the courthouse, shortly followed by Rafe. He greets them and wants to get them settled into the courtroom. Cane asks to speak to Chloe alone, and she agrees. They go into an empty courtroom. Chloe begins to rant about how Cordelia needs her mother, and Cane agrees, shocking Chloe. Cane says he's been thinking about what he would tell Delia when she asked about her mom, and he can't think of a single reason he could tell her about why he took her away from Chloe. Cane and Chloe both grew up without mothers, and Cane says their daughter won't be the same. Cane tells Chloe he's going to drop the lawsuit, and she embraces him, thanking him. Cane says he will be keeping an eye on her, and Chloe says he will always be there - he is part of the family. Cane tells Chloe she'll have to change the name on the birth certificate, and Chloe says that won't be a problem.

In the hall, Lily tells Billy what is going on, and Billy thanks her for helping him. He tells Lily that he really did care about her in their relationship, and she says she knows. She says that no one else could have helped her through that difficult time, and she thanks him for being there for her. Chloe and Cane emerge from the courtroom and Billy and Chloe hug as do Cane and Lily.

Ashley and Jack arrive at the Ranch. Jack tells Estella that the doctor ordered a lot of rest for Ashley. Estella offers to get Ashley some tea, but Ashley says she'll just have water. Estella tries to insist that tea is best because that's what Sabrina said, but Ashley tells Estella firmly that she wants water. Ashley goes to her room, leaving Jack in the living room. Adam comes in and he and Jack briefly discuss his sight. Adam tells Jack he can see other things now - like Jack's true nature and the fact that Jack will fall. Jack says Adam's blindness hasn't changed his character - it just gives him another way to manipulate people. Jack says Hope never used her disability to manipulate others. Ashley overhears and she comes back downstairs, telling Jack to leave. Ashley apologizes for Jack and Adam says Jack was right about one thing - he isn't worth much these days.

Tyra and Karen Face Off in Court

Cane shows up at Jill's table at the GCAC and surprises her. He tells her Michael says he has a real shot at getting custody of Delia. Jill asks what time the hearing is and wishes Cane luck. Cane asks his mother if she's talked to Katherine, and Jill tells him she hasn't and she doesn't expect to either because Kay fired her from Chancellor. Cane wonders what is next for his mother, and Jill informs him she has a plan, but won't tell him what it is until its a sure thing.

Katherine and Mac sit out on the patio at the coffeehouse in silence. Finally, Katherine tells Mac about the latest round with Jill and they begin to discuss misunderstandings. Mac alludes to her situation with Billy. Kay tells Mackenzie she thought Chloe had an agenda initially and told her about the first time Cane brought her over to meet them. She tells Mackenzie how Esther dropped the tray she was carrying when she laid eyes on her daughter and how they all realized in that moment that Chloe was actually Kate. Katherine goes on to say that Chloe has made some bad decisions in her lifetime, but both she and Billy love Cordelia. Kay says the best thing Billy can do for Cordelia is to lover her mother, and Mac thinks about this.

Billy is dreaming of Mackenzie as he is awakened to Cordelia crying and Chloe requesting that he get her. Once they are both up, Chloe brings up the subject of Mac and how she's decided to stay in town. Billy admits he ran into her last night at the bookstore when he went to get the nursery rhyme books for Cordelia. Chloe asks Billy why he didn't tell her about his encounter last night, and he says he didn't feel it was important enough to wake her up for. Chloe begins to panic about the possibility of losing Cordelia and tries to find the perfect outfit for her daughter to wear to court. She wonders what she and Billy are going to do if they lose Cordelia. Chloe suddenly announces that she needs to go somewhere and leaves Billy to finish dressing Cordelia.

Karen and Neil are at Newman with Ana. She asks if her mom will be at the adoption hearing and Karen says she probably will be because it's an important day. Neil thinks about how he helped Tyra get her own lawyer to file her own adoption petition. Devon arrives and asks Ana where she wants to go while Karen and Neil are in court. She wants to go to the coffeehouse, so she and Devon leave. Victoria enters the room and asks Neil to see Victor. When Neil leaves, Victoria remarks that Karen doesn't seem as excited as she had expected on Ana's adoption hearing date.

Victor talks with Neil about the new fragrance line and how he expects the Board of Directors to pass it. Neil is distracted. He tells Victor that today is Ana's adoption hearing and that no matter what the outcome is, someone is going to get hurt. He says that only one woman can be Ana's legal mother and the other woman will have her heart broken. He also admits to Victor that he's made some bad decisions recently.

At Indigo, Lily confronts Tyra about sleeping with her father and hiring a lawyer behind Karen's back to file her own adoption petition. Ana and Devon walk in and Ana gives Tyra a poem she wrote about what a great mom she is! Lily pulls Devon aside and demands to know why he didn't tell her about Neil and Tyra. Devon says he wanted to tell her, but didn't know how. He watches Ana and Tyra interact and remarks that this is how it should be.

J.T. reports to Victor. Victor wants to know how the digging on Colleen is going, and J.T. says he doesn't think Colleen has done a thing wrong in her life! Victor demands that J.T. keep digging to find something to get Colleen out of her board seat as soon as possible. J.T. wonders if Victoria knows what Victor is doing, and Victor says of course she doesn't know! Victor demands that J.T. not tell her, either. As J.T. leaves Victor's office, Victoria comes in. Victor tells Victoria that she's going to head up the new fragrance line, and Victoria is pleased.

Karen, Neil, and Rafe sit in the courtroom when the judge asks if the other petitioner is coming. Karen is confused. Tyra walks in with her lawyer and sits down. Neil appears to be uncomfortable and Karen looks at him, shocked. Karen wants to know if Neil knew about this and if he helped Tyra file a petition. Neil mutters that he thought it was the right thing to do. Rafe stands up and tells the judge about how Neil and Dru adopted Devon and helped him turn his life around. Neil and Karen express their intention to adopt Ana and to give her a good, stable home. The judge tells Neil and Karen that she will have no problem granting their petition! Tyra's lawyer tells the judge everything Tyra has done for Ana from the time she was a teenager. She asks the judge to consider that in making her decision because Tyra wants to legally adopt Ana now that Yolanda's parental rights have been terminated. Karen and Tyra have a yelling match, and the judge calls for order. Rafe apologizes for his client's outburst. The judge requests to speak to Ana to find out how Ana feels about living with each party. Neil calls Devon to have him bring Ana to the courthouse.

Cane runs into Katherine at Jabot. She tells Cane that Jill's things being boxed up and her being fired was a misunderstanding. She tells him that Mitchell Sherman ordered that change - not her. She tells Cane not to tell Jill about this yet though because she believes they need some time apart. Cane asks Kay if he is going to be fired from his job, and Katherine tells him he is only going to move upstairs to take his place in his father's company - Chancellor Industries. Katherine wants Cane to be CEO, but he tells her that while he appreciates the offer he has to decline because of what is going on with his mom. He tells Katherine to tell the Abbott family he quit Jabot.

Jill finds Mackenzie in the coffeehouse and wants to know why she stayed in town. Mac tells her she knows Billy is taken. Jill tells Mac that Billy is completely off-limits to which Mac replies she isn't the one with a history of going after married men! An angry Jill walks away.

Lily, Devon, and Ana go to the bookstore. Billy and the baby appear at the bookstore as well and Billy asks Lily if he can talk to her. He says he knows they never really broke up, but he's sorry about the way things ended between them. He says he's a better person for having met her and he hopes someday they can be friends again. Billy wants to know if Lily can get through to Cane about Delia - she should be with her parents. Devon appears and tells Lily that they need to get to the courthouse - Neil just called.

Chloe is at a church praying. She says she knows she's done some rotten things. She begs God not to punish her daughter for the mistakes she's made. She says Cordelia needs her and she needs Cordelia, too.

Victoria meets J.T. at the coffeehouse and tells J.T. how she has been put in charge of the new fragrance line. She says she hopes the board passes it, but she isn't sure about the wild card - Colleen. She says she hopes that everything goes well and that Colleen and Victor don't get into it at the board meeting, messing everything up.

Jill finds Victor at Newman and offers herself for his service. Victor laughs and tells her he already has a great team of employees. Victor says he's not interested in hiring her. Jill says Jack has been wondering who bought the Jabot stock, and she threatens to tell Ashley Victor bought it. Victor doesn't care - he tells her to take up needlepoint because she's going to have a lot of spare time on her hands.

Ana arrives at the courthouse and takes the witness stand in the courtroom. The judge asks her about her life and activities with Neil and Karen versus Tyra. Ana says she loves all of them, but Tyra is her mother. Ana goes over to hug her mom, and the judge requests she go back into the hallway to wait with Devon for a little bit. The judge tells everyone she will make a decision soon and puts the court in recess. Karen wants to know who's side Neil is on! The judge comes back and says she hopes all of the petitioners can work together for Ana's best interest - it is good to have a lot of people who love you around you. She says she's decided to grant Neil and Karen the legal right to adopt Ana. Karen is relieve and Tyra cries. Neil stands up suddenly and asks the judge to wait - he has something he wants to say!

Chloe sees Mac at the coffeehouse and tells her that she and Billy are married now and that Mac better not be staying around because she hopes she can have Billy back - she says Billy is not interested in going backwards. Billy walks in and hears Chloe. He asks Chloe what the heck she is doing?!

Neil Gets Tyra A Lawyer

Katherine and Mackenzie discuss Jill at the coffeehouse. Neither one of them understand why Jill is acting the way she is. Katherine says she has to find a way to get through to Jill. Talk then turns to Mac and Billy. Katherine asks Mac if any part of her decision to stay around Genua City had to do with Billy. Mac avoids the question, and Katherine goes off to find Jill to talk with her.

Lily runs into Karen in the bookstore and asks her how she is. Karen tells Lily she doesn't have to pretend, and Lily isn't sure what she's talking about. Karen is surprised Devon didn't tell Lily about Neil and Tyra. Lily asks her what is going on. Karen tells her she should talk to her father about it, but when Lily presses, Karen tells her that Neil and Tyra had an affair. Lily says her father would never do that, but Karen tells Lily that Neil admitted to it. Lily is shocked, and she assumes that Ana's adoption is on hold. Karen tells her they are moving forward with the adoption, and this worries Lily.

Billy looks out the window and thinks about Mac in the pool house. Chloe and Cordelia are also there. Chloe asks Billy which outfit makes her look more like Mom of the Year. She is preparing for the custody hearing, which is taking place tomorrow. Chloe asks Billy if he's still in love with Mac and hoping for a fairy tale ending, because if he is, they're screwed. Billy assures Chloe he has no plans to cut out on her. Billy admits he loved Mac once and felt something when she returned, but she's gone now, and he's with his family where he should be.

Cane and Michael meet about the custody suit. Cane wants to ensure they win; he wants to go after Billy with everything he has. He asks Michael if that is going to be a problem for him. Michael tells Cane that it's hard for him to imagine two brothers going after each other like this because he'd give anything to have his brother sitting with him right now!

Rafe, Neil, and Tyra meet at the coffeehouse about Ana's adoption hearing. Neil wants Tyra to be able to file her own petition. Rafe is shocked that Neil wants Tyra to file her own petition and to get custody of Ana while he appears to be standing by his wife in court. Rafe tells Neil that what he is suggesting is a major conflict of interest, but offers to refer Tyra to another lawyer all the same. Later, Rafe calls with a referral fro Tyra. Tyra wonders if Neil hates her - she is ruining his life. Neil tells her he doesn't hate her, and kisses her hand as Lily walks in.

Neil follows Lily. She tells her father that Karen told her what happened between him and Tyra. She is angry with him, but admits it isn't her business. Neil tells Lily it isn't her business, but what happened between him and Tyra was a one-time thing, not an on-going affair. Neil tells Lily that he is beginning to think that adopting Ana is a bad idea. When Lily learns that Neil helped Tyra get her own lawyer, she says that they got married in order to hold onto Ana. If they lose Ana, they are going to have to figure out if they love each other enough to stay married.

Rafe visits Billy and Chloe. He says it would be a good idea to take Cordelia to the hearing. They are shocked and wonder if he's trying to say that they might lose! Rafe says that no one knows for sure who is going to win. He wants them to be prepared, but he didn't mean to freak them out in the process. After Rafe leaves, Chloe begins to panic, thinking about the possibility of losing her baby. She wants to go out and get the books of vintage nursery rhymes so she can read them to Cordelia on what might be her last night with her mother. Billy kisses her forehead and reassures Chloe that Cane isn't going to win. Billy goes out to get the nursery rhyme books so they can start reading them to Delia. Esther comes over and tells Chloe that Mackenzie decided to stay after all. Chloe begins to panic and tries to call Billy, but he doesn't answer.

Jill arrives at Jabot for work, but finds all of her things in boxes. She asks who did this, but before a staff member can answer, she says she already knows who did it. Katherine arrives shortly afterward, and finds an angry Jill. Katherine doesn't understand why she's angry - she just wants to talk. Jill tells Katherine that she was fired thanks to her! Katherine said she didn't fire Jill, and she doesn't know what she's talking about. Jill wonders how she ever believed that Katherine loved her as a daughter. Jill believes Katherine only made her CEO of Chancellor because it was expected of her. Now that Katherine knows Jill is not her daughter, she isn't obligated to keep her at Chancellor anymore! Katherine tries to protest, but Jill won't listen. Katherine tells Jill that she's hurt and upset and she's projecting those things onto her. Jill wants Katherine to admit that she never loved Jill as her daughter. Jill keeps pushing and Katherine becomes frustrated. Katherine finally tells Jill that she's glad that this person right in front of her isn't her daughter.

Mac runs into Michael at the coffeehouse and accompanies him to the psychiatric hospital where Kevin is staying. She wants to help Kevin find his way back like she did before. Mac goes into Kevin's room and he backs away as she begins to speak to him. Mac tells him a little about her life and encourages him, telling him she is going to be there for him. Kevin hallucinates the chipmunk again! Mac tells Kevin she'll be back to see him again soon before she leaves his room. Michael is discouraged that Kevin didn't seem to recognize Mac, but Mac assures Michael that she'll come back to see Kevin again - she's still his friend. Inside his room, Kevin whispers, Mac." Michael goes in to see Kevin and reminds him of all the people who love him. Michael tries to touch Kevin's shoulder, but he flinches.

Cane arrives at Jill's office at Jabot and they talk about what happened with Katherine. Jill tells Cane there is a lot of bad blood between she and Katherine and they have fallen back into that dark place again. Jill tells Cane Katherine admitted she is glad Jill isn't her daughter. Cane offers to take her out for dinner to cheer her up. Jill says he's a good son, but she wants him to rest for the hearing tomorrow regarding Cordelia's custody. Cane says he doesn't understand why Katherine is treating Jill this way - he wants Delia even though he isn't her biological father, and he can't understand why Kay doesn't want Jill because they aren't biologically related. Cane leaves and Jill thinks about better times she and Katherine shared as she packs up her office.

At the coffeehouse, Katherine talks with Murphy about Jill. Kay feels Jill is trying to destroy everything good that they shared and she doesn't know what to do. Murphy thinks Jill is lashing out at Kay because she's in pain. Katherine says it's so sad that Kevin is in trouble right now because he believed in her, but Jill never did. Murphy suggests they go home, but Kay asks him if he'd mind if she just sits alone for a while.

Billy is surprised when he finds Mac at the bookstore! He asks her if she got his number from Brock, and when she says she did, Billy wants to know why she didn't call him. Mac tells him to ask his wife! Billy asks her why she really stayed around, but Mackenzie avoids his question. Billy presses her to say that she stayed in Genua City because of him. He suddenly grabs her and kisses her!

Karen and Neil meet up at the Club, and Neil informs her they need to talk about some things before the hearing tomorrow. Karen asserts there's nothing to talk about - they're going forward with the adoption. She says Neil came into her life, and made her believe she could be a mother again. Neil tells her he doesn't want to hurt her to which Karen responds, "Then don't." She leaves to go home.

Lily finds Cane at the GCAC waiting for his mother. Lily tells him he's a great son. Lily tells Cane she'll come to the hearing tomorrow and support him, but she wants him to think about whether this is really the right thing to do or not before he goes in there tomorrow. Cane tells Lily that he's doing the right thing and he's certain of it.

Katherine on Restless Style!

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday April 15, 2009:

Jack takes Sharon back to her room at the Club and asks her if he can do anything else for her. She tells him she just needs some sleep. Sharon asks the maid to take the mirror with the lipstick on it out of her room and she does. Jack suggests that Sharon move in with him for a little while, but she says she'll be fine here. Jack also suggests she get a different room in the Club, but Sharon insists she'll be fine where she is. Sharon admits to Jack that she took the things, but she didn't write that she hates herself on the mirror in lipstick, even though she feels that way sometimes. Jack offers to stay with Sharon for a while, but she says he has been up all night, too, and sends him on his way home.

Noah comes downstairs at the tack house and asks Phyllis if his dad ever came home last night. Phyllis says he didn't and tells Noah that his dad is going through some things right now that have nothing to do with him. Noah thinks they are fighting about him. Phyllis tries to reassure him that they aren't fighting about him, but he is convinced they are and he takes off.

At Victoria's, Nick comes downstairs and J.T. offers him coffee. As Nick is getting himself some coffee, J.T. informs him that Sharon was arrested last night for grand theft. Nick grabs his coat, telling J.T. he is going down to the jail. J.T. calls after Nick, telling him Sharon already made bail, as he leaves the house.

At the Ranch, Victor is going over some numbers with Colleen. He says he wants harmony on the Newman Board, but Colleen is skeptical. They talk about family, and they finally agree to try to work together. After Colleen leaves, Victor calls J.T. Outside, Colleen calls Jack and asks him to meet with her.

At the Club, Nikki runs into Lily and shows her the covers of Restless Style with Katherine on them. Lily says she wants both of them, and Nikki hopes the rest of the readers feel the same way. They talk about Lily's modeling career and Nikki tells her it's a shame she dropped modeling. She offers Lily a cover of Restless Style if she ever feels like getting into modeling again.

Murphy chats with Katherine at the Club, but soon realizes that she isn't really paying attention. He notices that she's staring at Jill. Katherine feels guilty for talking to Jill the way she did, but Murphy reminds her that Jill said some hurtful things as well. Nikki approaches them with the new Restless Style covers and suggests Katherine come to the office with her. Katherine makes sure it is all right with Murphy, and he tells her to go enjoy herself - he'll be fine. Nikki and Katherine leave together.

Nick arrives at Sharon's room. He wants to know what is going on. Sharon tells Nick that she did steal those things - she doesn't remember doing it, but she knows she did. She explains that she's been losing pieces of time and that she finds things in her purse later. She says she is responsible for stealing the books Eden was blamed for, and she's glad that Michael is such a good lawyer. She says that stealing could have really done damage to Eden's record! Sharon tells Nick what her room looked like when she came back last night and that someone had cut up her clothes. She says she knows she didn't do that. Nick asks her if she think Phyllis did it. Sharon tells him whoever did it did her a favor because she couldn't go on like that. Nick remarks that she's had a tough year. Sharon tells Nick that she can't continue to use him as a lifeline, but Nick tells her he is volunteering. Sharon tells him to go back to his wife and child - she doesn't want to be responsible for breaking up his marriage or damaging it further.

At Restless Style, Phyllis is trying to reassure Noah that he won't go to military school for messing up with Eden. As she gets off the phone, Katherine and Nikki arrive. Nikki tells Phyllis that Restless Style is selling out on the east cost and they need to do another print! Nikki then asks where Nick is - he's not at Newman. Phyllis admits that Nick left and she isn't sure where he is either. Phyllis tells Nikki she's scared that she and Nick are past the point of no return in their marriage, but Nikki says that Nick loves her. Katherine comes over and joins the conversation. Katherine remarks that she can't reach Jill. Nikki tells both women to learn from her mistakes - the more she chased Victor, the more distance he put between them. She advises the women to sit back and give their loved ones some distance. Katherine thinks Jill needs reassurance of Katherine's love for her. Nikki tells them that their loved ones need some time to miss them.

Murphy finds Jill at the coffeehouse. He tries to help her see that Katherine doesn't mind if she and Jill are biologically related - Katherine still sees Jill as her daughter. Jill says she feels like the past six years of her life has been a lie. Murphy tells her that loss is a part of life, but that she and Katherine still love each other! Jill finally seems hopeful, and asks Murphy if he really thinks she and Katherine can get past their differences. However, she sees the Restless Style cover and claims that Katherine and Nikki are trying to rub her face in it. Jill tells Murphy that she and Katherine will never reconcile. She says Murphy seems like a nice enough guy, but now he's swimming with sharks and there's blood in the water. She leaves.

Jack and Colleen meet at the Club to discuss how her meeting with Victor went. Jack wonders if Victor knows that she plans on opposing him on the new fragrance line. Colleen replies that Victor doesn't know yet, but he will once she gets some other board members to support her with Jack's help. Jack wonders if Colleen still wants to be the Fresh Face of Jabot. Colleen says she isn't sure - that was a long time ago. He tells her that the Abbotts are getting control of Jabot back as soon as Katherine is legal again. Colleen is thrilled and she agrees to be the Fresh Face. Jack tells her that he's set up a fitting for her today, and Colleen recognizes that Jack wants a Newman board member as the Fresh Face of Jabot. Jack doesn't deny that he wants this, imagining how Victor will react when he sees the billboards.

When J.T. arrives at Victor's house, Victor tells him he wants J.T. to get Colleen off the Newman board as soon as possible. J.T. is hesitant - he isn't comfortable with this - he's known Colleen since they were kids. Victor reminds J.T. who he works for - Newman security - and demands that J.T. keep him informed. J.T. informs Victor that Sharon was arrested for theft, and Victor is quite shocked at this news.

At the Club, Nikki and Katherine find Murphy and Katherine confesses that she's worried about how Jill will react to the Restless Style covers. Murphy tells Katherine Jill already saw the cover and she isn't happy about it. Katherine announces that she is not going to give up on Jill.

Jack runs into Jill at the coffeehouse. Jack informs Jill that Katherine is giving control of Jabot back to the Abbotts. Jill reminds him that Cane is still the CEO of Jabot for now. Jack wonders who sold Jill the 5% of shares in the first place. He guesses that since she got screwed, it was Victor. Jill tells him to have a good day, not telling him who sold her the stock.

Colleen and Lily chat at the coffeehouse. Colleen informs Lily that she's going to a fitting at Jabot for the Fresh Face campaign and she doesn't really want to. Lily tells her that she loved the fittings - she got to see all the clothes before they hit the stores. Colleen asks Lily if she's still okay with her doing the Fresh Face of Jabot and Lily tells her it's fine, but when Colleen leaves, Lily seems sad.

Nick and Noah meet at the Club. Noah wants to know what is going on with his dad and Phyllis. Nick tells Noah that they're having a hard time. He then informs Noah that Sharon was arrested last night for theft. Eden comes up and asks Noah if he's heard about his mom. She says that Sharon stole the books that day and let her take the fall for it! Nick tells Eden this isn't a good time, but Noah tells his dad that he's taking Eden home.

Later on, Colleen returns to the coffeehouse and finds J.T. She tells him that she thinks Victor is warming up to the idea of her being on the Board of Directors. He gives her a look, and she says she's no fool, she knows how Victor operates. J.T. tells her she doesn't know the half of it, and suggests she sell her seat on the board for some money, but Colleen doesn't want to do that.

Jill runs into Victor at the Club and thanks him for making her a pawn in one of his games. Victor tells her everything that happened was her own fault because of her attitude and behavior toward Katherine.

Across the room, Lily tells Nikki she's interested in modeling for Restless Style.

Katherine approaches Jill and Jill makes a big deal of the "hatchet job" Nikki did on the article on Katherine in Restless Style. Katherine tells her they need to settle the estate. Jill tells Katherine to have her lawyer call Jill's lawyer and she leaves.

Noah arrives at Sharon's room at the Club. When she answers the door, Noah demands how Sharon could do this to Eden. Noah accuses Sharon of blaming Eden for the stolen books to break them up because she doesn't like Eden. Sharon tries to tell Noah that it wasn't intentional, but he doesn't listen. Noah wants to know what is wrong with her - her life is a mess! Sharon says she's going through a hard time, and Noah storms out. After Noah leaves, Sharon calls her mom and tells her she is falling apart. She says she was finally caught and arrested for stealing.

Nick arrives at Restless Style and asks Phyllis if she set Sharon up. Phyllis denies setting her up. Phyllis wants to know if Nick is going to come home, if they are over, or if he's going back to Sharon. Nick informs Phyllis that he will be staying with Victoria for a while. Phyllis goes back to work, and Nick watches her.

Noah runs down the stairs at the Club. He sees Jack and tells him how screwed up his parents are. Jack offers Noah a place in his home for a while, but Victor tells Noah he will stay with him at the Ranch - he is family.

Mackenzie Returns

Jack welcomes Mackenzie as she arrives at the Chancellor Mansion. Billy is shocked to see her. Mac says she came back because she heard that her grandmother might still be alive. Billy introduces Chloe and Mac to one another. They hear the commotion in the other room, and Jack wonders what all the noise is. They all go to see what is going on and find Katherine and Jill fighting in the cake. Chloe is displeased that her wedding cake is ruined. Nikki tells them all they have good news. Katherine says she now has proof that she is Katherine Chancellor and that, "this thing," is not her daughter. She gestures toward Jill. Mac and Billy are both taken aback.

Sharon apologizes for being such a mess and crying on Nick's shoulder. She says she had a terrible day - she left Chloe's wedding because she wasn't feeling well, and then had to deal with Phyllis. Nick said he saw Phyllis being escorted out of the building. She regrets that she and Nick are fighting over her again and asks him to leave. Nick tells her he isn't going anywhere and that Phyllis needs to stop obsessing over her. Sharon reminds him that he recently told her to stop her crap, and Nick admits that he did, but he did so because he was angry that Noah was so upset. He tells her that he is worried about her and wants to understand what is going on - she isn't acting like herself. Sharon asks him to leave it alone, that he should be the last person trying to help her after what happened up at the cabin. Nick tells Sharon that he cannot watch her unravel. She asks him to take care of Noah and to keep Phyllis away from her while she tries to put her life back together. Nick says he will take care of Noah and do his best to keep Phyllis away from her.

Nick leaves, and finds Phyllis outside her door. Phyllis says she didn't want to believe it, but here Nick is coming out of Sharon's room - again. Nick prevents Phyllis from going into Sharon's room and tearing her apart. He guides her away from the room, while Phyllis insists that her not touch her.

Brock welcomes Mac back. Jack says that this news calls for a celebration - Katherine is back! Billy admits he heard Katherine tell the doctor she was a fraud in the hospital, and she explains she had to do that because the doctor didn't believe her and she needed to lie to get out of the hospital. Katherine says the attention of everyone should go back to the bride and the groom, and says she's going to put on cleaner clothes. Nikki takes Murphy for a tour of the Chancellor mansion. Jack wonders if Ashley noticed the way Billy looked when Mac showed up and when they found out they aren't related. Ashley said she noticed and she thinks that all of this is a bad omen - this marriage is a mistake. Jack reminds her that this is the only way Billy can keep Cordelia. Chloe and Colleen talk. Colleen tells her she had a moment of weakness when she stood up for Chloe as her matron of honor. She tells Chloe she should get to know Mac - she has a lot of interesting stories to tell. Billy tells Mac her timing sucks. Mac says Cordelia is beautiful and that she's happy for Billy. Chloe comes over with the baby, and Mac says she needs to go clean up. Chloe says she's sorry about Billy's mom. Billy tells Chloe he can't believe she isn't Katherine's daughter!

Cane arrives at the Chancellor mansion and apologizes to Katherine for not believing her. He says he said some awful things to her, and she tells him it's already forgotten. Katherine introduces Cane to Murphy and they each seem glad to meet one another. Cane finds out that he and Billy are not related. Katherine tells both Billy and Cane that they are both still her grandsons in every way that counts, and that nothing is going to change between them. Jill goes over to Mac who is cleaning up the cake mess and tells her that she never approved of her relationship with Billy, but she must be wondering what might have been. Mackenzie tells Jill that she and Billy were a long time ago and that she's gotten over him.

Esther tells Chloe about Mac and Billy's history. This worries Chloe. She fears that if Billy loved Mac once, he'll fall for her again, but Esther tries to reassure her. She tells Chloe that Billy wouldn't be with her if he didn't want to be - whether she had a baby or not.

Billy goes outside to get some air and to think. Jack follows him, and Billy admits he's been thinking about Mac a lot lately and how different his life could have been with her. Jack tells Billy that he and Mackenzie were a long time ago - he doesn't even really know her anymore. Jack also reminds him that he'll risk losing the baby if he leaves Chloe.

Chloe comes downstairs and Cane makes fun of her for not bagging a Chancellor after all. Chloe says she doesn't care if Billy is a Chancellor or an Abbott because he cares about her. Cane scoffs at her. Billy comes over to Chloe and asks her if she's ready to leave, and she responds she thought he'd never ask! They say their good-byes, and leave. On the way out, Cane wishes them a happy honeymoon. Katherine thanks Jack and Ashley for believing her. She says she can't wait to see what the future holds, and Jack says he can't either. Cane and Mac realize they have something in common - neither of them knew they were a part of the family. Katherine approaches Jill and says she noticed she kept everything in Katherine's room the same. Jill admits she'd give anything to have her mother back, but Katherine is not her mother. Jill says she spent six years of effort and time on this ridiculous relationship. Jill says she owns half of the Chancellor mansion and always will, but she won't live under the same roof with Katherine. She says she's moving out. Katherine and Brock try to convince her to stay to no avail. Jill says her good-byes and leaves.

Jack and Ashley go to the Club to celebrate. Jack thinks there are good things in store for Jabot. He wonders if Sharon will show up, and Ashley reminds Jack there are a lot of problems in his marriage. Jack takes responsibility for the problems in the marriage. Ashley tells Jack it may be time to cut his losses and move on with his life, but Jack says he can't do that right now.

When Phyllis returns home, she and Nick begin to argue. Nick says he's sick of Phyllis being obsessed about Sharon. Phyllis admits she's sick of it, too - she hates being paranoid and jealous and feeling this pain in her stomach, but he did this to her! Phyllis tells Nick that his sweet Sharon is a thief, a liar, a manipulator, and a tramp! She says she has proof that she's been with different men, and wants to know if Nick asked her about being with Billy. Nick says he didn't. Nick wants to know why Phyllis cares who Sharon sleeps with as long as she isn't sleeping with him. Phyllis reminds him that Sharon has slept with him and will again in the future. She reminds him that he said he loved her. He reminds Phyllis that he said he loves Phyllis, too. Phyllis insists that Nick needs to see who Sharon is, but Nick tells her he knows who Sharon is - it is Phyllis that he is seeing for the first time. He tells her he isn't sleeping there tonight.

Once they are alone, Chloe asks Billy about Mac. He says he hasn't seen her in years. He asks Chloe if this is really what she wants to talk about on their wedding night. He kisses her.

Jill and Cane talk at the Club. Jill admits to Cane that her relationship with Katherine felt right, and now she knows why - they aren't related. Cane tells her that just because they are related doesn't mean they have to be enemies. Jill tells him that she thinks they were born to be enemies.

Nikki reminds Katherine to call Mitchell Sherman at the Chancellor mansion so that he can work on getting her death certificate revoked and reversing her will. Katherine says some people won't be happy about losing their inheritance, but Nikki tells her that if they care more about their inheritance than Katherine, then they didn't deserve it in the first place! Nikki embraces Katherine.

Brock tells Mac she doesn't look so well. She finally admits she wonders what would have become of her and Billy.

Jack goes to Sharon's room to tell her the news about Katherine's DNA test and the fact that Katherine and Jill are not related. Jack says it is nice when people have an opportunity to start over. He wonders if Sharon will give him just one more chance - even though he's had plenty of second chances. She tells him she'd only hurt him. She reaches into a drawer and hands him divorce papers. She said she finally signed them and wants him to do the same.

Jack signs the divorce papers down at the bar. He sees Jill and asks her if she was kicked out of the house already. He says next she'll be losing Jabot and Chancellor Industries. Jill tells Jack to shove it - she's not in the mood. She leaves.

Murphy and Katherine get settled in her bedroom.

Chloe awakens to find Billy gone.

Mac sits outside, and is startled when she sees Billy.

Chloe and Billy Rehearsal Dinner Disaster

Sharon gets a call from Jack in her room at the Club. He asks her if she's ready and if she wants him to swing by and pick her up for the rehearsal dinner. Sharon tells Jack she is going to bail on the rehearsal dinner. She says it's a family thing and she doesn't belong there. Jack tells her that she will always be family, whether they are divorced or not, and he isn't going to take, "no," for an answer.

Chloe and Billy get ready for the rehearsal dinner in the pool house. Chloe is still trying to find a Maid of Honor for her wedding, but can't get any of her jet-setting friends to come on such short notice. Billy suggests they move the wedding back a couple of weeks, but Chloe reminds him he said they should get married as soon as possible for Cordelia's sake.

Ashley gets ready to go to the rehearsal dinner at the Ranch. Victor offers to go with her, but she doesn't feel like trying to play peacemaker between him and Jack. Abby comes downstairs and tells her mother she is going to hang out with Victor. She asks Victor to go out to dinner with her since he sent the chef home for the night. Adam comes into the room with his lawyer and says he'd love to join them for dinner, but his leash doesn't reach that far. Victor remarks that it's better than being caged up.

Esther informs Jill she has invited Katherine and her fiance to the wedding. Jill is shocked and appalled that Esther would invite those con artists to the wedding. Esther tells her Katherine is coming back. Jill tells Esther she is headed to bed and won't be attending the rehearsal dinner, saying Billy isn't talking to her. Esther tells Jill she will always be his mother and she should really go to the rehearsal dinner to support him.

Murphy brings Katherine her pills in the trailer. They talk about the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Murphy remarks that he will probably get lost in her big mansion when they move in. Katherine tells him she'll come find him. Murphy says he'll be happy living anywhere with her.

Noah talks with Eden on his cell phone at Crimson Lights. He learns that she is baby-sitting Cordelia and says he has to go. He finds his mother in the coffee ship who offers to buy him a cup of coffee. Noah apologizes for this morning, he was just caught off guard by her moving again and he understands why she did it. Sharon tells Noah about the rehearsal dinner at Jack's, and Noah offers to go with her for moral support. Sharon takes him up on the offer, telling him how much she appreciates that.

Jill arrives at the Abbott mansion for the rehearsal dinner. The topic of Katherine comes up right away, and Jack and Ashley both get on her for not believing she is alive. Chloe and Billy come into the room and thank Jill for the interesting wedding gift of a pink slip. Esther comes into the room as well, and remarks how they will all soon be one big happy family. Jill utters, "Kill me now." She looks at something John owned and remarks on how he loved it. Jack wonders what his dad would think of Jill now. Colleen comes into the room, and Jill announces she is heading out to the pool house to see Cordelia. Chloe stops her. Ashley says she really likes Chloe! Colleen confronts Billy again about marrying Chloe. Sharon and Noah arrive for the rehearsal dinner, and Billy isn't thrilled to see them. He tries to put on a good front for Noah, but once Noah is gone, he tells Sharon not to come to the wedding tomorrow, and she says she won't. Chloe approaches Sharon and asks her to be her Matron of Honor. Sharon hesitates, saying she promised a friend she'd be somewhere else tomorrow, but Jack thinks this is a great idea. Sharon finally agrees, and Billy is not pleased about this.

Victor and Abby eat at the coffeehouse. She remarks that she feels bad for Adam - she has tried to walk around with her eyes closed and it's really hard. She tells Victor she never knows what to say to Adam. Victor tells her not to worry about Adam.

Rafe brings Adam the things he left at the prison. He tells Adam that there is a letter from Victor in the pile and asks if anyone has read it to him. Adam says no one has, but he guesses it is more of the same old stuff Victor always says. Rafe tells Adam he thinks Adam should hear the letter, so he reads it to him. The letter says this could be a learning experience for Adam if he lets it be, and that Victor loves him, and will always be his son. Adam says maybe there is hope. Abby and Victor return from dinner, and Adam asks Abby if she likes opera. Abby tells him she likes it if she isn't listening to it! Adam then says they have something in common - neither of them knew Victor was their father. He asks her what she is hoping the baby will be - boy or girl. Abby says she doesn't care. Adam asks her if she'll be jealous if it's a girl, and Abby says she doesn't think so. Adam offers her the chance to talk to him about anything, saying he wants to be more than brother and sister, he wants to be friends. Adam heads upstairs, and Victor returns to see if he needs any help. Adam says he is fine, and that he really appreciates what Victor is doing for him, even though he doesn't show it much. He says, "Night, Dad," as he climbs the stairs.

Jack makes a toast to the soon-to-be-married couple. Jill says she has something to say, and tells Billy she loves him. Billy asks her if this means he can have his job back, to which Jill is silent. Sharon wants to find a way out of being Chloe's Matron of Honor, and asks her if Ashley would be a better choice for the job. Chloe tells Sharon she's pregnant and probably won't fit into the dress! Sharon turns to Colleen, but Colleen says no one wants to be in the wedding, least of all the groom. Talk then turns to Chloe and Billy possibly moving to New York for work. Jack asks Jill if she really wants to see Billy move away, but she says Billy is simply making idle threats. Jill says it's this kind of immaturity that made her fire Billy as CEO, and made Chloe pick Cane over him in the first place. Everyone at the table begins to argue until Ashley begins to yell to get everyone to be quiet. She tells them that they might not like it, but tomorrow they will all be family, and they need to learn to deal with it for Cordelia's sake.

Noah sneaks out of the rehearsal dinner and goes to see Eden in the pool house. Eden says Cordelia has been sleeping the whole time, but every time she and Noah try to kiss, the baby fusses. Sharon shows up at the pool house and begins to yell at Noah for being with Eden when they are not supposed to be together. Noah becomes angry, defending Eden - she wasn't the one who put the stolen books into their bag. Sharon says they'll talk about it when they get home, but Noah asks her if she even knows where she's sleeping tonight! He tells her that just because her life is a mess and she is out of control, she cannot control his life.

Jill tells Billy she is leaving. She says that when his marriage fails, she will still be there for him. Colleen tells Billy she'll see him tomorrow, and leaves. Jack thanks Ashley for defending Chloe, and Sharon comes back into the room and tells Jack she is headed back to the Club. Billy bids her good night as Jack walks her out. Chloe leaves with Esther and the baby for the Chancellor mansion. She says nothing has been traditional about this process so far, but she'll give Billy the night before the wedding. When Jack and Ashley are alone, Ashley says she felt a little bad for Jill. She also tells Jack she is worried about Billy and asks Jack if he remembers how his first marriage turned out.

Jill arrives at the trailer as Murphy and Katherine are playing Scrabble. She says she's come because Brock told her to. Jill immediately starts an argument with her as to whether she is Katherine or Marge. They tells Jill Katherine has Lyme disease, but Jill accuses her of injecting herself with it! She also believes Murphy is a con artist. When Jill insults Murphy, Katherine becomes very angry, telling her Murphy is one of the kindest people there are. Murphy questions why Jill doesn't want her mother back, but she tells them that they planned on feeding off of everyone's grief over Katherine's death. Jill demands to know what Murphy wants -- the keys to the Chancellor mansion? Katherine defends Murphy again. Katherine tells Jill all of her money has made her more vindictive and meaner, and she's ashamed of her. Katherine confronts her about firing Billy. Jill orders her to stay away from the wedding and her family. Katherine refuses, saying she was invited to the wedding and she wants mints in her pillow! Jill tells her she will stay in her mother's room over her dead body, and Katherine tells her not to tempt her! Jill leaves when Katherine threatens to arrest her for trespassing. After Jill leaves, Katherine tells Murphy Jill brings out the worst in her, and that tomorrow everyone will know who she really is.

Esther and Chloe arrive at the Chancellor mansion and Esther is excited for her daughter, telling her she is finally getting everything she deserves. Chloe holds Cordelia and tells her things like this don't happen to her, but it's true, tomorrow she will marry Delia's daddy. She vows to make Billy very happy.

Sharon is at Jimmy's drinking vodka tonics. Billy comes in and begins to drink as well. Their eyes lock. They go back to Sharon's room at the Club and begin to make love.

Eden and Noah go to the coffeehouse and try to kiss on the patio, but they are interrupted by the waitress. They complain that they cannot get a minute alone. Noah suggests they take a little vacation, but where? He tries to think while Eden continues to kiss him. He says that she isn't helping him think! The waitress returns with their hot chocolate, and Noah says he's thinking fast.

Brock Recognizes His Mother

Amber wakes up in the boxcar and finds Kevin drinking. She asks how much he's had to drink, and Kevin wants to know if she's going to yell at him. She tells him he's had enough people yell at him in his life already. Everything is silent, and Amber wonders if the police have moved on. Kevin speculates they are waiting at the border in case they try to cross. Amber tells Kevin that Daniel and Michael are look for him, and Kevin gets upset because he believes Amber called them. She reassures him that she didn't, but that they love him, so they are probably looking for him. Kevin wonder how anyone could ever love either of them, and Amber says that is a horrible thing to say. Amber tells him that they have both changed. Kevin says people can't change, but Amber shares a lot of memories with him to show him that he's a good person. She tells him she is lucky to have such a good friend. Amber tells Kevin that she loves him, and he allows her to hold him while he goes to sleep.

Nikki and Phyllis work on the article about Katherine at the tack house. Nikki tells Phyllis she is doing Katherine justice, and Phyllis tells Nikki this will be a record-selling issue - a great idea. Nikki asks how everything is going and Phyllis tells her everything is going well. Sharon has moved back in with Jack. After Nikki leaves, Phyllis types her feelings about Sharon, but then deletes them.

Jack greets Nick and Noah as they come into the Abbott mansion. Noah is supposed to have breakfast with his mother, but Jack says she isn't there. Noah wonders where she is when she walks in the door, apologizing for being late. She tells Nick and Noah that she's moved back to the Club, that she made an impulsive decision by moving back in with Jack, and she corrected her behavior by moving back into the Club. Jack tries to accept the blame for the situation, but Nick refuses to believe he is at fault. Noah gets very angry with his mother, asking her when she is going to quit this and be herself again. Sharon says she doesn't know. Noah runs out of the house, slamming the door behind him. Sharon asks Jack to let her speak to Nick alone, and Jack leaves the room. Nick wants to know what is going on with Sharon; Noah is having a hard time, and has been ever since Brad died. Sharon tells Nick that she is in a bad place, too, that's why she asked Nick if Noah could stay with him. Nick tells Sharon he followed up on the job she was applying for, but now he's not so sure he should have given her a reference because he doesn't know if she can handle it. Sharon becomes upset, demanding to know when Nick became so judgmental. Jack asks Sharon if she can give him some help in the study, and Sharon goes to him, saying that Nick can show himself out. Sharon also prepares to leave, but before she does, Jack asks her if she'll come back for Billy's rehearsal dinner tonight. Sharon is hesitant, but Jack says she'll be doing him one last royal favor, so she agrees.

In the pool house, Chloe is preparing to leave to find a baby-sitter for Cordelia for tonight. She leaves Billy in charge while she's gone. After Chloe leaves, Billy tells Cordelia this isn't the way it was supposed to be. He fantasizes that he and Mackenzie have been married for five years, that they are still in love, and that she is Cordelia's mother.

Cane and Lily are affectionate to one another at the coffeehouse. Chloe arrives to meet with the potential baby-sitter, Eden. Cane offers up his opinion, not a favorable one, about Eden watching Cordelia, but Chloe tells him he doesn't get a say in who watches her because he is not her father. Cane leaves, saying he has something to do. Chloe tells Eden what time to be at the pool house, and Eden leaves. Chloe notices Lily doesn't have a ring on, and she congratulates her for standing up for her beliefs. Lily notices Chloe still has her old ring. Lily accuses Chloe of not caring which brother she marries as long as it's a Chancellor. Lily tells Chloe she knows she loves Cordelia, but she hopes she never finds out how Billy really feels about her mom. Chloe tells Lily that Billy shows her how he feels all the time, and it's wonderful. Lily tells her that her marriage to Billy won't last any longer than it did to Cane.

Murphy is nervous about the wedding because he claims he can't dance and doesn't want to embarrass Katherine. She teaches him a few dance steps. Brock comes to the door with Nikki, expressing his nervousness about meeting the woman, but Nikki assures him that he will know it is his mother when he sees her. When Katherine and Brock meet face-to-face, they immediately connect. Brock knows she is his mother, and he embraces her. They sit down inside the trailer to talk. Katherine talks about her memory issues and achiness. She tells Brock that the doctors have ruled out arthritis, rheumatism, and Alzheimer's. He asks if they have tested her for Lyme disease, and she says they haven't. Brock tells her he had a friend who had similar symptoms who had Lyme disease. He says after weeks of being on antibiotics, his friend fully recovered. Nikki calls her doctor to have Katherine tested for Lyme disease right away. Nikki wonders if Brock has talked with Jill yet, and he says he hasn't, but that she won't be happy. Before Brock leaves, Katherine thanks him for the tip about the Lyme disease. Nikki goes out to her car to get shoes and a tie for Murphy for the wedding. Murphy tells Katherine he isn't going anywhere - he will even be around to deal with Jill. Katherine receives a call from the doctor, confirming she has Lyme disease, and she is thrilled with the news.

Esther works on wedding plans in the Chancellor mansion when Jill walks into the room. Jill tells Esther the wedding better be taking place at the Club, but Esther informs her that the wedding will be held at the mansion, on Friday. Jill tells Esther the wedding shouldn't be taking place at all, she doesn't want Billy to marry Esther's evil spawn - Billy is too good for her. Jill finally tells Esther she is going to buy her half of the house so they can't have the wedding there. Esther tells her she can't buy something that doesn't belong to her - it belongs to Katherine, and she'll be sorry when Katherine comes back.

At the pool house, Billy continues to fantasize about being with Mackenzie. Cane comes to the door, and Billy informs him he can't see Cordelia. Billy tells him he didn't come to see Cordelia, he came to see Billy. Cane asks Billy if he really wants to give up his party lifestyle and be attached to one woman. Cane tells Billy he will resign as CEO of Jabot, so that Billy can have money and power if he gives up the idea of being married and raising Cordelia. Billy asks if Cane is trying to buy his child. Cane tells Billy he can have anything he wants. Billy tells Cane he wants him to get out of his house!

Phyllis picks up Noah and brings him back to the tack house. She wants to know why he is so angry. Noah tells Phyllis that his mom moved out of Jack's house and back into the Club again. Phyllis tells Noah that whatever is going on with his mom, that she and Nick love him. Noah goes upstairs and sulks some more.

Brock goes to the Chancellor mansion to talk to Jill. Brock tells Jill that the woman in question is Katherine. He asks Jill to take a leap of faith and believe. Jill says it's easy for Brock - he has nothing to lose. But if the DNA test comes back and he is a match to Katherine, then Jill isn't her daughter. He tells Jill that they will still be mother and daughter, no paper is going to change that. Brock wants to take Jill to talk to Katherine before the test comes back to work things out, but Jill says she can't, she can't believe this woman is Katherine. Brock tells her they will get through this together, just as they did when they grieved their mother's passing.

Cane returns to the coffeehouse and asked if he missed anything. Lily asks him how Cordelia is, and Cane seems surprised she knew where he was going. Cane tells her he went to see Billy and offer him a way out, but he was too stubborn to even listen to him.

Billy thinks about Mac again in the pool house when Chloe arrives. Chloe tells him that she did something great for them today. She says she found a killer dress for the rehearsal dinner and asks Billy to change his shirt. Billy holds Cordelia and tells her he knows exactly how she feels.

Nick arrives at the tack house, and Phyllis informs him that Noah is very upset. Nick tells Phyllis he laid into Sharon. he is tired of her behavior. Phyllis is pleased that Nick let Sharon have it.

Kevin and Amber Rob A Bank

In the car, Kevin tells Amber they'll simply rob the bank, get some money, and then go across the Canadian border to meet up with his dad. Kevin's leg hurts a lot, and Amber tells him he needs a doctor. She tells him she wants to call Michael, but Kevin insists that his dad will be mad if they don't get the money. She reminds him that Clint is not his dad, and that he's dead, but Kevin refuses to believe this. He says he's alive and waiting for them in Canada. Kevin holds the gun to Amber to get her to go into the bank with him.

Gloria sits in Crimson Lights with Jana. Daniel comes in and tells Gloria Jana left against medical advice. They try to convince her to go back to the hospital, but she refuses to go, saying she is too worried about Kevin. Jana wants to keep Crimson Lights open. Gloria tells her she may not be able to help her son, but she can keep the coffeehouse running. Jana wants to know what happened when Daniel and Michael went to look for Kevin. Jeff and the bounty hunter come in, and Jeff tells Gloria he is really going to find Kevin - it will be much better if they find him before the police do. He says that Kevin's a good kid, maybe a little twisted, but he comes by that honestly.

At the Ranch, Victor tells Ashley that getting fired might be a good thing because she can stay home and take care of herself and their baby. Ashley is surprised when she learns that Victor believes that woman is really Katherine. Adam listens around the corner as they talk about him. Ashley says his self-pity is normal because he is going blind, but Victor believes he still has no taken responsibility for putting him in prison, and until he does, he won't ever be the man he could be. Victor then tells Ashely that he doesn't want anything to happen to her or the baby because losing Sabrina and the baby nearly killed him and he couldn't take that again. Olivia arrives at the Ranch to see Ashley. Victor leaves the two women to talk. Olivia also believes that Ashley being fired is a good thing for her and the baby. Olivia also says she's worried about Ash ley's history. Ashley tells her that she isn't going to have another nervous breakdown, and even if something happens to the baby, she thinks she'll be okay. Adam listens, interested. Olivia gets a text message from Lily, asking her to come see her. Olivia makes Ashley promise she'll call if she needs her before she leaves.

Katherine tells Jill she is not her mother. She is not a match to Katherine or to the exhumed body. Nikki comes into the office, and Jill yells at her for sending this impostor in and making these claims. Nikki says the only impostor in the room is Jill, but Jill tells her she is Katherine's daughter - they had a DNA test done years ago to confirm that. Jill and Nikki argue, and Jill accuses her of being the good daughter to Katherine while she's always been the bad one. Katherine challenges Jill to prove them wrong - that Katherine is her mother. Jill tells them they should call Brock, because maybe Katherine isn't his mother either. Nikki says that's a good idea, she bets Katherine will be a match to him. Nikki and Katherine both believe Jill is scared. Jill orders Nikki to leave or she'll call security.

Lily tries to give the ring back to Cane, but he won't take it. Lily tells him she can't be part of taking Cordelia away from Chloe. Cane says Chloe won't puts the baby's needs first, but Lily says Chloe has always put the baby's needs first. She says that's why Chloe lied to Cane in the first place, because she knew he'd make an amazing father. When Cane finds out Chloe visited Lily at the house, he is angry, but Lily tells him that her decision to break off their engagement was hers, not Chloe's. Lily says she loves Cane, but she can't take Cordelia away from a mother who loves her. Lily tries to give the ring back again, saying if she keeps it, Cane will only be waiting for her to put it on. Cane says he can't ever take the ring back. He kisses Lily before he leaves.

Kevin and Amber go into the bank. He is weak and dizzy, but tells Amber to go over to the teller. Amber suggests that she take the gun, but Kevin refuses to let her have it. Kevin waves the gun around and announces that this is a robbery. Amber looks into the security camera and mouths, "Help me." As the teller is handing Amber the money, Kevin collapses on the floor and drops the gun. Amber helps them get up and they make their escape. She puts him in the car and he goes unconscious. Amber begins to panic, but Kevin comes to again. The sirens begin to get closer and Amber panics when the car won't start.

At the coffeehouse, Daniel tells Jana what they found at the motel room, including that they found blood. He tells Jana that Amber scrolled a message onto the wall, saying Kevin is crazed and something about him being on a spree. Jana doesn't believe Kevin would hurt Amber, but Daniel isn't sure. He says that because of Kevin's past, he might have been pushed to a breaking point. He says our Kevin wouldn't hurt anyone, but that the old Kevin is back. Jana's head continues to hurt badly.

Jeff admits there is something in it for him if he and the bounty hunter can find Kevin and bring him home. He says Gloria might be grateful enough to have him back, but Gloria tells him he is not going to use this to get her back into bed with him. Gloria tells Daniel and Jana that Jeff and the bounty hunter are going out to look for Kevin.

At the trailer, Nikki makes a phone call to Brock. She convinces him to come to Genua City to see Katherine for himself. Katherine says Jill will just try to convince Brock that she's a fraud, but Nikki is sure he'll know she is his mother right away. Katherine reminds her that Jill didn't know she was Katherine, but Nikki says that's because they may not be related. Katherine worries about what will happen to Jill if it turns out she's not her daughter, but Nikki assures her Jill will survive. Katherine isn't so sure. Nikki tells Katherine how she had a stroke when they first found out they were mother and daughter, but then they became fond of one another. Katherine doesn't think all the great feelings should disappear just because of a piece of paper. Nikki offers to stay with Katherine until Murphy comes back, but she tells Nikki she'll be okay. Right before Nikki leaves, Katherine remembers getting the results of the DNA test she and Jill had done years ago. She remembers being happy that they were mother and daughter, as was Jill.

At the coffeehouse, Jana's head stops hurting. She says she believes Kevin might be coming home now.

Victor returns to the Ranch and he and Ashley hear a noise from Adam's room. Ashley hopes that Adam hasn't fallen, and Victor goes upstairs to check on him. Victor asks if Adam is okay, and he says he is fine, he won't sue. Victor notices that Adam is sweating. Adam says he hasn't been feeling well lately. Victor tells him if he needs anything to call him. Adam thanks him for that. Once Victor has left the room, Adam begins doing push-ups.

Cane comes to Jill's office. Cane tells his mother what has happened with Lily. Cane comments that he hopes she just needs some time to adjust to the idea of being a mother to Cordelia. Jill tells Cane about the most recent DNA test, and says at first she thought it was absurd that she might not be Katherine's daughter, but now she isn't so sure. Cane says he knows they buried his grandmother.

At Cane's house, Lily is packing when Olivia arrives. Olivia sees the engagement ring and starts congratulating Lily, telling her how happy she is for her. Lily stops her, though, saying that while they were engaged, they aren't anymore. She broke off the engagement.

Victor goes back downstairs and they discuss whether or not he should see a doctor. Ashley is surprised and pleased that Victor still cares about Adam.

Upstairs, Adam does more push-ups. He then tries to break the ankle bracelet off his ankle. It appears he is also trying to lose enough weight to slip the bracelet off. He gets down on the floor again and does more push-ups.

At the coffeehouse, Daniel gets a call from Michael. Daniel informs Jana and Gloria that Kevin has robbed another bank, and this time he wasn't alone. Jana's head begins to hurt again.

At the bank, Jeff notices blood on the floor. Nearby, Amber tries to get Kevin out of the car so they can run, but he says he can't move his leg. She notices how bad his leg looks.
