Estella's Arraigned

Victor calls Victoria and asks her to come over. Ashley comes into the room and Victor advises her not to go to the courthouse today where Estella's arraignment is being held because it might upset her. Victor remarks that he doesn't think the case is airtight against her. Adam walks through the front door and when asked where he was, he tells his father he needed some fresh air. He admits he didn't sleep much last night and Victor assures him he isn't alone - he's going to keep looking for a way for Adam to get his sight back. Adam goes upstairs. Victor remembers when he found out Hope was pregnant and how she was afraid she could pass on her condition to her baby. Victor says he feels like he failed both Hope and Adam and he doesn't blame Adam for being angry.

At the coffeehouse, Nikki tells J.T. she thinks Estella was framed by Adam. J.T. wonders if there is any evidence to back this up and Nikki admits there isn't anything solid yet. Victoria comes over and they continue to debate on whether or not Adam could be scaring Ashley. Victoria tells them they might as well all go spit on Sabrina's grave! She leaves to get more coffee and J.T. explains to Nikki that Victoria has been upset about Sabrina lately.

At the coffeehouse, Noah sees Rafe and asks him how he can become an emancipated minor! Rafe tells him he has to be able to support himself and he also has to have a place to live. Rafe tells Noah to come by his office later because he's due in court for Estella's arraignment. Noah receives a call from Nick, requesting Noah meet him and Sharon at the Club. Nick tells Noah they have important news to tell him. Noah agrees to meet them at the Club.

Sharon and Nick sit in the dining room at the Club and Nick talks about how their lives are coming together - they've found a house and soon they will have the paternity results. Noah arrives and they tell him they've found a house to buy - they can all live together as a family again. Noah says the house sounds nice, but he isn't going to move in - he doesn't want to live with them! Noah says he doesn't want Summer to go through what he went through with visitations. Noah tells them that they'll probably screw up the baby as well! He goes on to say he's going to file for emancipation. Sharon points out that they haven't abused or neglected them and thinks Noah's over-reacting. She says family therapy would be a better choice. Nick wants to know if Noah has filed yet and Noah admits he hasn't, but he's talked to a lawyer. Nick accuses Noah of wanting to file for emancipation in order to live with Eden. Noah tells them it isn't about Eden - they just don't understand. Nick says Noah shouldn't be in such a rush to grow up, but Noah says he isn't going to continue talking with them if they are only going to make fun of him.

In her room at the Club, Mary Jane talks to her kitty about how she is going to live happily with Jack, but sometimes men just need a little nudging! Jack comes in and wants to know what the important business is? Mary Jane strips and asks what's more important than keeping the CEO of the company happy? They kiss and head for the bed to make love. After making love, Mary Jane imagines she tells Jack she's falling for him and he reciprocates the sentiment. In reality, Jack's phone ring and Mary Jane asks if it's Phyllis? Jack is confused by her question. Mary Jane tries to make love to him again, but Jack stops her. He reiterates that their relationship is only about sex and he doesn't want to see her get hurt. Mary Jane says she has no intention of getting hurt. She tells Jack she'll see him later and shows him out. She tells kitty that it's happening, but she needs to take it slow.

Heather comes to Adam's room and wonders if everything is okay - he sounded very upset on the phone. Adam apologizes for how he acted yesterday. He tells Heather that thanks to Victor leaving him in prison - where he was stuck in the eyes with needles - he is no longer a candidate for a trial for his eye disease. Adam blames all of his troubles on Victor. Heather tells him they will have a life together in the future, but Adam says he's useless now. Heather assures Adam he is intelligent, caring, and that she loves him. They kiss passionately and make love. Adam tells her she's the only person he trusts now.

J.T. and Victoria arrive at the Ranch. Victoria tells Victor it was very difficult for her to learn that he had Sabrina's statue removed and to see him take her portrait down. Victor admits it was hard for him, too. He wants Victoria to help him rebuild his art collection and Victoria is moved. She says that this action shows her that her father understands and that she's going to make Sabrina very proud. When Victoria leaves, J.T. thanks Victor for doing that - it means a lot to Victoria and made her happy. He tells Victor Nikki believes Estella was framed. Victor wonders who else could have set up Estella. Victor wonders about Mary Jane. They discover Mary Jane has been at the Ranch quite often! Victor says he'll take it from here. J.T. leaves. Adam listens as Victor calls Mary Jane and arranges to meet with her outside his home.

At the courthouse, Estella is upset and Nikki tries to reassure her. They are both surprised when Ashley appears and says Estella will be brought to justice! Estella goes into the courtroom and Nikki tells Ashley Estella was framed - most likely by Adam! Ashley says Adam has been there for her and her baby many times and couldn't have framed Estella. Rafe appears and tells Ashley the charges against Estella will be thrown out, but it won't undo the emotional stress that she and Victor have put Estella through. Rafe goes into the courtroom and is able to get Estella out of prison on bail. Before she leaves, Ashley tells Estella she might be free for now, but it won't last. Ashley demands to know why Heather didn't oppose bail and Heather tells her Estella has no prior record, is not a flight risk, and the evidence is circumstantial. Nikki tells Ashley an innocent woman is being punished because she and Victor cannot see who is really trying to hurt her.

Jack walks into the Club dining room in time to hear Noah tell his parents they are too screwed up to handle their own lives, let alone his. Jack comes over and says it's a big deal to become an emancipated minor and asks to speak with Noah alone. He tells Noah his parents love him. Noah says they ruined so many people's lives, including Jack's. Jack denies this, but Noah doesn't believe it. Jack encourages Noah to wait a few weeks to make a final decision on becoming emancipated. Noah agrees and leaves. As Jack walks back over to Sharon and Nick, Sharon get s call notifying her that the paternity results are in. Jack says he knows Sharon hopes Nick is the father and he hopes she gets her wish.

At the coffeehouse, Victoria expresses her excitement about rebuilding her father's collection. J.T. sets some ground rules - no more meeting with strange guys in dark alleys! Victoria decides which piece she will acquire first and makes a call about it. The same man who threw the glass when he found out Daniel was out on bail takes the call!

Victor meets with Mary Jane. He says she's crossed boundaries before and now she's doing it again - getting involved with his family, wandering on his property, and stabbing him in the back - does she think she's going to get away with it?! Victor asks her several questions, including if she recognizes the spot - where Sabrina's statue was. She doesn't understand what he's talking about. He tells her the statue was mutilated and she denies having anything to do with it. Victor tells her to keep focused on Jack Abbott alone.

Nikki talks to Rafe after court. She says she suspects Adam of framing Estella. She tells him about how Adam has lied to her and how Sabrina's voice was coming out of his computer. Rafe is definitely interested.

Noah Wants to Divorce His Parents

Ashley arrives at Restless Style looking for Abby. Abby's there doing a photo shoot today. Abby appears and her mother tells her she looks beautiful. They hug. Abby expresses concern about all of the stress Ashley has been under. Ashley assures her it's over now - Estella has been arrested. Abby says she still cannot believe Estella did all of those things and still thinks it may be Adam.

Kevin visits Jana in jail. He informs her and Michael he did a successful speaking engagement at the school today. Michael informs them he set up a meeting with a judge to try to get her to reconsider letting Jana out on bail. Michael heads out. Jana says she cannot believe she's back in jail again, but Kevin assures her they'll get her out of there.

Noah and Eden stand outside of Crimson Lights as Noah prepares to meet Abby at the photo shoot. Eden remarks that Abby would never let her be a part of something like that. Noah asks Eden to meet him at Restless Style after her shift at Crimson Lights and she agrees to after Noah promises to make Abby behave.

At the counter inside the coffeehouse, Amber gives Daniel a pen and piece of paper and tells him to write down all of the people who might want to see him crash and burn. Daniel is stumped - he can't think of a single person who would want to set him up for murder! Amber wonders if someone is trying to get Daniel out of the way so he or she can get at her. Daniel tells Amber this doesn't have anything to do with her. Kevin comes in and Daniel apologizes for Jana being in jail. Kevin says he knows Daniel didn't mean for any of this to happen. As they talk, some teen girls come into the coffeehouse and tell Kevin they saw him speak at their school today about the silver chipmunk - he's awesome!

Heather arrives at the Ranch and Victor lets her in, but tells her to make her visit with Adam short because another specialist is coming to see him. Dr. Donahue arrives and Heather goes up to tell Adam he is there after she is introduced to him.

Adam is on his phone in his room with Dr. Taylor, trying to get more botox. Adam is frantic and demands the doctor cancel his surgery to bring him more botox or he'll be telling the medical board about what he's done! Heather knocks on the door and lets herself in. She tells Adam Dr. Donahue is here and she is puzzled by his not wanting to be examined again. Adam tries to get Heather to help him cut off his ankle bracelet, but she won't do that for him. She tells him he'll just go back to jail. Heather tells Adam to give the doctor a chance and leaves. Victor comes in and Adam asks him why he hates him, why he keeps setting him up to fail. Victor tells Adam they owe it to Hope to take advantage of this opportunity. Victor tells Adam to come downstairs and leaves the room.

Adam listens around the corner as the doctor tells Victor he has advanced equipment and that it can detect if Adam has RP for sure. Adam imagines what will happen when the doctor tells Victor Adam has been faking all along. Adam turns to go back up the stairs, but Victor stops him.

Michael arrives at the coffeehouse and chats with Eden. He tells her he's so proud of her for her grades - he knows how hard it has been on her. Eden says she still misses her dad sometimes. Michael asks Eden if she is still with Noah and proceeding with caution. Eden doesn't want to have that talk with him, so he tells her Lauren is always available for her to talk to. He tells her she shouldn't be in a rush to grow up and she's welcome with him and Lauren as long as she likes. Eden and Michael head over to Daniel, Amber, and Kevin and Michael is somewhat puzzled about Kevin's new popularity. Kevin gets a call about another speaking engagement and Michael hopes this will help Jana's case. Amber tells Kevin she is proud of him and Kevin tells her it's all because she got him on the radio show. They agree that one of their enemies might be trying to set Daniel up. Michael advises Daniel not to make one false move or he will end up with his bail revoked. Amber is up to something on her computer and goes off by herself. Daniel tells Kevin he has an idea on how to find out who is setting him up - they need to get the victim's cell phone from the evidence room. Daniel wants Kevin to go get it, saying, "Do it for Jana!"

Noah comes into the Restless Style office not completely pleased with his look. Ashley and Abby love his look, however! Ashley leaves and Abby warns her to be careful around Adam as she does so. Noah and Abby finish their photo shoot and talk about which one of them is more spoiled! Abby says she heard Nick and Sharon are back together. Noah is skeptical about how long it will last. He asks Abby if she can keep a secret - he's thinking about divorcing his parents! Abby tries to point out the downside of living on his own, but Noah says he doesn't mind - he wants to be free. Eden comes in and Abby blurts out that this must be Eden's idea. Noah tells Abby it was his idea, not hers. Abby says if Noah should be emancipated from anyone, it should be Eden! Noah escorts Abby out and tells Eden to ignore her.

Ashley arrives home at the Ranch and tells Victor to feel the baby kicking, but he can't feel it! Adam and Dr. Donahue come downstairs and the doctor informs Victor this has been a waste of time because Adam has puncture wounds in his eyes. He says it seems Adam has been injecting something into his eyes! Victor demands to know what kind of monster Adam is and accuses him of being the one who has been tormenting Ashley. Adam says the people who beat him up in prison also stuck him in the eyes with hypodermic needles! Adam also denies being the one who is scaring Ashley. Victor asks the doctor if Adam could have injected himself in the eye with something in order to fool other doctors. Dr. Donahue informs him the tests show Adam has been suffering with the eye disease for quite some time and he will become permanently blind. He tells Victor Adam cannot participate in the trial because of the damage that was done to his eyes from the injections. While Adam absorbs the information, Victor says he's sorry to hear about this.

Michael runs into Heather before he is about to meet with the judge. Heather informs Michael she's re-opening the murder case against Jana! Michael tells her they should deal with one case at a time.

Amber discovers she may have a cyberstalker. She texts her former partner, Allie to see if she may have a cyberstalker as well.

Michael goes to visit Jana in jail and informs her that Judge Collins is leaning towards re-opening her old murder case. He says Heather really wants a conviction this time. Jana cries. She says she knew this would happen - she took someone's life. Michael reminds her she was sick at the time. He says she's done so many good things - she helped Kevin turn his life around and they're not going to let her slip through their fingers! Jana says she's lucky to have Michael and Kevin in her life, but Michael says they are the lucky ones.

Ashley tells Victor Adam couldn't have done all of those things to scare her. Victor feels guilty that he didn't get Adam out of jail sooner - he could see he was getting beaten up. Adam throws a book across his room in frustration. Ashley comes in and tells him how sorry she and Victor are. She assures him he'll get through this and she tells him since he's been there so many times for her and her baby, she's going to be there for him through this. Adam cries on Ashley's shoulder.

Money Found At Crimson Lights

Nick and Sharon get ready for their day in their room at the Club. Nick wants to make love instead of going house hunting, but Sharon convinces him to go by reminding him that Summer is waiting for him. They talk about Noah and how he will volunteer at the Rec Center this summer. They kiss. Sharon asks Nick if he's told Phyllis they're taking Summer house hunting today and Nick admits he hasn't told her yet.

Jana, Daniel, Kevin, and Amber are in the apartment talking. Jana and Daniel are going to meet with Michael, but Daniel plans to go visit Phyllis first and fill her in on what's going on. Daniel and Jana leave while Kevin and Amber stay behind. There's a knock at the door - it's Aucker, the FBI agent - and he's got a search warrant to search the apartment for the missing money! Kevin says it's odd that it's the do-gooders that are in trouble this time instead of them, and Amber agrees.

At the Chancellor Mansion, Nina comes downstairs and inquires if the lab has called back yet. Katherine tells her they haven't. They wonder whether Jill is trying to cover something up, but Katherine points out that she was just as surprised the records were missing as they were. Katherine wonders if Nina will tell Jill that Violet wasn't in town when the babies were switched, but Nina wants to wait to tell her. The lab calls and tells Nina the man who dealt with Phillip's case before has disappeared after it was proven that he falsified documents! Jill comes into the room during the call. Nina tells Katherine and Jill what's going on and she says now she knows something is going on. Jill defends Cane, but Nina says she didn't say Cane was lying - she said someone was lying and that someone doesn't want them to know who's buried in Phillip's grave. Nina and Jill argue about whether or not to exhume Phillip's body. Jill says it nearly killed her when she had to exhume what she thought was her mother's body, this would kill her - she forbids it! Nina tells Jill it's not up to her. Katherine points out it doesn't really matter who is buried in Phillip's grave because they all love him. Nina becomes frustrated and yells, "I want to know who's in that coffin!" Jill finally agrees to the exhumation so that they can find out if Nina's son has Huntington's, but Jill insists that no other DNA tests should be done. Katherine agrees with Jill, and Nina agrees to the stipulation.

Cane leaves a worried message for Phillip at Jimmy's. Lily comes in and asks Cane if he's still worried about what Nina's doing. Cane says his mom will take care of it, but Lily points out that he tossed and turned all night in his sleep last night. Lily wonders what is really going on and Cane tells her about how it was growing up without a family and watching other kids in their families. Cane says it feels good to belong to a family now and he's afraid it will all disappear. Lily assures him that he's a Chancellor and her husband and it won't change.

Daniel visits Phyllis at Restless Style and they engage in some small talk before he tells her what's going on. Phyllis admits Nick told her about Victoria being involved in an art scheme. Daniel tells her it is the same thing. Phyllis tells Daniel to stay out of trouble and to be careful. Daniel then asks about Summer and Phyllis says she is doing okay, but she also wonders why daddy isn't tucking her into bed anymore. Daniel goes to say hello to Summer before he leaves Restless Style to meet with Michael.

Mary Jane and Jack sit down at a table at the Club for breakfast. Mary Jane becomes annoyed when Jack takes a phone call from Phyllis, leaving the table so he can talk with her privately. She sees Sharon at the bar and goes over to her and apologizes for her behavior the last time she saw her. Mary Jane congratulates Sharon on her reunion with Nick - she's a sucker for love stories. Mary Jane inquires if they plan on staying together - is she done with Jack? Sharon is shocked to hear that Mary Jane and Jack are seeing each other again. Mary Jane tells Sharon Phyllis said she wouldn't stay with Nick and might go back to Jack. Sharon tells Mary Jane not to listen to Phyllis. Jack comes over and Sharon asks to speak with him privately. Mary Jane excuses herself to make a phone call. Sharon asks Jack if they are okay. Jack admits it was hard for him to watch Sharon leave with Nick the other day, but he will always be there for her. They hug and Mary Jane watches. Sharon inquires about him and Mary Jane and tells him that she wants him free and clear. Jack says he's not ready for anything serious with, "that woman!" Mary Jane comes over and tells Jack she needs to head to Restless Style and kisses him. After Mary Jane leaves, Sharon tells Jack Mary Jane is infatuated with him. Jack says Mary Jane isn't the bunny-boiler type!

Jana and Daniel meet with Michael at Jimmy's. He asks them about what happened on that night and Daniel admits he touched the gun. He also tells Michael he didn't see the money or Victoria. Daniel mentions the man with the ski mask and Jana tells Michael that's who Aucker should be looking for. Michael tells them if Aucker isn't doing his job, they will. Michael discovers the dead man had a cell phone on him with Daniel's number in the contact list. He says the DA isn't going to arrest them right now, but they are still suspects and he wants them to live the lives of saints until the money is found.

Nick arrives at Restless Style to pick up Summer and Phyllis is calm. He tells her that they are going to look for a house today. Phyllis isn't so sure this is a good idea because it's so soon after Nick moved out. Nick points out that Summer can't come to the Club for visitation and that things are going to change and need to be stable for Summer. Phyllis tells him leaving his family and hooking back up with his ex is anything but stable! Just then, Summer appears with George, the photographer. He suggests putting Summer on the cover of Restless Style, but Phyllis is reluctant. George says Summer would be a great cover for a magazine on teens and kids and Nick agrees. Nick suggests they do some test shots. Mary Jane walks in on what appears to be a close moment between the family.

Kevin and Amber go to the coffeehouse and they are relieved not to find the cops there. Amber follows Kevin into the back room for more sweetener and they discover the briefcase full of money! Kevin speculates this is the money the feds are searching for. Amber and Kevin agree it had to be planted there because there's no way Daniel or Jana would hide it there. Aucker comes in with a search warrant for the coffeehouse. As he is searching the back room, Michael, Daniel, and Jana come in. Amber and Kevin gesture wildly, but Aucker comes out with the briefcase full of money. Daniel insists he doesn't know how it got there. Michael commands him not to talk. Daniel is placed under arrest and Michael calls Phyllis to tell her what's happening.

Phyllis hangs up and says she has to leave at Restless Style. Nick wants to know what's going on and Phyllis tells him Daniel has been arrested. She tells him it's got something to do with that art scam Victoria got caught up in. Nick insists on driving Phyllis. She finally agrees and they ask Mary Jane to watch Summer for them. Nick also calls Sharon to inform her on what's going on. Mary Jane tells Summer not to worry about daddy not living with mommy anymore because Auntie Mary Jane will take care of everything and that everyone will end up with whom they are supposed to be with - happily ever after!

Jill calls Cane and he takes the call at Jimmy's. She tells him Phillip's body is being exhumed to test for the Huntington's gene and that no other DNA testing will be done. She says no one disbelieves Cane. Cane calls Phillip again, but he still isn't home. Cane leaves a message, saying it's urgent.

Nina makes a call to the lab and asks them to do another DNA test on the body when it is exhumed!

Paul Receives A Restraining Order!

The Young and the Restless update for Thursday June 11, 2009:

At the hospital J.T. wonders why on earth he let Victoria go undercover. Nikki arrives and wants to know what happened! The doctor comes out and says Victoria is fine, but they are going to do a CT scan to make sure. She also says they need to observe her because she's had a serious head injury in the past. Nikki calls Victor to alert him to what is going on.

Daniel and Jana try to explain the situation with the art piece to Kevin and Amber. Amber and Kevin are both shocked that Daniel would risk his life over a painting! Daniel finishes his story by telling everyone he has been framed for fake Aucker's murder and he's in a lot of trouble now. Daniel insists they need to get out of there now because the apartment is the first place the FBI is going to look for him. Daniel opens the door to leave, but the FBI is already there! Harold Aucker wants to know where Daniel was tonight and he tells the agent he was at home sketching. Aucker tells Daniel Victoria has been injured and Daniel inquires if she's all right. Aucker also informs him that a murder took place. In response to this, Daniel asks if Victoria saw anything. Aucker insists that because Daniel didn't ask who was murdered, he must already know! Daniel says he assumed it was someone involved in the art forgery scheme. Aucker shows Daniel a picture of the victim and Daniel confirms that this is the man who scammed him. Aucker leaves telling Daniel he will be keeping his eye on him and he plans to prove that Daniel and the rest of them are lying. Amber tells Daniel they can leave town now, but Daniel points out her designs are just starting to take off. Amber says she'll give all of that up. Kevin points out Jana is an accessory to murder - she told Daniel where the sting was going down! Daniel decides it's best to tell the truth.

Heather and Paul sit at the coffeehouse and talk. She teases him about being hauled down to the police station. Paul explains that he did some digging in Mary Jane's past and some things just didn't add up. He says when he confronted her about it, she overreacted, which makes him believe she's hiding something even more. Paul tells Heather what he found out and she wonders why this is so important to him. He tells her he swears he knows Mary Jane from somewhere - there's a strange connection. Heather says she hates it when pieces of the puzzle don't fit together. Suddenly, Mary Jane approaches with a man and Paul is served a restraining order! Heather is shocked any judge would grant a restraining order. She gives Mary Jane a dirty look as Paul is forced to leave the Club to obey the order.

At the Ranch, Victor thanks Adam for looking out for Ashley while he was away. Adam tells Victor it's the least he could do after everything Victor's done for him. Ashley appears and flashes back to falling down the stairs. Victor asks her what's wrong. She tells Victor she had a nightmare while he was gone and Adam suddenly asks her if she wants some tea. Victor gets a call from Nikki, informing him about Victoria, and he heads to the hospital. Adam remembers the night of the accident. Ashley comes in with some tea and toast and they sit down. She tells Adam she just felt the baby kick and puts his hand on her belly so he can feel it, too! Adam calls the doctor, who comes over. He asks the doctor how Ashley could be feeling the baby if there is none? The doctor tells Adam Ashley is having a hysterical pregnancy and it would be very traumatic for Ashley if he let her continue to believe she still has a baby inside her. He insists Adam needs to stop this now! Ashley appears and the doctor claims he's there to follow-up with her. He checks her out and tells her everything is as it should be. Ashley wants the doctor to meet Victor. When Ashley leaves the room to get some coffee for the doctor, he worries about what Victor will do if he finds out what's going on. Adam says he doesn't need to worry about Victor, but if he doesn't do what Adam wants, he needs to worry about him!

Victor joins J.T. and Nikki at the hospital. J.T. explains to him how he found Mary Jane on the property and that's why he was late getting to the bar and why he wasn't there when Victoria got injured.

Aucker visits Victoria in her hospital room. He asks her what happened. She tells him she went into the alley and called Balfour's name, she heard someone running away, found the body, and then the crates fell on her. She says she only saw J.T. in the alley. Victor, Nikki, and J.T. come into the room and Victor asks J.T. to escort the FBI agent out. Victor and Nikki visit with their daughter while J.T. tells Aucker to stay away from his wife outside the room. Aucker insists J.T. can't stop him because it's a federal investigation. J.T. threatens him. Victor and Nikki return to the hallway where Paul has arrived. Paul apologizes for being so late and tells them about Mary Jane and the restraining order. Victor says this is the second time he's heard Mary Jane's name tonight and asks Paul what he's going to do. The doctor interrupts and tells them Victoria only has a concussion and she can go home tonight.

Daniel, Amber, Kevin, and Jana find Aucker at Jimmy's bar and tell him the whole truth about what happened. Aucker accuses Daniel of being the fake Aucker's accomplice! Daniel tells him some man with a ski mask shot the victim, but Aucker says they found the gun and it has Daniel's fingerprints on it. Daniel admits he was afraid the fake Aucker would use the gun, so he picked it up and threw it away before he ran off. Aucker asks what happened to the briefcase of money and Daniel says he doesn't know anything about that. Aucker tells them the bottom line is two men went into the alley, only one came out alive, and $100,000 and a painting is missing. Before he leaves, Aucker tells Daniel if the money shows up in his possession, he's going to jail for a very long time!

Before Victor leaves the hospital, Nikki asks him how Ashley is doing. She admits she saw her talking to Sabrina's statue. He says perhaps Ashley finds it therapeutic. Nikki also tells him some strange things happened while he was away. Nikki tells him everything that happened - including how Adam told her Ashley went out with Jack when she stopped to check on her, how he sent the maid home with the night off, and how a strange doctor came to examine Ashley. Nikki says she feels badly for Adam, but she doesn't trust him - something was very wrong in that house last night. Victor assures her he will check it out.

As Paul and Nikki have coffee at Crimson Lights, she asks him if he's doing okay. He responds that the restraining order adds spice to his life. She's disappointed when she finds out Paul plans to keep digging into Mary Jane's pat. He assures Nikki he won't violate the restraining order, but now he's more determined than ever to figure out why Mary Jane gets so freaked out when he's around.

Mary Jane holds a picture of Paul next to her "enemies" scrapbook in her room at the Club. She says to herself out loud, "I can't do it. I don't want to be enemies with you, Paul."

The man wearing a ski mask goes into the coffeehouse and slips the briefcase full of money behind the counter!

Once back at the Ranch, Victor asks Adam and Ashley about the strange things that happened while he was away. Victor says he'd like to meet the new doctor and Ashley assures him he will. Ashley tells Victor the baby kicked earlier while he was out and she's sorry he missed it. Ashley heads upstairs. Victor stops Adam before he heads to bed and tells him Nikki mentioned he gave the maid the night off the other night. Adam says he did. Victor tells Adam he doesn't want him to be in the house alone with Ashley - he always wants someone else to be in the house as well. Adam wonders why Victor doesn't want him to be alone with Ashley. Victor reminds him that Ashley is fragile right now and Adam cannot see! After Victor goes upstairs, Adam whispers, "Sorry, Victor, but we're doing things my way now!"

The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday June 9, 2009:

Sharon awakens at the Club in bed while Nick emerges from the shower and joins her in bed. Sharon says that Jack will be worried about her because she didn't come home last night. Nick tells her he already knows.

Phyllis wakes up on her sofa to find Jack sitting in a chair beside her. Phyllis thanks Jack for taking her home from the Club and staying with her. She says J.T. will be bringing Summer home, so Jack decides to leave. Mary Jane watches Jack leave outside and whispers that Phyllis cannot steal her man!

Daniel talks to Jana on the phone and tells her he can't let the fake Aucker sell the forged painting. He tells Jana he's going to go to the ally to stop Aucker before he meets with Victoria. Daniel prepares to leave, but Amber comes in and starts kissing him, telling him they have to celebrate. Daniel tells Amber they can celebrate later - he needs to go out and get supplies. Amber says he's lying - he doesn't want her! Daniel is afraid another relationship talk is approaching. Amber tells Daniel they are celebrating the fact that one year ago Katy Pary told Amber she liked her designs. She shows him a bra design she made just for him and Daniel gives in and makes love to her. After making love, Amber talks about how great things are for them and how she was afraid of Kevin when they were on the run. Amber finally falls asleep. Daniel sneaks out. After he's gone, Amber sits up and asks, "Okay, Daniel, what are you up to?" She makes a phone call to someone and tells them she thinks they have trouble!

J.T. comes home after taking Summer home to Phyllis. He walks in on Aucker putting a wire on Victoria. J.T. is annoyed and angry that Victoria didn't talk to him about going undercover. J.T. forbids her to go undercover to catch the fake Aucker. Victoria tells him this decision is hers and she wants to do it - she feels Sabrina would tell her do it as well. The FBI agent assures J.T. that Vikki will be safe, but he's not convinced. Victoria says it's the right thing to do! J.T. says he admires Victoria's courage, but he's also scared. He finally agrees to let Vikki participate in the operation, but says he's going with her!

At the Ranch, Ashley waits to see Adam's friend, the doctor. She tells him she's anxious because she doesn't feel the baby as much, but admits she's not cramping as much as she was last night, either. Ashley heads upstairs to rest and wait for the doctor and the doorbell rings. Nikki has arrived and she confronts Adam about lying to her last night. Nikki insists on seeing Ashley now! She starts to head upstairs, but finds a towel on the floor and hands it to Adam before heading upstairs. Adam is relieved Nikki didn't see the blood on the towel. The doctor arrives and Ashley and Nikki come downstairs to meet him. Nikki is skeptical of the doctor, but Ashley wants to know that her baby is okay. The doctor examines her and says she and the baby are fine. He hands her some anti-anxiety medication, which Nikki is concerned about. Nikki thinks Ashley should get a second opinion, but she refuses to let Nikki call Olivia.

After Summer has been brought home, Mary Jane knocks on the door and wants to know how Phyllis is doing. Phyllis tells Mary Jane she doesn't want to discuss it in front of her daughter. She introduces Mary Jane to Summer and sends Summer upstairs to get a doll to show Mary Jane. Phyllis tells Mary Jane Nick came home last night, but only long enough to tell her that he's leaving her! Nick arrives at the door - ringing the doorbell - and Summer runs to him. Mary Jane leaves and Phyllis sends Summer to play with her dollhouse upstairs. Nick emphasizes he thinks it's important for his daughter to see him everyday and Phyllis agrees with him. Summer's new teacher arrives to drive her to school and tells Nick and Phyllis she loves their love story in Restless Style. After Summer's teacher goes upstairs with Summer, Phyllis tells Nick the teacher thinks they are a perfect couple and so did she. Nick says he wishes this didn't hurt Phyllis so much and he still has feeling for her. Phyllis tells Nick that she thinks he's making a mistake. Phyllis asks Nick to leave and he does. Outside, Mary Jane watches Nick leave and says to herself that Phyllis blew it - she chased him away! Inside, the teacher tells Phyllis Summer has been acting out in school - throwing fits when she doesn't get her way - and suggests Summer may need therapy. Phyllis assures her that they'll work it out. Summer and her teacher leave for school.

Jack and Sharon meet in the Club's dining room. Sharon tries to tell Jack she got in very late last night, but finally admits the truth - she didn't come home at all. Jack asserts he understands her ending up with Nick - it was fate. Sharon is afraid Jack will hate her, but Jack assures her that he will always love her. He says he knows raising the baby together is no longer in the cards, but if the baby is his, he will be a father to it. Jack tells Sharon not to feel guilty. Sharon suddenly feels the baby kick for the first time and Jack has to excuse himself - he is heartbroken.

Victor meets with a doctor who needs funding for stem cell research at the Club. Victor has bought the company and has provided the funding for the research. The doctor assures Victor he will do everything he can to make sure Adam regains his sight!

At the Ranch, the doctor goes upstairs to Adam's room. He tells Adam Ashley had a miscarriage and he doesn't know how Adam convinced her otherwise. Adam threatens the doctor with the letters Skye and her friends wrote about how the doctor sexually assaulted them. He tells the doctor if he does not keep quiet, he will show the letters to the AMA! Nikki enters and the doctor leaves. Nikki wonders where the staff is and Adam admits he gave them the night off. Nikki says she'll be back in a couple of hours to check on Ashley. Once she's outside, she calls Victor and asks him to call her ASAP.

Jack arrives at the tackhouse again and Mary Jane watches as he and Phyllis embrace. Jack tells Phyllis how he felt the baby kick when he was with Sharon on top of everything else. Phyllis tells him he doesn't deserve this. They are startled when a dead black bird comes crashing through the window and lands beside them!

Adam joins Ashley downstairs. Ashley is looking at baby clothes and feels relieved after seeing the doctor. She thanks Adam for helping her get through the night. Just then, Victor arrives and asks what Adam helped her get through? Ashley tells Victor how glad she is he's home. Victor reads Nikki's text when his phone signals him. Victor talks to the baby he thinks is inside Ashley's stomach and Adam watches and listens from around the corner.

Nick returns to the Club and meets Sharon. Sharon says she's sure Phyllis wants to kill her, but Nick says it'd be better if Phyllis were angry instead of in so much pain. Sharon tells Nick the baby kicked when she saw Jack earlier. They kiss.

As J.T. leaves the house to follow Victoria and Aucker on their mission, he sees Mary Jane cutting through the property. Mary Jane tells J.T. she was just taking a walk, but he grabs hold of her and tells her this is private property and she needs to tell him who she is and what she's doing here!

Nick and Phyllis Are Over

The Young and the Restless update for Friday June 5, 2009:

Jack stops by the Ranch and tells Adam he's going upstairs to see Ashley. Adam tells Jack that Ashley's sleeping and he shouldn't disturb her. Upstairs, Ashley dreams of Sabrina calling her name. Ashley goes out into the hallway where she finds a veiled Sabrina. Sabrina says, "Victor's mine, stay away!" Ashley screams and Jack hurries upstairs to check on her. Adam smirks. Ashley tells Jack she had a nightmare. She says she dreamed of Sabrina before and she was peaceful, but this time Sabrina wanted to kill her! Adam listens in on his laptop while Ashley tells Jack how Sabrina was wearing a veil and the purple gala dress she found on her bed on her birthday. Jack reassures Ashley it was just a dream. Ashley finds out Olivia sent Jack to check on her and she's angry about that, but Jack says they're just concerned about her. Jack suggests Ashley come home with him for a couple of days - just until Victor gets back, but Ashley doesn't want to leave the Ranch. Adam walks into the bedroom and tells Jack the storm is too bad to be driving a pregnant woman around in!

Gloria and Jeff continue to develop their plan to get revenge on Victor in their penthouse. Gloria is worried about taking Victor on. Jeff gets a call from his PI telling him Victor just left on his jet and Mary Jane's at the Club. Gloria and Jeff leave to go to the Club.

At the Club's bar, Sharon asks Mary Jane if there's a problem. Mary Jane explodes that there wouldn't be a problem if Sharon would just back off and leave Jack alone! Mary Jane tells Sharon that she's selfish and she doesn't appreciate Jack enough. Sharon tries to leave, but Mary Jane grabs her arm. Paul and Nikki intercede, but Mary Jane wants to know how Sharon could allow Jack to raise her baby that may not even be his! Before she leaves, Mary Jane tells Sharon to do the right thing for once and let Jack go. Nikki pulls Sharon aside and asks about Jack not being the only possible father, but Sharon tells Nikki she's had enough judgment for one night and leaves. Gloria plops down by Nikki and tells her that she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch all alone without Victor in this storm. She wonders how Ashley and Victor are doing these days, and Nikki is baffled by Gloria's sudden concern for Ashley.

At the Club's bar, Jeff chats with Mary Jane. She brushes him off, thanks him for the drink, and walks away. Nikki wonders what Jeff is doing at the bar with Mary Jane and Gloria said she could never keep a leash on him. Nikki believes she and Jeff are trying to get revenge on Ashley and Gloria denies it adamantly.

Nick ponders on how to tell Phyllis what he's decided - he says there's no easy way to tell her. She comes to the realization that he wants to be with Sharon instead of her. Nick tells her not to shut down - to throw something, yell, or cry - let it out. Phyllis tells Nick even if she had any tears left, she wouldn't waste them on him. Phyllis says she doesn't understand why Nick is leaving her if it's not for Sharon. Nick reminds Phyllis that Sharon is with Jack, and Phyllis realizes that Nick wants to make himself available so that Sharon will leave Jack for him. She tells Nick not to deny the truth. Nick finally admits he's leaving Phyllis for Sharon, whether he wants to admit that or not. He says he thought his feelings for Sharon would fade, but they haven't done so. Phyllis says she bought into the fantasy, too. Nick says he wishes he could spare her this pain and tells Phyllis how grateful he was to find her after Cassie died. Phyllis wonders if she was merely a therapist with benefits, but Nick says he loves her - her passion and drive. He says he has history with Sharon, though, and a family. Phyllis becomes irate yelling that she and Summer didn't ask for this! She calms down, though, and wonders what she's going to tell Summer when she asks why daddy isn't living with them anymore. Nick offers to sit down with Phyllis and talk with Summer, but Phyllis tells him to leave and go to Sharon. Nick says he'll get a room at the Club. Phyllis tells him he can see Summer whenever he wants, but she won't be there.

While Jack argues with Ashley about staying at the Ranch, he gets a call from Phyllis. He tells Ashley he has an emergency and leaves. Adam tells Ashley to get some sleep before he leaves her room. In the hallway, Jack grabs Adam by the collar and tells him if anything happens to Ashley while he's gone, he's going to hold Adam personally responsible! After Jack leaves, Adam tells the maid to go home. She insists she was to stay and watch over him and Ashley, but Adam tells her there's no need to stay. She goes home.

Paul goes to Mary Jane's room to see if she's okay after her outburst downstairs at the Club. Mary Jane says she's tired of women like Sharon, women who string men along without a second thought about who gets hurt in the process. Paul remarks that it sounds like Mary Jane has been hurt before, but she evades the comment by telling Paul she's really tired. Paul is about to leave, but turns around and tells Mary Jane something inside of him is telling him he should care about her. Outside her door, Jeff sees Paul leaving Mary Jane's room and believes Paul is having an affair with her!

Jack arrives at the tackhouse. Phyllis tells Jack Nick has left for good this time for Sharon. Jack is convinced that Sharon won't leave him because she's committed to raising the baby with him. Phyllis tells Jack as soon as Sharon realizes she and Nick are getting divorced, she will leave Jack for Nick and the sooner they accept this, the easier it will be for both of them. Jack tells Phyllis he proposed to Sharon earlier that night, but she had reasons as to why she was not ready. Phyllis says Sharon was waiting to see what Nick was going to do! They talk about how they've both been in denial. Suddenly, Jack kisses Phyllis! They make love and Mary Jane watches them from the window outside. She has tears in her eyes.

At the Club, Sharon sees Nick going into his room. Nick tells her it's over between himself and Phyllis. Sharon tells him she still has her room there and she needs some time to think because she's so overwhelmed right now. Nick invites her in. Mary Jane sees Sharon go into Nick's room and says, "Poor Jack!" Inside Nick's room, he tells Sharon he left Phyllis because he is still in love with her. Sharon wonders if he still loves Phyllis, and Nick says a part of him will always love Phyllis, but not the same way he loves Sharon. Sharon says she should go, but Nick says he wants her, he wants them, and he wants it all back. He says he won't deny he has feelings for Phyllis, but he can't be devoted to her alone the way she wants him to be. Sharon says she can't believe this is real - that her dream has come true! They kiss and make love.

Nikki and Paul are downstairs at the Club. She tells Paul that Victoria called and she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch alone in this storm with Victor being away, but she can't check on Ashley because she has the kids. Nikki decides to go over to the Ranch to check on Ashley and to meet Paul at home later.

Gloria and Jeff are back at the penthouse and compare their results. Gloria is disappointed because she didn't get any information out of Nikki. Jeff tells Gloria Mary Jane is sleeping with Nikki's fiance, too! They laugh out loud together.

Ashley is awakened from her sleep by Sabrina calling her name again. Ashley grabs a flashlight and begins to look for whoever is calling her. Ashley reaches the top of the staircase and hears someone call her name behind her. She turns around to see a veiled figure. She grabs the veil off the figure and sees Adam in a long black wig. Ashley's startled and falls down the stairs! Adam runs down the stairs and begs Ashley to wake up as Nikki begins to knock on the door to check on Ashley!

Tyra's Not Related

The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday May 19, 2009:

At the reception, Daniel tries to get Lily and Cane to smash the cake into each other's faces. Cane says Lily is too pretty to do that, but Lily has fun getting some cake onto Cane. Daniel takes some pictures for the Restless Style website. Afterwards, Devon sits back down with Virginia. He says a comment she made earlier confused him - he says she made it sound like Tyra wasn't related to him. Virginia tells Devon Tyra isn't blood-related - Devon's grandmother took Tyra in when she was young after her mother died! Devon asks if Tyra knows, and Virginia says she does, she's known since she was a teenager. Devon is quite shocked that Tyra didn't tell him about this.

Billy talks with Katherine about Mac. He says something bad always slips out of his mouth when she's around and he's frustrated. Kay points out that that ship has already sailed, yet he is still chasing it with an anchor named Chloe around his neck.

Michael and Lauren eat dinner at the Club. Lauren checks on Eden and Fen by phone and tells Michael they're fine. Michael remarks that at least they know what they're doing. He says he hasn't heard from Gloria and she isn't returning his messages or texts. Michael worries Gloria and Jeff are getting into trouble, but Lauren tells him that if they are in trouble, they will call. Lauren says it's time to concentrate on them - they haven't had a date night in ages. She hands him an envelope with the tickets to Monte Carlo in it - she wants to cash in her trip! Also in the envelope is a room key. Michael calls out for the check so they can head upstairs.

At the reception, Mac talks with Kevin and Jana and apologizes for Billy's behavior. Kevin tells her it's okay - Billy's always been a jerk and he doesn't know what she ever saw in him!

Jill asks Katherine if she is really going to do this movie and Katherine says she is. Jill expresses that she thinks it's a horrible idea. Nina tells Jill if she'd quit being so self-obsessed, she'd realize it is a great idea. Murphy makes a suggestion for an actor for the movie, and Amber says maybe they can get Glenn Close to play Jill - she did a very convincing Cruella DeVille! Jill threatens to put a stop to the movie.

Neil dances with Tyra and says there is still so much he doesn't know about her - he'll enjoy finding out more. Devon dances with Roxanne and glares at them nearby. Neil tells Tyra he speak to Devon about this - he doesn't have the right to tell Neil who he can date and when.

Lily and Daniel talk. Lily says she's thinking about becoming an interior designer, and Daniel says she'll make a great one. Daniel and Lily agree that although things didn't work out for them as a couple, things turned out well for both of them. They wish each other well and hug.

Amber goes over to Chloe and remarks that Lily has it all. She says she wishes for once in her life, she was living the fairytale. Chloe asks about Daniel, and Amber tells her at the rate they are going, she'll be Katherine's age before they get married! Chloe tells her to make it happen - she has before.

Jill complains to Billy about the movie Katherine is going to make. Billy observes she really isn't upset about the movie - she's upset about the trouble Jack said she was in. Jill makes Billy promise he won't tell anyone. She tells him she's broke! Billy promises he won't tell anyone and offers his mother help from the trust John left him. Jill says Billy is very sweet, but she will manage. Billy goes over to Chloe, Cane, and Lily and Cane thanks Billy for coming to the wedding. He proposes this could be a new start for all of them. Billy agrees they should give it a shot. Chloe apologizes for her past actions and wishes Cane and Lily the best. Cane picks Lily up and starts to carry her out. She tosses her bouquet and Amber catches it!

Michael and Lauren make out and eat brownies in bed in their room at the Club. Afterward, they head home. Michael tells Lauren she makes him feel like a teenager and they agree to plan their trip to Monte Carlo in the morning.

At the reception, Kevin tells Amber she'll be the next one to get married, but Daniel says if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Amber is displeased with this comment. Mac is about to leave, but Billy stops her. He apologizes for his behavior toward Kevin, but Mac doesn't feel like forgiving him. She walks away. Chloe joins Billy so they can leave, but he asks her to wait. Billy goes over to Kevin and Jana and apologizes for his behavior. Jana goes off on Billy. After Billy leaves, Kevin says he doesn't need Jana fighting his battles for him! Alone now, Kevin and Jana slow dance in the silence and Kevin thanks her for being so patient with him - he knows she didn't sign up for a crazy husband. Jana tells him she promised to stay by him in sickness and in health. They kiss. They head home and make love in the elevator.

Roxane, Devon, and Ana are back at Lily and Cane's decorating and picking up the dog for the night. Roxane asks Devon why he's so upset and he tells her he's upset about Neil and Tyra, but she doesn't understand why he's upset about them dancing together.

At the Chancellor mansion, Katherine, Murphy, Mac, and Nina sit in the living room chatting. Jill comes in and complains she had hoped to find some peace and quiet. Murphy offers to rent Jill the trailer, where she can find a lot of peace and quiet, but Jill tells everyone she isn't going anywhere! Jill leaves the room. After she's gone, Mac says she feels sorry for Jill. Nina says that Jill's always been a mess and it's her own fault. Katherine says she's tried to let Jill know she doesn't have to be alone. Once Mac and Nina are alone, Nina remarks that it's weird being back because there are so many reminders of Phillip - it's hard to believe he's really gone. They bid each other a good night. Mac goes to get something out of her car, and opens the front door to find Billy standing there!

At home, Daniel is uploading the photos to the website, but Amber wants to talk. She tells Daniel she's already lost two children and her biological clock is ticking. Daniel says they've already talked about this - he's not ready to make that kind of commitment. Amber becomes offended, thinking Daniel doesn't want to be married to her. Daniel says he doesn't want to get married to anyone right now - he thinks they still have plenty of time. Amber wonders if she should waste her time on a relationship that isn't going anywhere, but Daniel tells her that an ultimatum won't change his mind. Amber goes to bed, holds the bouquet she caught, and cries.

Cane and Lily come home to find their place decorated. Cane tells Lily Devon took Humphrey for the night. They kiss. Lily changes and they have a toast. Lily says they'll never be apart again. Cane says he's made mistakes, but he promises to never disappoint her again. They begin to kiss and move onto the couch to make love.

Devon checks on Virginia at the Club, and she tells him how good it is to see him again - she was sad when they lost touch before. She tells Devon she's sad about what the drugs did to his mom, and she wasn't always that way. She says Devon and Ana got their singing voices from their mother - she had a beautiful voice as well. Virginia hands Devon a letter Yolanda wrote to Devon's father a long time ago - she never sent it. Devon reads the letter where Yolanda tells him she gave birth to his son. He realizes his father never knew he had a son.

Neil takes Tyra to his house and pours them drinks. He toasts to her - the second most beautiful woman at the reception tonight - next to Lily. They begin to kiss and head to the bedroom to make love.

Chloe is at home where Delia begins to cry. Chloe picks her up and holds her, thinking.

Mac asks Billy what he's doing there. He says he had to see her. Mac begins to scream at Billy to leave her alone! Katherine comes to the door and tells Billy he heard her - go home. As Billy leaves, Kay hugs Mac.

Gloria Moves in to the Abbott Mansion

Gloria informs Michael and Lauren that she is moving back into the Abbott mansion. Michael and Lauren think Gloria is crazy for doing so. Meanwhile, at the Abbott mansion, Sharon is meeting with a famous interior designer when Jack comes home. Jack tells Sharon Gloria is moving back in, and Sharon is not pleased.

Nick gets ready to meet indie-rocker Katy Perry's manager in order to get her on the cover of the next issue of Restless Style. Amber suggests to Nick and Phyllis that Katy could wear one of her designs. Later, Nick notices Amber misses Daniel when Katy's manager arrives.

At the gym, Adam and Heather are the only two working out. They kiss passionately. Phyllis enters and is shocked to see Adam isn't interested in her anymore.

Chloe continues to pretend to be sick when Cane arrives to bring her some ginger-ale. Cane asks Chloe about Lily's possibility of becoming a super-model, and Chloe tries to plant some seeds of doubt into his mind, but Cane is determined to do everything he can to help Lily succeed.

Michael tells Gloria about how he thinks life in the Abbott mansion will be, but she decides to go anyway. Gloria thinks Michael will actually miss her when she is gone. After Gloria leaves, Michael tells Lauren he punched Jeff in order to defend Gloria.

At the Abbott mansion, Sharon is irate that Jack made such a big decision without her input. Jack is adamant that having Gloria live with them is the right thing to do, but Sharon is very skeptical. She wonders how they are going to tell Noah Gloria is moving back in. Later, when Sharon is making decorating decisions with the interior decorator, Gloria enters the Abbott mansion with her portrait.

Phyllis' ego is wounded when she realizes Adam doesn't have any interest for her anymore. She notices Heather give Adam her room key.

Chloe begins moving in on Cane, but Lily and Devon come home, putting an end to Chloe's alone time with Cane. Chloe acts furious about Lily not making her plane to New York, but she is really furious that she didn't get to spend more time alone with Cane. Lily and Cane talk about going out on a date, but thinking Chloe is still sick, they decide to stay home with her. Chloe is not thrilled about all of this.

Ivo, Katy's manager, pushes Nick to make a deal with him right away. He insists that Restless Style include a demo of Katy's music with the magazine or there is no deal. Nick agrees. Later, at the gym, Nick tells Phyllis he signed Katy for the cover, but didn't discuss it with Jack or Sharon. They agree Jack and Sharon are going to be mad.

Gloria is disappointed to learn she will be staying in the pool house with Fisher. Later on, she thanks Jack and Sharon for letting her move back to the mansion. Jack is touched by her gratitude, but Sharon remains angry about the situation.

Chloe feels miserable while Devon plays video games, and Lily orders pizza. She tries to get some pizza, but Lily insists she only eat chicken soup. Chloe pouts. Meanwhile, Cane stops by Restless Style and runs into Amber. He talks about Lily's modeling career and how it is becoming successful. Amber feels bad about herself again; she feels like a failure.

After reading to Fen, Michael talks to Lauren about how worried he is about the kind of father he is to his son. Lauren reassures him that he is a great father. Michael reveals he fantasizes about having a better mother for himself.

Sharon continues to be angry with Jack. After she leaves the room, John's ghost appears to Jack. John says he is truly proud of his son, and that Jack is doing the right thing by allowing Gloria to move back to the mansion. John and Jack both tell one another how much they have missed each other.

Chloe Gets Sick

Lily and Cane enjoy each other's company after they make love. Devon and Chloe arrive home and give them a little warning before they walk in. Chloe begins to get sick.

David finally confronts Paul. He asks Paul if he is there to talk to Nikki about his step-daughter, Mina. David tells Paul that she is out to get him because he convinced her mom to take her out of her will due to a drug problem she struggled with in school. Paul is not convinced David is telling the truth, but he leaves upon David's request.

At the coffeehouse, Nikki asks Kevin why Gloria hasn't been at Jabot. Kevin tells her that Jill fired Gloria and Nikki is furious.

Meanwhile, Gloria wants to start a charity with the foundation she created, but Michael tells her that is won't work. He tells Gloria she should get a job, and suggests she work for Kevin at the coffeehouse.

Jeff visits Jill, and tells her he is happy, but Jill doesn't buy it. She reminds Jeff that just a few days ago, he admitted he loves Gloria.

Katherine comes to Restless Style to take Amber to lunch. While there, Jack asks Katherine if she donated to the Abot Foundation and Cassie's Challenge, but Kay tells him if she donated a large sum of money to charity, she would want them to know that she had done so. Later, at the gym, Jeff finds Jack and asks him to let Gloria move back in. Jack is very reluctant to listen to Jeff, until Jeff tells him that Gloria doesn't have any money and is homeless. Jack realizes that Jeff is still in love with Gloria.

At the coffeehouse, Gloria asks Kevin for a job. He is reluctant, but after some salary negotiations, he gives her a position.

At Jabot, Nikki confronts Jill about her firing Gloria. Jill brushes Nikki off and walks away.

Chloe get sick throughout the afternoon. She wants to go on the trip with Lily, but Lily tells her that she will be okay without Chloe. Lily and Cane leave for the airport, and Chloe tells Devon she feels like she let Lily down.

At lunch, Amber seeks Katherine's confidence in her designs, and Katherine gives Amber the reassurance she needs. Kay tells Amber to work on her designs while Daniel is on tour so she can buy Amber more ad space in the next issue of Restless Style. Amber offers to help Kay write her memoir some more as well.

Jack tries to figure out who made the anonymous donations to the foundations. He unscrambles the letters in "Mark's Algoria" to spell "Gloria's Karma." Later, he gives Gloria a hard time at the coffeehouse, but he asks to speak with her on the patio.

Paul checks out David's claims. He finds out that Mina in fact had a drug problem and got expelled from school. Paul confronts Mina on it later, and she is defensive. Paul doesn't know what to believe, and he is frustrated he doesn't have any evidence to bring to Nikki.

David watches a horse race at Jabot, and he loses $40,000.

Nikki confronts Jill again about firing Gloria, and they begin to fight. Kay walks in on the fight and sides with Nikki, telling Jill she needs to let Nikki run Jabot. She also tells Jill she promised John that she would look after Gloria before he died.

David calls Walter and convinces him to give him another loan.

Jana asks Amber if she wants to hang out with her and Kevin later, but Amber tells Jana she is busy working on a new design. She has the self-confidence to continue, after her talk at lunch with Kay.

Chloe eats a bag of chips. She mutters that it will cost her four hours in the gym, but it is worth it. Later, she calls Cane to ask him to bring her work from Jabot. Chloe reveals to the audience that she has been faking her illness all along.

Jeff insults Gloria, and Michael loses it and punches him hard.

At the coffeehouse, Jack tries to get Gloria to confess making such a large donation to charity. There is tension between the two as they talk, but Jack eventually gets Gloria to confess what her situation is. He offers to let Gloria move into the pool house, rent-free for as long as she needs or wants. Gloria is shocked and gives Jack a hug.

Victor Buys a New Art Piece

Jana starts her first day as Sabrina's art assistant at the Newman Ranch. She meets Victor and tells him how great she thinks he is. Michael arrives at the Ranch and he and Victor begin to discuss the lawsuit with Jabot. Victor tells Michael he does not want to settle and will do whatever it takes to fight the case.

David gives Nikki a diamond necklace. She is worried about the meeting regarding Jabot's lawsuit.

At the coffeehouse, Kevin is still overwhelmed with customers. Gloria arrives at the coffeehouse, and Kevin asks her where she has been. Gloria is frantic, and tells Kevin she just learned that her diamonds are fake. Jill calls Gloria and demands she come to work, but Gloria says she has a family emergency and hangs up.

At Jabot, Brad notices Nikki's new necklace and inquires about it to David. David tells Brad he is paying him off.

Paul tells J.T. about his visit with Elizabeth. Paul wonders, despite how crazy Elizabeth seems, if her allegations are right about David.

Allistair arrives at the coffeehouse, and greets Gloria cheerfully. Gloria is not pleased to see him. She tells him to take over filling orders for her, and he does.

During a meeting, Jill tells Nikki she should settle the lawsuit against Newman, but Nikki is adamant that she will not settle. Nikki also assigns Victoria and Brad to work together on a Jabot retro project. Neither of them are happy about working with one another, and Jill tries to tell Nikki that Victoria might be of better use on something else, but Nikki doesn't listen. Jill also tries to get Nikki to reconsider settling, but Nikki won't hear of it.

At the Ranch, Victor reiterates to Michael that he will not settle. Michael tells Victor not to mix emotion with business, but Victor is adamant that Michael proceed with the case anyway.

Jana tells Sabrina she thinks it is romantic how much passion she and Victor have for art. She also tells Sabrina that she believe she and Victor are destined to be together, and this makes Sabrina happy. Later, Jana watches as Sabrina bids millions of dollars on an art piece for Victor. After they win the bidding war, Sabrina, Jana, and Victor celebrate.

Nikki talks to Victoria about her struggle with Jill. Victoria tells Nikki it is probably hard for Jill to let go of the control she had over Jabot. Later, Jill tells Nikki she needs to let go of Victor.

Adam wants to help Michael with the lawsuit. They go to the coffeehouse to do some work. When Michael arrives, Gloria and Kevin fill him in on the diamond situation. Michael finds out that Gloria did not insure her diamonds, and he tells her there isn't anything he can do, but that he will make a few calls to see if someone took them.

David places another bet of $25,000.

Sabrina and Victor talk about their wedding and honeymoon. When Victor asks Sabrina what her dream wedding is, she tells him it doesn't matter where they get married, as long as she has him. Both of them are very anxious to go on their honeymoon.

Adam gives Victor some bad news from the lab about the lawsuit. Victor tells Adam to consult with another lab, until he can find one to give Victor the news he wants.

Michael tells Gloria that he talked to everyone at the bank, and that no one there switched her diamonds. Gloria feels quite hopeless, and Allistair notices. Allistair calls Jeff quietly and tells him he thinks it was a mistake to tell Jeff about Gloria's diamonds, as he thinks Gloria has nothing now. Jeff responds that he doesn't know what Allistair is talking about.

Paul tells J.T. that he talked with the sister of David's first ex-wife. He tells J.T. that the sister is convinced David pushed her over the edge, to commit suicide, but she does not have any proof.

Victoria overhears Jana telling Kevin and Gloria how much money Victor spent on an art piece today.

David pays Brad $10,000, and says he will pay him the rest later. Nikki sees the exchange, and becomes suspicious.

Daniel Says Good-Bye

Sharon and Jack discuss the second issue of Restless Style. Jack tells Sharon he is working on something special for the magazine.

Phyllis talks with Nick at their home. Nick tells Phyllis that he remembered everything about Cassie's death at the hospital. Phyllis feels helpless. Nick also tells her that he can remember falling in love with her as well. Phyllis reassures him that he was a good father to Cassie and is a good father to Summer and Noah.

Cane comes into Jabot and tells Jill he knows it is the anniversary of Phillip's death. Cane asks his mom to tell him about his father. Jill begins to tell Cane that Phillip was a wonderful man, but soon allows her anger at Katherine to get in the way of her good memories.

Jana worries about Kevin's ability to run the coffeehouse without her, but Kevin tries to reassure her that he was able to run the coffeehouse before he met her.

Amber tries to keep a smile on her face as she prepares to say good-bye to Daniel before he leaves on tour. She, Daniel, and Danny go over the tour itinerary, and Amber remarks that this is a great opportunity for Daniel.

Gloria comes to the coffeehouse and Kevin remarks that she looks horrible. Jana realizes that Gloria misses Jeff dearly.

At Restless Style, Nick asks to speak to Sharon alone. When they are alone, Nick tells Sharon how sorry he is for the previous night, but that he is also glad that he can remember his daughter, Cassie. Sharon tells him not to worry about last night. Meanwhile, Jack and Phyllis decide that they do not want to relive the past, but rather to be focused on the present.

Jana tells Amber that the universe is testing her, she tells her this is a test to see whether she and Daniel were meant to be together. Jana goes back to Gloria and Kevin and suggests that Kevin call Gloria if he needs any help at the coffeehouse while she is at her new job. Kevin is not pleased with the idea, and tells Gloria not to come help him, even if there is a huge line at the coffeehouse.

At Jabot, Cane asks Katherine to tell him about Phillip. Katherine tells Cane how wonderful Phillip was, but soon lets her anger and resentment for Jill cloud her memories as well.

Daniel, Danny, and Amber arrive at Restless Style so Daniel can say good-bye to everyone there. Nick pulls Daniel aside and apologizes for the way he treated him after Cassie's death. Daniel tells him it is okay. Daniel makes Nick promise him that he will take care of Phyllis while he is gone.

Gloria leaves the coffeehouse to have her diamonds appraised. Meanwhile, Jana gets luck from Kevin for her first day of work. Jana reminds Kevin to call her or Gloria if he becomes overwhelmed at the coffeehouse before she heads out to the Newman Ranch.

At Restless Style, Phyllis asks Danny to look after Daniel while he is on tour with him. Daniel and Amber share emotions. Amber tries to maintain a happy face for Daniel, but Daniel can see past it. They agree to trust one another and embrace warmly.

Katherine begins to tell Cane another story about Phillip, but Jill interrupts her with a mean comment. The two of them get into a huge argument. Cane gets fed up with their arguing and tells them that he's had enough of it. Cane storms out of the office, followed by Jill.

Kevin calls Gloria and begs her for her help. Gloria agrees to come help Kevin after she has her diamonds appraised. Kevin runs into a lot of trouble at the coffeehouse.

Gloria has her diamonds appraised only to find out that they are fake!

Phyllis and Amber say good-bye to Daniel. They are both extremely sad to see him leave. Daniel gets into the elevator with his father and they head out on tour.

Nick Remembers Cassie's Death

At Elizabeth's place (David's ex-wife), Paul continues to ask Elizabeth questions about David. Elizabeth tells Paul she believes David is a murderer. Paul asks her why she thinks this. She tells Paul that David's first wife committed suicide and his second wife got into a car accident after her brakes had been tampered with. She also tells Paul David has a pattern - he finds rich women who have everything but a great guy, he charms them and makes them feel good about themselves, he proposes and the women accept, and after they are married, the rich women realize they are not so rich anymore. When they confront David, Elizabeth says, David changes into a different man.

At the club, Nikki and David talk about what kind of house they want to buy while they wait for Victoria and J.T. to join them for dinner. Phyllis stops by to say hello to them on her way to the gym. They invite her to eat with them, but she politely turns them down. Just then her cell phone rings, and she learns that Nick has been in an accident. She and Nikki rush off to the hospital.

Amber and Daniel arrive at Restless Style for work, and Amber tells Daniel she thinks it is very cool that his dad invited him to go on tour to do photography for him. She tells him he ought to call his father since he skipped out on dinner with him. Daniel and Amber make a pact to always tell one another the truth and to be faithful to one another. They seal the pact with a kiss.

Daniel calls his father, and they decide to meet for dessert at Restless Style. After he hangs up, he talks with Sharon about how Noah is doing. Daniel tells Sharon he thinks Noah is a tough kid. Noah comes over and Daniel tells him he misses Cassie, and Noah says he does, too.

Danny arrives at Restless Style and Daniel introduces him to Noah. Sharon and Noah leave the room. Jack tells Danny how great Daniel has been at the magazine while Amber says good-bye to Daniel so that he can talk with his father alone.

Once they are alone, Danny tells Daniel he wants him to be the Head Photographer, not just the assistant photographer on the tour. Daniel is hesitant, however. Danny tells Daniel Amber will be okay, but Daniel tells him that Amber isn't the only thing he is concerned about. Danny tells his son that he won't let him down again like he did before.

Adam and Victor talk a little business. Victor receives a phone call, alerting him Nick has been in an accident. He rushes out of the house, not informing Adam what has happened.

At the hospital, everyone looks for Nick. He comes up behind them with a nurse and assures them that he is all right. Everyone is relieved. As Nick is waiting to be discharged, he begins to have memories of Cassie. He remembers sitting by Cassie's bed in the hospital, his confrontations with Daniel, how he turned his back on Sharon after Cassie's death, and her funeral. He is overwhelmed with emotion. Nikki and Phyllis come up behind Nick and tell him he is free to go home. Nick tries to pretend everything is all right.

Phyllis gets a call from Daniel and Nick tells her to go see him. Nick asks Victor for a ride home, and tells Nikki to go have dinner with Victoria and J.T.

Phyllis arrives at Restless Style, where Daniel tells her he is going to go on tour with Danny. He also tells her that he will be the head photographer. Phyllis is sad to see her son leave.

Victoria and J.T. arrive at the club, and David tells them Nick was in an accident. Victoria becomes frantic, but David tells her Nick is okay. David gets a call from his bookie and he takes it. He leaves, telling Victoria and J.T. a friend of his is having a hard time and needs his support.

Elizabeth tells Paul she had an investigation done on David, but she burned all the papers. Paul pushes for some evidence, but she can't give him any. She tells Paul she thinks David might have gotten some help from aliens. Paul isn't sure what to think.

Nick thanks Victor for driving him home. Sharon enters the house and the two of them talk about Cassie. Nick tells her that he feels guilty for Cassie's death, and Sharon tries to comfort him, telling him he couldn't have done anything more to help Cassie. Nick apologizes to Sharon for abandoning her in a time she needed him so desperately. She tells him she already forgave him for that. Nick and Sharon decide to go to the cemetery to visit Cassie together.

At the club, Gina spots Amber and they talk about the possibility of Daniel going on tour with his dad. Gina tells her not to worry, that Daniel will come back to her.

When Victor arrives home, Sabrina and Adam listen to him talk about Nick's accident and what happened at the hospital. Adam tells Victor Sabrina told him about Cassie and that he would like to hear about her sometime. Adam expresses his condolences to Victor and says he'd love to see some photos of Cassie. He tells his father that anytime he needs to talk, he is there to listen.

Noah tells Jack that he is really sad about Cassie and that he wants to go see her at the cemetery. Jack takes him there and they talk about why Noah asked Jack to take him instead of his mom or dad. Noah tells Jack that Sharon is always so sad and that Nick cannot remember what happened.

Nick and Sharon both cry at Cassie's grave site.

The Anniversary of Cassie's Death

David and Nikki meet at Jabot. When Nikki inquires about why David left so early that morning, David tells her he went to a Gambler's Anonymous meeting. He goes on to tell her that it was a step meeting, and that he feels resentment toward her because she refused to join their bank accounts together.

Paul tells J.T. he is going to Bermuda to find David's ex-wife. J.T. notices Paul cares a lot about Nikki, and Paul says he will always care for Nikki.

At the Ranch, Victor lectures Adam for his mistake with Natural Glow. Adam tries to make excuses, but Victor insists Adam not talk and just listen.

At the club, Victoria is preparing to order breakfast. Niel bumps in to her and he tells Victoria about the mistake Adam made with Natural Glow.

Danny stops in at Restless Style and tells Phyllis he wants to take Daniel on tour with him for the summer. Phyllis doesn't like this idea, and points out that Daniel has a job and responsibilities in Genua City. Phyllis also tells him not to ask Daniel about the tour today, as it is the anniversary of Cassie's passing.

Nick and Sharon reflect on Cassie's death at Cassie's Corner. Nick admits he cannot remember that day and he feels badly about it.

When Daniel arrives at Restless Style, Danny tells him he wants Daniel to go on tour with him as an assistant to his photographer. Daniel is excited at the prospect, but when Phyllis points out he has responsibilities in Genua City, Daniel is conflicted about what to do.

Paul and J.T. begin to wonder if David's ex-wife is hiding from him.

At Jabot, Victoria and Nikki are on could nine thinking about their lawsuit against Newman.

At Newman, Adam asks Niel about the best and worst case scenarios for the lawsuit. Adam wants to do something to help, but he isn't sure what he can do.

Daniel is about to tell Amber about Danny's offer to go on tour with him, but Amber expresses her sadness over the fact that no one has responded to her ads in Restless Style yet. Daniel tells her he wishes Amber would believe in herself as much as he and Katherine do. Later, Daniel tells Amber about the tour offer.

Phyllis brings Summer to Restless Style to try to cheer Nick up.

At the coffeehouse, Victoria takes a moment to remember Cassie at Cassie's Corner. She runs into Sabrina and Victoria compliments her new purse, a gift from Victor. Sabrina tells Victoria that Victor is not very happy with Adam, and Sabrina seems disturbed about how Victor laid into Adam earlier that morning.

As Sabrina is leaving the coffeehouse, Victoria runs into a blue Adam. She offers him some advice about Victor. She also tells him that he could have learned a lot from her.

Victoria sends flowers to Nick and Sharon at Restless Style. Later, she goes over to the magazine headquarters to offer her condolences in person. Sharon asks Nick if he wants to go to Cassie's grave with her, but Nick decides to stay at work. He asks Victoria to tell him everything about the day that Cassie died, but Victoria tells him all he needs to know is that he loved Cassie as much as she loves her son, Reed. She also tells Nick about Adam's mistake in buying Natural Glow.

Adam takes Victoria's advice. He goes back to the Ranch and offers Victor a sincere apology and a tells Victor he wants to help.

Phyllis talks to Nick about her concerns about Daniel going on tour with Danny. She is worried that Daniel will love touring so much that he will not want to come back to Genua City.

David places a bet.

Victor talks with Sabrina about losing Cassie.

Sharon spends time at Cassie's grave, talking to her about the life she would have been leading now had she not died. Sharon cries over the loss of her daughter and lies by her grave site in reflection.

Adam Messes Up

J.T. and Paul talk about Paul's investigation into David's past. J.T. suggests Paul talk with Niel as Niel might know David's ex-wife because they all worked on Granville Global.

Victor arranges for Lauren to bring a shopping spree from Fenmore's to Sabrina as a surprise treat. Sabrina is overwhelmed, and tells Victor she cannot accept all of the generosity. She lets Victor know that she loves him for who he is, not for how much money he has.

Niel offers Adam some advice about someone he is working with, but Adam ignores it. Later, Adam gets a call from Skye and they talk about how to use the information they have obtained about David. Niel calls Victor to check on Adam's work, and Victor asks Niel to watch over Adam for him.

Heather runs into Heather at Jabot, and he teases her about it. He asks her to dinner, but Heather says she has too much work to do. They arrange to have a rain check on their date. Victoria overhears the conversation, and later she gives Brad a hard time about dating Heather.

Paul finds Niel at Newman and asks him what he knows about David. Niel tells Paul about the hard time David gave Dru when she was accused of Carmen's murder. Niel also tells Paul he doesn't know David's ex-wife. Adam eavesdrops outside the door as the two men talk. Afterwards, Paul asks J.T. to go through Newman's records on Granville Global to see if he can find anything out about David's ex-wife, and J.T. agrees to do this for Paul.

David tries to use Nikki's social security number to get his credit limit raised. He is denied a raise in credit limit until the company talks to Nikki. Later, David tries to get a loan from the bank with Nikki's name attached, but they refuse to give him a loan unless Nikki is present as well.

Victor and Lauren think all the clothes Lauren brought to show Sabrina would look perfect on her. Victor wants to buy all of the clothes Lauren brought, but Sabrina insists that they not buy them all. Victor tells her to pick one item, and Sabrina selects a very nice purse. She is thrilled with it.

Niel becomes very annoyed with Adam. Niel calls Victoria to find out about Adam's new company, Natural Glow. He learns that Victoria had a thorough search of the company done, and he is able to find the write-up for the company. Niel is not pleased with what he learns about Natural Glow.

J.T. and Paul go to the coffeehouse to talk more about David's past. Paul gets J.T. to help him with a phone call to David's ex-wife so that he can attempt to trace the call. J.T. calls and asks to speak to David's ex-wife about some questions he has about Granville Global. David's ex-wife ends up hanging up on J.T. before Paul can get the complete number traced. However, they learn she is living in Bermuda.

Before leaving Jabot to have dinner with Nikki, Victoria warns Heather about Brad, telling Heather Brad isn't always what he seems. Heather tells Victoria she is not dating and doesn't plan to date Brad.

Lauren tells Victor how great she thinks Sabrina is. At the club, Sabrina stops by Nikki and Victoria's table, and they notice her new purse. After she is gone, they comment to one another about how expensive it must have been.

Niel stops by Victor's house at the Newman Ranch and tells him that Natural Glow, which was acquired by Adam had a lawsuit brought against them by Jabot before Newman bought it. Now, Newman is stuck with a lawsuit against them from Jabot.

Lily Gets a Career Break

I'm sorry this is late. This is Tuesday's update.

When David and Nikki come into Jabot, Brad and Jill both congratulate them, but secretly have their own agendas. Brade sees the size of Nikki's ring and makes a remark about how that must have set David back. Later, David asks Brad to not make those kinds of comments and tells Brad that Nikki's ring was a family heirloom.

Cane sees Chloe at the coffeehouse and they look through the first issue of Restless Style magazine to find Lily's ads. Chloe doesn't remember anything from last night, but soon has a fuzzy memory of kissing Cane. She asks Cane to not say anything to Lily about what "they did."

Nikki talks with Lily about losing the cover of Restless Style. Nikki isn't happy that Nick took Lily off the cover, and Lily worries she let Nikki and Jabot down. She feels guilty about losing the cover.

Gloria makes a call to her bank and asks that her diamonds be sent to her. As she is on the phone, Jeff comes to her door, and Gloria quickly hangs up the phone. Jeff tells Gloria he is leaving Genua City, but he still wants his money.

At Jabot, Allistair walks in with a disguise so that no one recognizes him. He tells Jill Gloria has a stash of diamonds, but he is not able to provide any more information other than this, and Jill becomes frustrated.

As Jeff is looking for his passport, he and Gloria get into a fight. Just then a fax comes in, which Gloria snatches up in an attempt to keep Jeff from seeing it. He sees that it is from a bank and demands to know what is going on.

David and Nikki exchange gifts. David gives Nikki chips from their wedding, and Nikki gives David a very expensive engraved watch. Later, Nikki and David find out that Brad took over and made some decisions while they were in Mexico getting married and they are angry with him. After the meeting, Brad tells David he is in no position to argue with him.

While Chloe and Lily are talking about Lily's schedule for the day at Jabot, Cane comes over and begins teasing Chloe indirectly about the kiss. Lily is left wondering what is going on, and Chloe has to make up a story to cover. Later, Cane confronts Chloe about the kiss, wondering if it meant more to her than she is letting on. He also tells her if she doesn't clean up her act, she may lose her job at Jabot.

Cane pulls Lily aside to have a moment with her at Jabot before her fitting and test shots. Chloe interrupts, though. After the test shots, Chloe and Lily find Nikki and show the shots to her. Nikki loves the shots and tells Lily she has been doing a good job. Lily credits Chloe for coaching her on what to do, and says she wouldn't know what to do if it weren't for Chloe.

After Gloria leaves the club, Jeff finds the maid and tries to convince her to let him into Gloria's suite. He has a bunch of flowers, and tells the maid he wants to leave them in the suite for his wife when she comes back. The maid tells him it is against policy for her to let him into the room if he doesn't have his key, but eventually she gives in and lets him into the room anyway. Jeff searches the room for the fax, but has no luck finding it. As he is leaving the room, he bumps into Allistair, who tells Jeff he has something on Gloria that Jeff can use.

In a meeting at Jabot, Gloria comes up with an idea, which Jill and Brad don't like, but Nikki supports her.

Cane and Lily talk, and Cane almost tells Lily Chloe kissed her, until he realizes how much Lily depends on Chloe for direction in her modeling career. Cane decides not to tell Lily about the kiss. Meanwhile, Chloe makes plans for her and Lily's future. She pulls some strings and gets an agency interested in Lily's abilities. Lily receives a call telling her an agency is interested in representing her, and that they want to fly her out to New York as soon as possible. She is thrilled.

David tries to convince Nikki to get a joint bank account with him, but she doesn't see any need for one.

Jeff makes a phone call to book the earliest flight to the Cayman Islands to see what Gloria is hiding there.

David's Dirty Past

Nick is concerned about Victor and Nikki being trapped in the elevator with one another and their significant others, but Victoria finds it amusing.

In the elevator, Nikki and Victor continue to insult one another. Nikki tells Sabrina to enjoy all the nice gifts Victor gives her now, as it will stop after they get married.

J.T. informs Paul that Nikki and David went to Mexico to get married. Paul tells J.T. he has found enough information on David to keep digging.

The elevator finally gets fixed and all are relieved. Restless Style continues to get good reviews as the news of David and Nikki's marriage spreads. David proposes a toast, and Victor looks on.

Jill talks with Jeff about Gloria. She asks him why he is divorcing her if he still loves her, and he says that they are toxic together. Jill tells Jeff he can change things and he decides to go talk to Gloria.

Michael, Lauren, and Kevin all attempt to get Gloria to answer her door. Finally, Kevin opens the door with a master key he stole from the maid's cart. They find Gloria in bed with Allistair. Gloria, now sober, is shocked at what she has done.

Victor tells Nick he is proud of him.

David promises Nick and Victoria he will always do his best to make Nikki happy.

Sharon warns Sabrina about becoming a part of the Newman family. She tells Sabrina she isn't sure the Newmans ever accepted her as part of the family.

Paul and J.T. continue to talk about David. They put their information together and figure out that he has married three previous women, who were all wealthy, and that he gambled all of their money away.

Michael tells Gloria to gather the documents on her donation and the divorce and he will see if he can figure something out. He and Lauren leave the room so Gloria can get out of bed and get dressed.

Nikki fills Katherine in on the wedding. Katherine tells Nikki she is concerned about the fact that she and David ran off to get married. She tells Nikki she thinks she is still in love with Victor. Nikki tells Katherine David makes her happy.

Jack warns David that Nikki will eventually find her way back to Victor.

Paul runs into David and Nikki at the club. He asks Nikki about the marriage, mentioning that just a short time ago, she did not trust David. Nikki tells Paul David is a good man and that he is working on his gambling problem. Paul calls David's ex-wife again and leaves a message with her receptionist.

Jill runs into Allistair in the park. She learns that he has been sleeping there, and she feels a little sorry for him. Allistair tells her that he got drunk with Gloria and slept with her the previous night, and Jill puts him back on the payroll.

Michael looks at the documents Gloria provides him, and doesn't see a way out of what she has done. He, Lauren, Kevin, and Gloria go to dinner at the club. Lauren reminds Gloria she can sell her diamonds for money, and Allistair overhears the information.

Katherine takes Daniel and Amber to lunch to celebrate. Amber is bummed out that no one has said anything about her designs yet.

When Jack reads Sharon a piece that gives Nick all the credit for Restless Style, she is upset.

Paul receives a call from David's ex-wife, telling him that the day she divorced David was the happiest day of her life. She also tells Paul she is sorry for Nikki.

Restless Style Debuts!

Jack, Sharon, Phyllis, and Nick all arrive at Restless Style bright and early to await the news on how the first issue of the magazine does. Later, Amber and Daniel join the crowd, bringing muffins. They are all thrilled when they get the first hits on the webzine.

Victor tells Sabrina he does not mind Nikki is married, but he is concerned about the man she married. He tells Sabrina he does not think David is everything he appears to be, and he is afraid David will hurt Nikki.

Gloria arrives at the coffeehouse, and she looks awful. She tells Jana it is all of her fault because she thought if she gave half of her fortune away she would develop better karma. Jana feels awful for Gloria. Kevin calls Michael for help after he learns that Gloria is in danger of losing all of her money.

Katherine tells Jill to be very careful around Jeff because he might be blackmailing Gloria. Jill tells Katherine she can handle Jeff, but Katherine is skeptical. Later, Kay makes her dislike of Jeff known as he talks with Jill.

When Michael arrives at the coffeehouse, Gloria tells him what she did - donating half of her money to charity. She tells Michael that she had an iron-clad contract drawn up. Michael is not happy about what he is hearing, and tells Gloria he cannot get her money back. Gloria is devastated. Lauren enters the coffeehouse as Gloria is leaving, and Gloria tells her she thinks they would all be better off without her.

David and Nikki eat at the GCAC. When David hands Nikki the first issue of Restless Style, she is not happy to see the cover model is not Lily. She and David plan to go to Restless Style to see how the magazine is doing.

Restless Style receives word that sales of their magazine are strong.

Sabrina encourages Victor to go congratulate Nick on his success, but Victor is reluctant. Finally, Sabrina is able to convince him to go see Nick.

Gloria finds Allistair when she is walking in the park, and sits down to talk with him. She learns that Allistair is sleeping on the park bench. Allistair offers her some of his alcohol, and the two of them commiserate together about having no money. Gloria gets drunk and invites Allistair to stay with her at the club.

David, Nikki, Victor, and Sabrina get stuck in the elevator when they are going to congratulate the staff of Restless Style. They are not happy about being stuck in the elevator together.

Restless Style celebrates the success of the magazine with a toast. Daniel tries to get the elevator to go down to his car to get the camera, and they realize the elevator is stuck.

Lauren is concerned about Gloria and insists they find her before they celebrate the success of Restless Style. She and Jana tell Michael and Kevin that Gloria needs them and that they should stand by her and support her. Michael and Kevin don't want to stand by Gloria, but Lauren reminds them how much work she has done to change herself. When they cannot find Gloria anywhere, Lauren wonders if Gloria would hurt herself, seeing as how depressed she was earlier.

Jeff tries to convince Jill he really likes her and he has no feelings for Gloria. Jill tricks him into revealing how he really feels about Gloria, however, and she suggests he ought to try to win her back.

While maintenance tries to get the elevator unstuck at Restless Style, the magazine gets rave reviews! Later, everyone gets concerned when they find out Nikki, David, Sabrina, and Victor are all stuck together. Nikki and Victor begin to argue in the elevator and insult each other relentlessly.

A very drunk Gloria mistakes Allistair for John, and begins kissing him passionately. Allistair makes no move to correct Gloria.

Chloe Moves In

At Restless Style, the website crashes. Phyllis and Jack blame Sharon for opening an e-mail with a virus in it, but Nick defends her. Later, Daniel finds out that Amber opened the infectious e-mail.

While Gloria prepares to give away $50 million at the club, Jill tells Allistair he needs to find out why Gloria wants to give that much of her money to charity anonymously.

Katherine tries to convince Jeff to stay with Gloria. She tells him she knows he is still in love with Gloria, but Jeff denies it.

At the coffeehouse, Gloria tells Jana and Kevin she doesn't think her karma is changing. She gets served with divorce papers while she is telling them this.

Cane, Lily, and Devon help Chloe move in. They begin to wonder if they've made a mistake as Chloe brings in a bunch of strange decorations and furniture, and manipulates the environment. Cane gives Lily a package from Sharon with her Restless Style cover and a letter in it. Sharon says Dru would be proud of Lily. Later, Cane tells Lily she can move in with him, but she turns him down. She says she just wants to date for a while like normal people, and Cane accepts this.

Gloria calls Jeff, and he immediately rushes off to meet her, passing Jill on his way out of the Chancelor estate.

Amber tells everyone at Restless Style she was the one who opened the e-mail containing the virus. Phyllis and Jack are furious. Daniel tells Amber he thinks she needs to stop the get-rich-quick schemes, because they have caused her to make many mistakes.

Lily finally gets frustrated with Chloe trying to change her house, and sets some rules. Everyone seems much happier after this is done. They all go to celebrate, where Chloe makes an insensitive comment about not being pregnant. She immediately feels bad and apologizes profusely to Lily.

At Restless Style, Jack receives a phone call from the printer, who says they may not be able to deliver on time. Everyone is at their wit's end. Amber apologizes numerous times to no avail. Daniel speaks to Nick and Phyllis and asks them to give Amber a break because she made a mistake and she feels horribly about it. He reminds them how much this job means to her. Finally, IT calls and tells Restless Style the website has been fixed, and everyone is relieved.

Gloria and Jeff talk about getting divorced. Gloria tries to think of an alternative to the divorce, but Jeff is insistent that they get divorced. He demands $50 million in order to keep Gloria's secret about the face cream and keep her out of jail. Gloria tells him she donated $50 million to charity and it is irreversible. Jeff threatens to turn her in if she does not come up with the money.

At Restless Style, the printer calls again and says they will be on time with the delivery. Sharon, Jack, Nick, and Phyllis make up and feel good about completing their first issue on time.

Allistair reports to Jill that Jeff and Gloria are getting divorced, but Jill says she already knew this, and she fires Allistair.

While Lily and Devon are making preparations upstairs for a drunk Chloe, Chloe kisses Cane downstairs.
