Ashley arrives at Restless Style looking for Abby. Abby's there doing a photo shoot today. Abby appears and her mother tells her she looks beautiful. They hug. Abby expresses concern about all of the stress Ashley has been under. Ashley assures her it's over now - Estella has been arrested. Abby says she still cannot believe Estella did all of those things and still thinks it may be Adam.
Kevin visits Jana in jail. He informs her and Michael he did a successful speaking engagement at the school today. Michael informs them he set up a meeting with a judge to try to get her to reconsider letting Jana out on bail. Michael heads out. Jana says she cannot believe she's back in jail again, but Kevin assures her they'll get her out of there.
Noah and Eden stand outside of Crimson Lights as Noah prepares to meet Abby at the photo shoot. Eden remarks that Abby would never let her be a part of something like that. Noah asks Eden to meet him at Restless Style after her shift at Crimson Lights and she agrees to after Noah promises to make Abby behave.
At the counter inside the coffeehouse, Amber gives Daniel a pen and piece of paper and tells him to write down all of the people who might want to see him crash and burn. Daniel is stumped - he can't think of a single person who would want to set him up for murder! Amber wonders if someone is trying to get Daniel out of the way so he or she can get at her. Daniel tells Amber this doesn't have anything to do with her. Kevin comes in and Daniel apologizes for Jana being in jail. Kevin says he knows Daniel didn't mean for any of this to happen. As they talk, some teen girls come into the coffeehouse and tell Kevin they saw him speak at their school today about the silver chipmunk - he's awesome!
Heather arrives at the Ranch and Victor lets her in, but tells her to make her visit with Adam short because another specialist is coming to see him. Dr. Donahue arrives and Heather goes up to tell Adam he is there after she is introduced to him.
Adam is on his phone in his room with Dr. Taylor, trying to get more botox. Adam is frantic and demands the doctor cancel his surgery to bring him more botox or he'll be telling the medical board about what he's done! Heather knocks on the door and lets herself in. She tells Adam Dr. Donahue is here and she is puzzled by his not wanting to be examined again. Adam tries to get Heather to help him cut off his ankle bracelet, but she won't do that for him. She tells him he'll just go back to jail. Heather tells Adam to give the doctor a chance and leaves. Victor comes in and Adam asks him why he hates him, why he keeps setting him up to fail. Victor tells Adam they owe it to Hope to take advantage of this opportunity. Victor tells Adam to come downstairs and leaves the room.
Adam listens around the corner as the doctor tells Victor he has advanced equipment and that it can detect if Adam has RP for sure. Adam imagines what will happen when the doctor tells Victor Adam has been faking all along. Adam turns to go back up the stairs, but Victor stops him.
Michael arrives at the coffeehouse and chats with Eden. He tells her he's so proud of her for her grades - he knows how hard it has been on her. Eden says she still misses her dad sometimes. Michael asks Eden if she is still with Noah and proceeding with caution. Eden doesn't want to have that talk with him, so he tells her Lauren is always available for her to talk to. He tells her she shouldn't be in a rush to grow up and she's welcome with him and Lauren as long as she likes. Eden and Michael head over to Daniel, Amber, and Kevin and Michael is somewhat puzzled about Kevin's new popularity. Kevin gets a call about another speaking engagement and Michael hopes this will help Jana's case. Amber tells Kevin she is proud of him and Kevin tells her it's all because she got him on the radio show. They agree that one of their enemies might be trying to set Daniel up. Michael advises Daniel not to make one false move or he will end up with his bail revoked. Amber is up to something on her computer and goes off by herself. Daniel tells Kevin he has an idea on how to find out who is setting him up - they need to get the victim's cell phone from the evidence room. Daniel wants Kevin to go get it, saying, "Do it for Jana!"
Noah comes into the Restless Style office not completely pleased with his look. Ashley and Abby love his look, however! Ashley leaves and Abby warns her to be careful around Adam as she does so. Noah and Abby finish their photo shoot and talk about which one of them is more spoiled! Abby says she heard Nick and Sharon are back together. Noah is skeptical about how long it will last. He asks Abby if she can keep a secret - he's thinking about divorcing his parents! Abby tries to point out the downside of living on his own, but Noah says he doesn't mind - he wants to be free. Eden comes in and Abby blurts out that this must be Eden's idea. Noah tells Abby it was his idea, not hers. Abby says if Noah should be emancipated from anyone, it should be Eden! Noah escorts Abby out and tells Eden to ignore her.
Ashley arrives home at the Ranch and tells Victor to feel the baby kicking, but he can't feel it! Adam and Dr. Donahue come downstairs and the doctor informs Victor this has been a waste of time because Adam has puncture wounds in his eyes. He says it seems Adam has been injecting something into his eyes! Victor demands to know what kind of monster Adam is and accuses him of being the one who has been tormenting Ashley. Adam says the people who beat him up in prison also stuck him in the eyes with hypodermic needles! Adam also denies being the one who is scaring Ashley. Victor asks the doctor if Adam could have injected himself in the eye with something in order to fool other doctors. Dr. Donahue informs him the tests show Adam has been suffering with the eye disease for quite some time and he will become permanently blind. He tells Victor Adam cannot participate in the trial because of the damage that was done to his eyes from the injections. While Adam absorbs the information, Victor says he's sorry to hear about this.
Michael runs into Heather before he is about to meet with the judge. Heather informs Michael she's re-opening the murder case against Jana! Michael tells her they should deal with one case at a time.
Amber discovers she may have a cyberstalker. She texts her former partner, Allie to see if she may have a cyberstalker as well.
Michael goes to visit Jana in jail and informs her that Judge Collins is leaning towards re-opening her old murder case. He says Heather really wants a conviction this time. Jana cries. She says she knew this would happen - she took someone's life. Michael reminds her she was sick at the time. He says she's done so many good things - she helped Kevin turn his life around and they're not going to let her slip through their fingers! Jana says she's lucky to have Michael and Kevin in her life, but Michael says they are the lucky ones.
Ashley tells Victor Adam couldn't have done all of those things to scare her. Victor feels guilty that he didn't get Adam out of jail sooner - he could see he was getting beaten up. Adam throws a book across his room in frustration. Ashley comes in and tells him how sorry she and Victor are. She assures him he'll get through this and she tells him since he's been there so many times for her and her baby, she's going to be there for him through this. Adam cries on Ashley's shoulder.

Money Found At Crimson Lights
Nick and Sharon get ready for their day in their room at the Club. Nick wants to make love instead of going house hunting, but Sharon convinces him to go by reminding him that Summer is waiting for him. They talk about Noah and how he will volunteer at the Rec Center this summer. They kiss. Sharon asks Nick if he's told Phyllis they're taking Summer house hunting today and Nick admits he hasn't told her yet.
Jana, Daniel, Kevin, and Amber are in the apartment talking. Jana and Daniel are going to meet with Michael, but Daniel plans to go visit Phyllis first and fill her in on what's going on. Daniel and Jana leave while Kevin and Amber stay behind. There's a knock at the door - it's Aucker, the FBI agent - and he's got a search warrant to search the apartment for the missing money! Kevin says it's odd that it's the do-gooders that are in trouble this time instead of them, and Amber agrees.
At the Chancellor Mansion, Nina comes downstairs and inquires if the lab has called back yet. Katherine tells her they haven't. They wonder whether Jill is trying to cover something up, but Katherine points out that she was just as surprised the records were missing as they were. Katherine wonders if Nina will tell Jill that Violet wasn't in town when the babies were switched, but Nina wants to wait to tell her. The lab calls and tells Nina the man who dealt with Phillip's case before has disappeared after it was proven that he falsified documents! Jill comes into the room during the call. Nina tells Katherine and Jill what's going on and she says now she knows something is going on. Jill defends Cane, but Nina says she didn't say Cane was lying - she said someone was lying and that someone doesn't want them to know who's buried in Phillip's grave. Nina and Jill argue about whether or not to exhume Phillip's body. Jill says it nearly killed her when she had to exhume what she thought was her mother's body, this would kill her - she forbids it! Nina tells Jill it's not up to her. Katherine points out it doesn't really matter who is buried in Phillip's grave because they all love him. Nina becomes frustrated and yells, "I want to know who's in that coffin!" Jill finally agrees to the exhumation so that they can find out if Nina's son has Huntington's, but Jill insists that no other DNA tests should be done. Katherine agrees with Jill, and Nina agrees to the stipulation.
Cane leaves a worried message for Phillip at Jimmy's. Lily comes in and asks Cane if he's still worried about what Nina's doing. Cane says his mom will take care of it, but Lily points out that he tossed and turned all night in his sleep last night. Lily wonders what is really going on and Cane tells her about how it was growing up without a family and watching other kids in their families. Cane says it feels good to belong to a family now and he's afraid it will all disappear. Lily assures him that he's a Chancellor and her husband and it won't change.
Daniel visits Phyllis at Restless Style and they engage in some small talk before he tells her what's going on. Phyllis admits Nick told her about Victoria being involved in an art scheme. Daniel tells her it is the same thing. Phyllis tells Daniel to stay out of trouble and to be careful. Daniel then asks about Summer and Phyllis says she is doing okay, but she also wonders why daddy isn't tucking her into bed anymore. Daniel goes to say hello to Summer before he leaves Restless Style to meet with Michael.
Mary Jane and Jack sit down at a table at the Club for breakfast. Mary Jane becomes annoyed when Jack takes a phone call from Phyllis, leaving the table so he can talk with her privately. She sees Sharon at the bar and goes over to her and apologizes for her behavior the last time she saw her. Mary Jane congratulates Sharon on her reunion with Nick - she's a sucker for love stories. Mary Jane inquires if they plan on staying together - is she done with Jack? Sharon is shocked to hear that Mary Jane and Jack are seeing each other again. Mary Jane tells Sharon Phyllis said she wouldn't stay with Nick and might go back to Jack. Sharon tells Mary Jane not to listen to Phyllis. Jack comes over and Sharon asks to speak with him privately. Mary Jane excuses herself to make a phone call. Sharon asks Jack if they are okay. Jack admits it was hard for him to watch Sharon leave with Nick the other day, but he will always be there for her. They hug and Mary Jane watches. Sharon inquires about him and Mary Jane and tells him that she wants him free and clear. Jack says he's not ready for anything serious with, "that woman!" Mary Jane comes over and tells Jack she needs to head to Restless Style and kisses him. After Mary Jane leaves, Sharon tells Jack Mary Jane is infatuated with him. Jack says Mary Jane isn't the bunny-boiler type!
Jana and Daniel meet with Michael at Jimmy's. He asks them about what happened on that night and Daniel admits he touched the gun. He also tells Michael he didn't see the money or Victoria. Daniel mentions the man with the ski mask and Jana tells Michael that's who Aucker should be looking for. Michael tells them if Aucker isn't doing his job, they will. Michael discovers the dead man had a cell phone on him with Daniel's number in the contact list. He says the DA isn't going to arrest them right now, but they are still suspects and he wants them to live the lives of saints until the money is found.
Nick arrives at Restless Style to pick up Summer and Phyllis is calm. He tells her that they are going to look for a house today. Phyllis isn't so sure this is a good idea because it's so soon after Nick moved out. Nick points out that Summer can't come to the Club for visitation and that things are going to change and need to be stable for Summer. Phyllis tells him leaving his family and hooking back up with his ex is anything but stable! Just then, Summer appears with George, the photographer. He suggests putting Summer on the cover of Restless Style, but Phyllis is reluctant. George says Summer would be a great cover for a magazine on teens and kids and Nick agrees. Nick suggests they do some test shots. Mary Jane walks in on what appears to be a close moment between the family.
Kevin and Amber go to the coffeehouse and they are relieved not to find the cops there. Amber follows Kevin into the back room for more sweetener and they discover the briefcase full of money! Kevin speculates this is the money the feds are searching for. Amber and Kevin agree it had to be planted there because there's no way Daniel or Jana would hide it there. Aucker comes in with a search warrant for the coffeehouse. As he is searching the back room, Michael, Daniel, and Jana come in. Amber and Kevin gesture wildly, but Aucker comes out with the briefcase full of money. Daniel insists he doesn't know how it got there. Michael commands him not to talk. Daniel is placed under arrest and Michael calls Phyllis to tell her what's happening.
Phyllis hangs up and says she has to leave at Restless Style. Nick wants to know what's going on and Phyllis tells him Daniel has been arrested. She tells him it's got something to do with that art scam Victoria got caught up in. Nick insists on driving Phyllis. She finally agrees and they ask Mary Jane to watch Summer for them. Nick also calls Sharon to inform her on what's going on. Mary Jane tells Summer not to worry about daddy not living with mommy anymore because Auntie Mary Jane will take care of everything and that everyone will end up with whom they are supposed to be with - happily ever after!
Jill calls Cane and he takes the call at Jimmy's. She tells him Phillip's body is being exhumed to test for the Huntington's gene and that no other DNA testing will be done. She says no one disbelieves Cane. Cane calls Phillip again, but he still isn't home. Cane leaves a message, saying it's urgent.
Nina makes a call to the lab and asks them to do another DNA test on the body when it is exhumed!

Paul Receives A Restraining Order!
The Young and the Restless update for Thursday June 11, 2009:
At the hospital J.T. wonders why on earth he let Victoria go undercover. Nikki arrives and wants to know what happened! The doctor comes out and says Victoria is fine, but they are going to do a CT scan to make sure. She also says they need to observe her because she's had a serious head injury in the past. Nikki calls Victor to alert him to what is going on.
Daniel and Jana try to explain the situation with the art piece to Kevin and Amber. Amber and Kevin are both shocked that Daniel would risk his life over a painting! Daniel finishes his story by telling everyone he has been framed for fake Aucker's murder and he's in a lot of trouble now. Daniel insists they need to get out of there now because the apartment is the first place the FBI is going to look for him. Daniel opens the door to leave, but the FBI is already there! Harold Aucker wants to know where Daniel was tonight and he tells the agent he was at home sketching. Aucker tells Daniel Victoria has been injured and Daniel inquires if she's all right. Aucker also informs him that a murder took place. In response to this, Daniel asks if Victoria saw anything. Aucker insists that because Daniel didn't ask who was murdered, he must already know! Daniel says he assumed it was someone involved in the art forgery scheme. Aucker shows Daniel a picture of the victim and Daniel confirms that this is the man who scammed him. Aucker leaves telling Daniel he will be keeping his eye on him and he plans to prove that Daniel and the rest of them are lying. Amber tells Daniel they can leave town now, but Daniel points out her designs are just starting to take off. Amber says she'll give all of that up. Kevin points out Jana is an accessory to murder - she told Daniel where the sting was going down! Daniel decides it's best to tell the truth.
Heather and Paul sit at the coffeehouse and talk. She teases him about being hauled down to the police station. Paul explains that he did some digging in Mary Jane's past and some things just didn't add up. He says when he confronted her about it, she overreacted, which makes him believe she's hiding something even more. Paul tells Heather what he found out and she wonders why this is so important to him. He tells her he swears he knows Mary Jane from somewhere - there's a strange connection. Heather says she hates it when pieces of the puzzle don't fit together. Suddenly, Mary Jane approaches with a man and Paul is served a restraining order! Heather is shocked any judge would grant a restraining order. She gives Mary Jane a dirty look as Paul is forced to leave the Club to obey the order.
At the Ranch, Victor thanks Adam for looking out for Ashley while he was away. Adam tells Victor it's the least he could do after everything Victor's done for him. Ashley appears and flashes back to falling down the stairs. Victor asks her what's wrong. She tells Victor she had a nightmare while he was gone and Adam suddenly asks her if she wants some tea. Victor gets a call from Nikki, informing him about Victoria, and he heads to the hospital. Adam remembers the night of the accident. Ashley comes in with some tea and toast and they sit down. She tells Adam she just felt the baby kick and puts his hand on her belly so he can feel it, too! Adam calls the doctor, who comes over. He asks the doctor how Ashley could be feeling the baby if there is none? The doctor tells Adam Ashley is having a hysterical pregnancy and it would be very traumatic for Ashley if he let her continue to believe she still has a baby inside her. He insists Adam needs to stop this now! Ashley appears and the doctor claims he's there to follow-up with her. He checks her out and tells her everything is as it should be. Ashley wants the doctor to meet Victor. When Ashley leaves the room to get some coffee for the doctor, he worries about what Victor will do if he finds out what's going on. Adam says he doesn't need to worry about Victor, but if he doesn't do what Adam wants, he needs to worry about him!
Victor joins J.T. and Nikki at the hospital. J.T. explains to him how he found Mary Jane on the property and that's why he was late getting to the bar and why he wasn't there when Victoria got injured.
Aucker visits Victoria in her hospital room. He asks her what happened. She tells him she went into the alley and called Balfour's name, she heard someone running away, found the body, and then the crates fell on her. She says she only saw J.T. in the alley. Victor, Nikki, and J.T. come into the room and Victor asks J.T. to escort the FBI agent out. Victor and Nikki visit with their daughter while J.T. tells Aucker to stay away from his wife outside the room. Aucker insists J.T. can't stop him because it's a federal investigation. J.T. threatens him. Victor and Nikki return to the hallway where Paul has arrived. Paul apologizes for being so late and tells them about Mary Jane and the restraining order. Victor says this is the second time he's heard Mary Jane's name tonight and asks Paul what he's going to do. The doctor interrupts and tells them Victoria only has a concussion and she can go home tonight.
Daniel, Amber, Kevin, and Jana find Aucker at Jimmy's bar and tell him the whole truth about what happened. Aucker accuses Daniel of being the fake Aucker's accomplice! Daniel tells him some man with a ski mask shot the victim, but Aucker says they found the gun and it has Daniel's fingerprints on it. Daniel admits he was afraid the fake Aucker would use the gun, so he picked it up and threw it away before he ran off. Aucker asks what happened to the briefcase of money and Daniel says he doesn't know anything about that. Aucker tells them the bottom line is two men went into the alley, only one came out alive, and $100,000 and a painting is missing. Before he leaves, Aucker tells Daniel if the money shows up in his possession, he's going to jail for a very long time!
Before Victor leaves the hospital, Nikki asks him how Ashley is doing. She admits she saw her talking to Sabrina's statue. He says perhaps Ashley finds it therapeutic. Nikki also tells him some strange things happened while he was away. Nikki tells him everything that happened - including how Adam told her Ashley went out with Jack when she stopped to check on her, how he sent the maid home with the night off, and how a strange doctor came to examine Ashley. Nikki says she feels badly for Adam, but she doesn't trust him - something was very wrong in that house last night. Victor assures her he will check it out.
As Paul and Nikki have coffee at Crimson Lights, she asks him if he's doing okay. He responds that the restraining order adds spice to his life. She's disappointed when she finds out Paul plans to keep digging into Mary Jane's pat. He assures Nikki he won't violate the restraining order, but now he's more determined than ever to figure out why Mary Jane gets so freaked out when he's around.
Mary Jane holds a picture of Paul next to her "enemies" scrapbook in her room at the Club. She says to herself out loud, "I can't do it. I don't want to be enemies with you, Paul."
The man wearing a ski mask goes into the coffeehouse and slips the briefcase full of money behind the counter!
Once back at the Ranch, Victor asks Adam and Ashley about the strange things that happened while he was away. Victor says he'd like to meet the new doctor and Ashley assures him he will. Ashley tells Victor the baby kicked earlier while he was out and she's sorry he missed it. Ashley heads upstairs. Victor stops Adam before he heads to bed and tells him Nikki mentioned he gave the maid the night off the other night. Adam says he did. Victor tells Adam he doesn't want him to be in the house alone with Ashley - he always wants someone else to be in the house as well. Adam wonders why Victor doesn't want him to be alone with Ashley. Victor reminds him that Ashley is fragile right now and Adam cannot see! After Victor goes upstairs, Adam whispers, "Sorry, Victor, but we're doing things my way now!"
At the hospital J.T. wonders why on earth he let Victoria go undercover. Nikki arrives and wants to know what happened! The doctor comes out and says Victoria is fine, but they are going to do a CT scan to make sure. She also says they need to observe her because she's had a serious head injury in the past. Nikki calls Victor to alert him to what is going on.
Daniel and Jana try to explain the situation with the art piece to Kevin and Amber. Amber and Kevin are both shocked that Daniel would risk his life over a painting! Daniel finishes his story by telling everyone he has been framed for fake Aucker's murder and he's in a lot of trouble now. Daniel insists they need to get out of there now because the apartment is the first place the FBI is going to look for him. Daniel opens the door to leave, but the FBI is already there! Harold Aucker wants to know where Daniel was tonight and he tells the agent he was at home sketching. Aucker tells Daniel Victoria has been injured and Daniel inquires if she's all right. Aucker also informs him that a murder took place. In response to this, Daniel asks if Victoria saw anything. Aucker insists that because Daniel didn't ask who was murdered, he must already know! Daniel says he assumed it was someone involved in the art forgery scheme. Aucker shows Daniel a picture of the victim and Daniel confirms that this is the man who scammed him. Aucker leaves telling Daniel he will be keeping his eye on him and he plans to prove that Daniel and the rest of them are lying. Amber tells Daniel they can leave town now, but Daniel points out her designs are just starting to take off. Amber says she'll give all of that up. Kevin points out Jana is an accessory to murder - she told Daniel where the sting was going down! Daniel decides it's best to tell the truth.
Heather and Paul sit at the coffeehouse and talk. She teases him about being hauled down to the police station. Paul explains that he did some digging in Mary Jane's past and some things just didn't add up. He says when he confronted her about it, she overreacted, which makes him believe she's hiding something even more. Paul tells Heather what he found out and she wonders why this is so important to him. He tells her he swears he knows Mary Jane from somewhere - there's a strange connection. Heather says she hates it when pieces of the puzzle don't fit together. Suddenly, Mary Jane approaches with a man and Paul is served a restraining order! Heather is shocked any judge would grant a restraining order. She gives Mary Jane a dirty look as Paul is forced to leave the Club to obey the order.
At the Ranch, Victor thanks Adam for looking out for Ashley while he was away. Adam tells Victor it's the least he could do after everything Victor's done for him. Ashley appears and flashes back to falling down the stairs. Victor asks her what's wrong. She tells Victor she had a nightmare while he was gone and Adam suddenly asks her if she wants some tea. Victor gets a call from Nikki, informing him about Victoria, and he heads to the hospital. Adam remembers the night of the accident. Ashley comes in with some tea and toast and they sit down. She tells Adam she just felt the baby kick and puts his hand on her belly so he can feel it, too! Adam calls the doctor, who comes over. He asks the doctor how Ashley could be feeling the baby if there is none? The doctor tells Adam Ashley is having a hysterical pregnancy and it would be very traumatic for Ashley if he let her continue to believe she still has a baby inside her. He insists Adam needs to stop this now! Ashley appears and the doctor claims he's there to follow-up with her. He checks her out and tells her everything is as it should be. Ashley wants the doctor to meet Victor. When Ashley leaves the room to get some coffee for the doctor, he worries about what Victor will do if he finds out what's going on. Adam says he doesn't need to worry about Victor, but if he doesn't do what Adam wants, he needs to worry about him!
Victor joins J.T. and Nikki at the hospital. J.T. explains to him how he found Mary Jane on the property and that's why he was late getting to the bar and why he wasn't there when Victoria got injured.
Aucker visits Victoria in her hospital room. He asks her what happened. She tells him she went into the alley and called Balfour's name, she heard someone running away, found the body, and then the crates fell on her. She says she only saw J.T. in the alley. Victor, Nikki, and J.T. come into the room and Victor asks J.T. to escort the FBI agent out. Victor and Nikki visit with their daughter while J.T. tells Aucker to stay away from his wife outside the room. Aucker insists J.T. can't stop him because it's a federal investigation. J.T. threatens him. Victor and Nikki return to the hallway where Paul has arrived. Paul apologizes for being so late and tells them about Mary Jane and the restraining order. Victor says this is the second time he's heard Mary Jane's name tonight and asks Paul what he's going to do. The doctor interrupts and tells them Victoria only has a concussion and she can go home tonight.
Daniel, Amber, Kevin, and Jana find Aucker at Jimmy's bar and tell him the whole truth about what happened. Aucker accuses Daniel of being the fake Aucker's accomplice! Daniel tells him some man with a ski mask shot the victim, but Aucker says they found the gun and it has Daniel's fingerprints on it. Daniel admits he was afraid the fake Aucker would use the gun, so he picked it up and threw it away before he ran off. Aucker asks what happened to the briefcase of money and Daniel says he doesn't know anything about that. Aucker tells them the bottom line is two men went into the alley, only one came out alive, and $100,000 and a painting is missing. Before he leaves, Aucker tells Daniel if the money shows up in his possession, he's going to jail for a very long time!
Before Victor leaves the hospital, Nikki asks him how Ashley is doing. She admits she saw her talking to Sabrina's statue. He says perhaps Ashley finds it therapeutic. Nikki also tells him some strange things happened while he was away. Tyra's Not Related
The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday May 19, 2009:
At the reception, Daniel tries to get Lily and Cane to smash the cake into each other's faces. Cane says Lily is too pretty to do that, but Lily has fun getting some cake onto Cane. Daniel takes some pictures for the Restless Style website. Afterwards, Devon sits back down with Virginia. He says a comment she made earlier confused him - he says she made it sound like Tyra wasn't related to him. Virginia tells Devon Tyra isn't blood-related - Devon's grandmother took Tyra in when she was young after her mother died! Devon asks if Tyra knows, and Virginia says she does, she's known since she was a teenager. Devon is quite shocked that Tyra didn't tell him about this.
Billy talks with Katherine about Mac. He says something bad always slips out of his mouth when she's around and he's frustrated. Kay points out that that ship has already sailed, yet he is still chasing it with an anchor named Chloe around his neck.
Michael and Lauren eat dinner at the Club. Lauren checks on Eden and Fen by phone and tells Michael they're fine. Michael remarks that at least they know what they're doing. He says he hasn't heard from Gloria and she isn't returning his messages or texts. Michael worries Gloria and Jeff are getting into trouble, but Lauren tells him that if they are in trouble, they will call. Lauren says it's time to concentrate on them - they haven't had a date night in ages. She hands him an envelope with the tickets to Monte Carlo in it - she wants to cash in her trip! Also in the envelope is a room key. Michael calls out for the check so they can head upstairs.
At the reception, Mac talks with Kevin and Jana and apologizes for Billy's behavior. Kevin tells her it's okay - Billy's always been a jerk and he doesn't know what she ever saw in him!
Jill asks Katherine if she is really going to do this movie and Katherine says she is. Jill expresses that she thinks it's a horrible idea. Nina tells Jill if she'd quit being so self-obsessed, she'd realize it is a great idea. Murphy makes a suggestion for an actor for the movie, and Amber says maybe they can get Glenn Close to play Jill - she did a very convincing Cruella DeVille! Jill threatens to put a stop to the movie.
Neil dances with Tyra and says there is still so much he doesn't know about her - he'll enjoy finding out more. Devon dances with Roxanne and glares at them nearby. Neil tells Tyra he speak to Devon about this - he doesn't have the right to tell Neil who he can date and when.
Lily and Daniel talk. Lily says she's thinking about becoming an interior designer, and Daniel says she'll make a great one. Daniel and Lily agree that although things didn't work out for them as a couple, things turned out well for both of them. They wish each other well and hug.
Amber goes over to Chloe and remarks that Lily has it all. She says she wishes for once in her life, she was living the fairytale. Chloe asks about Daniel, and Amber tells her at the rate they are going, she'll be Katherine's age before they get married! Chloe tells her to make it happen - she has before.
Jill complains to Billy about the movie Katherine is going to make. Billy observes she really isn't upset about the movie - she's upset about the trouble Jack said she was in. Jill makes Billy promise he won't tell anyone. She tells him she's broke! Billy promises he won't tell anyone and offers his mother help from the trust John left him. Jill says Billy is very sweet, but she will manage. Billy goes over to Chloe, Cane, and Lily and Cane thanks Billy for coming to the wedding. He proposes this could be a new start for all of them. Billy agrees they should give it a shot. Chloe apologizes for her past actions and wishes Cane and Lily the best. Cane picks Lily up and starts to carry her out. She tosses her bouquet and Amber catches it!
Michael and Lauren make out and eat brownies in bed in their room at the Club. Afterward, they head home. Michael tells Lauren she makes him feel like a teenager and they agree to plan their trip to Monte Carlo in the morning.

After Billy leaves, Kevin says he doesn't need Jana fighting his battles for him! Alone now, Kevin and Jana slow dance in the silence and Kevin thanks her for being so patient with him - he knows she didn't sign up for a crazy husband. Jana tells him she promised to stay by him in sickness and in health. They kiss. They head home and make love in the elevator.
Roxane, Devon, and Ana are back at Lily and Cane's decorating and picking up the dog for the night. Roxane asks Devon why he's so upset and he tells her he's upset about Neil and Tyra, but she doesn't understand why he's upset about them dancing together.
At the Chancellor mansion, Katherine, Murphy, Mac, and Nina sit in the living room chatting. Jill comes in and complains she had hoped to find some peace and quiet. Murphy offers to rent Jill the trailer, where she can find a lot of peace and quiet, but Jill tells everyone she isn't going anywhere! Jill leaves the room. After she's gone, Mac says she feels sorry for Jill. Nina says that Jill's always been a mess and it's her own fault. Katherine says she's tried to let Jill know she doesn't have to be alone. Once Mac and Nina are alone, Nina remarks that it's weird being back because there are so many reminders of Phillip - it's hard to believe he's really gone. They bid each other a good night. Mac goes to get something out of her car, and opens the front door to find Billy standing there!
At home, Daniel is uploading the photos to the website, but Amber wants to talk. She tells Daniel she's already lost two children and her biological clock is ticking. Daniel says they've already talked about this - he's not ready to make that kind of commitment. Amber becomes offended, thinking Daniel doesn't want to be married to her. Daniel says he doesn't want to get married to anyone right now - he thinks they still have plenty of time. Amber wonders if she should waste her time on a relationship that isn't going anywhere, but Daniel tells her that an ultimatum won't change his mind. Amber goes to bed, holds the bouquet she caught, and cries.
Cane and Lily come home to find their place decorated. Cane tells Lily Devon took Humphrey for the night. They kiss. Lily changes and they have a toast. Lily says they'll never be apart again. Cane says he's made mistakes, but he promises to never disappoint her again. They begin to kiss and move onto the couch to make love.
Devon checks on Virginia at the Club, and she tells him how good it is to see him again - she was sad when they lost touch before. She tells Devon she's sad about what the drugs did to his mom, and she wasn't always that way. She says Devon and Ana got their singing voices from their mother - she had a beautiful voice as well. Virginia hands Devon a letter Yolanda wrote to Devon's father a long time ago - she never sent it. Devon reads the letter where Yolanda tells him she gave birth to his son. He realizes his father never knew he had a son.
Neil takes Tyra to his house and pours them drinks. He toasts to her - the second most beautiful woman at the reception tonight - next to Lily. They begin to kiss and head to the bedroom to make love.

Cane Proposes - Again
The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday April 21, 2009:
Daniel and Amber are at home trying to work. Daniel offers to get take-out, but Amber says she can't do this. Amber is very worried about Kevin. Amber says it is even more awful because Kevin was going to turn himself in when Jeff Bardwell walked into the boxcar and ruined everything. Daniel snaps at her, telling her to quit obsessing about Kevin - she could go to jail! Amber says she just can't forget about Kevin, even if Daniel can. Daniel tells her Kevin is his best friend, but he needs her and she hasn't been there for him. He says first she was looking for Katherine and then she and Kevin were robbing banks. Now she's facing the possibility of going to jail for years. Daniel reflects upon the dreams they had, and says they're at risk now. Amber reassures Daniel, telling him he is the most important thing to her. They kiss.
Jana visits Kevin in the psychiatric hospital. She tells him she got a new Ouija board and that she believes he will be home soon. She suggests they take a vacation after all of this is over - he deserves a holiday after all that he has been through. Jana tries to get Kevin to look at her, but he won't. Jana says she believes in him. Kevin hears the chipmunk calling him "zombie boy." He yells at the chipmunk to "Shut up and leave me alone!" Of course, Jana thinks this is directed at her, and she becomes silent. After a while, she asks Kevin if it is okay for her to talk to him again. As Jana talks to him, she gently pulls Kevin's face toward her so that he can see her. In his mind, Kevin tells Jana he loves her, but the chipmunk continues to taunt him. He also sees Amber in his hallucination who tells Kevin not to listen to the chipmunk. Kevin says Amber's name aloud, and Jana is shocked.
Neil sits on the couch sadly. Devon comes over to pick up some of Ana's things for her to take to school. Devon tells Neil he can't forget what he and Tyra did, but that Neil did a great thing for his sister today, and he won't forget that, either. Neil tells Devon he misses Ana. Devon says he can visit her anytime, but Neil admits it isn't the same. Devon asks Neil if he has any plans on getting together with Tyra - he doesn't want to see Tyra get hurt. Neil says he can't imagine being with her right now so soon after Karen has left. Neil admits he didn't even know he could cheat on anyone. Devon leaves.
Cane and Lily snuggle on the couch together at home. Cane tells Lily he quit Chancellor because he doesn't want to have a job that will follow him when he goes home. Lily tells Cane she's been thinking too - she says she'll finish college, but she's been missing modelling lately. Cane says they will start over - together. They discuss how they had planned to start their own family and what happened when Lily got pregnant. Lily says she still wants to have Cane's baby, and Cane wonders if this means marriage is back on the table. Lily tells Cane to ask her and he'll find out! Cane gets the ring, kneels in front of her, and pops the question - again. Lily says yes. She goes to tell her father the good news while Cane picks up some dinner.
Sharon is in her room when Nick arrives. Sharon says she's fine, but Nick insists she's not. Sharon tells Nick about how Noah confronted her about letting Eden take the fall for stealing those books. Sharon is convinced that Noah hates her. Sharon says she's going to the District Attorney to turn herself in. Nick tells her she isn't going to do any such thing. He asks her why she feels she needs to be punished and he hypothesizes she'll still blaming herself for Brad's death. Nick tells her to do community service if it makes her feel better, but she can't go to jail because Noah needs her.
At the coffeehouse, Phyllis and Lauren are met by Detective Gil and Michael. Detective Gil hands them an envelope with some photos of the things that were in Sharon's room. He tells the women to let him know if any of the things are theirs. Phyllis recognizes Victor's egg statue he put Sabrina's ring in when he proposed. She also recognizes her monkey statue and tells Michael he wants to press charges. Michael says that while Phyllis' monkey statue has sentimental value, it isn't grand theft. He asks Lauren if she wants to press charges - the things Sharon took from Fenmore's were expensive. Lauren says it's Fenmore's policy to prosecute shoplifters. Michael points out to Phyllis that she only wants Sharon to go to jail so that she will stay away from Nick. Phyllis says she has good reason to be worried - Nick and Sharon have slept together - twice! Michael tells Phyllis she fights hard, but Phyllis says she still loves Nick and asks what she is supposed to do? Lauren suggests Phyllis take Sharon out of the equation - the problems they are having are between she and Nick, and if she keeps obsessing about Sharon, she is going to lose Nick.
Amber and Daniel are beginning to make out when Jana knocks on their door. Daniel tells her to go away, but when he hears it's Jana, he lets her in. Jana apologizes for interrupting and says she is having another headache. Amber offers to get her some painkillers, but Jana doesn't take them. Jana recounts what happened at the psychiatric hospital, and tells Amber Kevin was asking for her. She says she thinks Amber may be the only one who can pull him out of this.

Daniel, Amber, and Jana go to the psychiatric hospital to visit Kevin. As Amber goes into Kevin's padded cell, Daniel tells her to be careful. Amber greets Kevin, but he doesn't respond to her. He apologizes and says it must be difficult for Jana right now. Jana says they all have to be patient while this works out. Inside the cell, Amber keeps talking to Kevin, urging him to fight his way back to the world. Kevin hallucinates that Amber and the chipmunk are dancing. Kevin then remembers how Amber held him while he went to sleep in the boxcar, and he suddenly says, "Amber, you're here!" He is able to tell her that he is scared of the chipmunk. She urges him to confront it the next time he sees it. She says that's the only way to get it to go away. She tells him to do this for her. Kevin says he'll try.
Michael and Lauren have dinner at the Club. Lauren says Michael has been through so much and she doesn't know how he does it. Eden comes up and Lauren tells Michael she's already talked to her about the sex thing. Michael tells Lauren she is the reason he is making it through all of this. Sharon approaches the table and tells Lauren she's sorry about the Fenmore's items. She says she's been advised not to discuss it, but once she can, she'll explain everything. Lauren confronts Sharon about letting Eden take the fall for the stolen books. Sharon is stunned and apologizes. She says she didn't realize that she had taken the books. Lauren reminds her that the arrest could have really hurt Eden's record, college career, and future career in the job market. Lauren also informs Sharon she's going to press charges!
Phyllis visits Nick at Newman. She wants him to come home so they can talk. Nick says that is why he had to leave. He says they can't talk to one another without yelling, and he needs his space right now. Phyllis says she really needs him and she's afraid that if he doesn't come home tonight it will be the end for them. Nick wonders if this is an ultimatum, and Phyllis assures him it's not. Phyllis admits she's scared, and Nick says he is as well. He says he can't come home right now, though.
Lily returns to Cane's house. He gives her a day planner with the day May 15th bookmarked. Cane wonders how this date would be for a wedding, and Lily embraces him, thrilled.
Daniel and Amber are at home trying to work. Daniel offers to get take-out, but Amber says she can't do this. Amber is very worried about Kevin. Amber says it is even more awful because Kevin was going to turn himself in when Jeff Bardwell walked into the boxcar and ruined everything. Daniel snaps at her, telling her to quit obsessing about Kevin - she could go to jail! Amber says she just can't forget about Kevin, even if Daniel can. Daniel tells her Kevin is his best friend, but he needs her and she hasn't been there for him. He says first she was looking for Katherine and then she and Kevin were robbing banks. Now she's facing the possibility of going to jail for years. Daniel reflects upon the dreams they had, and says they're at risk now. Amber reassures Daniel, telling him he is the most important thing to her. They kiss.
Jana visits Kevin in the psychiatric hospital. She tells him she got a new Ouija board and that she believes he will be home soon. She suggests they take a vacation after all of this is over - he deserves a holiday after all that he has been through. Jana tries to get Kevin to look at her, but he won't. Jana says she believes in him. Kevin hears the chipmunk calling him "zombie boy." He yells at the chipmunk to "Shut up and leave me alone!" Of course, Jana thinks this is directed at her, and she becomes silent. After a while, she asks Kevin if it is okay for her to talk to him again. As Jana talks to him, she gently pulls Kevin's face toward her so that he can see her. In his mind, Kevin tells Jana he loves her, but the chipmunk continues to taunt him. He also sees Amber in his hallucination who tells Kevin not to listen to the chipmunk. Kevin says Amber's name aloud, and Jana is shocked.
Neil sits on the couch sadly. Devon comes over to pick up some of Ana's things for her to take to school. Devon tells Neil he can't forget what he and Tyra did, but that Neil did a great thing for his sister today, and he won't forget that, either. Neil tells Devon he misses Ana. Devon says he can visit her anytime, but Neil admits it isn't the same. Devon asks Neil if he has any plans on getting together with Tyra - he doesn't want to see Tyra get hurt. Neil says he can't imagine being with her right now so soon after Karen has left. Neil admits he didn't even know he could cheat on anyone. Devon leaves.
Cane and Lily snuggle on the couch together at home. Cane tells Lily he quit Chancellor because he doesn't want to have a job that will follow him when he goes home. Lily tells Cane she's been thinking too - she says she'll finish college, but she's been missing modelling lately. Cane says they will start over - together. They discuss how they had planned to start their own family and what happened when Lily got pregnant. Lily says she still wants to have Cane's baby, and Cane wonders if this means marriage is back on the table. Lily tells Cane to ask her and he'll find out! Cane gets the ring, kneels in front of her, and pops the question - again. Lily says yes. She goes to tell her father the good news while Cane picks up some dinner.

Phyllis Goes Crazy With Panic!
The Young and the Restless update for Monday April 13, 2009:
At the courthouse, Mitchell Sherman tells Katherine and Murphy he has important news for her. He tells them that Katherine's will has been declared null and void and he death certificate has been rescinded. He says that everyone must return Katherine's possessions and money immediately. He also alerts them that a death certificate has been issued for Marge. He wonders why Katherine was driving Marge, but he says they may never know that. As Mitchell walks away, Katherine remembers that Marge was having problems with her drinking and that she was taking Marge to a rehab center the night of the accident. Katherine tells Murphy she remembers what happened the night of the accident, and Murphy says he'll tell everyone at the diner. Katherine says they should give Marge a memorial service, and Murphy remarks that she has a big heart. They head back inside the courtroom in order to witness the rest of the bail hearings.
Amber and Kevin sit next to each other as the bail hearings begin. Jana tries to speak to Kevin, but an officer tells her no contact with the defendant is allowed. Heather reads Kevin's charges and suggests that the judge not grant him bail, telling him that Kevin is a danger to others. Michael tries to get the judge to see that Kevin is not a harm to anyone but himself. He tells the judge that Kevin has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder that stemmed from years of severe emotional and physical abuse. He also says Kevin is suffering from Stockholm's Syndrome and was forced to commit the crimes by Clint. Heather tells the judge that Michael is just speculating, and that the state deals in facts. She says the fact is that there's a videotape with Kevin robbing a bank. Amber has an outburst, trying to get the judge to see that Kevin was forced to commit those crimes. Michael quiets her down, and continues defending Kevin. He says that Kevin needs help or he may never be the same again. Heather disagrees, saying Kevin has a long criminal history and that he is a murderer. Amber has another outburst. A bailiff tries to sit Amber down, but Kevin starts freaking out, telling the bailiff not to touch Amber!
Lauren is still not convinced that Eden and Noah realize they've done anything wrong. Noah wants to drive Eden home, and Lauren admits she wants to go to the courthouse to be with Michael. Lauren tells Noah to take Eden straight home and to not make her regret this. When Lauren leaves, Eden suggests they go to his dad's place so that she can be there with him when he tells his dad they came back and why. Noah agrees.
Phyllis calls a park ranger at the tack house. She says she is concerned that her husband went up to the cabin and hasn't come back yet. The ranger confirms that he went to the cabin, but hasn't seen the car come down yet. He offers to relay a message for her, but she declines the offer. Phyllis begins to panic - she believes Sharon and Nick will sleep together again. Phyllis grabs her coat and leaves the tack house.
Nick and Sharon agree that it was so wonderful the last time they were at the cabin. They both admit they've had trouble letting their feelings go. They also agree that if Cassie hadn't died, they would still be together. Sharon tells Nick that she is not okay. She says that she gets close to other men and pretend they are him and that she does things she can't remember doing. Sharon admits she's falling apart, and Nick embraces her. Sharon pulls away, telling Nick it isn't right for her to be dumping on him. Sharon tells Nick that the time she had with him means more to her than he will probably ever know. Nick kisses her, and they make love at the cabin again! Afterward, they both admit they wish they could stay there forever, but know they have to leave. Sharon goes to get dressed, and Nick whispers, "Phyllis...."
Noah and Eden arrive at the tack house and find it empty. Noah asks her if she's hungry. Eden admits she's starving. She asks Noah to tell her the truth - is he disappointed that she said she was ready, but after they drove to the cabin she changed her mind? Noah tells her that she was being honest and he could never be disappointed with that. Eden admits she was surprised at herself because she grew up at the ashram around free love. Noah tells Eden that it's okay - he wants the first time to be perfect, too. They talk about how neither one of them are "experienced" and how it's expected of boys. They agree that the cabin wasn't the right time or place. They begin to passionately kiss.
Phyllis enters Sharon's room at the GCAC dressed as a maid. She She begins to cut up Sharon's lingerie with scissors as she shouts about how everything is nice and tidy on the outside, covering up what is on the inside. She continues to cut up the clothes while she says that Sharon's a mess. She believes that Nick is with Sharon at the cabin right now, and begins to tear up the room as she screams and cries. Phyllis opens a nightstand drawer and stops. She's found a bunch of stolen things. She writes, "I hate myself," on a mirror with lipstick. Then, she calls the police, telling them she's a maid at the Club and she's found something horrible while cleaning - could they come and check it out?
Lauren arrives at the courthouse to witness the chaos with Kevin and Amber. Things are brought under control. Michael yells, "This is insane!" Heather replies that it must run in the family. The judge is fed up, and tells everyone he'll observe Kevin in his own chambers and make a decision then. After Kevin and the judge have left, Michael tells Amber she needs to listen to him and be quiet! Daniel reiterates that Michael is trying to help her, and she needs to shut up. Daniel tells her she's making Michael look bad and she's making things worse for herself. Katherine becomes angry when Gloria begins to blame herself for everything. Katherine tells her to think of someone other than herself for once, and goes to get some air. Michael tells Lauren that he knows Heather is doing her job, but he can't let Kevin drown again.

He puts his hands over his ears and begins to rock back and forth.

Michael and Jana go to visit Kevin in the facility in which he has been placed. Michael tells Jana the room seems familiar - it is a locked, padded one. He realizes it is the same room he saw Kevin in in his vision on Boxing Day! Michael and Jana try to tell Kevin they are there, but Kevin calls them both liars - they've left him. He puts his hands over his ears and begins to rock back and forth.

I Promie, I'll be A Good Boy!
At the Ranch, Estella asks Adam if he wants any help when he comes into the room, but he says he's fine. Estella tells him that Victoria is here. Victoria tells him that she wanted to stop by and tell him she is sorry about his eyes. Adam laughs and says she doesn't care. Victoria says she'd feel for him even if he was a stranger, and Adam reminds her that she treats him worse than a stranger. Victoria asks if they can call it a truce because, whether they like it or not, they are family. Adam tells her that whether she likes it or not, the family is growing, and he hopes she is nicer to Ashley and her child than she was to Sabrina and her baby!
Jack and Ashley arrive at the Club for dinner. They see Sharon and her mother there, and go over to say hi to them. Dorris says it's nice to see Jack, but she's sorry about the divorce. Jack tells her that he'll always be there for Sharon. After Jack and Ashley leave, Dorris asks Sharon what she is going to do - she can't stay in the hotel forever feeling sorry for herself. Sharon tells her mother that J.T. and Victoria now live in her old home. Her mother offers Sharon a place to stay with her, but Sharon says she wants to find a new home for her and Noah.
Noah and Eden make out in the car. Noah says he wants to be alone with her, and Eden says she does, too. Noah tells her they should go to the Abbott cabin, and Eden is excited to do so. Once nearly there, Noah and Eden kiss, and Eden says she isn't sure if they are ready for their first time yet. She says she wants everything to be perfect for the first time. An officer knocks on the window of the car and asks them if they are all right. Noah tells him that they are heading up to the Abbott cabin. The officer wants to know if they have permission to go there, and Noah replies that they do - the cabin is his stepfather's.
Nick and Phyllis discuss their relationship. Nick tells her things cannot continue to go on this way. Phyllis says she doesn't want to have anymore relationship talks - they don't help. Nick suggests counseling and Phyllis agrees this might help. Daniel comes to the house and tells Nick and Phyllis that Amber's arraignment hearing is tonight. He says he needs help covering Amber's bail if it is high. Phyllis and Nick agree to cover the bail for him.
Katherine is able to see Amber at the courthouse before her hearing. She thanks Amber for helping her get her life back, and wants to return the favor now. Amber sees Katherine's engagement ring and Katherine tells Amber that Murphy proposed. Amber is so happy, but fears she won't be able to come to the wedding. Katherine tells her that she and Kevin will be at the wedding. Amber cries. Daniel comes into the courtroom and hugs Amber. Amber tells him that she didn't rob that bank. Daniel says he knows - he saw her mouth the words, "Help me," to the camera, and this proves she isn't a criminal.
Michael talks to Kevin in his jail cell. Michael tries to ask Kevin how his leg is and if he can remember anything about Clint or how he made him rob the banks. Kevin seems out of it and doesn't respond to anything until Michael tells Kevin he is going to work at getting him out of jail, but Kevin is going to need to do what Michael says. Kevin begs Michael to get him out of jail - he says he'll be a good boy and never do anything bad again. Michael cries. After Michael has calmed down, he asks Kevin if he can remember anything about Clint again. Kevin begs Michael not to leave him. Michael reassures Kevin, telling him that he is there and he isn't going anywhere.
At the Club, Mary Jane Benson joins Jack and Ashley for dinner. Jack introduces Mary Jane and Ashley. They fill Ashley in on the meeting they had with Katherine and tell her that Katherine is reinstating all the Abbotts at Jabot. Jack goes on to tell Ashley that they should drop the lawsuit against Gloria, but Ashley insists that they continue with it. Mary Jane agrees with Jack, telling Ashley that the lawsuit will constantly remind people about the face cream scandal.
At the coffeehouse, Gloria and Jana are upset that they weren't allowed to see or talk with Kevin. Jana worries about what will happen if Kevin has to stay in jail. Lauren reassures them that Michael will do everything he can to help both Kevin and Amber.

Michael tells them that Kevin will not get bail. Gloria, Jana, and Lauren remind him what will happen to him if he stays in jail. Michael pulls Lauren aside and tells her that Kevin has almost checked out and he's scared he won't come back this time. Heather comes into the courthouse and Michael asks to speak with her about Kevin. Heather insists that this case is cut and dry - Kevin was caught robbing banks - he is a criminal. Michael tells Heather that Kevin was abused as a child and needs help. He wants her to agree to a psychological evaluation. Heather tells Michael Kevin is faking - he has a criminal history, and she won't agree to the evaluation. Michael tells Heather that if Kevin has to stay in jail, it'll kill him.
Inside the courtroom, Katherine tells Gloria to leave her alone. Katherine offers Michael her help with Kevin, offering to cover his bail bond. Katherine says she can testify about Clint, but Michael tells her that with her memory loss, she won't make a good witness. Michael tells everyone he is going to ask the judge to put Kevin in a psych hospital. He tells them it will be safer for Kevin there than in jail. Jana cries.
As Ashley leaves the Club, Jack gets a call. It is the park officer, telling him that Noah is headed up to the cabin with a girl. Jack excuses himself from the table when he hangs up the phone, and goes to find Sharon. Jack tells Sharon about Noah and Eden. He offers to drive her to the cabin, but Sharon looks at Mary Jane and says Jack is busy. Jack returns to the table and asks Mary Jane about her husband and if she has any kids. Jack suggests that he, Mary Jane, and her husband have dinner sometime when he visits.
Nick tells Phyllis he loves her and Summer at the tack house. Phyllis points out that he keeps leaving her to go help Sharon. Phyllis says she doesn't run to Jack whenever she has a problem - how would Nick feel if she did? Nick says Phyllis made a good point, and he'll stop going to her so much when she needs him. The phone rings and it's Sharon. Phyllis begs Nick not to answer the phone, but he does. Sharon tells Nick about Noah and Eden, and Nick tells Sharon he'll come over to pick her up. Nick tells Phyllis what is going on, and Phyllis insists that he not go up to the cabin with Sharon. Nick tells her he isn't going to argue about this - his son needs him. After Nick has left, Phyllis calls his cell and leaves him a message. She says she understands he needs to be there for his son and she's sorry about reacting the way she did - she's just so confused.
At the Ranch, Ashley arrives home to find Victoria. Victoria says she was there getting Reed's blanket, but she was hoping to run into Ashley. She asks her how she's feeling, and Ashley is surprised at this. The women agree that Victoria hasn't been very supportive of Ashley and the pregnancy. Victoria apologizes and tells Ashley that it caught her off guard. Ashley remarks that she and Victor are happy about the baby, and Victoria says she's glad - she feared that her father would never be happy again after Sabrina died. Victoria says sometimes she can still feel Sabrina's presence. Estella comes into the room to give Victoria Reed's blanket. Adam also comes into the room. Ashley asks if Victoria's seen the red egg, then asks Estella if she's asked the rest of the staff about it. Estella takes offense. When Victoria leaves, Estella helps Adam get up the stairs. Adam says he notices that Estella doesn't like Ashley very much, and she admits she was closer to the other mistresses of the house.
Nick and Sharon arrive at the cabin. They don't see any sign of Noah or Eden. Nick says he's going to walk up the hill to see if Phyllis has seen the kids. While he's gone, Sharon sits and thinks about her passionate night with Nick in the cabin.
Lauren finds Noah and Eden at Crimson Lights. She tells them that Nick and Sharon went up to the cabin to look for them. Lauren is angry. Noah and Eden explain to her that they knew it was wrong, so they came back. Eden asks if Michael knows and Lauren tells her that he doesn't. Lauren tells Eden there is only so much Michael can take. Lauren calls Phyllis to tell her that the kids are all right. She tells Phyllis she let Nick know, so Phyllis assumes that Nick is headed home now.
Ashley is sleeping on the couch and dreams that Sabrina is in the house. She shouts out, and Estella appears to check on her.
Nick returns to the cabin and tells Sharon that he heard from Lauren. He says that the kids are okay, and they can go home now. Sharon replies she guesses they can.
The court hearing is about to begin, and Michael warns everyone not to upset Kevin. Kevin is led into the courtroom and looks confused.

Colleen Confronts Chloe
The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday March 31, 2009:
Michael and Daniel arrive at the scene of the robbery. They talk with Detective Sloan. Daniel helps him with the security video so they can all view it. They see Kevin waving the gun around while Amber stands at the teller. Daniel tells the detective that Amber would never do anything to hurt anyone, and Michael tells the detective that Kevin suffers from psychological issues. He tries to tell the detective that Kevin is not violent, but when the detective doesn't listen, Michael goes off on a tangent about it. The detective threatens to arrest both Michael and Daniel if they continue to impede the investigation.
Gloria and Jana wait at the coffeehouse to hear something. Gloria gets a call from Jeff, who tells her that the bounty hunter will follow the scent of Kevin's blood. Jana freaks out. She is on the computer, and tells Gloria her headaches keep getting worse. She says she has to go to Minnesota and find Kevin, she knows him better than anyone, but Gloria says she's in no condition to drive. Jana agrees to stay at the coffeehouse at first, but then changes her mind and asks Gloria to watch the coffeehouse for her so she can go find Kevin. Gloria agrees to do that much, asking Jana to bring Kevin home safely.
Kevin and Amber hide in a boxcar. He says they need to wait there for his dad. Amber tells him they need to get him a doctor, but Kevin refuses, telling her his dad said no doctors. Amber tells Kevin she needs to go to the pharmacy to get some supplies for his gross and infected leg, but Kevin is convinced she will either run off or turn him in to the police. Kevin insists his dad is coming for them, but Amber says he isn't going to come. Kevin says his dad is probably waiting for them on the other side of the Canadian border, but Amber refuses to help him get to the other side. Kevin threatens her with the closet, but she reminds them there is no closet in there - they are in a boxcar. She tries to remind Kevin how they rescued Katherine and about Clint, but Kevin isn't snapping out of his state. Amber tells Kevin she is his friend and she is going to go to the drug store to get some things for his leg. Kevin begs her not to leave her alone. Amber promises she'll come back and tells Kevin to sleep while she's gone.
Nick is on the phone in the tack house. Phyllis listens in the background while Nick raves about Sharon to a potential employer. When he hangs up, he tells her he was giving Sharon a job reference. Phyllis tells him he might want to call them back and tell them she's a thief because Sharon stole from them. Phyllis says she stole something when she was over, and Nick wants to know why Sharon was over at the tack house. Phyllis remembers how Sharon came over to ask her not to tell Jack about her and Billy, but she keeps that to herself. Nick tells Phyllis she is being ridiculous. Phyllis tells Nick that Sharon knocked down the monkeys when she was there and when she left, they were gone. Nick asks her if she actually saw Sharon take the figurine, and Phyllis admits she didn't, but she knows Sharon took it. Phyllis asks Nick why he's defending Sharon, and Nick says she's the mother of his son. He tells Phyllis that she is obsessed with Sharon - every time they have a problem she blames it on Sharon. Phyllis yells at Nick that he slept with her! Nick tells Phyllis that he just wants to move forward, and that he made his choice, he is with her. He tells Phyllis he loves her, and Phyllis says she wants to believe him. Nick kisses her, and at first, Phyllis resists, but eventually goes along with it.
At the breakfast table in the Abbott mansion, Sharon and Jack discuss the loss of his job. Jack believes Victor is behind it. He says he wants to get him back. Sharon tells him she can't handle any lies and manipulation right now. Colleen comes into the room and asks Jack if he is ready to get to work. Sharon is surprised Colleen didn't know that Jack was fired from Jabot. She wants to know what they are working on together, and Jack tells Sharon Colleen wanted to talk about the Fresh Face of Jabot. She leaves the room to get more juice. Jack talks to Colleen about the Newman Board of Directors. He offers her advice on how to vote on a new fragrance and how to get other members to vote with her. Jack says Victor will have wasted years of research and development if the board doesn't approve of the new fragrance. Sharon listens from around the corner. She comes back into the room and slams down the juice before she walks out again. Jack follows her, and Sharon begins to yell at him, but remembers what she's done with Billy and begins to apologize to Jack, saying she has no place to judge.
At the pool house, Esther visits Chloe. Esther wants a big wedding for Chloe, but she says she and Billy will just get married at a civil service. Billy comes into the room with Cordelia whose diaper he just changed. Esther learns that Jill fired Billy from his CEO position. She begins to talk about the wedding again, and she and Chloe try to get Billy to agree to have the wedding at the Chancellor Mansion. Billy tells Chloe not to push him or there will be no wedding, and he leaves.
In the boxcar, Kevin sees Terrible Tom. Kevin says he knew that Tom would come back for him - he loves him. Tom says of course he came back for him. Kevin shows Tom the money and says he can get more if his dad wants him to. Tom says he's proud of Kevin. Tom says Kevin's mom tried to make him into a wimp, but he grew up to be just like his dad. Kevin beams at the compliment. Kevin then sees Jana as well. She tells him it is time for him to come home. Tom orders Kevin not to listen to her. Jana tries to convince him that he needs to come home to all of the people who love and care about him, but Tom tells Kevin no one cares about him. Finally, Jana disappears, and Tom threatens Kevin if he is not over the Canadian border by nightfall.
The detective orders Daniel and Michael to stay in the bank so they don't interfere with their investigation. Daniel tries to leave when he sees Amber walking by outside, but they won't let him leave. Jana arrives at the bank and they all watch the security tape again. Jana notices Amber is saying something to the camera. Daniel figures out that Amber is mouthing, "Help me!" to the camera, as Jeff comes into the bank. Daniel says that Kevin made Amber do the robbery, but Jana wonders why she kicked the gun away from the guard and helped Kevin get away. Kevin reminds them all that Kevin burned down Gina's and that he tried to kill Jana. Kevin says he likes Kevin, but if he has to pick only one, he is going to pick Amber.
Billy talks with Colleen at the Abbott mansion. He informs her that Esther wants to throw him and Chloe a wedding in the Chancellor mansion. Colleen says that will be tough because that is where he married Mackenzie and they were in love. Billy tells Colleen that he and Chloe aren't two people crazy in love - they are just two crazy people. Colleen tells Billy she'll come to his wedding and leaves the room. Jack comes into the room and encourages Billy to start his marriage off right in front of people, not in city hall. Billy tells Jack he feels like bolting right now, but Jack tells him that his mom is capable of anything and he needs to marry Chloe and make Cordelia an Abbott, now.
Upstairs at the Abbott house, Sharon remarks how she and Jack fell right back into their old patterns. He says that those old patterns weren't so bad, were they? Jack kisses Sharon.
Later, when Sharon comes downstairs, she runs into Billy. She asks about his marriage to Chloe, and tells him he shouldn't knock it, she's been floating from day to day and it isn't so great. Jack comes downstairs and suggests he, Sharon, and Noah go out to dinner, but Sharon declines. He suggests another night, but Sharon tells him the three of them aren't going to have dinner together any night. She tells Jack she realizes she has been using Jack, and she needs to move back to the Club. Jack tells her they can go back to sleeping in separate bedrooms and being platonic, but Sharon insists she needs to leave. She kisses his cheek before she walks out the door.
Colleen visits Chloe in the pool house. Colleen tells Chloe that Billy will never love her. She tells Chloe Billy has been in love before. Chloe slams the door in her face. Chloe picks up Cordelia and tells her she knows Billy has commitment issues, but they will still get married and be a family together. Billy comes in and tells Chloe they should start their marriage off right - he will marry her in the Chancellor mansion after all. Chloe is thrilled - she kisses his cheek and tells Cordelia daddy will look cute in a monkey suit.

Kevin and Amber hide in a boxcar. He says they need to wait there for his dad. Amber tells him they need to get him a doctor, but Kevin refuses, telling her his dad said no doctors. Amber tells Kevin she needs to go to the pharmacy to get some supplies for his gross and infected leg, but Kevin is convinced she will either run off or turn him in to the police. Kevin insists his dad is coming for them, but Amber says he isn't going to come. Kevin says his dad is probably waiting for them on the other side of the Canadian border, but Amber refuses to help him get to the other side. Kevin threatens her with the closet, but she reminds them there is no closet in there - they are in a boxcar. She tries to remind Kevin how they rescued Katherine and about Clint, but Kevin isn't snapping out of his state. Amber tells Kevin she is his friend and she is going to go to the drug store to get some things for his leg. Kevin begs her not to leave her alone. Amber promises she'll come back and tells Kevin to sleep while she's gone.
Nick is on the phone in the tack house. Phyllis listens in the background while Nick raves about Sharon to a potential employer. When he hangs up, he tells her he was giving Sharon a job reference. Phyllis tells him he might want to call them back and tell them she's a thief because Sharon stole from them. Phyllis says she stole something when she was over, and Nick wants to know why Sharon was over at the tack house. Phyllis remembers how Sharon came over to ask her not to tell Jack about her and Billy, but she keeps that to herself. Nick tells Phyllis she is being ridiculous. Phyllis tells Nick that Sharon knocked down the monkeys when she was there and when she left, they were gone. Nick asks her if she actually saw Sharon take the figurine, and Phyllis admits she didn't, but she knows Sharon took it. Phyllis asks Nick why he's defending Sharon, and Nick says she's the mother of his son. He tells Phyllis that she is obsessed with Sharon - every time they have a problem she blames it on Sharon. Phyllis yells at Nick that he slept with her! Nick tells Phyllis that he just wants to move forward, and that he made his choice, he is with her. He tells Phyllis he loves her, and Phyllis says she wants to believe him. Nick kisses her, and at first, Phyllis resists, but eventually goes along with it.
At the breakfast table in the Abbott mansion, Sharon and Jack discuss the loss of his job. Jack believes Victor is behind it. He says he wants to get him back. Sharon tells him she can't handle any lies and manipulation right now. Colleen comes into the room and asks Jack if he is ready to get to work. Sharon is surprised Colleen didn't know that Jack was fired from Jabot. She wants to know what they are working on together, and Jack tells Sharon Colleen wanted to talk about the Fresh Face of Jabot. She leaves the room to get more juice. Jack talks to Colleen about the Newman Board of Directors. He offers her advice on how to vote on a new fragrance and how to get other members to vote with her. Jack says Victor will have wasted years of research and development if the board doesn't approve of the new fragrance. Sharon listens from around the corner. She comes back into the room and slams down the juice before she walks out again. Jack follows her, and Sharon begins to yell at him, but remembers what she's done with Billy and begins to apologize to Jack, saying she has no place to judge.
At the pool house, Esther visits Chloe. Esther wants a big wedding for Chloe, but she says she and Billy will just get married at a civil service. Billy comes into the room with Cordelia whose diaper he just changed. Esther learns that Jill fired Billy from his CEO position. She begins to talk about the wedding again, and she and Chloe try to get Billy to agree to have the wedding at the Chancellor Mansion. Billy tells Chloe not to push him or there will be no wedding, and he leaves.
In the boxcar, Kevin sees Terrible Tom. Kevin says he knew that Tom would come back for him - he loves him. Tom says of course he came back for him. Kevin shows Tom the money and says he can get more if his dad wants him to. Tom says he's proud of Kevin. Tom says Kevin's mom tried to make him into a wimp, but he grew up to be just like his dad. Kevin beams at the compliment. Kevin then sees Jana as well. She tells him it is time for him to come home. Tom orders Kevin not to listen to her. Jana tries to convince him that he needs to come home to all of the people who love and care about him, but Tom tells Kevin no one cares about him. Finally, Jana disappears, and Tom threatens Kevin if he is not over the Canadian border by nightfall.
The detective orders Daniel and Michael to stay in the bank so they don't interfere with their investigation. Daniel tries to leave when he sees Amber walking by outside, but they won't let him leave. Jana arrives at the bank and they all watch the security tape again. Jana notices Amber is saying something to the camera. Daniel figures out that Amber is mouthing, "Help me!" to the camera, as Jeff comes into the bank. Daniel says that Kevin made Amber do the robbery, but Jana wonders why she kicked the gun away from the guard and helped Kevin get away. Kevin reminds them all that Kevin burned down Gina's and that he tried to kill Jana. Kevin says he likes Kevin, but if he has to pick only one, he is going to pick Amber.
Billy talks with Colleen at the Abbott mansion. He informs her that Esther wants to throw him and Chloe a wedding in the Chancellor mansion. Colleen says that will be tough because that is where he married Mackenzie and they were in love. Billy tells Colleen that he and Chloe aren't two people crazy in love - they are just two crazy people. Colleen tells Billy she'll come to his wedding and leaves the room. Jack comes into the room and encourages Billy to start his marriage off right in front of people, not in city hall. Billy tells Jack he feels like bolting right now, but Jack tells him that his mom is capable of anything and he needs to marry Chloe and make Cordelia an Abbott, now.
Upstairs at the Abbott house, Sharon remarks how she and Jack fell right back into their old patterns. He says that those old patterns weren't so bad, were they? Jack kisses Sharon.
Later, when Sharon comes downstairs, she runs into Billy. She asks about his marriage to Chloe, and tells him he shouldn't knock it, she's been floating from day to day and it isn't so great. Jack comes downstairs and suggests he, Sharon, and Noah go out to dinner, but Sharon declines. He suggests another night, but Sharon tells him the three of them aren't going to have dinner together any night. She tells Jack she realizes she has been using Jack, and she needs to move back to the Club. Jack tells her they can go back to sleeping in separate bedrooms and being platonic, but Sharon insists she needs to leave. She kisses his cheek before she walks out the door.
Colleen visits Chloe in the pool house. Colleen tells Chloe that Billy will never love her. She tells Chloe Billy has been in love before. Chloe slams the door in her face. Chloe picks up Cordelia and tells her she knows Billy has commitment issues, but they will still get married and be a family together. Billy comes in and tells Chloe they should start their marriage off right - he will marry her in the Chancellor mansion after all. Chloe is thrilled - she kisses his cheek and tells Cordelia daddy will look cute in a monkey suit.
When Amber comes back to the boxcar, Kevin thinks she is Jana. Amber tells him that it is her - Amber. Kevin is surprised she came back. He wants to get going so that they can get across the border in time, but Amber wants him to take medicine and allow her to dress his wound first. They hear sirens and Kevin says they are outlaws. He tells Amber there is no way they will take them alive.

Kevin and Amber Rob A Bank
In the car, Kevin tells Amber they'll simply rob the bank, get some money, and then go across the Canadian border to meet up with his dad. Kevin's leg hurts a lot, and Amber tells him he needs a doctor. She tells him she wants to call Michael, but Kevin insists that his dad will be mad if they don't get the money. She reminds him that Clint is not his dad, and that he's dead, but Kevin refuses to believe this. He says he's alive and waiting for them in Canada. Kevin holds the gun to Amber to get her to go into the bank with him.
Gloria sits in Crimson Lights with Jana. Daniel comes in and tells Gloria Jana left against medical advice. They try to convince her to go back to the hospital, but she refuses to go, saying she is too worried about Kevin. Jana wants to keep Crimson Lights open. Gloria tells her she may not be able to help her son, but she can keep the coffeehouse running. Jana wants to know what happened when Daniel and Michael went to look for Kevin. Jeff and the bounty hunter come in, and Jeff tells Gloria he is really going to find Kevin - it will be much better if they find him before the police do. He says that Kevin's a good kid, maybe a little twisted, but he comes by that honestly.
At the Ranch, Victor tells Ashley that getting fired might be a good thing because she can stay home and take care of herself and their baby. Ashley is surprised when she learns that Victor believes that woman is really Katherine. Adam listens around the corner as they talk about him. Ashley says his self-pity is normal because he is going blind, but Victor believes he still has no taken responsibility for putting him in prison, and until he does, he won't ever be the man he could be. Victor then tells Ashely that he doesn't want anything to happen to her or the baby because losing Sabrina and the baby nearly killed him and he couldn't take that again. Olivia arrives at the Ranch to see Ashley. Victor leaves the two women to talk. Olivia also believes that Ashley being fired is a good thing for her and the baby. Olivia also says she's worried about Ash ley's history. Ashley tells her that she isn't going to have another nervous breakdown, and even if something happens to the baby, she thinks she'll be okay. Adam listens, interested. Olivia gets a text message from Lily, asking her to come see her. Olivia makes Ashley promise she'll call if she needs her before she leaves.
Katherine tells Jill she is not her mother. She is not a match to Katherine or to the exhumed body. Nikki comes into the office, and Jill yells at her for sending this impostor in and making these claims. Nikki says the only impostor in the room is Jill, but Jill tells her she is Katherine's daughter - they had a DNA test done years ago to confirm that. Jill and Nikki argue, and Jill accuses her of being the good daughter to Katherine while she's always been the bad one. Katherine challenges Jill to prove them wrong - that Katherine is her mother. Jill tells them they should call Brock, because maybe Katherine isn't his mother either. Nikki says that's a good idea, she bets Katherine will be a match to him. Nikki and Katherine both believe Jill is scared. Jill orders Nikki to leave or she'll call security.
Lily tries to give the ring back to Cane, but he won't take it. Lily tells him she can't be part of taking Cordelia away from Chloe. Cane says Chloe won't puts the baby's needs first, but Lily says Chloe has always put the baby's needs first. She says that's why Chloe lied to Cane in the first place, because she knew he'd make an amazing father. When Cane finds out Chloe visited Lily at the house, he is angry, but Lily tells him that her decision to break off their engagement was hers, not Chloe's. Lily says she loves Cane, but she can't take Cordelia away from a mother who loves her. Lily tries to give the ring back again, saying if she keeps it, Cane will only be waiting for her to put it on. Cane says he can't ever take the ring back. He kisses Lily before he leaves.
Kevin and Amber go into the bank. He is weak and dizzy, but tells Amber to go over to the teller. Amber suggests that she take the gun, but Kevin refuses to let her have it. Kevin waves the gun around and announces that this is a robbery. Amber looks into the security camera and mouths, "Help me." As the teller is handing Amber the money, Kevin collapses on the floor and drops the gun. Amber helps them get up and they make their escape. She puts him in the car and he goes unconscious. Amber begins to panic, but Kevin comes to again. The sirens begin to get closer and Amber panics when the car won't start.
At the coffeehouse, Daniel tells Jana what they found at the motel room, including that they found blood. He tells Jana that Amber scrolled a message onto the wall, saying Kevin is crazed and something about him being on a spree. Jana doesn't believe Kevin would hurt Amber, but Daniel isn't sure. He says that because of Kevin's past, he might have been pushed to a breaking point. He says our Kevin wouldn't hurt anyone, but that the old Kevin is back. Jana's head continues to hurt badly.
Jeff admits there is something in it for him if he and the bounty hunter can find Kevin and bring him home. He says Gloria might be grateful enough to have him back, but Gloria tells him he is not going to use this to get her back into bed with him. Gloria tells Daniel and Jana that Jeff and the bounty hunter are going out to look for Kevin.
At the trailer, Nikki makes a phone call to Brock. She convinces him to come to Genua City to see Katherine for himself. Katherine says Jill will just try to convince Brock that she's a fraud, but Nikki is sure he'll know she is his mother right away. Katherine reminds her that Jill didn't know she was Katherine, but Nikki says that's because they may not be related. Katherine worries about what will happen to Jill if it turns out she's not her daughter, but Nikki assures her Jill will survive. Katherine isn't so sure. Nikki tells Katherine how she had a stroke when they first found out they were mother and daughter, but then they became fond of one another. Katherine doesn't think all the great feelings should disappear just because of a piece of paper. Nikki offers to stay with Katherine until Murphy comes back, but she tells Nikki she'll be okay. Right before Nikki leaves, Katherine remembers getting the results of the DNA test she and Jill had done years ago. She remembers being happy that they were mother and daughter, as was Jill.
At the coffeehouse, Jana's head stops hurting. She says she believes Kevin might be coming home now.
Victor returns to the Ranch and he and Ashley hear a noise from Adam's room. Ashley hopes that Adam hasn't fallen, and Victor goes upstairs to check on him. Victor asks if Adam is okay, and he says he is fine, he won't sue. Victor notices that Adam is sweating. Adam says he hasn't been feeling well lately. Victor tells him if he needs anything to call him. Adam thanks him for that. Once Victor has left the room, Adam begins doing push-ups.
Cane comes to Jill's office. Cane tells his mother what has happened with Lily. Cane comments that he hopes she just needs some time to adjust to the idea of being a mother to Cordelia. Jill tells Cane about the most recent DNA test, and says at first she thought it was absurd that she might not be Katherine's daughter, but now she isn't so sure. Cane says he knows they buried his grandmother.
At Cane's house, Lily is packing when Olivia arrives. Olivia sees the engagement ring and starts congratulating Lily, telling her how happy she is for her. Lily stops her, though, saying that while they were engaged, they aren't anymore. She broke off the engagement.
Victor goes back downstairs and they discuss whether or not he should see a doctor. Ashley is surprised and pleased that Victor still cares about Adam.
Upstairs, Adam does more push-ups. He then tries to break the ankle bracelet off his ankle. It appears he is also trying to lose enough weight to slip the bracelet off. He gets down on the floor again and does more push-ups.
At the coffeehouse, Daniel gets a call from Michael. Daniel informs Jana and Gloria that Kevin has robbed another bank, and this time he wasn't alone. Jana's head begins to hurt again.

Nikki Finally Recognizes Katherine
The Young and the Restless update for Friday March 13, 2009:
Nikki and Katherine sit at the Club bar and talk about the ring. Nikki tells Katherine she pawned it, but Katherine says she’d never do such a thing because her mother gave it to her. She doesn’t remember pawning it at all. Katherine tells Nikki she’s her best friend and she doesn’t know what she’d do without her. Nikki tells Katherine she might actually believe she is who she says she is if Katherine would tell her something that isn’t a matter of public record. Nikki tells Katherine to go away and she does.
Amber and Kevin are at the coffeehouse, and amber tells Kevin she’d bet her life that Katherine really is Katherine. They begin to talk about Kevin and where Clint might have him. Katherine is upset by the way Nikki and Jill have treated her, and Amber empathizes with her. Daniel asks if she has remembered anything that might help them find Kevin, but Katherine tells them she hasn’t been able to remember anything yet. Amber tells Katherine she’s taking her on a trip, and at first Katherine protests, but when Daniel reminds her how stubborn Amber is, she gives in and goes along with it. Before she leaves, Amber thanks Daniel for being so nice to Katherine. He tells her to call if she’s going to be late.
Jana comes in upset about Kevin. She says as more time passes, she fears more and more that Clint may have done something awful to him. Daniel tells her that he feels in his gut that Kevin is still alive, and Jana seems to be somewhat relieved by this assurance.
Nikki spots Victoria and tells her that even though she knows she was talking to Marge, she reminded her of Katherine so much. Talk then turns to the subject of Ashley’s pregnancy, and Victoria is surprised when Nikki says she wishes both Ashley and Victor well. She tells Victoria she even went to congratulate Victor on the pregnancy. Victoria tells her mother she should be concerned about Victor because he keeps latching onto one thing after another for hope – Adam, Sabrina, and now Ashley. Nikki reminds Victoria she should learn to live with what her father is doing because she doesn’t want to risk another alienation by him. Victoria comments that she still feels guilty about the way she treated her father and Victor. Victoria comments that her mother is so accepting of the situation that she’ll be throwing Ashley a baby shower.
Kevin returns to the motel room in the squirrel costume. Clint says that he did good work and he’ll get another helping of Mac ‘n’ Cheese tonight. Kevin doesn’t seem pleased and Clint demands a “thank you, daddy,” from him. Clint looks at the money and tells Kevin this is just the beginning for the two of them. Kevin tells Clint he isn’t going to commit any more robberies for him, but Clint reminds him he’ll do whatever Clint says. Kevin turns against Clint, saying that he’ll hurt him. Clint is scared, but snaps out of it, telling Kevin if he doesn’t do what he says, he is going to go back into the closet for another 24 hours. Kevin apologizes and promises he won’t make another outburst like that again, and Clint says, “It’s okay, son.” They see a report on the television about the robbery, and Kevin gets scared.
At Newman Victor tells Ashley that it seems that Adam is having vision problems; he saw Adam reading his letter upside down. Victor tells her that he could be lying about this, and that he knows what Adam is capable of. Ashley tells Victor that either way he needs to find out what is going on and be there for his son. Victor agrees.
At Indigo, Tyra tells Neil she knows why he wants to talk – he saw the two of them kissing. She tells Neil that Karen accused her of trying to break up their marriage, and Neil doesn’t seem pleased about that. He tells Tyra under the circumstances they can no longer work together. Tyra tells Neil the kiss was her fault; she shouldn’t have let it happen. She says Neil is like a man from a fairytale, and that her life’s never been that way. She tells him she has never felt anything for another man the way she feels about Neil. Neil tells her the kiss was as much his fault as it was hers. Tyra says his loyalty lies with his wife, and that he’s right, they can’t work together anymore. She makes it clear to Neil that she will always be a part of Ana’s life, though, and Neil agrees. She says she’s glad that Neil and Karen are still going to adopt her, and that Neil needs to figure out what he is going to tell Ana about why her mother is no longer working at Indigo. Neil tells her they’ll figure it out.
Devon looks for his father at Newman. Karen tells him Neil isn’t there. Devon asks Karen if everything is okay between her and Neil, and she admits they’ve had some tough times lately. Devon tells her whatever is going on, Neil loves her.
Victor returns to the prison to visit Adam. When Adam acts defensive again, Victor asks him if he’s afraid that Victor will find out that he’s lying or that he’ll have to ask for help. Victor tells Adam he’s brought a doctor with him and asks Adam if he’ll allow the doctor to examine him. Adam sighs in defeat. The doctor examines Adam. The doctor says it appears that Adam has the beginning of the eye disease Hope had. Victor tells Adam he is sorry for the bad news. Victor also remarks he’s been afraid of Adam getting this eye condition since before he was born. Adam admits he is scared; he says that prison is terrifying with sight, but he doesn’t know how he’s going to survive in prison while he goes blind.
Katherine and Amber go to the diner, where they find Pearl, Murphy, and Joe Jr. Murphy is happy to see her and asks if she remembers him. Katherine tells him she does and she has so much she needs to say to him. Murphy wants to know if she’s had a breakthrough, but Katherine tells him Amber filled her in on the past few months. Murphy is disappointed. Katherine thanks Murphy for taking her in and for being so kind to her. She says she will take care of him for the rest of his life once she proves who she is, but Murphy tells her all the thanks he needs is knowing that she is his friend. Katherine tells him she hopes he will change his mind when the time comes.
Nikki and Victoria arrive at Newman, and greet Karen, who rushes off, saying she has a meeting. Ashley comes around the corner and Victoria watches in amazement as Nikki gives Ashley a hug, telling her she hasn’t had the opportunity to congratulate her yet. She tells Ashley she thinks life is too short for grudges and she wishes her, the baby, and Victor every happiness. Victoria finds Karen in the break room and asks how her meeting went. Karen is baffled until Victoria explains that Karen said she had a meeting earlier when they saw each other. Karen said it went fine. Victoria asks if she and Neil are having problems.
Neil offers to make some calls for Tyra to help her get another job, but Tyra tells him he doesn’t have to do that. She turns to go, but Neil calls after her. He comes toward her and kisses her passionately. They begin to undress each other when Devon comes in. Neither of them notice he is there, however.
At the coffeehouse, Jana thanks Daniel for his pep talk. Daniel shows her a video of a stranger robbery and Jana is shocked that the scarf the squirrel is wearing looks just like Kevin’s. Daniel agrees it does. They agree that it’s crazy to think Kevin is running around committing robberies dressed as a squirrel. Later, Amber returns to the coffeehouse and she watches the video of the robbery with Jana and Daniel. She notices that the scarf the squirrel wears is the one she made for Kevin as well. Daniel tells the girls he hates to admit it to them, but the squirrel robbing the check-cashing place is Kevin.
At Newman, Victor receives a call from the prison, alerting him that Adam is being taken to the prison infirmary because he was beaten severely.
Katherine approaches Nikki at the Club once again. Katherine begs Nikki to listen to her. She says she needs Nikki to support her the way Katherine supported her when she was in Mexico. Katherine tells Nikki about the conversation they had on the phone and about a specific story Nikki told her about she and Victor that Katherine had not heard before that day. Nikki is shocked and finally believes Katherine is alive! Nikki hugs her friend and cries.
Nikki and Katherine sit at the Club bar and talk about the ring. Nikki tells Katherine she pawned it, but Katherine says she’d never do such a thing because her mother gave it to her. She doesn’t remember pawning it at all. Katherine tells Nikki she’s her best friend and she doesn’t know what she’d do without her. Nikki tells Katherine she might actually believe she is who she says she is if Katherine would tell her something that isn’t a matter of public record. Nikki tells Katherine to go away and she does.
Amber and Kevin are at the coffeehouse, and amber tells Kevin she’d bet her life that Katherine really is Katherine. They begin to talk about Kevin and where Clint might have him. Katherine is upset by the way Nikki and Jill have treated her, and Amber empathizes with her. Daniel asks if she has remembered anything that might help them find Kevin, but Katherine tells them she hasn’t been able to remember anything yet. Amber tells Katherine she’s taking her on a trip, and at first Katherine protests, but when Daniel reminds her how stubborn Amber is, she gives in and goes along with it. Before she leaves, Amber thanks Daniel for being so nice to Katherine. He tells her to call if she’s going to be late.
Jana comes in upset about Kevin. She says as more time passes, she fears more and more that Clint may have done something awful to him. Daniel tells her that he feels in his gut that Kevin is still alive, and Jana seems to be somewhat relieved by this assurance.
Nikki spots Victoria and tells her that even though she knows she was talking to Marge, she reminded her of Katherine so much. Talk then turns to the subject of Ashley’s pregnancy, and Victoria is surprised when Nikki says she wishes both Ashley and Victor well. She tells Victoria she even went to congratulate Victor on the pregnancy. Victoria tells her mother she should be concerned about Victor because he keeps latching onto one thing after another for hope – Adam, Sabrina, and now Ashley. Nikki reminds Victoria she should learn to live with what her father is doing because she doesn’t want to risk another alienation by him. Victoria comments that she still feels guilty about the way she treated her father and Victor. Victoria comments that her mother is so accepting of the situation that she’ll be throwing Ashley a baby shower.
Kevin returns to the motel room in the squirrel costume. Clint says that he did good work and he’ll get another helping of Mac ‘n’ Cheese tonight. Kevin doesn’t seem pleased and Clint demands a “thank you, daddy,” from him. Clint looks at the money and tells Kevin this is just the beginning for the two of them. Kevin tells Clint he isn’t going to commit any more robberies for him, but Clint reminds him he’ll do whatever Clint says. Kevin turns against Clint, saying that he’ll hurt him. Clint is scared, but snaps out of it, telling Kevin if he doesn’t do what he says, he is going to go back into the closet for another 24 hours. Kevin apologizes and promises he won’t make another outburst like that again, and Clint says, “It’s okay, son.” They see a report on the television about the robbery, and Kevin gets scared.
At Newman Victor tells Ashley that it seems that Adam is having vision problems; he saw Adam reading his letter upside down. Victor tells her that he could be lying about this, and that he knows what Adam is capable of. Ashley tells Victor that either way he needs to find out what is going on and be there for his son. Victor agrees.
At Indigo, Tyra tells Neil she knows why he wants to talk – he saw the two of them kissing. She tells Neil that Karen accused her of trying to break up their marriage, and Neil doesn’t seem pleased about that. He tells Tyra under the circumstances they can no longer work together. Tyra tells Neil the kiss was her fault; she shouldn’t have let it happen. She says Neil is like a man from a fairytale, and that her life’s never been that way. She tells him she has never felt anything for another man the way she feels about Neil. Neil tells her the kiss was as much his fault as it was hers. Tyra says his loyalty lies with his wife, and that he’s right, they can’t work together anymore. She makes it clear to Neil that she will always be a part of Ana’s life, though, and Neil agrees. She says she’s glad that Neil and Karen are still going to adopt her, and that Neil needs to figure out what he is going to tell Ana about why her mother is no longer working at Indigo. Neil tells her they’ll figure it out.

Katherine Says She's Marge!
The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday March 11, 2009:
Victor has called Nick to the Ranch to talk about business. Victor wants him to go to China to wrap up a deal for Newman. Nick teases Victor about nesting with Ashley. Victor tells Nick he is determined not to let Ashley down, and Nick reminds him he didn’t let Sabrina down, either. Victor says it’s funny how life works sometimes, that he and Ashley met when Victor was in Paris to feel closer to Sabrina. He says that pregnancy is a gift.
Adam is in the jail when Heather arrives to check up on him. He doesn’t know she’s there until she says hello to him. She asks about his rash and his eyes. Adam denies having any problems with his eyes, but Heather admits she saw him trip over a chair last time she visited, and that he didn’t even know it was there. Adam keeps denying he has an eye problem until Heather asks for her pen by the magazine on the table. Adam feels for the pen, but Heather tells him there is no pen there. She tells Adam she can help him; she can get him in to see a doctor, but Adam refuses, telling her he already has a weakness being Victor Newman’s son. He tells her if the other inmates find out he can’t see, he will be dead.
Billy arrives at the Chancellor mansion. Jill tells him the next time he comes, he should bring the baby because she misses Cordelia. Billy tells Jill that the woman in the hospital is Katherine. He tells her how he doesn’t understand how she can’t recognize her own mother. Jill is furious because she believes this woman is conning Billy and is afraid of how much he’ll be hurt when he figures it out. Billy tells his mother that Katherine is going to need her if she is ever going to reclaim her life.
Amber wakes up in Katherine’s hospital room. Katherine is still frustrated because she cannot remember the past couple of months. She wonders if she has Alzheimer’s, but Amber tells her she saw a doctor, who said Katherine did not have Alzheimer’s or dementia. They wonder what could be causing the memory problems when a psychiatrist enters the room, wanting to ask Katherine some questions. She asks Katherine why she is calling herself Katherine when she was living as Marge. When the psychiatrist asks Katherine to tell her what words come to mind when she says the name Marge versus Katherine, the psychiatrist hypothesizes that a lonely woman may want to change her identity. Amber becomes angry, telling the psychiatrist that she can prove Katherine is who she says she is. Amber tells the psychiatrist to get Katherine’s dental records to prove her identity.
Gina and Colleen look at the paper in the club. Gina is angry that Kevin is on another rampage, saying that Kevin should be locked up behind bars. A reporter arrives at the club and Gina tells her that Kevin once burned down her restaurant. The reporter asks for an interview from Gina, and she agrees to give one.
At the coffeehouse, Daniel, Jana, Michael, and Gloria continue to worry about Kevin. Michael receives a call telling him that the photo of Kevin wasn’t photoshopped. They speculate that Kevin was forced to pose like that with the bomb. Jana becomes hysterical about Kevin’s whereabouts again.
Clint, Annie, and Roger stop at a motel. Clint orders Roger and Annie to get Kevin out of the room. He tells them to put Kevin into the closet, and Kevin goes hysterical, begging them not to put him in the closet because it is too dark in there. Kevin tries to convince himself he isn’t in the closet, but Clint bangs on the door and demands that Kevin be quiet. They see a news report on television, calling for their arrest. Annie panics, but Clint tells her that Kevin is going to get them out of this. He drags Kevin out of the closet, and yells at him. Clint leaves to get gas for the car, and orders Annie and Roger to put Kevin back into the closet. Annie convinces Roger to let him make Kevin something to eat first. When Clint comes back, he is angry that Kevin is out of the closet. Anne and Roger try to convince Clint to leave Kevin there while they escape to Canada, but Clint says he has, “big plans,” for Kevin. Later, Kevin hears Annie and Roger argue about whether to save him or not, but they decide to leave him in the closet where he’s been placed once again, and take off alone.
At the mansion, Esther comes down the stairs and tells Jill and Billy to turn on the TV because Gina is talking about Clint. Gina is saying that Kevin and Clint are of the same nature – two evil people. The reporter asks Colleen what she thinks of Kevin, but Colleen doesn’t want to say anything negative about him. Gina takes over again, telling the reporter that Kevin should be locked up. Billy says Clint is a piece of work for threatening Katherine. Jill becomes angry again because Esther agrees that Katherine is who she says she is. Later, Billy asks his mother to go down to the hospital and prove to him that Katherine isn’t his grandmother. After some convincing, Jill agrees to go.

He also asks her why there was a search on his laptop about how to hotwire the type of car Katherine had. Jana is angry that this detective is accusing Kevin of all kinds of horrible things. Detective Gil tells them that he has gotten an arrest warrant for Kevin.
Later, Michael catches Gloria talking with a reporter. He orders her to leave, but Gloria has already told her that Kevin is fragile. She tells Michael she wants people to understand what Kevin went through as a child. Michael accuses her of believing Kevin set the bomb up, and she admits she doesn’t know what to think anymore. Michael tells her Kevin wouldn’t do such a thing, but Gloria reminds Michael how much Kevin has been through.
Amber tells Katherine all the great things he did to help Katherine prove her identity in the past few months. Katherine is really grateful to Kevin. The psychiatrist returns to the room and informs Amber, Katherine, and Esther (who just arrived) that Katherine’s dentist retired and the records were sent to a warehouse, but the staff doesn’t know which warehouse they were sent to. Amber says there has to be a way to get the records, but the psychiatrist doesn’t seem to think so. The psychiatrist tells Katherine she will continue to observe her indefinitely in the hospital until she can come to a conclusion about her behavior. Katherine finally tells the doctor what she wants to hear – she says the psychiatrist is right; she’s not crazy, she is not Katherine Chancellor, and she is actually Marge. As Katherine says this, Billy and Jill overhear as they approach her room to visit her and are shocked. Later, after the doctor has left, Katherine tells Amber and Esther she just told the doctor what she wanted to hear so that she could get out of the hospital and work on reclaiming her life.

Billy Believes Katherine Is Alive
The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday March 10, 2009:
Nikki arrives at Nick and Phyllis’ to baby-sit Summer. Vicki calls and tells Nick about the explosion. Nikki tells them she’s heard about Victor’s announcement. Nick informs her that there’s been an explosion and that the woman calling herself Katherine is in the hospital. Nikki chooses to focus on the fact that Amber, Esther, and Gloria are all right, and insists she is not upset. She tells Nick and Phyllis to go enjoy their evening.
At the ranch, Victor and Ashley are being affectionate with one another. Ashley tells Victor she’s glad he had his vasectomy reversed and that the baby is a miracle. Victor tells Ashley the fact that they found one another is a miracle as well. Ashley reminds Victor that she was told she could not conceive after she lost Robert and begins to worry that something bad will happen to the baby. Victor reassures her that nothing is going to happen. He asks her to marry him. Estella comes in and asks if they would like any tea.
At the coffeehouse, Jill calls Cane to fill him in on what happened to Esther. She tells him that imposter is at the hospital, and Cane says he’ll head over there to check on Esther. When Jill hangs up, Jack asks her if she’s sure the woman isn’t actually her mother. Jill tells Jack she’d know if her mother were alive – she’d feel it in her heart. Jack accuses Jill of not wanting her mother back because she has more autonomy and control this way. Jill gets angry and leaves.
At the hospital, Katherine still cannot remember Murphy, Joe Jr., or Pearl. Katherine asks Murphy to tell her something that she might remember him by. He offers a few memories of their time together, but she doesn’t remember any of them. Murphy finally mentions Phillip, and Katherine can remember he is her late husband. Murphy realizes she has lost the memory of the last few months.
Everyone in the waiting room, including Michael, Jana, Chloe, Billy, and Esther gasp at the photo of Kevin with the bomb. Billy is quick to point out that Kevin has a long criminal record and tells Detective Gil he needs to find Kevin before he blows someone else up. Michael tells Billy to be careful making accusations like that. Jana, Michael, and Gloria don’t believe Kevin had anything to do with the bomb. Esther tells Detective Gil that Kevin was outside the motel room talking to Clint earlier. She then goes to visit Katherine in her hospital room. Esther is confused when she sees Murphy in there with her, but Amber tells Esther that it’s Murphy, and that he and Katherine are good friends. When the women enter the room, Murphy ducks out. Amber and Esther try to help Kay remember the past few months, starting with the fact that everyone believes she’s dead.
When Victor goes to take a call, Ashley asks Estella if she’s seen the red egg that Sabrina bought for Victor because it seems to be missing. Estella believes Ashley is accusing her of stealing it, but Ashley assures her she isn’t. When Estella goes upstairs, she overhears Ashley tell Victor that down the road, they may get married, but she doesn’t want to get married right this second.
At the hospital, Billy and Chloe have a discussion about Katherine/Marge. Billy admits that if Esther believes the woman is Katherine, then he isn’t sure she isn’t. At that moment, Cane and Lily come up to them. Cane tells him he thinks the woman is Marge, but Billy tells him he thinks that because their mother believes that.
Billy goes in to see Katherine. She asks him how his flight from Hong Kong was, and Billy is confused. Esther explains that Katherine has no short-term memory right now. Billy realizes that Marge couldn’t know the things Katherine is talking about and embraces his grandmother. Cane enters the room, and Billy warns him to be nice to Katherine. Kay tells Billy she is capable of handling his brother on her own, and that she’ll answer all of Cane’s questions. Cane asks her a few questions, but Katherine can’t remember the memories he is asking about. Esther tries to explain to Cane that Katherine only has very limited memory, but Cane offers her money to just go away and leave the family in peace.
Outside the room, Chloe and Lily trade insults. When Cane comes out, he admits the woman looks like his grandmother, but he knows she isn’t her. Billy follows Cane out of the room and demands to know how he could put her through all of that. Billy reminds Cane he’s only known her for two years while Billy has known his grandmother his whole life. Billy asserts that Katherine is his grandmother.
Nick and Phyllis run into Jack at the coffeehouse. Phyllis tells Jack she is surprised he isn’t going nuts over the news. He thinks she is referring to Esther surviving the crash, and is confused. Nick informs Jack that Ashley is pregnant. When Phyllis leaves to get some coffee, Jack and Nick exchange a few comments about Sharon.
At the hospital, Katherine expresses her frustration over her inability to remember. Esther ask Katherine if she’s thought about going home, but Katherine insists she can’t impose herself on Jill, someone who doesn’t even believe she is alive.
At the coffeehouse, Jana, Daniel, Michael, and Gloria try to think of a way they can find Kevin before the police do. Daniel admits he’s been worried about Kevin because he’s been so wrapped up in finding Katherine. Jana catches Gloria looking at the photo of Kevin and believes Gloria thinks Kevin actually did it. She is outraged, and then accuses Gloria of planning the entire thing herself so that she could be the hero. Michael tells Jana Gloria is capable of many things, but putting Kevin in danger isn’t one of them. Detective Gil arrives and delivers an envelope to Jana. Michael says he’s her attorney and takes the envelope from the Detective. He tells Jana it is a search warrant for the coffeehouse. Detective Gil tells them that Kevin is their prime suspect in the explosion. He says they also have a warrant to search their home.
At the tack house, Nikki remembers when she and Victor had Nick. Estella arrives and tells Nikki she doesn’t like Ashley. She tells Nikki that Ashley accused her of stealing. Nikki tells her to give it time, but Estella tells Nikki she doesn’t believe Ashley likes her and the feeling is mutual. She also tells Nikki that Victor wants to marry Ashley so soon.
When Nick and Phyllis arrive home, they stand outside the door and kiss.
At the diner, Murphy, Pearl, and Joe Jr. discuss why all those rich people care about Marge; Joe Jr. believes all they care about is Katherine’s money, but Murphy insists they are quality people and really care about Katherine. Murphy tells them he doesn’t think he should hang around her anymore because he will remind her of all the bad things she’s been through. Pearl tells him he should go see her again, if only to say good-bye. Later, Murphy looks out the window and says goodbye to Katherine and tells her he will miss her.
Billy arrives at the Abbott mansion. Jack asks about Chloe and Billy tells him he’s been holding her hand at the hospital for the past couple of hours. Billy asks for a drink, and Jack says he’s had a rough night, too. Jack tells Billy that Ashley is pregnant with Victor’s child. Billy tells Jack that his grandmother is still alive. Jack tells Billy to go be a father, and Billy leaves.
Cane arrives at the Chancellor mansion and tells Jill whoever the woman in the hospital is, she isn’t Katherine. He tells her she doesn’t have to worry about that woman anymore. Jill thanks him.
