Money Found At Crimson Lights

Nick and Sharon get ready for their day in their room at the Club. Nick wants to make love instead of going house hunting, but Sharon convinces him to go by reminding him that Summer is waiting for him. They talk about Noah and how he will volunteer at the Rec Center this summer. They kiss. Sharon asks Nick if he's told Phyllis they're taking Summer house hunting today and Nick admits he hasn't told her yet.

Jana, Daniel, Kevin, and Amber are in the apartment talking. Jana and Daniel are going to meet with Michael, but Daniel plans to go visit Phyllis first and fill her in on what's going on. Daniel and Jana leave while Kevin and Amber stay behind. There's a knock at the door - it's Aucker, the FBI agent - and he's got a search warrant to search the apartment for the missing money! Kevin says it's odd that it's the do-gooders that are in trouble this time instead of them, and Amber agrees.

At the Chancellor Mansion, Nina comes downstairs and inquires if the lab has called back yet. Katherine tells her they haven't. They wonder whether Jill is trying to cover something up, but Katherine points out that she was just as surprised the records were missing as they were. Katherine wonders if Nina will tell Jill that Violet wasn't in town when the babies were switched, but Nina wants to wait to tell her. The lab calls and tells Nina the man who dealt with Phillip's case before has disappeared after it was proven that he falsified documents! Jill comes into the room during the call. Nina tells Katherine and Jill what's going on and she says now she knows something is going on. Jill defends Cane, but Nina says she didn't say Cane was lying - she said someone was lying and that someone doesn't want them to know who's buried in Phillip's grave. Nina and Jill argue about whether or not to exhume Phillip's body. Jill says it nearly killed her when she had to exhume what she thought was her mother's body, this would kill her - she forbids it! Nina tells Jill it's not up to her. Katherine points out it doesn't really matter who is buried in Phillip's grave because they all love him. Nina becomes frustrated and yells, "I want to know who's in that coffin!" Jill finally agrees to the exhumation so that they can find out if Nina's son has Huntington's, but Jill insists that no other DNA tests should be done. Katherine agrees with Jill, and Nina agrees to the stipulation.

Cane leaves a worried message for Phillip at Jimmy's. Lily comes in and asks Cane if he's still worried about what Nina's doing. Cane says his mom will take care of it, but Lily points out that he tossed and turned all night in his sleep last night. Lily wonders what is really going on and Cane tells her about how it was growing up without a family and watching other kids in their families. Cane says it feels good to belong to a family now and he's afraid it will all disappear. Lily assures him that he's a Chancellor and her husband and it won't change.

Daniel visits Phyllis at Restless Style and they engage in some small talk before he tells her what's going on. Phyllis admits Nick told her about Victoria being involved in an art scheme. Daniel tells her it is the same thing. Phyllis tells Daniel to stay out of trouble and to be careful. Daniel then asks about Summer and Phyllis says she is doing okay, but she also wonders why daddy isn't tucking her into bed anymore. Daniel goes to say hello to Summer before he leaves Restless Style to meet with Michael.

Mary Jane and Jack sit down at a table at the Club for breakfast. Mary Jane becomes annoyed when Jack takes a phone call from Phyllis, leaving the table so he can talk with her privately. She sees Sharon at the bar and goes over to her and apologizes for her behavior the last time she saw her. Mary Jane congratulates Sharon on her reunion with Nick - she's a sucker for love stories. Mary Jane inquires if they plan on staying together - is she done with Jack? Sharon is shocked to hear that Mary Jane and Jack are seeing each other again. Mary Jane tells Sharon Phyllis said she wouldn't stay with Nick and might go back to Jack. Sharon tells Mary Jane not to listen to Phyllis. Jack comes over and Sharon asks to speak with him privately. Mary Jane excuses herself to make a phone call. Sharon asks Jack if they are okay. Jack admits it was hard for him to watch Sharon leave with Nick the other day, but he will always be there for her. They hug and Mary Jane watches. Sharon inquires about him and Mary Jane and tells him that she wants him free and clear. Jack says he's not ready for anything serious with, "that woman!" Mary Jane comes over and tells Jack she needs to head to Restless Style and kisses him. After Mary Jane leaves, Sharon tells Jack Mary Jane is infatuated with him. Jack says Mary Jane isn't the bunny-boiler type!

Jana and Daniel meet with Michael at Jimmy's. He asks them about what happened on that night and Daniel admits he touched the gun. He also tells Michael he didn't see the money or Victoria. Daniel mentions the man with the ski mask and Jana tells Michael that's who Aucker should be looking for. Michael tells them if Aucker isn't doing his job, they will. Michael discovers the dead man had a cell phone on him with Daniel's number in the contact list. He says the DA isn't going to arrest them right now, but they are still suspects and he wants them to live the lives of saints until the money is found.

Nick arrives at Restless Style to pick up Summer and Phyllis is calm. He tells her that they are going to look for a house today. Phyllis isn't so sure this is a good idea because it's so soon after Nick moved out. Nick points out that Summer can't come to the Club for visitation and that things are going to change and need to be stable for Summer. Phyllis tells him leaving his family and hooking back up with his ex is anything but stable! Just then, Summer appears with George, the photographer. He suggests putting Summer on the cover of Restless Style, but Phyllis is reluctant. George says Summer would be a great cover for a magazine on teens and kids and Nick agrees. Nick suggests they do some test shots. Mary Jane walks in on what appears to be a close moment between the family.

Kevin and Amber go to the coffeehouse and they are relieved not to find the cops there. Amber follows Kevin into the back room for more sweetener and they discover the briefcase full of money! Kevin speculates this is the money the feds are searching for. Amber and Kevin agree it had to be planted there because there's no way Daniel or Jana would hide it there. Aucker comes in with a search warrant for the coffeehouse. As he is searching the back room, Michael, Daniel, and Jana come in. Amber and Kevin gesture wildly, but Aucker comes out with the briefcase full of money. Daniel insists he doesn't know how it got there. Michael commands him not to talk. Daniel is placed under arrest and Michael calls Phyllis to tell her what's happening.

Phyllis hangs up and says she has to leave at Restless Style. Nick wants to know what's going on and Phyllis tells him Daniel has been arrested. She tells him it's got something to do with that art scam Victoria got caught up in. Nick insists on driving Phyllis. She finally agrees and they ask Mary Jane to watch Summer for them. Nick also calls Sharon to inform her on what's going on. Mary Jane tells Summer not to worry about daddy not living with mommy anymore because Auntie Mary Jane will take care of everything and that everyone will end up with whom they are supposed to be with - happily ever after!

Jill calls Cane and he takes the call at Jimmy's. She tells him Phillip's body is being exhumed to test for the Huntington's gene and that no other DNA testing will be done. She says no one disbelieves Cane. Cane calls Phillip again, but he still isn't home. Cane leaves a message, saying it's urgent.

Nina makes a call to the lab and asks them to do another DNA test on the body when it is exhumed!

Raul Returns!

Cane and Lily enjoy their morning in bed on their honeymoon. Lily feeds Cane fruit, and the talk about taking a walk on the beach. They make love. Afterward, Lily tells Cane she was afraid she'd never be able to trust a man again, but Cane changed all of that for her. She says she can't wait to get back home to start their married life together. Cane says he thought he'd never have a beautiful wife and a family, but because of Lily, he does. Lily says she feels safe with Cane, that she feels like he will protect her and not let anything bad happen to her. Cane says he'll always be there for her. They get out of bed and have a champagne toast. Lily says she doesn't know much about Australia, and she thinks they should go there before they start having kids.

Nina and Amber argue about what to put in the screenplay at the Chancellor mansion. Nina wants to focus on Katherine stealing Jill's baby and finding Cane later in life while Amber wants to focus on all the great things Katherine's done instead of her mistakes.

Murphy and Esther sit out by the pool while Mac and Katherine prepare the food. Katherine inquires about Chloe's visit yesterday and Mac says Chloe just wanted to make sure Mac wasn't encouraging Billy's behavior. She tells her grandmother that Billy will be backing off anyway because there's another guy. Mac says she was in Darfur with him and it could have gotten serious.

In the pool house, Billy asks Chloe a lot of questions, and she reveals to him that she visited Mac yesterday. Chloe tells Billy Mac is crazy about someone, but it's not him! Billy says Mac made this guy up to appease Chloe, but Chloe doesn't buy it. Chloe says she doesn't think Mac would lie. She says it must be difficult to hide a broken heart. Billy gets irritated and tells Chloe to chill out a bit.

At the Abbott mansion, Sharon is planning to go to Cassie's grave site. Jack offers to go with her, but she says she wants to go alone. Jack wonders if Nick will be there and Sharon says she's decided not to see him today. She tells Jack she's scared that she won't be able to talk about Cassie and not tell him about the baby that might be his!

Phyllis suggests that Nick go home to get some rest - he didn't sleep well last night. Phyllis says she assumes Nick will be meeting Sharon at Cassie's grave site later, but Nick tells her he can't reach Sharon. Phyllis offers to go with him to the cemetery, but Nick says he wants to go alone. He kisses her and heads out.

Nick goes to the Abbott mansion and tells Jack Sharon isn't responding to his phone calls. Jack tells Nick Sharon doesn't want to see him today - she wants to get through this alone. Jack says Sharon has her own reasons for wanting to do this alone, but Nick assumes it's because he wasn't there for her when Cassie died. Jack points out that Nick was grieving as well, but Nick continues to talk negatively about himself. Jack tells Nick his need to help Sharon isn't about Sharon, but is instead about him. Jack says this is Nick's "stuff," and he needs to deal with it and let Sharon be.

Billy and Chloe arrive at the Chancellor mansion for the barbecue and Katherine and Esther greet them. Mac goes to get some pool toys and Billy quickly says he'll help and follows her. Katherine inquires about how things are going for her and Billy. Chloe says they are better than when they started. Billy inquires as to why Mac called him yesterday and she tells him she found the karaoke tape. She suggests he let Delia listen to her "silly daddy" someday. Billy accuses Mac of making up her boyfriend to put Chloe at ease yesterday. Mac is angry; she gets up and storms away from him. Later, Billy apologizes for upsetting Mac. Mac tells Billy she had told him she'd moved on - what did he think she'd meant? She says of course she was with someone else and she cared very deeply for him. Billy wonders why Mac called him then? Mac says it was an impulsive thing to do and she wishes she could take it back - she doesn't know what she ever saw in him!

Amber, Chloe, and Nina sit at a table by the pool and chat. Amber asks what Phillip III was like, and Nina says he was a complicated person. Nina wonders how Cane figured out he was related to Jill. Chloe tells Nina to ask Amber about that because she was married to Cane. Amber wonders why Nina wants to get into all of that. Amber changes the subject and asks Chloe about Billy and Mackenzie. Chloe isn't happy that Billy is hitting on Mac in front of her entire family, and Amber wonders why Chloe puts up with the disrespect. Amber tells Chloe Billy doesn't deserve her! Nina pressures Amber to talk about Cane again, and Amber finally tells Nina Katherine began to have nightmares and finally realized she had switched the babies at birth. Amber explained how Katherine found Cane through a lot of Internet research and hired a psychic to help her.

Sharon goes to Restless Style and when Phyllis asks her if she's looking for Nick, Sharon said she already knows he isn't there - his car wasn't there. She asks Phyllis to keep Nick at the office for a while so that she can go to Cassie's grave alone. Phyllis says Nick is already at the grave site, so she can wait at Restless Style for a while if she wants. Phyllis inquires as to why Sharon wants to avoid Nick today and Sharon tells her it's best for everyone if she keeps her distance from Nick - she's back with Jack now and she's not living in the past anymore. Sharon thanks Phyllis for being hard on her when she was relying so hard on Nick, even though she resented her at times then. Phyllis admits she was selfish as well. They clear the air between them. Sharon assumes Nick is done at Cassie's grave now, so she's going to go have some time with her daughter.

Jack arrives at the barbecue and greet Katherine, telling her Sharon won't be attending because she's spending time at Cassie's grave. They go outside and everyone mills around for a while. Suddenly Jack says, "Raul Guiterrez! What is this, a Glo by Jabot reunion?" Everyone greets Raul and Billy introduces everyone. Raul is shocked that Billy has a wife and a baby now! Mac comes up behind Mac and says, "Raul?" They kiss passionately. Murphy notes that the kiss is some kiss hello! Billy stares in shock.

Sharon arrives at Cassie's grave and talks to her, saying she would have been in college now. Sharon begins to cry and Nick appears. Sharon told him she didn't want to see him and tries to walk away, but Nick grabs her arm to stop her. He tells her he thinks they need to grieve for Cassie together, and they talk about how hard it is to move on from her death, how hard it is to let her go. They wonder if Cassie would want them to move on or if she feels lonely now and if they moved on, if she'd feel abandoned. Nick wonders what Cassie would think about what their lives have become. He says her prophecy cannot come true now. Phyllis arrives and sees Nick and Sharon talking, so she hides behind the gate to listen. Sharon tells Nick Cassie's prophecy may come true because she's pregnant and the baby might be his!

Sharon's Unravelling

The Young and the Restless update for Thursday May 21, 2009:

Billy looks at his cell phone in the pool house and sees he missed a phone call from Mac. He tells Chloe he has to go to work to work on a special project from Jack. Chloe picks out a tie for him to wear, and he leaves. Chloe thinks back to their morning in bed when Jack knocks on the door. Chloe tells Jack he just missed Billy - he just went to start that new project Jack gave to him. Jack looks confused! He utters under his breath he knows exactly where Billy is. Chloe tells Jack Billy has been great lately, and he is surprised to hear this. They discuss how impulsive Billy can be, and Chloe begins to wonder if that is what this morning was. After Jack leaves, Delia begins to cry. When she goes to get Delia's blanket, she finds Billy's phone and sees that Mac called.

At the Chancellor mansion, Mac listens to the duet tape she and Billy made. Katherine comes into the room and tells Mackenzie she wanted to give her a heads up - she is going to invite Billy and Chloe to the barbecue. Mac talks to Katherine about Billy, saying even if he left Chloe, he'd still be miserable because he would feel he let Delia down. Kay says if she hadn't shown up at the wedding, Billy's focus wouldn't have been on her ever since then, but Mac says she can't help that - she's tried. Kay wonders what would have happened if Mac had shown up earlier and Mac admits she doesn't know.

Paul shows up at Mary Jane's door and says he knows her from somewhere and it's driving him crazy. With a little convincing, Mary Jane finally agrees to meet Paul downstairs in the Club for lunch. When Mary Jane comes downstairs, she's wearing sunglasses, telling Paul she feels a migraine coming on. Paul begins to ask Mary Jane about her background, but she doesn't give him a lot of information. Paul says he recognizes her laugh and says perhaps they met through a family connection? Mary Jane gets pretty uncomfortable and suddenly jumps up, saying her migraine is killing her, and leaves. After she's gone, Paul makes a phone call and orders a full background check on Mary Jane!

At Restless Style, Nick looks at the drawing Summer gave him and flashes back to when Cassie gave him a drawing of their family. He comes back to the present in order to thank Summer for her drawing. Nick sighs and wonders when this gets easier. Phyllis says she wishes she could do something to help him, but Nick says she already has - she's given him Summer. Phyllis wants to know what Nick is feeling - no matter what it is. Nick finally tells her he's worried about Sharon - she's unravelling and she has been for a long time now. Phyllis says she's worried about Sharon too - she has a lot going on. She tells Nick she can see Sharon falling apart, but she's getting the help she needs now. Nick feels guilty because he wasn't there for her when Cassie died and that's when all of this started. Phyllis tells Nick he made a mistake, but he'd never do that again - he's a different person now. Nick feels he needs to be there for Sharon now, but Phyllis reminds Nick he isn't her doctor, priest, therapist, or husband. Nick tells Phyllis Sharon has told him to stay away, but he feels this is all his fault. Phyllis tells Nick Sharon may want to move forward with Jack, but she can't because Nick won't let her go. Nick tells Phyllis he values her and Summer. Phyllis tells Nick not to think for a second that she doesn't need him as much as Sharon does. Phyllis leaves the office while Nick draws with Summer.

Sharon holds Cassie's drawing and cries. Billy comes in and asks if she's okay. He wants to know why she moved back in with Jack - it's uncomfortable for him. He wonders if it is uncomfortable for her as well. Billy worries about what would happen if Chloe and Jack found out he might be the father of Sharon's baby. Sharon tells Billy Jack already knows he might not be the baby's father. Billy wonders if there is a third candidate for the father?! Sharon says Jack knows she was with someone else, but he doesn't know it was Billy. Billy insists that Sharon living at the Abbott mansion isn't ideal because it could all blow up in their faces! Billy says he would fall in love with the baby if it is his. Billy says Jack's been like a father to him and he doesn't know what he'd do if Jack ever found out. Suddenly, Jack appears and wants to know what he's interrupting!

Sharon says she was already emotional before Billy came in. Billy leaves the room. Sharon tells Jack Billy was worried about him - he doesn't want to see him get hurt again by Sharon. Jack buys this and he tells her not to worry. Sharon tells Jack Nick deserves the truth. Jack tells Sharon she shouldn't tell Nick yet because she'd be ruining a marriage and Summer's world and it might be for nothing. Sharon says she needs to tell Nick because she needs him right now. Jack realizes Nick is the only other person who knows what it's like to have lost Cassie. Sharon tells him it hurts worse than he can even imagine. Jack wonders if she wants to hurt Nick, and if not, she shouldn't tell him yet. Sharon agrees and they hug.

Chloe goes to the Chancellor mansion. Mac asks how she is and Chloe says she isn't doing great and she believes Mac knows why. Katherine comes in and invites her to the barbecue tomorrow. Chloe thanks her, but says they need some family time. Katherine takes Delia outside to see the decorations. Chloe confronts Mac about calling Billy, telling Mackenzie it's hard enough to try and build a life with someone as immature as Billy without Mac interfering. She says she can't even make love with Billy without Mac calling and reminding him of what he doesn't have. Mac says the call was an impulsive thing to do - she just wanted to show Billy something she thought he'd find funny. Chloe wants to know what she wants with Billy? Mackenzie tells Chloe she isn't a threat to her marriage. Chloe insists if it weren't for Cordelia, she'd let Mac and Billy be together because she doesn't like humiliating herself like this. Mackenzie says she doesn't want to be the other woman. As they talk, Chloe learns that Mac and Billy never slept together. Mac also tells her that up until recently, she was seeing someone else seriously. Chloe wants to know what happened, and Mac says timing, she isn't very good at it.

Billy goes back to the pool house, looking for Chloe. He checks his phone and finds no messages. He goes to the Chancellor mansion and overhears Chloe bidding farewell to Mac and Katherine. Chloe says she'll be attending the barbecue after all, and Mac promises to keep her distance. Chloe asks Mac why she doesn't bring a date. Chloe suggests bringing the guy from Africa, but Mac says they haven't talked in a while and isn't sure it'd be a good thing. Billy leaves.

Nick calls Sharon while she's on the couch at the Abbott mansion, but she doesn't answer it.

Billy returns to the pool house, angry. He's surprised when he finds Jack there. Jack tells Billy Sharon told him what's going on and thanks him for looking out for Jack where Sharon is concerned. Jack says he knows the baby may not be his, but he doesn't mind. Billy tells his brother he hopes it works out for him because he'll make a wonderful father. Jack hugs his brother.

Tyra's Not Related

The Young and the Restless update for Tuesday May 19, 2009:

At the reception, Daniel tries to get Lily and Cane to smash the cake into each other's faces. Cane says Lily is too pretty to do that, but Lily has fun getting some cake onto Cane. Daniel takes some pictures for the Restless Style website. Afterwards, Devon sits back down with Virginia. He says a comment she made earlier confused him - he says she made it sound like Tyra wasn't related to him. Virginia tells Devon Tyra isn't blood-related - Devon's grandmother took Tyra in when she was young after her mother died! Devon asks if Tyra knows, and Virginia says she does, she's known since she was a teenager. Devon is quite shocked that Tyra didn't tell him about this.

Billy talks with Katherine about Mac. He says something bad always slips out of his mouth when she's around and he's frustrated. Kay points out that that ship has already sailed, yet he is still chasing it with an anchor named Chloe around his neck.

Michael and Lauren eat dinner at the Club. Lauren checks on Eden and Fen by phone and tells Michael they're fine. Michael remarks that at least they know what they're doing. He says he hasn't heard from Gloria and she isn't returning his messages or texts. Michael worries Gloria and Jeff are getting into trouble, but Lauren tells him that if they are in trouble, they will call. Lauren says it's time to concentrate on them - they haven't had a date night in ages. She hands him an envelope with the tickets to Monte Carlo in it - she wants to cash in her trip! Also in the envelope is a room key. Michael calls out for the check so they can head upstairs.

At the reception, Mac talks with Kevin and Jana and apologizes for Billy's behavior. Kevin tells her it's okay - Billy's always been a jerk and he doesn't know what she ever saw in him!

Jill asks Katherine if she is really going to do this movie and Katherine says she is. Jill expresses that she thinks it's a horrible idea. Nina tells Jill if she'd quit being so self-obsessed, she'd realize it is a great idea. Murphy makes a suggestion for an actor for the movie, and Amber says maybe they can get Glenn Close to play Jill - she did a very convincing Cruella DeVille! Jill threatens to put a stop to the movie.

Neil dances with Tyra and says there is still so much he doesn't know about her - he'll enjoy finding out more. Devon dances with Roxanne and glares at them nearby. Neil tells Tyra he speak to Devon about this - he doesn't have the right to tell Neil who he can date and when.

Lily and Daniel talk. Lily says she's thinking about becoming an interior designer, and Daniel says she'll make a great one. Daniel and Lily agree that although things didn't work out for them as a couple, things turned out well for both of them. They wish each other well and hug.

Amber goes over to Chloe and remarks that Lily has it all. She says she wishes for once in her life, she was living the fairytale. Chloe asks about Daniel, and Amber tells her at the rate they are going, she'll be Katherine's age before they get married! Chloe tells her to make it happen - she has before.

Jill complains to Billy about the movie Katherine is going to make. Billy observes she really isn't upset about the movie - she's upset about the trouble Jack said she was in. Jill makes Billy promise he won't tell anyone. She tells him she's broke! Billy promises he won't tell anyone and offers his mother help from the trust John left him. Jill says Billy is very sweet, but she will manage. Billy goes over to Chloe, Cane, and Lily and Cane thanks Billy for coming to the wedding. He proposes this could be a new start for all of them. Billy agrees they should give it a shot. Chloe apologizes for her past actions and wishes Cane and Lily the best. Cane picks Lily up and starts to carry her out. She tosses her bouquet and Amber catches it!

Michael and Lauren make out and eat brownies in bed in their room at the Club. Afterward, they head home. Michael tells Lauren she makes him feel like a teenager and they agree to plan their trip to Monte Carlo in the morning.

At the reception, Kevin tells Amber she'll be the next one to get married, but Daniel says if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Amber is displeased with this comment. Mac is about to leave, but Billy stops her. He apologizes for his behavior toward Kevin, but Mac doesn't feel like forgiving him. She walks away. Chloe joins Billy so they can leave, but he asks her to wait. Billy goes over to Kevin and Jana and apologizes for his behavior. Jana goes off on Billy. After Billy leaves, Kevin says he doesn't need Jana fighting his battles for him! Alone now, Kevin and Jana slow dance in the silence and Kevin thanks her for being so patient with him - he knows she didn't sign up for a crazy husband. Jana tells him she promised to stay by him in sickness and in health. They kiss. They head home and make love in the elevator.

Roxane, Devon, and Ana are back at Lily and Cane's decorating and picking up the dog for the night. Roxane asks Devon why he's so upset and he tells her he's upset about Neil and Tyra, but she doesn't understand why he's upset about them dancing together.

At the Chancellor mansion, Katherine, Murphy, Mac, and Nina sit in the living room chatting. Jill comes in and complains she had hoped to find some peace and quiet. Murphy offers to rent Jill the trailer, where she can find a lot of peace and quiet, but Jill tells everyone she isn't going anywhere! Jill leaves the room. After she's gone, Mac says she feels sorry for Jill. Nina says that Jill's always been a mess and it's her own fault. Katherine says she's tried to let Jill know she doesn't have to be alone. Once Mac and Nina are alone, Nina remarks that it's weird being back because there are so many reminders of Phillip - it's hard to believe he's really gone. They bid each other a good night. Mac goes to get something out of her car, and opens the front door to find Billy standing there!

At home, Daniel is uploading the photos to the website, but Amber wants to talk. She tells Daniel she's already lost two children and her biological clock is ticking. Daniel says they've already talked about this - he's not ready to make that kind of commitment. Amber becomes offended, thinking Daniel doesn't want to be married to her. Daniel says he doesn't want to get married to anyone right now - he thinks they still have plenty of time. Amber wonders if she should waste her time on a relationship that isn't going anywhere, but Daniel tells her that an ultimatum won't change his mind. Amber goes to bed, holds the bouquet she caught, and cries.

Cane and Lily come home to find their place decorated. Cane tells Lily Devon took Humphrey for the night. They kiss. Lily changes and they have a toast. Lily says they'll never be apart again. Cane says he's made mistakes, but he promises to never disappoint her again. They begin to kiss and move onto the couch to make love.

Devon checks on Virginia at the Club, and she tells him how good it is to see him again - she was sad when they lost touch before. She tells Devon she's sad about what the drugs did to his mom, and she wasn't always that way. She says Devon and Ana got their singing voices from their mother - she had a beautiful voice as well. Virginia hands Devon a letter Yolanda wrote to Devon's father a long time ago - she never sent it. Devon reads the letter where Yolanda tells him she gave birth to his son. He realizes his father never knew he had a son.

Neil takes Tyra to his house and pours them drinks. He toasts to her - the second most beautiful woman at the reception tonight - next to Lily. They begin to kiss and head to the bedroom to make love.

Chloe is at home where Delia begins to cry. Chloe picks her up and holds her, thinking.

Mac asks Billy what he's doing there. He says he had to see her. Mac begins to scream at Billy to leave her alone! Katherine comes to the door and tells Billy he heard her - go home. As Billy leaves, Kay hugs Mac.

Ashley Wants to be Sabrina?

At the coffeehouse, Ashley and Olivia eat cake - it's Ashley's birthday. Ashley promises to take it easy, telling Olivia that she and Victor have a dinner for two planned later.

Kay and Lauren run into each other at Crimson Lights as well. They talk about Kevin's progress and the fact that Gloria gaslit Katherine in order to get those Jabot shares. Lauren tells Katherine Sharon stole $10,000 worth of merchandise from Fenmore's and she's pressing charges.

Sharon sits with Heather in the Club dining room. She is about to confess to taking all of the stolen items when Nick comes up to them and pulls Sharon aside. He asks her what she's thinking - she's about to self-destruct! He wants Sharon to drop the charges against Phyllis, but Sharon refuses. Nick says he's sick of Sharon and Phyllis arguing with each other. He asks Sharon if he wants her to take away Noah's mother and step-mother on the same day - the anniversary of Cassie's accident?! Nick asks Sharon to tear up her confession and to drop the charges against Phyllis, but she says she can't. She does agree, though, to wait a while until Nick returns.

Jack arrives at the police station and wonders where Nick is. Phyllis said he should be coming, and tells Jack she's made a mess of things. Jack says he knows that she made the mess in Sharon's room - the disaster had her written all over it! Jack points out that she and Sharon have each had each other arrested, and Phyllis is going to lose Nick if she doesn't quit scheming and harassing Sharon. At first Phyllis tries to defend herself, but eventually accepts her responsibility. Jack says this is a wake-up call to her. Jack suggests Phyllis show some understanding towards Sharon and her situation. Before Jack leaves, Phyllis tells him he's a good friend.

Neil finds Olivia at Crimson Lights and tells her he's given his resignation at Newman. But now, he's second-guessing himself. Olivia tells him he should listen to his gut - just as he should have before he married Karen. Olivia points out that his attraction to Tyra before he married Karen should have told him he wasn't ready to be completely committed to Karen. Neil admits he didn't feel the same way with Karen that he felt with Dru. He says he still misses Dru. Olivia says Tyra might be the right one for him and she might not be, but whoever is will be a lucky woman. Neil says he's going to begin figuring it out right now and gets out his phone to call Tyra.

At Newman, Victor and Victoria talk about Neil's resignation from the company. Victoria tells Victor that Phyllis was arrested for vandalizing Sharon's room, and Victor wonders when Phyllis and Sharon will learn to get along. Victoria tells her father he might as well be wishing for world peace! Victoria thinks it's good that Noah has somewhere stable to stay while all this chaos is going on. She wishes Victor a nice night with Ashley for her birthday.

Nikki stops by the Ranch and talks with Estella a little. She asks how she and Ashley are getting along and Estella admits things are worse than they were before. Estella moves the coffee table slightly. Adam appears and he and Nikki have a pleasant conversation. Suddenly, Adam falls over the coffee table! Nikki helps Adam get up and Estella comes into the room to help as well. Estella apologizes profusely for moving the table. Adam tells her it's OK - it was just an accident. Nikki leaves. Estella sits on the couch with Adam, who admits he's terrified because everyday gets darker and darker for him. Estella tries to reassure him that things will get better, but Adam isn't so sure.

Lauren arrives at the police station where she finds Phyllis. Phyllis says she was caught for vandalizing Sharon's hotel room. Lauren tells Phyllis Eden begged her to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake, and Phyllis shocks Lauren by telling her she agrees! Phyllis says she's tired of seeing the kids suffer. When Nick is coming into the police station and Lauren is going out, Lauren tells Nick she is dropping the charges against Sharon because his wife asked her to. Nick apologizes for taking so long to get there to Phyllis and says he talked to Sharon, but she refuses to drop the charges against Phyllis. Phyllis admits to Nick that her scheming made things worse and from now on she wants to be honest with him. She says she expects the same from him - she just wants to be happy again.

Nikki, Victoria, and Katherine sit in the Club dining room where Nikki fills them in on Adam's accident. Nikki says she has a hard time feeling sorry for Adam and Victoria agrees. They also agree that there's something odd about Adam - he can't be trusted.

At the Ranch, Victor encourages Ashley to go upstairs and get ready for her dinner. Upstairs, Ashley finds a gown, shoes, and earrings laid out for her and assumes Victor picked them out for her to wear. She puts them on and comes downstairs. Victor turns around to see Ashley in the gown and drops the glasses he's holding, asking Ashley why she's wearing that dress?! Ashley's confused. Victor commands Ashley to go upstairs and change out of it immediately. A shocked Ashley goes to do so, and Victor asks Estella if she remembers packing the dress. Estella says she put Sabrina's gown in storage months ago. Victor wants to know who was in the house that day, and Estella tells him that Nikki was there earlier. Victor leaves. Later, when Ashley comes back downstairs in a different dress, Estella tells her that the dress she had put on was the dress Sabrina wore the night of her accident. Ashley immediately blames Estella for this, and both she and Estella become upset.

Tyra meets Neil at the coffeehouse. He asks about Ana before he tells her that it will take a long time for him to get over how he hurt Karen. Tyra tells Neil she has strong feelings for him, and Neil admits he has strong feelings for her as well. Neil says he wants to take things slowly though, and Tyra says she can be patient. She kisses him and leaves.

At the Club, Jack and Mary Jane are celebrating how great his interview and photo shoot went. Mary Jane suddenly invites him to enjoy his champagne up in her room instead! Jack hesitates slightly, but then follows her upstairs. Once they are in her room, Mary Jane kisses him and throws him down on her bed! After they've made love, Jack brings up the fact that Mary Jane has a husband and says he can be discrete. Mary Jane laughs and tells him she's not really married - she just tells people that when she travels. She says if they make love a few more times, they won't be doing anything wrong, and kisses Jack some more.

Katherine meets with Neil at the Club. Katherine says she knows he resigned at Newman. Neil observes that Katherine has a leadership gap at Chancellor and says he can fill it! Neil wants to be CEO at Chancellor and Katherine remarks that his work is exemplary. She says she'd be honored if Neil would work with her.

Nick goes back to the Club and tells Sharon that Phyllis got Lauren to drop the charges against her for Noah's sake. Nick says now she can tear up her confession and she can get the help she needs. Sharon tells him it's too late - Heather is on her way to get Sharon's confession - she got tired of waiting for Nick. Heather arrives and asks Sharon for her letter. Sharon hedges and Nick grabs the letter and tosses it onto the fire. Heather tells Nick he'll be arrested for obstruction of justice, but Sharon says she wanted him to do that. Heather is pissed. After Heather leaves, Sharon asks Nick what happens now. Nick says the family has been through enough. He says Sharon needs to show the same mercy to Phyllis she showed her. Sharon agrees, but tells Nick to leave her alone from now on!

Nick returns to the police station and informs Phyllis he just saw Sharon and that she agreed to drop the charges against her. Nick says they can move forward, now.

Lauren confronts Sharon in the dining room at the GCAC. She says the only reason Sharon isn't going to prison is because of Eden. She says that even though Sharon blamed Eden for everything that has gone wrong in her relationship with Noah, she begged Lauren to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake. Sharon tells Lauren she will never forgive herself for allowing Eden getting blamed for the stolen books. Lauren warns Sharon if she ever hurts Eden again, she's going to re-file the charges!

Victor goes to the Club and walks over to Victoria and Nikki. He immediately accuses Nikki of arranging for Ashley to wear Sabrina's gala gown. Nikki is furious. She tells Victor Ashley had the opportunity and motive to do that herself - Sabrina's spirit still lives at the Ranch and in Victor's heart. Nikki says Ashley's had mental problems in the past - maybe she wants to be Sabrina.

Ashley is alone in her room at the Ranch, and she's shocked when she finds a photo of Victor and Sabrina, who is wearing her gala gown, along with her credit card receipt for the dress! Ashley asks I didn't buy this....did I?

I'm A Good Boy!

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday April 22, 2009:

Mackenzie, Katherine, Murphy, and Nikki are at Joe's Diner decorating for Marge's memorial service. Nikki says she's glad that they can do this for Marge. Amber comes in and greets Katherine who thanks her for coming. She asks Amber about Kevin. Amber tells Katherine Kevin knew she was there, which is an improvement. Katherine introduces Mackenzie and Amber who compliment each other. They agree there needs to be a sequel to Katherine's book. The memorial starts and Pearl, Joe Jr., and Murphy all talk. Katherine also speaks and says she admired Marge's spirit. She says she hopes they meet again one of someday.

Michael visits Kevin in the psychiatric hospital. Michael talks to Kevin who doesn't respond. Michael tells him it is okay to talk to him - he will keep Kevin safe. Kevin sees the chipmunk who says no one can keep him safe. Kevin puts his hands over his ears. Michael tries to get Kevin to let him help, but Kevin doesn't respond. Michael leaves. After Michael leaves, Kevin says, "Wait, don't go yet."

Nick meets with Sharon's lawyer at Newman, and tells him that Sharon wants to confess and he thinks she wants to punish herself. The lawyer tells Nick that one person is pressing charges. He assumes it is Phyllis, but when he sees the paper, he finds out it's Lauren instead.

Heather meets Phyllis at Restless Style. She tells Phyllis they can't prosecute Sharon for stealing her monkey statue because it isn't worth enough money. Phyllis is frustrated that Sharon can steal and not be prosecuted for it. Heather has Phyllis sign a piece of paper to get her statue back. After Heather leaves, Phyllis calls Victor and tells him the egg he gave to Sabrina has been found. She tells Victor Sharon stole it. Victor tells Phyllis he will take care of it. Later, Phyllis remembers how Victor stood up for Sharon before and won't allow anything to happen to her. She realizes he won't press charges and that she'll end up looking like the "bad guy" again. She grabs her purse and heads out of the Restless Style office.

Victor hangs up the phone with Phyllis. Adam knocks something glass over, but won't let Victor help him clean it up. Victor tells him to be careful and to not cut himself. Adam tells Victor he was wrong in assuming Adam took the egg from him. Victor doesn't admit that he thought that and leaves.

At the psychiatric hospital, Michael explains to Gloria and Jeff that they need to figure out who or what the chipmunk represents because the doctors think this may be the key to Kevin's recovery. Michael leaves. Gloria goes in to see Kevin, but she becomes frustrated with his lack of progress and she tells Jeff to stay with him as she leaves. Jeff goes in to see Kevin and talks to him. Kevin sees the chipmunk again and starts shouting that he's been a good boy and cries. Jeff tells Kevin to fight it or he may not ever get out of here.

Sharon calls Noah and leaves a message, asking him to call her so they can talk. Sharon remembers Nick's advice not to confess, but she still isn't sure that's the right thing to do. She hears a knock on the door and asks who it is. It's Victor. Sharon opens the door for him. Sharon apologizes for taking the egg and says she should have brought it back to him. She says she wanted to tell Victor, but she was afraid to. She also says she doesn't even remember taking the egg from his home. Victor embraces her and asks her what's been going on. Sharon tells him everything, even how she's ruined Nick and Phyllis' marriage. Victor asks her if Phyllis knows and Sharon says she does. Sharon says she knows how Phyllis feels because Phyllis stole Nick from her.

Heather arrives at the Ranch. When Adam answers the door, he knows it's her because he can smell her perfume. Heather tells Adam that even though she knows she should stay away, she can't because she still loves him! Adam replies that he thought she was smarter than that, and she deserves better than him. Heather tells Adam that it breaks her heart that he's stuck there with his world getting darker and darker. Adam tells her to leave, but she can't and won't.

Nick meets with Michael at the coffeehouse to plead Sharon's case. Nick thinks Phyllis got Lauren to press charges, but Michael says Phyllis doesn't need him to fight her battles for her. Michael also tells Nick that Sharon seems to be spiraling out of control. Michael says Nick can put on a pair of tights and a cape if it makes him feel better, but there are other people that could have used his support these past few months. Nick thinks Michael is talking about Phyllis, but Michael says he means Eden. Michael says it's for Eden's sake alone that he's glad Lauren is pressing charges. He says that Eden has already been abandoned by her father, he isn't going to do the same thing, and he doesn't want Eden to believe she isn't worth standing up for. Michael tells Nick that he is his friend, but for once Sharon is going to face the consequences to her actions and there's nothing Nick can do about it.

The reception for Marge's memorial service is taking place at Joe's Diner. Murphy thinks they should play Marge's favorite song at their wedding, which will be taking place on May 1! Amber is thrilled when Katherine says she can design the dresses and she goes crazy with a butterfly theme. The door opens suddenly and Gloria comes in. She begs Katherine to help her because she believes she's losing Kevin.

At the Club, Sharon and Victor walk downstairs to say good-bye where they run into Phyllis. Sharon accuses Phyllis of calling Victor because she thought he'd press charges, but Phyllis tells Sharon she called him because she knew Victor could help her. Victor thanks Phyllis for the phone call and leaves. Phyllis tells Sharon she did her a favor, and that she needs someone's shoulder to cry on other than her husband's. She also tells Sharon that she isn't going to press charges as Nick walks up to them. Nick tells Phyllis and Sharon Lauren is pressing charges and Sharon responds that she already knows - Lauren told her last night. Sharon says she doesn't want Phyllis or Nick involved. Phyllis leaves. Nick tells Sharon he went to talk to Michael, but Sharon tells him he shouldn't have done that because he isn't her husband anymore - he needs to quit acting like he is. Doris wheels into the Club in her wheelchair. Sharon hugs her mother. They go to sit down and Doris says she's concerned about her daughter. Sharon says she's doing better now than she was when she called her mom. Doris asks Sharon why she always shuts people out. Sharon responds that she's tired of feeling like she has to lean on someone - she needs to stand on her own two feet.

Nick comes to Restless Style and notices Phyllis got the statue back. He asks if Sharon broke it and Phyllis tells him that she broke it after he kissed Sharon in Paris. He notices how carefully she glued it back together and says not all people would have taken the time to do that. Phyllis tells Nick that it wasn't her that fixed it - it was the glue. She says that the bond holds it together, and that just because something's broken doesn't mean it can't be fixed, referring to their marriage. Nick asks Phyllis if she's free for lunch, but she says she has to set up for the Earth Day celebration. Nick says he'll be there.

Heather is about to leave, but wants to know what plans Adam has for his birthday. Adam says there are no plans for his birthday. Heather offers to talk to Victor about it for him, but Adam tells her Ashley's birthday is in a few days, and he should be focusing on her instead. As Heather leaves, Victor comes home and demands to know what she's doing there. Heather asks him about Adam's birthday plans, and Victor responds that it isn't her business and slams the door in her face.

Michael goes back to Kevin's padded cell and tells him that Clint's autopsy shows that Kevin wasn't to blame for his death. Michael isn't sure if Kevin is comprehending, but Kevin finally says, "I'm a good boy." Michael agrees. Kevin then asks if he can get out now.

Tyra and Karen Face Off in Court

Cane shows up at Jill's table at the GCAC and surprises her. He tells her Michael says he has a real shot at getting custody of Delia. Jill asks what time the hearing is and wishes Cane luck. Cane asks his mother if she's talked to Katherine, and Jill tells him she hasn't and she doesn't expect to either because Kay fired her from Chancellor. Cane wonders what is next for his mother, and Jill informs him she has a plan, but won't tell him what it is until its a sure thing.

Katherine and Mac sit out on the patio at the coffeehouse in silence. Finally, Katherine tells Mac about the latest round with Jill and they begin to discuss misunderstandings. Mac alludes to her situation with Billy. Kay tells Mackenzie she thought Chloe had an agenda initially and told her about the first time Cane brought her over to meet them. She tells Mackenzie how Esther dropped the tray she was carrying when she laid eyes on her daughter and how they all realized in that moment that Chloe was actually Kate. Katherine goes on to say that Chloe has made some bad decisions in her lifetime, but both she and Billy love Cordelia. Kay says the best thing Billy can do for Cordelia is to lover her mother, and Mac thinks about this.

Billy is dreaming of Mackenzie as he is awakened to Cordelia crying and Chloe requesting that he get her. Once they are both up, Chloe brings up the subject of Mac and how she's decided to stay in town. Billy admits he ran into her last night at the bookstore when he went to get the nursery rhyme books for Cordelia. Chloe asks Billy why he didn't tell her about his encounter last night, and he says he didn't feel it was important enough to wake her up for. Chloe begins to panic about the possibility of losing Cordelia and tries to find the perfect outfit for her daughter to wear to court. She wonders what she and Billy are going to do if they lose Cordelia. Chloe suddenly announces that she needs to go somewhere and leaves Billy to finish dressing Cordelia.

Karen and Neil are at Newman with Ana. She asks if her mom will be at the adoption hearing and Karen says she probably will be because it's an important day. Neil thinks about how he helped Tyra get her own lawyer to file her own adoption petition. Devon arrives and asks Ana where she wants to go while Karen and Neil are in court. She wants to go to the coffeehouse, so she and Devon leave. Victoria enters the room and asks Neil to see Victor. When Neil leaves, Victoria remarks that Karen doesn't seem as excited as she had expected on Ana's adoption hearing date.

Victor talks with Neil about the new fragrance line and how he expects the Board of Directors to pass it. Neil is distracted. He tells Victor that today is Ana's adoption hearing and that no matter what the outcome is, someone is going to get hurt. He says that only one woman can be Ana's legal mother and the other woman will have her heart broken. He also admits to Victor that he's made some bad decisions recently.

At Indigo, Lily confronts Tyra about sleeping with her father and hiring a lawyer behind Karen's back to file her own adoption petition. Ana and Devon walk in and Ana gives Tyra a poem she wrote about what a great mom she is! Lily pulls Devon aside and demands to know why he didn't tell her about Neil and Tyra. Devon says he wanted to tell her, but didn't know how. He watches Ana and Tyra interact and remarks that this is how it should be.

J.T. reports to Victor. Victor wants to know how the digging on Colleen is going, and J.T. says he doesn't think Colleen has done a thing wrong in her life! Victor demands that J.T. keep digging to find something to get Colleen out of her board seat as soon as possible. J.T. wonders if Victoria knows what Victor is doing, and Victor says of course she doesn't know! Victor demands that J.T. not tell her, either. As J.T. leaves Victor's office, Victoria comes in. Victor tells Victoria that she's going to head up the new fragrance line, and Victoria is pleased.

Karen, Neil, and Rafe sit in the courtroom when the judge asks if the other petitioner is coming. Karen is confused. Tyra walks in with her lawyer and sits down. Neil appears to be uncomfortable and Karen looks at him, shocked. Karen wants to know if Neil knew about this and if he helped Tyra file a petition. Neil mutters that he thought it was the right thing to do. Rafe stands up and tells the judge about how Neil and Dru adopted Devon and helped him turn his life around. Neil and Karen express their intention to adopt Ana and to give her a good, stable home. The judge tells Neil and Karen that she will have no problem granting their petition! Tyra's lawyer tells the judge everything Tyra has done for Ana from the time she was a teenager. She asks the judge to consider that in making her decision because Tyra wants to legally adopt Ana now that Yolanda's parental rights have been terminated. Karen and Tyra have a yelling match, and the judge calls for order. Rafe apologizes for his client's outburst. The judge requests to speak to Ana to find out how Ana feels about living with each party. Neil calls Devon to have him bring Ana to the courthouse.

Cane runs into Katherine at Jabot. She tells Cane that Jill's things being boxed up and her being fired was a misunderstanding. She tells him that Mitchell Sherman ordered that change - not her. She tells Cane not to tell Jill about this yet though because she believes they need some time apart. Cane asks Kay if he is going to be fired from his job, and Katherine tells him he is only going to move upstairs to take his place in his father's company - Chancellor Industries. Katherine wants Cane to be CEO, but he tells her that while he appreciates the offer he has to decline because of what is going on with his mom. He tells Katherine to tell the Abbott family he quit Jabot.

Jill finds Mackenzie in the coffeehouse and wants to know why she stayed in town. Mac tells her she knows Billy is taken. Jill tells Mac that Billy is completely off-limits to which Mac replies she isn't the one with a history of going after married men! An angry Jill walks away.

Lily, Devon, and Ana go to the bookstore. Billy and the baby appear at the bookstore as well and Billy asks Lily if he can talk to her. He says he knows they never really broke up, but he's sorry about the way things ended between them. He says he's a better person for having met her and he hopes someday they can be friends again. Billy wants to know if Lily can get through to Cane about Delia - she should be with her parents. Devon appears and tells Lily that they need to get to the courthouse - Neil just called.

Chloe is at a church praying. She says she knows she's done some rotten things. She begs God not to punish her daughter for the mistakes she's made. She says Cordelia needs her and she needs Cordelia, too.

Victoria meets J.T. at the coffeehouse and tells J.T. how she has been put in charge of the new fragrance line. She says she hopes the board passes it, but she isn't sure about the wild card - Colleen. She says she hopes that everything goes well and that Colleen and Victor don't get into it at the board meeting, messing everything up.

Jill finds Victor at Newman and offers herself for his service. Victor laughs and tells her he already has a great team of employees. Victor says he's not interested in hiring her. Jill says Jack has been wondering who bought the Jabot stock, and she threatens to tell Ashley Victor bought it. Victor doesn't care - he tells her to take up needlepoint because she's going to have a lot of spare time on her hands.

Ana arrives at the courthouse and takes the witness stand in the courtroom. The judge asks her about her life and activities with Neil and Karen versus Tyra. Ana says she loves all of them, but Tyra is her mother. Ana goes over to hug her mom, and the judge requests she go back into the hallway to wait with Devon for a little bit. The judge tells everyone she will make a decision soon and puts the court in recess. Karen wants to know who's side Neil is on! The judge comes back and says she hopes all of the petitioners can work together for Ana's best interest - it is good to have a lot of people who love you around you. She says she's decided to grant Neil and Karen the legal right to adopt Ana. Karen is relieve and Tyra cries. Neil stands up suddenly and asks the judge to wait - he has something he wants to say!

Chloe sees Mac at the coffeehouse and tells her that she and Billy are married now and that Mac better not be staying around because she hopes she can have Billy back - she says Billy is not interested in going backwards. Billy walks in and hears Chloe. He asks Chloe what the heck she is doing?!

Neil Gets Tyra A Lawyer

Katherine and Mackenzie discuss Jill at the coffeehouse. Neither one of them understand why Jill is acting the way she is. Katherine says she has to find a way to get through to Jill. Talk then turns to Mac and Billy. Katherine asks Mac if any part of her decision to stay around Genua City had to do with Billy. Mac avoids the question, and Katherine goes off to find Jill to talk with her.

Lily runs into Karen in the bookstore and asks her how she is. Karen tells Lily she doesn't have to pretend, and Lily isn't sure what she's talking about. Karen is surprised Devon didn't tell Lily about Neil and Tyra. Lily asks her what is going on. Karen tells her she should talk to her father about it, but when Lily presses, Karen tells her that Neil and Tyra had an affair. Lily says her father would never do that, but Karen tells Lily that Neil admitted to it. Lily is shocked, and she assumes that Ana's adoption is on hold. Karen tells her they are moving forward with the adoption, and this worries Lily.

Billy looks out the window and thinks about Mac in the pool house. Chloe and Cordelia are also there. Chloe asks Billy which outfit makes her look more like Mom of the Year. She is preparing for the custody hearing, which is taking place tomorrow. Chloe asks Billy if he's still in love with Mac and hoping for a fairy tale ending, because if he is, they're screwed. Billy assures Chloe he has no plans to cut out on her. Billy admits he loved Mac once and felt something when she returned, but she's gone now, and he's with his family where he should be.

Cane and Michael meet about the custody suit. Cane wants to ensure they win; he wants to go after Billy with everything he has. He asks Michael if that is going to be a problem for him. Michael tells Cane that it's hard for him to imagine two brothers going after each other like this because he'd give anything to have his brother sitting with him right now!

Rafe, Neil, and Tyra meet at the coffeehouse about Ana's adoption hearing. Neil wants Tyra to be able to file her own petition. Rafe is shocked that Neil wants Tyra to file her own petition and to get custody of Ana while he appears to be standing by his wife in court. Rafe tells Neil that what he is suggesting is a major conflict of interest, but offers to refer Tyra to another lawyer all the same. Later, Rafe calls with a referral fro Tyra. Tyra wonders if Neil hates her - she is ruining his life. Neil tells her he doesn't hate her, and kisses her hand as Lily walks in.

Neil follows Lily. She tells her father that Karen told her what happened between him and Tyra. She is angry with him, but admits it isn't her business. Neil tells Lily it isn't her business, but what happened between him and Tyra was a one-time thing, not an on-going affair. Neil tells Lily that he is beginning to think that adopting Ana is a bad idea. When Lily learns that Neil helped Tyra get her own lawyer, she says that they got married in order to hold onto Ana. If they lose Ana, they are going to have to figure out if they love each other enough to stay married.

Rafe visits Billy and Chloe. He says it would be a good idea to take Cordelia to the hearing. They are shocked and wonder if he's trying to say that they might lose! Rafe says that no one knows for sure who is going to win. He wants them to be prepared, but he didn't mean to freak them out in the process. After Rafe leaves, Chloe begins to panic, thinking about the possibility of losing her baby. She wants to go out and get the books of vintage nursery rhymes so she can read them to Cordelia on what might be her last night with her mother. Billy kisses her forehead and reassures Chloe that Cane isn't going to win. Billy goes out to get the nursery rhyme books so they can start reading them to Delia. Esther comes over and tells Chloe that Mackenzie decided to stay after all. Chloe begins to panic and tries to call Billy, but he doesn't answer.

Jill arrives at Jabot for work, but finds all of her things in boxes. She asks who did this, but before a staff member can answer, she says she already knows who did it. Katherine arrives shortly afterward, and finds an angry Jill. Katherine doesn't understand why she's angry - she just wants to talk. Jill tells Katherine that she was fired thanks to her! Katherine said she didn't fire Jill, and she doesn't know what she's talking about. Jill wonders how she ever believed that Katherine loved her as a daughter. Jill believes Katherine only made her CEO of Chancellor because it was expected of her. Now that Katherine knows Jill is not her daughter, she isn't obligated to keep her at Chancellor anymore! Katherine tries to protest, but Jill won't listen. Katherine tells Jill that she's hurt and upset and she's projecting those things onto her. Jill wants Katherine to admit that she never loved Jill as her daughter. Jill keeps pushing and Katherine becomes frustrated. Katherine finally tells Jill that she's glad that this person right in front of her isn't her daughter.

Mac runs into Michael at the coffeehouse and accompanies him to the psychiatric hospital where Kevin is staying. She wants to help Kevin find his way back like she did before. Mac goes into Kevin's room and he backs away as she begins to speak to him. Mac tells him a little about her life and encourages him, telling him she is going to be there for him. Kevin hallucinates the chipmunk again! Mac tells Kevin she'll be back to see him again soon before she leaves his room. Michael is discouraged that Kevin didn't seem to recognize Mac, but Mac assures Michael that she'll come back to see Kevin again - she's still his friend. Inside his room, Kevin whispers, Mac." Michael goes in to see Kevin and reminds him of all the people who love him. Michael tries to touch Kevin's shoulder, but he flinches.

Cane arrives at Jill's office at Jabot and they talk about what happened with Katherine. Jill tells Cane there is a lot of bad blood between she and Katherine and they have fallen back into that dark place again. Jill tells Cane Katherine admitted she is glad Jill isn't her daughter. Cane offers to take her out for dinner to cheer her up. Jill says he's a good son, but she wants him to rest for the hearing tomorrow regarding Cordelia's custody. Cane says he doesn't understand why Katherine is treating Jill this way - he wants Delia even though he isn't her biological father, and he can't understand why Kay doesn't want Jill because they aren't biologically related. Cane leaves and Jill thinks about better times she and Katherine shared as she packs up her office.

At the coffeehouse, Katherine talks with Murphy about Jill. Kay feels Jill is trying to destroy everything good that they shared and she doesn't know what to do. Murphy thinks Jill is lashing out at Kay because she's in pain. Katherine says it's so sad that Kevin is in trouble right now because he believed in her, but Jill never did. Murphy suggests they go home, but Kay asks him if he'd mind if she just sits alone for a while.

Billy is surprised when he finds Mac at the bookstore! He asks her if she got his number from Brock, and when she says she did, Billy wants to know why she didn't call him. Mac tells him to ask his wife! Billy asks her why she really stayed around, but Mackenzie avoids his question. Billy presses her to say that she stayed in Genua City because of him. He suddenly grabs her and kisses her!

Karen and Neil meet up at the Club, and Neil informs her they need to talk about some things before the hearing tomorrow. Karen asserts there's nothing to talk about - they're going forward with the adoption. She says Neil came into her life, and made her believe she could be a mother again. Neil tells her he doesn't want to hurt her to which Karen responds, "Then don't." She leaves to go home.

Lily finds Cane at the GCAC waiting for his mother. Lily tells him he's a great son. Lily tells Cane she'll come to the hearing tomorrow and support him, but she wants him to think about whether this is really the right thing to do or not before he goes in there tomorrow. Cane tells Lily that he's doing the right thing and he's certain of it.

Katherine on Restless Style!

The Young and the Restless update for Wednesday April 15, 2009:

Jack takes Sharon back to her room at the Club and asks her if he can do anything else for her. She tells him she just needs some sleep. Sharon asks the maid to take the mirror with the lipstick on it out of her room and she does. Jack suggests that Sharon move in with him for a little while, but she says she'll be fine here. Jack also suggests she get a different room in the Club, but Sharon insists she'll be fine where she is. Sharon admits to Jack that she took the things, but she didn't write that she hates herself on the mirror in lipstick, even though she feels that way sometimes. Jack offers to stay with Sharon for a while, but she says he has been up all night, too, and sends him on his way home.

Noah comes downstairs at the tack house and asks Phyllis if his dad ever came home last night. Phyllis says he didn't and tells Noah that his dad is going through some things right now that have nothing to do with him. Noah thinks they are fighting about him. Phyllis tries to reassure him that they aren't fighting about him, but he is convinced they are and he takes off.

At Victoria's, Nick comes downstairs and J.T. offers him coffee. As Nick is getting himself some coffee, J.T. informs him that Sharon was arrested last night for grand theft. Nick grabs his coat, telling J.T. he is going down to the jail. J.T. calls after Nick, telling him Sharon already made bail, as he leaves the house.

At the Ranch, Victor is going over some numbers with Colleen. He says he wants harmony on the Newman Board, but Colleen is skeptical. They talk about family, and they finally agree to try to work together. After Colleen leaves, Victor calls J.T. Outside, Colleen calls Jack and asks him to meet with her.

At the Club, Nikki runs into Lily and shows her the covers of Restless Style with Katherine on them. Lily says she wants both of them, and Nikki hopes the rest of the readers feel the same way. They talk about Lily's modeling career and Nikki tells her it's a shame she dropped modeling. She offers Lily a cover of Restless Style if she ever feels like getting into modeling again.

Murphy chats with Katherine at the Club, but soon realizes that she isn't really paying attention. He notices that she's staring at Jill. Katherine feels guilty for talking to Jill the way she did, but Murphy reminds her that Jill said some hurtful things as well. Nikki approaches them with the new Restless Style covers and suggests Katherine come to the office with her. Katherine makes sure it is all right with Murphy, and he tells her to go enjoy herself - he'll be fine. Nikki and Katherine leave together.

Nick arrives at Sharon's room. He wants to know what is going on. Sharon tells Nick that she did steal those things - she doesn't remember doing it, but she knows she did. She explains that she's been losing pieces of time and that she finds things in her purse later. She says she is responsible for stealing the books Eden was blamed for, and she's glad that Michael is such a good lawyer. She says that stealing could have really done damage to Eden's record! Sharon tells Nick what her room looked like when she came back last night and that someone had cut up her clothes. She says she knows she didn't do that. Nick asks her if she think Phyllis did it. Sharon tells him whoever did it did her a favor because she couldn't go on like that. Nick remarks that she's had a tough year. Sharon tells Nick that she can't continue to use him as a lifeline, but Nick tells her he is volunteering. Sharon tells him to go back to his wife and child - she doesn't want to be responsible for breaking up his marriage or damaging it further.

At Restless Style, Phyllis is trying to reassure Noah that he won't go to military school for messing up with Eden. As she gets off the phone, Katherine and Nikki arrive. Nikki tells Phyllis that Restless Style is selling out on the east cost and they need to do another print! Nikki then asks where Nick is - he's not at Newman. Phyllis admits that Nick left and she isn't sure where he is either. Phyllis tells Nikki she's scared that she and Nick are past the point of no return in their marriage, but Nikki says that Nick loves her. Katherine comes over and joins the conversation. Katherine remarks that she can't reach Jill. Nikki tells both women to learn from her mistakes - the more she chased Victor, the more distance he put between them. She advises the women to sit back and give their loved ones some distance. Katherine thinks Jill needs reassurance of Katherine's love for her. Nikki tells them that their loved ones need some time to miss them.

Murphy finds Jill at the coffeehouse. He tries to help her see that Katherine doesn't mind if she and Jill are biologically related - Katherine still sees Jill as her daughter. Jill says she feels like the past six years of her life has been a lie. Murphy tells her that loss is a part of life, but that she and Katherine still love each other! Jill finally seems hopeful, and asks Murphy if he really thinks she and Katherine can get past their differences. However, she sees the Restless Style cover and claims that Katherine and Nikki are trying to rub her face in it. Jill tells Murphy that she and Katherine will never reconcile. She says Murphy seems like a nice enough guy, but now he's swimming with sharks and there's blood in the water. She leaves.

Jack and Colleen meet at the Club to discuss how her meeting with Victor went. Jack wonders if Victor knows that she plans on opposing him on the new fragrance line. Colleen replies that Victor doesn't know yet, but he will once she gets some other board members to support her with Jack's help. Jack wonders if Colleen still wants to be the Fresh Face of Jabot. Colleen says she isn't sure - that was a long time ago. He tells her that the Abbotts are getting control of Jabot back as soon as Katherine is legal again. Colleen is thrilled and she agrees to be the Fresh Face. Jack tells her that he's set up a fitting for her today, and Colleen recognizes that Jack wants a Newman board member as the Fresh Face of Jabot. Jack doesn't deny that he wants this, imagining how Victor will react when he sees the billboards.

When J.T. arrives at Victor's house, Victor tells him he wants J.T. to get Colleen off the Newman board as soon as possible. J.T. is hesitant - he isn't comfortable with this - he's known Colleen since they were kids. Victor reminds J.T. who he works for - Newman security - and demands that J.T. keep him informed. J.T. informs Victor that Sharon was arrested for theft, and Victor is quite shocked at this news.

At the Club, Nikki and Katherine find Murphy and Katherine confesses that she's worried about how Jill will react to the Restless Style covers. Murphy tells Katherine Jill already saw the cover and she isn't happy about it. Katherine announces that she is not going to give up on Jill.

Jack runs into Jill at the coffeehouse. Jack informs Jill that Katherine is giving control of Jabot back to the Abbotts. Jill reminds him that Cane is still the CEO of Jabot for now. Jack wonders who sold Jill the 5% of shares in the first place. He guesses that since she got screwed, it was Victor. Jill tells him to have a good day, not telling him who sold her the stock.

Colleen and Lily chat at the coffeehouse. Colleen informs Lily that she's going to a fitting at Jabot for the Fresh Face campaign and she doesn't really want to. Lily tells her that she loved the fittings - she got to see all the clothes before they hit the stores. Colleen asks Lily if she's still okay with her doing the Fresh Face of Jabot and Lily tells her it's fine, but when Colleen leaves, Lily seems sad.

Nick and Noah meet at the Club. Noah wants to know what is going on with his dad and Phyllis. Nick tells Noah that they're having a hard time. He then informs Noah that Sharon was arrested last night for theft. Eden comes up and asks Noah if he's heard about his mom. She says that Sharon stole the books that day and let her take the fall for it! Nick tells Eden this isn't a good time, but Noah tells his dad that he's taking Eden home.

Later on, Colleen returns to the coffeehouse and finds J.T. She tells him that she thinks Victor is warming up to the idea of her being on the Board of Directors. He gives her a look, and she says she's no fool, she knows how Victor operates. J.T. tells her she doesn't know the half of it, and suggests she sell her seat on the board for some money, but Colleen doesn't want to do that.

Jill runs into Victor at the Club and thanks him for making her a pawn in one of his games. Victor tells her everything that happened was her own fault because of her attitude and behavior toward Katherine.

Across the room, Lily tells Nikki she's interested in modeling for Restless Style.

Katherine approaches Jill and Jill makes a big deal of the "hatchet job" Nikki did on the article on Katherine in Restless Style. Katherine tells her they need to settle the estate. Jill tells Katherine to have her lawyer call Jill's lawyer and she leaves.

Noah arrives at Sharon's room at the Club. When she answers the door, Noah demands how Sharon could do this to Eden. Noah accuses Sharon of blaming Eden for the stolen books to break them up because she doesn't like Eden. Sharon tries to tell Noah that it wasn't intentional, but he doesn't listen. Noah wants to know what is wrong with her - her life is a mess! Sharon says she's going through a hard time, and Noah storms out. After Noah leaves, Sharon calls her mom and tells her she is falling apart. She says she was finally caught and arrested for stealing.

Nick arrives at Restless Style and asks Phyllis if she set Sharon up. Phyllis denies setting her up. Phyllis wants to know if Nick is going to come home, if they are over, or if he's going back to Sharon. Nick informs Phyllis that he will be staying with Victoria for a while. Phyllis goes back to work, and Nick watches her.

Noah runs down the stairs at the Club. He sees Jack and tells him how screwed up his parents are. Jack offers Noah a place in his home for a while, but Victor tells Noah he will stay with him at the Ranch - he is family.

Phyllis Goes Crazy With Panic!

The Young and the Restless update for Monday April 13, 2009:

At the courthouse, Mitchell Sherman tells Katherine and Murphy he has important news for her. He tells them that Katherine's will has been declared null and void and he death certificate has been rescinded. He says that everyone must return Katherine's possessions and money immediately. He also alerts them that a death certificate has been issued for Marge. He wonders why Katherine was driving Marge, but he says they may never know that. As Mitchell walks away, Katherine remembers that Marge was having problems with her drinking and that she was taking Marge to a rehab center the night of the accident. Katherine tells Murphy she remembers what happened the night of the accident, and Murphy says he'll tell everyone at the diner. Katherine says they should give Marge a memorial service, and Murphy remarks that she has a big heart. They head back inside the courtroom in order to witness the rest of the bail hearings.

Amber and Kevin sit next to each other as the bail hearings begin. Jana tries to speak to Kevin, but an officer tells her no contact with the defendant is allowed. Heather reads Kevin's charges and suggests that the judge not grant him bail, telling him that Kevin is a danger to others. Michael tries to get the judge to see that Kevin is not a harm to anyone but himself. He tells the judge that Kevin has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder that stemmed from years of severe emotional and physical abuse. He also says Kevin is suffering from Stockholm's Syndrome and was forced to commit the crimes by Clint. Heather tells the judge that Michael is just speculating, and that the state deals in facts. She says the fact is that there's a videotape with Kevin robbing a bank. Amber has an outburst, trying to get the judge to see that Kevin was forced to commit those crimes. Michael quiets her down, and continues defending Kevin. He says that Kevin needs help or he may never be the same again. Heather disagrees, saying Kevin has a long criminal history and that he is a murderer. Amber has another outburst. A bailiff tries to sit Amber down, but Kevin starts freaking out, telling the bailiff not to touch Amber!

Lauren is still not convinced that Eden and Noah realize they've done anything wrong. Noah wants to drive Eden home, and Lauren admits she wants to go to the courthouse to be with Michael. Lauren tells Noah to take Eden straight home and to not make her regret this. When Lauren leaves, Eden suggests they go to his dad's place so that she can be there with him when he tells his dad they came back and why. Noah agrees.

Phyllis calls a park ranger at the tack house. She says she is concerned that her husband went up to the cabin and hasn't come back yet. The ranger confirms that he went to the cabin, but hasn't seen the car come down yet. He offers to relay a message for her, but she declines the offer. Phyllis begins to panic - she believes Sharon and Nick will sleep together again. Phyllis grabs her coat and leaves the tack house.

Nick and Sharon agree that it was so wonderful the last time they were at the cabin. They both admit they've had trouble letting their feelings go. They also agree that if Cassie hadn't died, they would still be together. Sharon tells Nick that she is not okay. She says that she gets close to other men and pretend they are him and that she does things she can't remember doing. Sharon admits she's falling apart, and Nick embraces her. Sharon pulls away, telling Nick it isn't right for her to be dumping on him. Sharon tells Nick that the time she had with him means more to her than he will probably ever know. Nick kisses her, and they make love at the cabin again! Afterward, they both admit they wish they could stay there forever, but know they have to leave. Sharon goes to get dressed, and Nick whispers, "Phyllis...."

Noah and Eden arrive at the tack house and find it empty. Noah asks her if she's hungry. Eden admits she's starving. She asks Noah to tell her the truth - is he disappointed that she said she was ready, but after they drove to the cabin she changed her mind? Noah tells her that she was being honest and he could never be disappointed with that. Eden admits she was surprised at herself because she grew up at the ashram around free love. Noah tells Eden that it's okay - he wants the first time to be perfect, too. They talk about how neither one of them are "experienced" and how it's expected of boys. They agree that the cabin wasn't the right time or place. They begin to passionately kiss.

Phyllis enters Sharon's room at the GCAC dressed as a maid. She She begins to cut up Sharon's lingerie with scissors as she shouts about how everything is nice and tidy on the outside, covering up what is on the inside. She continues to cut up the clothes while she says that Sharon's a mess. She believes that Nick is with Sharon at the cabin right now, and begins to tear up the room as she screams and cries. Phyllis opens a nightstand drawer and stops. She's found a bunch of stolen things. She writes, "I hate myself," on a mirror with lipstick. Then, she calls the police, telling them she's a maid at the Club and she's found something horrible while cleaning - could they come and check it out?

Lauren arrives at the courthouse to witness the chaos with Kevin and Amber. Things are brought under control. Michael yells, "This is insane!" Heather replies that it must run in the family. The judge is fed up, and tells everyone he'll observe Kevin in his own chambers and make a decision then. After Kevin and the judge have left, Michael tells Amber she needs to listen to him and be quiet! Daniel reiterates that Michael is trying to help her, and she needs to shut up. Daniel tells her she's making Michael look bad and she's making things worse for herself. Katherine becomes angry when Gloria begins to blame herself for everything. Katherine tells her to think of someone other than herself for once, and goes to get some air. Michael tells Lauren that he knows Heather is doing her job, but he can't let Kevin drown again.

The judge returns to the courtroom and tells everyone he thinks Kevin should go to a psychiatric hospital to be evaluated and observed until his court date. Michael thanks the judge. Heather reminds the judge that they still need to deal with Amber. Michael tries to convince the judge that Amber isn't responsible for her actions because she was forced to comply. The judge says that because Amber has no indication of a mental illness, her charges will stand, and he sets bail at one million dollars. Katherine tells Daniel and Amber that she'll cover her bail. Amber and Daniel both thank her, and Amber tells Katherine she'll repay her every cent, but Katherine tells Amber she already has!

Nick and Sharon arrive at the coffeehouse, looking for Noah. When they find out he left, Nick says he should go home and talk to Noah. Sharon offers to come with him, but he says that's probably not a good idea. Sharon agrees and asks Nick to have Noah call her so she can talk to him as well. Nick tells Sharon he doesn't regret what happened tonight, and she says she doesn't either. Sharon asks what he is going to tell Phyllis, and Nick responds that he honestly doesn't know.

Nick and Phyllis arrive at the tack house front door at the same time. Phyllis asks what she missed - with Noah. Nick responds that they need to talk, and that they should go inside. As the door opens, Noah and Eden jump to their feet, clutching sheets to their naked bodies! Noah tells Nick and Phyllis to stay where they are, but Nick tells Eden to get dressed - he's taking her home.

Sharon finds the police in her room at the Club. Sharon says this is her room, and she wants to know what is going on.

Amber is let out of her jail cell. The officer tells her her bail has been paid. She embraces Daniel and Katherine.

Michael and Jana go to visit Kevin in the facility in which he has been placed. Michael tells Jana the room seems familiar - it is a locked, padded one. He realizes it is the same room he saw Kevin in in his vision on Boxing Day! Michael and Jana try to tell Kevin they are there, but Kevin calls them both liars - they've left him. He puts his hands over his ears and begins to rock back and forth.

I Promie, I'll be A Good Boy!

At the Ranch, Estella asks Adam if he wants any help when he comes into the room, but he says he's fine. Estella tells him that Victoria is here. Victoria tells him that she wanted to stop by and tell him she is sorry about his eyes. Adam laughs and says she doesn't care. Victoria says she'd feel for him even if he was a stranger, and Adam reminds her that she treats him worse than a stranger. Victoria asks if they can call it a truce because, whether they like it or not, they are family. Adam tells her that whether she likes it or not, the family is growing, and he hopes she is nicer to Ashley and her child than she was to Sabrina and her baby!

Jack and Ashley arrive at the Club for dinner. They see Sharon and her mother there, and go over to say hi to them. Dorris says it's nice to see Jack, but she's sorry about the divorce. Jack tells her that he'll always be there for Sharon. After Jack and Ashley leave, Dorris asks Sharon what she is going to do - she can't stay in the hotel forever feeling sorry for herself. Sharon tells her mother that J.T. and Victoria now live in her old home. Her mother offers Sharon a place to stay with her, but Sharon says she wants to find a new home for her and Noah.

Noah and Eden make out in the car. Noah says he wants to be alone with her, and Eden says she does, too. Noah tells her they should go to the Abbott cabin, and Eden is excited to do so. Once nearly there, Noah and Eden kiss, and Eden says she isn't sure if they are ready for their first time yet. She says she wants everything to be perfect for the first time. An officer knocks on the window of the car and asks them if they are all right. Noah tells him that they are heading up to the Abbott cabin. The officer wants to know if they have permission to go there, and Noah replies that they do - the cabin is his stepfather's.

Nick and Phyllis discuss their relationship. Nick tells her things cannot continue to go on this way. Phyllis says she doesn't want to have anymore relationship talks - they don't help. Nick suggests counseling and Phyllis agrees this might help. Daniel comes to the house and tells Nick and Phyllis that Amber's arraignment hearing is tonight. He says he needs help covering Amber's bail if it is high. Phyllis and Nick agree to cover the bail for him.

Katherine is able to see Amber at the courthouse before her hearing. She thanks Amber for helping her get her life back, and wants to return the favor now. Amber sees Katherine's engagement ring and Katherine tells Amber that Murphy proposed. Amber is so happy, but fears she won't be able to come to the wedding. Katherine tells her that she and Kevin will be at the wedding. Amber cries. Daniel comes into the courtroom and hugs Amber. Amber tells him that she didn't rob that bank. Daniel says he knows - he saw her mouth the words, "Help me," to the camera, and this proves she isn't a criminal.

Michael talks to Kevin in his jail cell. Michael tries to ask Kevin how his leg is and if he can remember anything about Clint or how he made him rob the banks. Kevin seems out of it and doesn't respond to anything until Michael tells Kevin he is going to work at getting him out of jail, but Kevin is going to need to do what Michael says. Kevin begs Michael to get him out of jail - he says he'll be a good boy and never do anything bad again. Michael cries. After Michael has calmed down, he asks Kevin if he can remember anything about Clint again. Kevin begs Michael not to leave him. Michael reassures Kevin, telling him that he is there and he isn't going anywhere.

At the Club, Mary Jane Benson joins Jack and Ashley for dinner. Jack introduces Mary Jane and Ashley. They fill Ashley in on the meeting they had with Katherine and tell her that Katherine is reinstating all the Abbotts at Jabot. Jack goes on to tell Ashley that they should drop the lawsuit against Gloria, but Ashley insists that they continue with it. Mary Jane agrees with Jack, telling Ashley that the lawsuit will constantly remind people about the face cream scandal.

At the coffeehouse, Gloria and Jana are upset that they weren't allowed to see or talk with Kevin. Jana worries about what will happen if Kevin has to stay in jail. Lauren reassures them that Michael will do everything he can to help both Kevin and Amber.

Gloria, Jeff, and Lauren arrive at the courthouse for the hearing. Gloria wants to see Kevin, but Michael tells her that she can see him when he is brought up for his arraignment. Michael tells them that Kevin will not get bail. Gloria, Jana, and Lauren remind him what will happen to him if he stays in jail. Michael pulls Lauren aside and tells her that Kevin has almost checked out and he's scared he won't come back this time. Heather comes into the courthouse and Michael asks to speak with her about Kevin. Heather insists that this case is cut and dry - Kevin was caught robbing banks - he is a criminal. Michael tells Heather that Kevin was abused as a child and needs help. He wants her to agree to a psychological evaluation. Heather tells Michael Kevin is faking - he has a criminal history, and she won't agree to the evaluation. Michael tells Heather that if Kevin has to stay in jail, it'll kill him.

Inside the courtroom, Katherine tells Gloria to leave her alone. Katherine offers Michael her help with Kevin, offering to cover his bail bond. Katherine says she can testify about Clint, but Michael tells her that with her memory loss, she won't make a good witness. Michael tells everyone he is going to ask the judge to put Kevin in a psych hospital. He tells them it will be safer for Kevin there than in jail. Jana cries.

As Ashley leaves the Club, Jack gets a call. It is the park officer, telling him that Noah is headed up to the cabin with a girl. Jack excuses himself from the table when he hangs up the phone, and goes to find Sharon. Jack tells Sharon about Noah and Eden. He offers to drive her to the cabin, but Sharon looks at Mary Jane and says Jack is busy. Jack returns to the table and asks Mary Jane about her husband and if she has any kids. Jack suggests that he, Mary Jane, and her husband have dinner sometime when he visits.

Nick tells Phyllis he loves her and Summer at the tack house. Phyllis points out that he keeps leaving her to go help Sharon. Phyllis says she doesn't run to Jack whenever she has a problem - how would Nick feel if she did? Nick says Phyllis made a good point, and he'll stop going to her so much when she needs him. The phone rings and it's Sharon. Phyllis begs Nick not to answer the phone, but he does. Sharon tells Nick about Noah and Eden, and Nick tells Sharon he'll come over to pick her up. Nick tells Phyllis what is going on, and Phyllis insists that he not go up to the cabin with Sharon. Nick tells her he isn't going to argue about this - his son needs him. After Nick has left, Phyllis calls his cell and leaves him a message. She says she understands he needs to be there for his son and she's sorry about reacting the way she did - she's just so confused.

At the Ranch, Ashley arrives home to find Victoria. Victoria says she was there getting Reed's blanket, but she was hoping to run into Ashley. She asks her how she's feeling, and Ashley is surprised at this. The women agree that Victoria hasn't been very supportive of Ashley and the pregnancy. Victoria apologizes and tells Ashley that it caught her off guard. Ashley remarks that she and Victor are happy about the baby, and Victoria says she's glad - she feared that her father would never be happy again after Sabrina died. Victoria says sometimes she can still feel Sabrina's presence. Estella comes into the room to give Victoria Reed's blanket. Adam also comes into the room. Ashley asks if Victoria's seen the red egg, then asks Estella if she's asked the rest of the staff about it. Estella takes offense. When Victoria leaves, Estella helps Adam get up the stairs. Adam says he notices that Estella doesn't like Ashley very much, and she admits she was closer to the other mistresses of the house.

Nick and Sharon arrive at the cabin. They don't see any sign of Noah or Eden. Nick says he's going to walk up the hill to see if Phyllis has seen the kids. While he's gone, Sharon sits and thinks about her passionate night with Nick in the cabin.

Lauren finds Noah and Eden at Crimson Lights. She tells them that Nick and Sharon went up to the cabin to look for them. Lauren is angry. Noah and Eden explain to her that they knew it was wrong, so they came back. Eden asks if Michael knows and Lauren tells her that he doesn't. Lauren tells Eden there is only so much Michael can take. Lauren calls Phyllis to tell her that the kids are all right. She tells Phyllis she let Nick know, so Phyllis assumes that Nick is headed home now.

Ashley is sleeping on the couch and dreams that Sabrina is in the house. She shouts out, and Estella appears to check on her.

Nick returns to the cabin and tells Sharon that he heard from Lauren. He says that the kids are okay, and they can go home now. Sharon replies she guesses they can.

The court hearing is about to begin, and Michael warns everyone not to upset Kevin. Kevin is led into the courtroom and looks confused.

Phyllis Begs Sharon to Get Help

Eden and Noah make out in his car. His phone vibrates, but he doesn't answer it. Sharon is calling him to find out where he is. He gets frustrated that he and Eden have to sneak around - he says making out in the car is so cliche. He and Eden talk about how they can get an apartment together in college. Noah phone vibrates again, and Eden tells him they should head home now. She says they will always be together one day.

Sharon calls Phyllis in the middle of the night when she cannot reach Noah. Phyllis answers the phone and Sharon does not tell her that Noah is missing. She simply asks to speak to Nick. Phyllis does not tell her that Nick has left, but rather to find someone else. She hangs up. Sharon shows up at Phyllis' house before too long, and she tells her that Nick isn't there. Phyllis mocks Sharon's shock, telling her that he always goes to his poor, needy Sharon. Phyllis asks Sharon why she's hurting Nick, and Sharon says she isn't. Phyllis tells Sharon that it's odd that she loves him, but insists on hurting him. She accuses Sharon of trying to take Nick away from her and Summer. Sharon insists that she's not trying to do this, but Phyllis doesn't listen. Phyllis says they all know that Sharon is losing it, and that Nick feels like he broke her and that is why he is trying to fix her. Phyllis encourages Sharon to get some help. She says Sharon's drowning and she's going to pull Nick down with her. Sharon tells Phyllis it is not her fault that Brad died - it was a tragic accident. Sharon says that Phyllis only wants to get rid of Sharon and she doesn't need help.

Katherine has trouble sleeping at the Chancellor mansion, keeping Murphy awake as well. Murphy tells her if she needs to talk, she should. Katherine hugs Murphy and tells him that he is her rock. They play cards in bed, and Katherine compares her relationship with Jill to her relationship with Nikki. Katherine blames herself for the huge fight at the wedding, and Murphy assures her it wasn't her fault. He reminds her that so many people are happy that she is back. They talk about Kevin and Amber, and Murphy admits he is worried about them. He says he thinks they are good kids, no matter what the police are saying they've done. Murphy tells Katherine that Mac and Brock want to save the world just like she does, but she needs to give herself a break - she may not be able to help Amber and Kevin no matter how much she wants to do so.

Chloe talks to Cordelia at the pool house. She says there's nothing to worry about - daddy just put a ring on her finger. Chloe recounts the first time she and Billy met in New York and tells Cordelia that she knew they were meant to be together. She says she was born a Valentine and Billy a Chancellor, and even though he isn't a Chancellor after all, he is still the man for her. She tells Cordelia more about the time in which she and Billy were getting to know each other. She recalls that Billy did mention Mac and his brief marriage to her, but Chloe didn't think she was real. Chloe looks Mac and Billy up on the computer and discovers they were in love and that they were going to get married.

Mac wants to know why Billy is outside with her instead of with Chloe - his new wife. He tells her that he needed to get some air. She asks, "There wasn't air at the pool house?" Billy wonders who else could understand them just finding out that they are not related. Billy says he's been busy playing, gambling, and clubbing while she's been away. He says he didn't do anything serious like she did in Darfur. Mac says she doesn't judge Billy - she ran away, too. He remembers how awful it was when they found out that they were cousins, telling Mac they got robbed of their lives that day. Billy notices that they haven't come back to Genua City at the same time until now because they couldn't risk it - the attraction to one another was too great. Mackenzie tells Billy she's moved on with her life and so has he. She says that his wife and daughter are proof that he's moved on. Billy wants to talk - he asks Mac who she thought about when she found out the results of the DNA test. Mac recounts the horrors of Darfur to Billy, and tells him she is going to go back there. Billy cannot believe that she's going to walk back out of his life again already.

Nick sits down by Jack at the bar. Jack tells Nick that he's there because he just signed divorce papers. Nick claims he is there just to drink. Jack guesses that Phyllis is on a tear about something again, and Nick takes offense - he says he won't allow Jack to use him or Phyllis for target practice. Jack apologizes. He tells Nick he knows Phyllis loves him a lot - a lot more than he thought she could ever love someone. Jack also tells Nick that he knows Sharon loves him. Nick wonders why Jack is telling him this - does he resent him? Jack says that the two women he holds in high regard think he's a pretty good guy and that one of them is going to get hurt. He says he knows that is eating Nick up, and that he isn't focused on resenting Nick - he just sees the guy he helped raise suffering. Nick wonders how Jack knows he's suffering, and Jack says that Phyllis is suffering, and he must be as well. Jack tells Nick that she needs him right now, and Nick says that Sharon is just having a rough time right now. Jack tells him he meant Phyllis - it is hard to remember she is vulnerable sometimes. Jack guesses that Nick is there trying to decide which one he loves more, but Jack figures out that Nick loves both women equally. He calls Nick a poor fool.

Jack runs into Mary Jane Benson in the Club later. She tells him that she is headed back to New York. He encourages her to stay - telling her the power struggle for Jabot has just begun, and if he becomes CEO of Jabot again he'll need the best to polish his image. Mary Jane gets a text from her husband and smiles. Jack says it's rare that texts from spouses make them smile these days. Jack tries to get her to stick around, but Mary Jane insists she's leaving and tells Jack to look her up the next time he's in New York.

Noah shows up at the tack house while Phyllis and Sharon continue to argue. Noah thinks they are there to double team him, but Phyllis leaves the room, saying she's going to check on Summer. Sharon is angry that Noah didn't tell her where he was going or when he'd be back. Noah says he and Eden will find a way to be together, and she doesn't want them to be together because she is alone and miserable and wants everyone else to be alone and miserable, too. Sharon tells Noah he is being disrespectful and she didn't raise him to be that way. Sharon tells Noah that he will fall in love again and that he'll look back on his youth and realize how many stupid mistakes he's made. Noah tells her she is talking about her and Nick, not him and Eden. He asks her if she could have Nick back, if she would take him. Noah tells her not to answer that because he already knows she would. He tells her he is going up to his room and leaves. Nick walks into the house and finds Sharon. They discuss what Noah has done and what they should do about him and Eden. Phyllis suggests they all rest and talk about what to do in the morning when they are not so frustrated. Sharon leaves.

Chloe approaches Mac and Billy, telling Cordelia, "See, Delia, I told you we'd find daddy!" Chloe says she thought Billy might be here talking with Mac, and here he is. Mac remarks that Cordelia is beautiful, and Chloe thanks her. Chloe asks Billy if he'd like to do Delia's next feeding since he looks so awake? Billy tells Chloe that he and Mac aren't finished yet, but Mac says they are and walks away, remarking he has a beautiful family.

Chloe rehashes the problems of the wedding night once she and Billy are back in bed at the pool house. Billy asks her if she's going to freak out will she just do it and get it over with? She kisses him, turns over, and turns the light off.

Inside the Chancellor mansion, Mac runs into Katherine, who tells her she is so happy she is home. Katherine wants Mac to promise not to leave anytime soon, and embraces her granddaughter.
