Nick and Phyllis Are Over

The Young and the Restless update for Friday June 5, 2009:

Jack stops by the Ranch and tells Adam he's going upstairs to see Ashley. Adam tells Jack that Ashley's sleeping and he shouldn't disturb her. Upstairs, Ashley dreams of Sabrina calling her name. Ashley goes out into the hallway where she finds a veiled Sabrina. Sabrina says, "Victor's mine, stay away!" Ashley screams and Jack hurries upstairs to check on her. Adam smirks. Ashley tells Jack she had a nightmare. She says she dreamed of Sabrina before and she was peaceful, but this time Sabrina wanted to kill her! Adam listens in on his laptop while Ashley tells Jack how Sabrina was wearing a veil and the purple gala dress she found on her bed on her birthday. Jack reassures Ashley it was just a dream. Ashley finds out Olivia sent Jack to check on her and she's angry about that, but Jack says they're just concerned about her. Jack suggests Ashley come home with him for a couple of days - just until Victor gets back, but Ashley doesn't want to leave the Ranch. Adam walks into the bedroom and tells Jack the storm is too bad to be driving a pregnant woman around in!

Gloria and Jeff continue to develop their plan to get revenge on Victor in their penthouse. Gloria is worried about taking Victor on. Jeff gets a call from his PI telling him Victor just left on his jet and Mary Jane's at the Club. Gloria and Jeff leave to go to the Club.

At the Club's bar, Sharon asks Mary Jane if there's a problem. Mary Jane explodes that there wouldn't be a problem if Sharon would just back off and leave Jack alone! Mary Jane tells Sharon that she's selfish and she doesn't appreciate Jack enough. Sharon tries to leave, but Mary Jane grabs her arm. Paul and Nikki intercede, but Mary Jane wants to know how Sharon could allow Jack to raise her baby that may not even be his! Before she leaves, Mary Jane tells Sharon to do the right thing for once and let Jack go. Nikki pulls Sharon aside and asks about Jack not being the only possible father, but Sharon tells Nikki she's had enough judgment for one night and leaves. Gloria plops down by Nikki and tells her that she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch all alone without Victor in this storm. She wonders how Ashley and Victor are doing these days, and Nikki is baffled by Gloria's sudden concern for Ashley.

At the Club's bar, Jeff chats with Mary Jane. She brushes him off, thanks him for the drink, and walks away. Nikki wonders what Jeff is doing at the bar with Mary Jane and Gloria said she could never keep a leash on him. Nikki believes she and Jeff are trying to get revenge on Ashley and Gloria denies it adamantly.

Nick ponders on how to tell Phyllis what he's decided - he says there's no easy way to tell her. She comes to the realization that he wants to be with Sharon instead of her. Nick tells her not to shut down - to throw something, yell, or cry - let it out. Phyllis tells Nick even if she had any tears left, she wouldn't waste them on him. Phyllis says she doesn't understand why Nick is leaving her if it's not for Sharon. Nick reminds Phyllis that Sharon is with Jack, and Phyllis realizes that Nick wants to make himself available so that Sharon will leave Jack for him. She tells Nick not to deny the truth. Nick finally admits he's leaving Phyllis for Sharon, whether he wants to admit that or not. He says he thought his feelings for Sharon would fade, but they haven't done so. Phyllis says she bought into the fantasy, too. Nick says he wishes he could spare her this pain and tells Phyllis how grateful he was to find her after Cassie died. Phyllis wonders if she was merely a therapist with benefits, but Nick says he loves her - her passion and drive. He says he has history with Sharon, though, and a family. Phyllis becomes irate yelling that she and Summer didn't ask for this! She calms down, though, and wonders what she's going to tell Summer when she asks why daddy isn't living with them anymore. Nick offers to sit down with Phyllis and talk with Summer, but Phyllis tells him to leave and go to Sharon. Nick says he'll get a room at the Club. Phyllis tells him he can see Summer whenever he wants, but she won't be there.

While Jack argues with Ashley about staying at the Ranch, he gets a call from Phyllis. He tells Ashley he has an emergency and leaves. Adam tells Ashley to get some sleep before he leaves her room. In the hallway, Jack grabs Adam by the collar and tells him if anything happens to Ashley while he's gone, he's going to hold Adam personally responsible! After Jack leaves, Adam tells the maid to go home. She insists she was to stay and watch over him and Ashley, but Adam tells her there's no need to stay. She goes home.

Paul goes to Mary Jane's room to see if she's okay after her outburst downstairs at the Club. Mary Jane says she's tired of women like Sharon, women who string men along without a second thought about who gets hurt in the process. Paul remarks that it sounds like Mary Jane has been hurt before, but she evades the comment by telling Paul she's really tired. Paul is about to leave, but turns around and tells Mary Jane something inside of him is telling him he should care about her. Outside her door, Jeff sees Paul leaving Mary Jane's room and believes Paul is having an affair with her!

Jack arrives at the tackhouse. Phyllis tells Jack Nick has left for good this time for Sharon. Jack is convinced that Sharon won't leave him because she's committed to raising the baby with him. Phyllis tells Jack as soon as Sharon realizes she and Nick are getting divorced, she will leave Jack for Nick and the sooner they accept this, the easier it will be for both of them. Jack tells Phyllis he proposed to Sharon earlier that night, but she had reasons as to why she was not ready. Phyllis says Sharon was waiting to see what Nick was going to do! They talk about how they've both been in denial. Suddenly, Jack kisses Phyllis! They make love and Mary Jane watches them from the window outside. She has tears in her eyes.

At the Club, Sharon sees Nick going into his room. Nick tells her it's over between himself and Phyllis. Sharon tells him she still has her room there and she needs some time to think because she's so overwhelmed right now. Nick invites her in. Mary Jane sees Sharon go into Nick's room and says, "Poor Jack!" Inside Nick's room, he tells Sharon he left Phyllis because he is still in love with her. Sharon wonders if he still loves Phyllis, and Nick says a part of him will always love Phyllis, but not the same way he loves Sharon. Sharon says she should go, but Nick says he wants her, he wants them, and he wants it all back. He says he won't deny he has feelings for Phyllis, but he can't be devoted to her alone the way she wants him to be. Sharon says she can't believe this is real - that her dream has come true! They kiss and make love.

Nikki and Paul are downstairs at the Club. She tells Paul that Victoria called and she's worried about Ashley being at the Ranch alone in this storm with Victor being away, but she can't check on Ashley because she has the kids. Nikki decides to go over to the Ranch to check on Ashley and to meet Paul at home later.

Gloria and Jeff are back at the penthouse and compare their results. Gloria is disappointed because she didn't get any information out of Nikki. Jeff tells Gloria Mary Jane is sleeping with Nikki's fiance, too! They laugh out loud together.

Ashley is awakened from her sleep by Sabrina calling her name again. Ashley grabs a flashlight and begins to look for whoever is calling her. Ashley reaches the top of the staircase and hears someone call her name behind her. She turns around to see a veiled figure. She grabs the veil off the figure and sees Adam in a long black wig. Ashley's startled and falls down the stairs! Adam runs down the stairs and begs Ashley to wake up as Nikki begins to knock on the door to check on Ashley!

Ashley Wants to be Sabrina?

At the coffeehouse, Ashley and Olivia eat cake - it's Ashley's birthday. Ashley promises to take it easy, telling Olivia that she and Victor have a dinner for two planned later.

Kay and Lauren run into each other at Crimson Lights as well. They talk about Kevin's progress and the fact that Gloria gaslit Katherine in order to get those Jabot shares. Lauren tells Katherine Sharon stole $10,000 worth of merchandise from Fenmore's and she's pressing charges.

Sharon sits with Heather in the Club dining room. She is about to confess to taking all of the stolen items when Nick comes up to them and pulls Sharon aside. He asks her what she's thinking - she's about to self-destruct! He wants Sharon to drop the charges against Phyllis, but Sharon refuses. Nick says he's sick of Sharon and Phyllis arguing with each other. He asks Sharon if he wants her to take away Noah's mother and step-mother on the same day - the anniversary of Cassie's accident?! Nick asks Sharon to tear up her confession and to drop the charges against Phyllis, but she says she can't. She does agree, though, to wait a while until Nick returns.

Jack arrives at the police station and wonders where Nick is. Phyllis said he should be coming, and tells Jack she's made a mess of things. Jack says he knows that she made the mess in Sharon's room - the disaster had her written all over it! Jack points out that she and Sharon have each had each other arrested, and Phyllis is going to lose Nick if she doesn't quit scheming and harassing Sharon. At first Phyllis tries to defend herself, but eventually accepts her responsibility. Jack says this is a wake-up call to her. Jack suggests Phyllis show some understanding towards Sharon and her situation. Before Jack leaves, Phyllis tells him he's a good friend.

Neil finds Olivia at Crimson Lights and tells her he's given his resignation at Newman. But now, he's second-guessing himself. Olivia tells him he should listen to his gut - just as he should have before he married Karen. Olivia points out that his attraction to Tyra before he married Karen should have told him he wasn't ready to be completely committed to Karen. Neil admits he didn't feel the same way with Karen that he felt with Dru. He says he still misses Dru. Olivia says Tyra might be the right one for him and she might not be, but whoever is will be a lucky woman. Neil says he's going to begin figuring it out right now and gets out his phone to call Tyra.

At Newman, Victor and Victoria talk about Neil's resignation from the company. Victoria tells Victor that Phyllis was arrested for vandalizing Sharon's room, and Victor wonders when Phyllis and Sharon will learn to get along. Victoria tells her father he might as well be wishing for world peace! Victoria thinks it's good that Noah has somewhere stable to stay while all this chaos is going on. She wishes Victor a nice night with Ashley for her birthday.

Nikki stops by the Ranch and talks with Estella a little. She asks how she and Ashley are getting along and Estella admits things are worse than they were before. Estella moves the coffee table slightly. Adam appears and he and Nikki have a pleasant conversation. Suddenly, Adam falls over the coffee table! Nikki helps Adam get up and Estella comes into the room to help as well. Estella apologizes profusely for moving the table. Adam tells her it's OK - it was just an accident. Nikki leaves. Estella sits on the couch with Adam, who admits he's terrified because everyday gets darker and darker for him. Estella tries to reassure him that things will get better, but Adam isn't so sure.

Lauren arrives at the police station where she finds Phyllis. Phyllis says she was caught for vandalizing Sharon's hotel room. Lauren tells Phyllis Eden begged her to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake, and Phyllis shocks Lauren by telling her she agrees! Phyllis says she's tired of seeing the kids suffer. When Nick is coming into the police station and Lauren is going out, Lauren tells Nick she is dropping the charges against Sharon because his wife asked her to. Nick apologizes for taking so long to get there to Phyllis and says he talked to Sharon, but she refuses to drop the charges against Phyllis. Phyllis admits to Nick that her scheming made things worse and from now on she wants to be honest with him. She says she expects the same from him - she just wants to be happy again.

Nikki, Victoria, and Katherine sit in the Club dining room where Nikki fills them in on Adam's accident. Nikki says she has a hard time feeling sorry for Adam and Victoria agrees. They also agree that there's something odd about Adam - he can't be trusted.

At the Ranch, Victor encourages Ashley to go upstairs and get ready for her dinner. Upstairs, Ashley finds a gown, shoes, and earrings laid out for her and assumes Victor picked them out for her to wear. She puts them on and comes downstairs. Victor turns around to see Ashley in the gown and drops the glasses he's holding, asking Ashley why she's wearing that dress?! Ashley's confused. Victor commands Ashley to go upstairs and change out of it immediately. A shocked Ashley goes to do so, and Victor asks Estella if she remembers packing the dress. Estella says she put Sabrina's gown in storage months ago. Victor wants to know who was in the house that day, and Estella tells him that Nikki was there earlier. Victor leaves. Later, when Ashley comes back downstairs in a different dress, Estella tells her that the dress she had put on was the dress Sabrina wore the night of her accident. Ashley immediately blames Estella for this, and both she and Estella become upset.

Tyra meets Neil at the coffeehouse. He asks about Ana before he tells her that it will take a long time for him to get over how he hurt Karen. Tyra tells Neil she has strong feelings for him, and Neil admits he has strong feelings for her as well. Neil says he wants to take things slowly though, and Tyra says she can be patient. She kisses him and leaves.

At the Club, Jack and Mary Jane are celebrating how great his interview and photo shoot went. Mary Jane suddenly invites him to enjoy his champagne up in her room instead! Jack hesitates slightly, but then follows her upstairs. Once they are in her room, Mary Jane kisses him and throws him down on her bed! After they've made love, Jack brings up the fact that Mary Jane has a husband and says he can be discrete. Mary Jane laughs and tells him she's not really married - she just tells people that when she travels. She says if they make love a few more times, they won't be doing anything wrong, and kisses Jack some more.

Katherine meets with Neil at the Club. Katherine says she knows he resigned at Newman. Neil observes that Katherine has a leadership gap at Chancellor and says he can fill it! Neil wants to be CEO at Chancellor and Katherine remarks that his work is exemplary. She says she'd be honored if Neil would work with her.

Nick goes back to the Club and tells Sharon that Phyllis got Lauren to drop the charges against her for Noah's sake. Nick says now she can tear up her confession and she can get the help she needs. Sharon tells him it's too late - Heather is on her way to get Sharon's confession - she got tired of waiting for Nick. Heather arrives and asks Sharon for her letter. Sharon hedges and Nick grabs the letter and tosses it onto the fire. Heather tells Nick he'll be arrested for obstruction of justice, but Sharon says she wanted him to do that. Heather is pissed. After Heather leaves, Sharon asks Nick what happens now. Nick says the family has been through enough. He says Sharon needs to show the same mercy to Phyllis she showed her. Sharon agrees, but tells Nick to leave her alone from now on!

Nick returns to the police station and informs Phyllis he just saw Sharon and that she agreed to drop the charges against her. Nick says they can move forward, now.

Lauren confronts Sharon in the dining room at the GCAC. She says the only reason Sharon isn't going to prison is because of Eden. She says that even though Sharon blamed Eden for everything that has gone wrong in her relationship with Noah, she begged Lauren to drop the charges against Sharon for Noah's sake. Sharon tells Lauren she will never forgive herself for allowing Eden getting blamed for the stolen books. Lauren warns Sharon if she ever hurts Eden again, she's going to re-file the charges!

Victor goes to the Club and walks over to Victoria and Nikki. He immediately accuses Nikki of arranging for Ashley to wear Sabrina's gala gown. Nikki is furious. She tells Victor Ashley had the opportunity and motive to do that herself - Sabrina's spirit still lives at the Ranch and in Victor's heart. Nikki says Ashley's had mental problems in the past - maybe she wants to be Sabrina.

Ashley is alone in her room at the Ranch, and she's shocked when she finds a photo of Victor and Sabrina, who is wearing her gala gown, along with her credit card receipt for the dress! Ashley asks I didn't buy this....did I?

Victor Buys a New Art Piece

Jana starts her first day as Sabrina's art assistant at the Newman Ranch. She meets Victor and tells him how great she thinks he is. Michael arrives at the Ranch and he and Victor begin to discuss the lawsuit with Jabot. Victor tells Michael he does not want to settle and will do whatever it takes to fight the case.

David gives Nikki a diamond necklace. She is worried about the meeting regarding Jabot's lawsuit.

At the coffeehouse, Kevin is still overwhelmed with customers. Gloria arrives at the coffeehouse, and Kevin asks her where she has been. Gloria is frantic, and tells Kevin she just learned that her diamonds are fake. Jill calls Gloria and demands she come to work, but Gloria says she has a family emergency and hangs up.

At Jabot, Brad notices Nikki's new necklace and inquires about it to David. David tells Brad he is paying him off.

Paul tells J.T. about his visit with Elizabeth. Paul wonders, despite how crazy Elizabeth seems, if her allegations are right about David.

Allistair arrives at the coffeehouse, and greets Gloria cheerfully. Gloria is not pleased to see him. She tells him to take over filling orders for her, and he does.

During a meeting, Jill tells Nikki she should settle the lawsuit against Newman, but Nikki is adamant that she will not settle. Nikki also assigns Victoria and Brad to work together on a Jabot retro project. Neither of them are happy about working with one another, and Jill tries to tell Nikki that Victoria might be of better use on something else, but Nikki doesn't listen. Jill also tries to get Nikki to reconsider settling, but Nikki won't hear of it.

At the Ranch, Victor reiterates to Michael that he will not settle. Michael tells Victor not to mix emotion with business, but Victor is adamant that Michael proceed with the case anyway.

Jana tells Sabrina she thinks it is romantic how much passion she and Victor have for art. She also tells Sabrina that she believe she and Victor are destined to be together, and this makes Sabrina happy. Later, Jana watches as Sabrina bids millions of dollars on an art piece for Victor. After they win the bidding war, Sabrina, Jana, and Victor celebrate.

Nikki talks to Victoria about her struggle with Jill. Victoria tells Nikki it is probably hard for Jill to let go of the control she had over Jabot. Later, Jill tells Nikki she needs to let go of Victor.

Adam wants to help Michael with the lawsuit. They go to the coffeehouse to do some work. When Michael arrives, Gloria and Kevin fill him in on the diamond situation. Michael finds out that Gloria did not insure her diamonds, and he tells her there isn't anything he can do, but that he will make a few calls to see if someone took them.

David places another bet of $25,000.

Sabrina and Victor talk about their wedding and honeymoon. When Victor asks Sabrina what her dream wedding is, she tells him it doesn't matter where they get married, as long as she has him. Both of them are very anxious to go on their honeymoon.

Adam gives Victor some bad news from the lab about the lawsuit. Victor tells Adam to consult with another lab, until he can find one to give Victor the news he wants.

Michael tells Gloria that he talked to everyone at the bank, and that no one there switched her diamonds. Gloria feels quite hopeless, and Allistair notices. Allistair calls Jeff quietly and tells him he thinks it was a mistake to tell Jeff about Gloria's diamonds, as he thinks Gloria has nothing now. Jeff responds that he doesn't know what Allistair is talking about.

Paul tells J.T. that he talked with the sister of David's first ex-wife. He tells J.T. that the sister is convinced David pushed her over the edge, to commit suicide, but she does not have any proof.

Victoria overhears Jana telling Kevin and Gloria how much money Victor spent on an art piece today.

David pays Brad $10,000, and says he will pay him the rest later. Nikki sees the exchange, and becomes suspicious.

The Anniversary of Cassie's Death

David and Nikki meet at Jabot. When Nikki inquires about why David left so early that morning, David tells her he went to a Gambler's Anonymous meeting. He goes on to tell her that it was a step meeting, and that he feels resentment toward her because she refused to join their bank accounts together.

Paul tells J.T. he is going to Bermuda to find David's ex-wife. J.T. notices Paul cares a lot about Nikki, and Paul says he will always care for Nikki.

At the Ranch, Victor lectures Adam for his mistake with Natural Glow. Adam tries to make excuses, but Victor insists Adam not talk and just listen.

At the club, Victoria is preparing to order breakfast. Niel bumps in to her and he tells Victoria about the mistake Adam made with Natural Glow.

Danny stops in at Restless Style and tells Phyllis he wants to take Daniel on tour with him for the summer. Phyllis doesn't like this idea, and points out that Daniel has a job and responsibilities in Genua City. Phyllis also tells him not to ask Daniel about the tour today, as it is the anniversary of Cassie's passing.

Nick and Sharon reflect on Cassie's death at Cassie's Corner. Nick admits he cannot remember that day and he feels badly about it.

When Daniel arrives at Restless Style, Danny tells him he wants Daniel to go on tour with him as an assistant to his photographer. Daniel is excited at the prospect, but when Phyllis points out he has responsibilities in Genua City, Daniel is conflicted about what to do.

Paul and J.T. begin to wonder if David's ex-wife is hiding from him.

At Jabot, Victoria and Nikki are on could nine thinking about their lawsuit against Newman.

At Newman, Adam asks Niel about the best and worst case scenarios for the lawsuit. Adam wants to do something to help, but he isn't sure what he can do.

Daniel is about to tell Amber about Danny's offer to go on tour with him, but Amber expresses her sadness over the fact that no one has responded to her ads in Restless Style yet. Daniel tells her he wishes Amber would believe in herself as much as he and Katherine do. Later, Daniel tells Amber about the tour offer.

Phyllis brings Summer to Restless Style to try to cheer Nick up.

At the coffeehouse, Victoria takes a moment to remember Cassie at Cassie's Corner. She runs into Sabrina and Victoria compliments her new purse, a gift from Victor. Sabrina tells Victoria that Victor is not very happy with Adam, and Sabrina seems disturbed about how Victor laid into Adam earlier that morning.

As Sabrina is leaving the coffeehouse, Victoria runs into a blue Adam. She offers him some advice about Victor. She also tells him that he could have learned a lot from her.

Victoria sends flowers to Nick and Sharon at Restless Style. Later, she goes over to the magazine headquarters to offer her condolences in person. Sharon asks Nick if he wants to go to Cassie's grave with her, but Nick decides to stay at work. He asks Victoria to tell him everything about the day that Cassie died, but Victoria tells him all he needs to know is that he loved Cassie as much as she loves her son, Reed. She also tells Nick about Adam's mistake in buying Natural Glow.

Adam takes Victoria's advice. He goes back to the Ranch and offers Victor a sincere apology and a tells Victor he wants to help.

Phyllis talks to Nick about her concerns about Daniel going on tour with Danny. She is worried that Daniel will love touring so much that he will not want to come back to Genua City.

David places a bet.

Victor talks with Sabrina about losing Cassie.

Sharon spends time at Cassie's grave, talking to her about the life she would have been leading now had she not died. Sharon cries over the loss of her daughter and lies by her grave site in reflection.

Adam Messes Up

J.T. and Paul talk about Paul's investigation into David's past. J.T. suggests Paul talk with Niel as Niel might know David's ex-wife because they all worked on Granville Global.

Victor arranges for Lauren to bring a shopping spree from Fenmore's to Sabrina as a surprise treat. Sabrina is overwhelmed, and tells Victor she cannot accept all of the generosity. She lets Victor know that she loves him for who he is, not for how much money he has.

Niel offers Adam some advice about someone he is working with, but Adam ignores it. Later, Adam gets a call from Skye and they talk about how to use the information they have obtained about David. Niel calls Victor to check on Adam's work, and Victor asks Niel to watch over Adam for him.

Heather runs into Heather at Jabot, and he teases her about it. He asks her to dinner, but Heather says she has too much work to do. They arrange to have a rain check on their date. Victoria overhears the conversation, and later she gives Brad a hard time about dating Heather.

Paul finds Niel at Newman and asks him what he knows about David. Niel tells Paul about the hard time David gave Dru when she was accused of Carmen's murder. Niel also tells Paul he doesn't know David's ex-wife. Adam eavesdrops outside the door as the two men talk. Afterwards, Paul asks J.T. to go through Newman's records on Granville Global to see if he can find anything out about David's ex-wife, and J.T. agrees to do this for Paul.

David tries to use Nikki's social security number to get his credit limit raised. He is denied a raise in credit limit until the company talks to Nikki. Later, David tries to get a loan from the bank with Nikki's name attached, but they refuse to give him a loan unless Nikki is present as well.

Victor and Lauren think all the clothes Lauren brought to show Sabrina would look perfect on her. Victor wants to buy all of the clothes Lauren brought, but Sabrina insists that they not buy them all. Victor tells her to pick one item, and Sabrina selects a very nice purse. She is thrilled with it.

Niel becomes very annoyed with Adam. Niel calls Victoria to find out about Adam's new company, Natural Glow. He learns that Victoria had a thorough search of the company done, and he is able to find the write-up for the company. Niel is not pleased with what he learns about Natural Glow.

J.T. and Paul go to the coffeehouse to talk more about David's past. Paul gets J.T. to help him with a phone call to David's ex-wife so that he can attempt to trace the call. J.T. calls and asks to speak to David's ex-wife about some questions he has about Granville Global. David's ex-wife ends up hanging up on J.T. before Paul can get the complete number traced. However, they learn she is living in Bermuda.

Before leaving Jabot to have dinner with Nikki, Victoria warns Heather about Brad, telling Heather Brad isn't always what he seems. Heather tells Victoria she is not dating and doesn't plan to date Brad.

Lauren tells Victor how great she thinks Sabrina is. At the club, Sabrina stops by Nikki and Victoria's table, and they notice her new purse. After she is gone, they comment to one another about how expensive it must have been.

Niel stops by Victor's house at the Newman Ranch and tells him that Natural Glow, which was acquired by Adam had a lawsuit brought against them by Jabot before Newman bought it. Now, Newman is stuck with a lawsuit against them from Jabot.

Sam Casswell Shoots Cover for Restless Style

Victor calls Sabrina and tells her he can't make dinner because his meeting is running late. Adam tells Sabrina to get used to this because work comes first with Victor. Sabrina tells Adam Victor is nothing like him.

David gives Nikki an engagement ring and tells her it is a family heirloom. He suggests they get married later that night, but Nikki reminds him today is the anniversary of Nick's plane crash. Later, David receives a phone call and he apologizes for going over his credit card limit by buying Nikki's engagement ring. He tells the company he will be on time with his payment.

Sharon and Phyllis reminisce on Nick's plane crash. Jack brings in Sam Cresswell to be the new cover model for Restless Style's first issue. Kathy Hilton is with her. Phyllis tells Jack she isn't happy that he didn't consult them before making this decision. Later on, Phyllis gets even more angry that Jack allows Jamie and Kathy to take over the entire photo shoot.

Amer, Daniel, Jana, and Kevin play Pictionary for their double date. Amber and Daniel win.

Cane and Chloe arrive at Jabot to celebrate with Lily on her cover of Restless Style. Cane can see that something is wrong with Lily, but when he asks her, she tells him everything is fine. While they are celebrating, Chloe gets a phone call, alerting her that her apartment flooded. Lily invites her to move in with her and Devon, which Devon is not happy about.

Niel and Karen meet at the coffeehouse. Karen tells Niel she does not think he is over Dru, and she is not Dru, and never will be. She also tells him, she was offered a job in New York. She tells Niel to do some soul searching and if he can tell her that he really wants her to stay, she will.

Katherine welcomes Victoria back to Jabot, and they talk about Victor's relationship with Sabrina and why Victoria left her last job.

Later, Victoria goes to the Newman Ranch to talk to Victor, but when she learns he is not there, she tells Sabrina and Adam what she thinks of each of them.

After the photo shoot, Sam Casswell wants to keep a $4,000 dress. When she asks to have it, Phyllis stalls, but Jamie tells Sam to go ahead and take it, they will bill her for the dress. Phyllis is very angry that Jamie made this decision and that Jack did not stop it. Phyllis doesn't believe they will ever see the money for that dress.

Nikki and David decide to go to Mexico to get married. They board the plane and get stuck on either side of a cranky woman with a cranky cat.

Adam and Sabrina talk about what Victoria had to say about each of them. Adam asks her for a new start before Victor returns home.

While Chloe and Devon are away from the table, Cane gets Lily to tell him what is wrong with him. She tells Cane that she still feels guilty for the miscarriage. She tells Cane she read a pregnancy article that said drinking coffee increases the chance you will have a miscarriage. Cane reassures Lily that losing the baby was not her fault.

Later, Sharon tells Lily that Restless Style won't be using her cover, and will be using another model. Everyone at the table is shocked by the news.

At the coffeehouse, Jana tells Kevin she is worried that her new job is affecting their connection, and Kevin finds this amusing.

Niel tells Karen she is right - he is not ready to be in a relationship right now and that Karen should go to New York.

Jamie encourages Jack to become the boss at Restless Style, and he agrees this is a good decision.

After Nikki and David are stuck on the plane on the runway for hours, they decide to get off. However, just as they stand up to leave, their plane gets cleared for take off.

Sabrina and Victor Engaged!

Victoria, Brad, and Nikki have a meeting at Jabot. Victoria gets upset when Nikki doesn't allow her to work on a project she wants to, but Nikki tells her daughter she has something else in mind for her.

David finds out that he loses a bet. Later, Brad is thrilled to find out that his plan worked.

Sabrina tells Victor she wants to marry him, and that she wants to tell Victoria the news herself. Victor tells her he thinks they should tell the children together, so he invites Adam, Nick, and Victoria to the Ranch for his news.

Colleen tells Adrian she is headed to China later that night, and Adrian accuses her of needing a place to hide out after she destroyed his life. Later on, Adrian learns that his book is dead.

At Restless Style, Nick is swamped when he gets Victor's call. Sharon, Phyllis, and Jack struggle to make some decisions about the magazine while Nick is out of the office.

At the coffeehouse, Colleen fills Kevin in on Adrian's book, and he is excited it is dead. He tries to cheer her up by giving her her favorite drink, but only reminds her of the day she met Adrian because he ordered the same drink. Later, Colleen tells her father she is going to China and he is sad to see her go. He offers to drive her to the airport.

Nikki shows Lily the cover of Restless Style, and Lily is thrilled. She asks if she can show her father, and Nikki says of course she can, that Niel will be very proud of her.

At Restless Style, Jamie tells Jack, Sharon, and Phyllis how awful their magazine is. She tells them one change they need to make is to scrap Lily, but Phyllis does not agree. Jack and Sharon agree with Jamie, that they need a celebrity on the cover of their magazine, so Jack starts making some phone calls to see what he can do.

Nick and Victoria arrive at the Newman Ranch to find Adam already there. All of them are wondering what Victor wants to tell them. Sabrina asks to talk to Victoria alone, but at that moment, Victor comes in and he announces his and Sabrina's engagement. Victoria, Nick, and Adam are shocked. They all congratulate the couple, but none of them seem to really be sincere about it.

Outside, Nick tells Victoria good luck telling Nikki about the news. Victoria and Nick both agree that Victor and Sabrina getting married is crazy.

Brad asks David to deposit his payment installment into Colleen's bank account, but David tells him he has fallen behind on some bills, and that he will have the payment for him next week.

Colleen and Lily find one another in the coffeehouse and Colleen tells her friend she is going to China. Lily is sad to see her go.

Adrian learns that no one else wants to publish his book. Later, when Colleen returns, he tells her the bad news. He also learns that his agent is dropping him. He blames Colleen and Brad for this, and Colleen is very hurt by the way he is acting toward her.

Jack decides to stop the printing of the covers for Restless Style magazine because he has the possibility of getting a celebrity to be on the cover. When Nick returns to the office and finds out what Jack has done, he is not pleased. Nick tells Phyllis he is not willing to be in business with another man like his father.

Adam confronts Sabrina about her quick engagement to Victor. Sabrina accuses Adam of being a jerk.

When Victoria tells Nikki about Victor's engagement, she seems okay with it. Later, she tells David she wants to get married much sooner than August 17th, which makes David incredibly happy.

Victor comes home to find Sabrina cooking a dinner for them to celebrate. Unfortunately, Victor has to go to a meeting, but tells Sabrina he would like to celebrate with her later.

Adrian's Book is Put On Hold

Victor is happy when he listens to Adam's message, telling him he would like to move into the Newman ranch.

Brad reminds his bookie that he will give him $25,000 if he can get David to bet on a sure loser. Brad is frustrated that his bookie has not been able to get David to do so thus far.

Amber and Daniel enjoy their morning together and take advantage of the extra time they have before they have to go into work.

Adrian asks Colleen to go on his book tour with him, and she agrees to go. She is still worried about the ramifications of the book being published, however.

Michael receives a phone call from Adrian's publishing house. Michael is able to get Adrian's book being published on hold. Brad is impressed.

At the coffeehouse, Michael informs Kevin that Adrian's book has been put on-hold. Kevin is relieved and tells Michael the best part about it is that Jana will never have to know. Unfortunately, Jana is behind him when he says this and wants to know what is going on. Kevin tries to lie, but fails. He ends up telling her the truth, which shocks and worries Jana. Michael tells her he will do everything possible to stop the book from being published.

Adrian learns that his book has been put on hold and that his book tour has been cancelled. He blames Colleen for Brad's actions.

Victor tells Sabrina he has invited Adam to live at the ranch and that he accepted his offer. Sabrina does not like the idea, but agrees to let him come live there. Victor is thrilled and calls Adam to tell him to move in right away.

Colleen goes to tell Brad Adrian knows what he has done. Brad tells her that he had to move quickly in order to protect their family, and Colleen says she understands. She tells her father that she thinks she might lose Adrian and that her heart is breaking. Brad tells her that if she and Adrian are meant to be, they will make it through this difficult time.

At the club, Victoria watches David and Nikki interact. Nikki tells her that once she and David get married, there is no hope for her and Victor to get back together. Victoria says that it is going to take some time getting used to Victor and Sabrina's relationship.

Sabrina is cold to Adam as he moves into the ranch.

Later, Sabrina finds Victoria and they exchange a few civil words. Adam also finds Victoria and asks her if she wants to team up against Sabrina. Victoria is shocked when she finds out that Adam has moved into the Newman ranch.

Brad reminds David he needs to start paying back the money he owes him as today is payday.

At the coffeehouse, Amber and Daniel announce to Kevin and Jana that they move in together. The four of them plan a double date.

Colleen informs Adrian that she is going to Shanghai for the work study program, so that they can have some time apart.

Victor has a diamond ring delivered to the art gallery and asks Sabrina to marry him.

David and Nikki Set a Wedding Date

Lily returns to Jabot after her photo shoot in L.A. She seems excited to get back to work and Chloe is excited as well. The two of them talk about the trip, and Lily and Chloe discuss what is next for her. Cane is still worried about Lily, however, and wants her to take some time to grieve.

Colleen tells Kevin she needs some more time to talk with Adrian about publishing his book. Both Kevin and Colleen are worried about the ramifications if the book is published. They stop talking about it when Jana approaches, but Jana senses something is up. Colleen tells her she may need to leave town to take a work study opportunity. Jana tells Colleen about the job she was offered by Sabrina.

Sabrina and Victor meet with the painter Brian Willis regarding one of his works in order to decide whether to acquire the work or not.

When Victor learns that Victoria is working for Jabot, he is disappointed.

As Adam moves into Victoria's old office, he doesn't feel right.

Victoria is nervous about her first day at Jabot, and Nikki tries to calm her nerves. Victoria tells Nikki, Brad, David, and Jill she wants to start a new eco-friendly product line. Jill is worried that Victoria is coming on too strong as a new employee. Nikki, Victoria, and David work together to come up with a way to tie in new products into the release of a new film.

David thanks Brad for keeping his loan quiet. Later, Brad insists David set up a payment plan with him, and David agrees.

Jana tells Kevin about her job offer. She is worried Kevin will be upset, but Kevin is thrilled for her, and gives her his blessing. Jana is thrilled Kevin is happy for her.

Colleen and Lily meet at Jabot to talk about Colleen's problem with Adrian's book being published.

Nikki holds a meeting about the new tie in idea, and Jill seems to like it. She gets concerned, though, when Brad makes comments about the film industry not being very reliable.

Lily admits to Cane she has been avoiding him in order to avoid thinking about the miscarriage. They agree to meet and talk later.

Victoria and Brad work on the quarterly reports together at Jabot. Victoria makes it clear she will not be passing any insider information about Newman to Jabot.

Adam talks to Victor about how he does not feel right taking over Victoria's office. He also tells Victor he questions the way he treated Victoria. Victor assures him that his mother would not be disappointed in the way he acted, and this seems to help Adam feel better.

Jana accepts the job offer from Sabrina, and she asks her what it is like to work for Victor Newman. Sabrina reveals some personal details of what Victor is like.

Nikki finally agrees to set a wedding date with David, four months from now. Later, Nikki walks in on a phone call David made to the club to book the Colonnade room for their wedding. Nikki tells him that she was married to Victor there, but that she would like to have her wedding there again. The wedding date is sooner than Nikki had planned, but she is excited to be marrying David.

Brad overhears David placing bets, and tries to set him up to fail.

At the club, Lily runs into Madam Chauvin and tells her she lost the baby. Madam Chauvin comforts her and tells Lily to come by the studio if she ever wants to take a class. Later, Lily tells Cane she would like a fresh start, and he agrees to a fresh start with her.

Colleen meets with Adrian and they fight about his book being published. Adrian insists that he is going to publish his book, but Colleen reminds him how much it will hurt people. Adrian tells her that she is immature. Adrian goes to speak with Brad when he finds out Colleen gave him an advanced copy of his book.

Victor asks Adam to come live at the Newman ranch, and Adam tells Victor he will think about it.

Nikki and David tell Victoria they are getting married in August, and Victoria is shocked.

Victoria Leaves Newman

Nick receives a text message from Victoria telling him to meet her at Newman in fifteen minutes. She tells him it is important. Nick asks Phyllis to take his meeting with Ada, which Phyllis isn't too happy about.

Adam tries to get Skye to stay in town to no avail. He receives a call from Phyllis who wants to reschedule their meeting. He tells Phyllis they can meet in 30 minutes at the club. Skye realizes Adam is interested in Phyllis.

Victor is hurt that Victoria is leaving Newman. Niel finds out that Victoria is leaving Newman and he is sad about it.

Nick tries to convince his father to tell Victoria to stay at Newman, but Victor is too stubborn. Sabrina interrupts and Nick leaves his father's office.

Sabrina tries to convince Victor that Victoria will always love and adore him. Victor tells Sabrina he falls in love with her more and more.

Before Sabrina continues to interview applicants for the assistant position, she stops by Victoria's office where she is cleaning up. Sabrina tells Victoria she is sorry and she wishes it didn't have to be this way, and Victoria agrees.

Meanwhile, at Jabot, Brad and Jill both learn from Nikki that Victoria is going to be coming to work for them. Jill is not thrilled with this news. She talks to Brad about it, and Brad points out Victoria's strengths as a businesswoman.

At the coffeehouse, Colleen asks Kevin if she can talk to him. She tells Kevin that Adrian's book is supposed to come out soon, and that she told him everything when she was mad at her father. She tells Kevin she told Adrian everything about her family and told him it was okay for him to use real names in his book. Kevin and Colleen know how much trouble this will mean for Jana, and Colleen tells Kevin she will try to talk to Adrian about it.

Jeff walks into the coffeehouse, looking around to see that Gloria is not there. Jana talks to him about how he needs to tell Gloria that he is in love with her, but Jeff denies he is in love, saying he is happy to be divorcing Gloria. Later, Jana tells Gloria she needs to tell Jeff how she feels about him because she knows Jeff is in love with her, but Gloria is skeptical.

At Jabot, Gloria talks to her lawyer about making a sizable donation to charity anonymously. Jill overhears her call and interrupts. Gloria, not knowing that Jill overheard her asks Jill for advice on how her friend can make a sizable donation to charity anonymously. Jill tells her when people see a lot of money being donated, they usually figure out that something is up.

Adam kisses Skye at the club before he heads to his meeting with Phyllis. Phyllis tells him that Restless Style needs to move the Beauty of Nature ad, and Adam insists it stays where it is or he will pull the Beauty of Nature account from Restless Style for good.

Niel says good-bye to Victoria at Newman. They both tell one another that they will miss each other.

At Jabot, Jill is infuriated when she finds out Nikki made another huge decision behind her back. Jill and Nikki end up getting into an argument about who she has been hiring for Jabot - David and Victoria. Nikki points out that Jill has Cane working with her as well.

Colleen talks with Adrian about his book. She asks him to not publish. Adrian is shocked and disappointed. He tells Colleen that it will look bad for his reputation and that he will need to pay back his advance. Colleen tells him she knows it is a huge thing to ask, but that real people would be affected if his book is published. Adrian does not make a decision, and heads off to teach class, leaving Colleen at the coffeehouse.

Colleen tells Kevin that she doesn't know if Adrian is going to publish his book or not.

Sabrina offers Jana the art assistant position.

Victoria arrives at Jabot to work with her mom.

Reed's Christening

Victoria is snuggling Reed on her couch when she sees that J.T. has left her a note.

J.T. is at the GCAC ordering breakfast for Victoria. He bumps into Adam and tells him today is Reed's christening. J.T. invites Adam to come to the christening, but Adam says he has a full day of work to attend.

Victor and Sabrina eat breakfast at the ranch. Sabrina leaves for work.

Nikki arrives at Victoria's house and gives her a present. Victoria opens the present to find that Nikki is giving her her Bible. She reminisces with Nikki about how she used to read from her Bible to Victoria and Nick when they were kids. J.T. arrives back home and Nikki leaves. Victoria and J.T. talk about how they think the christening will go, and whether they think Sabrina will come or not.

Lily gets ready for her doctor's appointment at Niel's. When Cane arrives, Niel is surprised as he thinks he was going to take Lily to the ultrasound. He assures Cane he will be there for Lily every step of the way. When Lily is ready, she shows her father the necklace Cane gave her before she leaves with Cane for her appointment. After Lily leaves, Niel leaves a message on Karen's voicemail, asking her if they can work things out. Devon arrives at Niel's and he and Niel sit down and look at baby pictures of Lily.

At Restless Style, Sharon and Phyllis continue to argue over the cover photo for the magazine. They ask Nick what he thinks, and he tells them he likes the cover photo. Later, Phyllis asks Nick why he okay'ed a second photo shoot if he liked the cover photo, and he said he was just being courteous. Sharon leaves to pick up Noah and Nick leaves as well. Phyllis is frantically searching for her keys when Adam enters the Restless Style office. He compliments the cover photos and Phyllis is pleased. Adam helps Phyllis find her keys before she runs off to meet Nick for the christening.

Sabrina comes to drop off some mail that was delivered to her floor by mistake, and she and Adam talk about her relationship with Victor. It is clear that Sabrina does not like what Adam thinks of her or her relationship with Victor.

At the ultrasound, Cane and Lily read a brochure together. When the doctor enters, she talks with them before she sends in a nurse to do the ultrasound. Lily and Cane believe they see the baby, but when they ask the nurse if what they are seeing is actually the baby, she does not answer them. When the doctor returns, she tells Lily that she is actually not pregnant and that she had an embryonic pregnancy, where an empty sac develops.

Nikki arrives at the Newman ranch fro the christening, and finds Sabrina there. As David is taking a call from his bookie outside, Nikki asks Victor if he bothered to inform Victoria that Sabrina would be attending the christening. Victoria comes up behind her mother and tells her that Victor did not bother informing her. Victor tells everyone to quit making a fuss because it is his house and Sabrina is staying.

At the christening, there is an awkward atmosphere as Victoria tries to ignore Sabrina's presence. Sabrina gives Victoria a silver rattle for Reed from a store she loves. Victoria hurries off to check on Reed.

David keeps taking calls from his bookie, but when Nikki asks what all the calls are about, he lies and tells her that he had Nikki's secretary forward all of her Jabot calls to him.

Nick and Phyllis each make promises to Reed at the christening before the minister baptizes him.

When Lily arrives home, she collapses in tears in her father's arms. Both Cane and Devon look on helplessly.

Victor's Secrets Revealed

Lily meets Cane at the coffeehouse and tells him how disappointed Neil is in her.

Meanwhile, at Newman, Neil tells Karen that Lily is pregnant.

Adam makes the mistake of trying to get Victor to change Beauty of Nature's name again. Victor is very firm that he will not allow Adam to change its name. Later, Adam calls a friend in New York in order to see if they can catch up while he is there on business.

Phyllis welcomes Nick back from his trip to L.A. at the Restless Style headquarters. Shortly after, Sabrina shows up to discuss renting the bottom floor of Nick's building for the art exhibit. He is surprised that she is working for his father.

Cane tells Lily he will help her raise the baby if she decides to keep it. Lily is stressing out over the decision about whether to keep the baby or not.

Jill bumps into Chloe at the club and tells her she wants to talk about Lily. Chloe tells Jill she thinks Lily might be bulimic. Jill tells Chloe she is worried about her health and to get Lily to a doctor as soon as possible.

Nick decides to rent his bottom floor to Victor and Sabrina; he likes the idea of his father owing him rent.

Victor confesses to Sabrina that he owns the mortgage on Nick's building and this makes Sabrina nervous. Victoria nearly catches her father and Sabrina in an embrace when she enters Victor's office without knocking.

Victoria learns that Victor owns the mortgage on Nick's building and she is furious with him about it, but he assures her that he did it protect Nick.

At Restless Style, Phyllis informs Nick that she will need to fly to New York on business later that night. Adam and Phyllis learn that they are both going to New York and Nick assigns Phyllis to help Adam interview people for the Beauty of Nature spokesperson position.

Karen offers to help Lily find a support group, with objective support, but Neil is defensive about this, telling Karen he does not want that kind of support for his daughter. Later, Neil asks Karen if she would help him raise Lily's baby with him, and she is shocked.

Victor stops by Restless Style and signs the contract himself. He tells Nick and Phyllis he likes what they have done with the place.

Sabrina tells Victoria that she is involved with Victor. Victoria becomes very angry with Sabrina and throws her out of her house. Victoria calls Nick for support and he rushes over to her house to be with her. Once there, Nick learns from Victoria of Sabrina's involvement with Victor. He also finds out that Victor owns his mortgage, and he is furious about it.

Chloe finds Cane and Lily and tells Lily that Jill is on to her, and is demanding that she see a doctor immediately.

Jack is Served a Two Million Dollar Lawsuit

Jack is served with a two million dollar lawsuit by Michael at Restless Style.

Michael is in a good mood as his visits Victor at Newman to drop off the paperwork Victor needs to start his art foundation.

Nick stops by Newman and warns Adam to stay away from Phyllis. Adam tells Nick that he didn't know he was so insecure. Nick tells him that he need to go through either him or Jack for advertising in Restless Style. Nick begins to think that Adam is more like Victor than he thought.

Kyon and Jeff continue to kiss passionately as Alistair continues to search for Gloria. He finally finds her in the wine cellar and picks the lock to let her out. When he opens the door, he is distracted by all the wine and ultimately lets the door close again, leaving both Gloria and Alistair locked in the wine cellar together. Alistair tells Gloria what is going on between Jeff and Kyon and tries to get her to tell him what Jeff has on her.

Michael tells Kevin about his lawsuit at the coffeehouse. Kevin, Jana, and Michael talk about Gloria, and Michael tells Kevin and Jana they should uninvite Gloria to their wedding to show her that they are serious, that they want her drama out of their lives.

Kyon tells Jeff that Gloria stood him up, but Jeff doubts her story. Meanwhile, Alistair and Gloria figure out how to get out of the wine cellar.

Nick and Victoria talk about how Adam is resentful of them and how he wants to take everything they have. Victoria talks to Victor about his decision to move her off of the Beauty of Nature project, but Victor refuses to change his mind.

Adam calls Phyllis and apologizes for making her feel uncomfortable. Phyllis wonders if Nick talked to Adam while he was at Newman.

Adam wonders about the connection between Victor and Michael after he runs into Michael at the coffeehouse.

Gloria walks in while Jeff and Kyon are in the middle of a kiss and she is furious. She throws both Kyon and Jeff out and turns Alistair down when he asks her to breakfast.

At the club, Jeff tells Kyon she is going to be on the first flight out of Genua City in the morning, but Kyon tries to get Jeff to pay her to leave.

Jack confronts Michael about the lawsuit at the club in front of a client.

Phyllis confronts Nick about his talking to Adam about her. Nick tells her he doesn't think Adam can be trusted.

Victoria tells Adam that she was taken off Beauty of Nature.

Sabrina enters Victor's office at Newman and tells him she is accepting his offer to stay in Genua City.

Kyon Seduces Jeff

Jeff presents Gloria with a single red rose to begin their second chance first date. He leaves to go and get dinner and tells Gloria to pick out a bottle of wine from the cellar. After Jeff leaves, Kyon barges into the mansion and warns Gloria about Jeff. Gloria tells her that Jeff forced her into the marriage.

Sabrina and Victor are both glowing from their love making the night before at the Ranch. Victoria enters Victor's house and Sabrina worries that Victoria knows something is up between her and Victor. Victoria takes Sabrina to Newman so that she can convince her father to hire Sabrina as a consultant.

Niel and Karen unpack her things in his apartment. Karen worries that Lily and Devon won't be okay with her moving in, but Niel assures her that they are fine with it.

Lily tells Cane she needs time to think alone, so Cane heads to Jabot for work. Colleen comes over to Lily's and she tells her friend that she is pregnant. Colleen tells her she needs to go and see a doctor and that she needs to tell Niel about the pregnancy.

Adam asks Victor to move him off of the Beauty of Nature project because he and Victoria see things so differently. Victor asks him to work it out with Victoria, and Adam tells him he will try.

Victoria and Adam have another confrontation about the Beauty of Nature ad to run in Restless Style.

Felicia Forrester and Nick talk to Nikki about Forrester borrowing Lily for their ad for Restless Style. Nikki eventually gives in, but Cane is concerned. Felicia wants to fly Lily to L.A. for a preliminary photo shoot.

Lily and Colleen continue to talk about what Lily should do about her pregnancy. Chloe calls to tell her to come in to Jabot. Once Lily gets there, she is informed that she will be working with Forrester for the Restless Style ad. Everyone is very excited for this opportunity, but Lily and Cane are both concerned.

Kyon helps Gloria look for wine in the cellar. She locks Gloria into the cellar. Alistair wonders into the Abot mansion looking for Gloria, but finds Kyon instead. After Kyon kicks him out of the mansion, Alistair realizes something isn't right.

J.T. offers to do a background check on Adam, and Victoria agrees that this is a good idea. Later, Victoria complains to Victor about the conflict she and Adam are having and asks him to move Adam to a different project. Victor tells her that he has been thinking about it, and he has decided to move Victoria off of the Beauty of Nature project. She is very upset about this news, but Victor tells her it is the best for the company.

Sabrina visits Victor at Newman before she leaves for her flight to New York. He asks her to be his art consultant. He also tells her he wants her to stay in Genua City and slowly build a modern art museum and a foundation. She tells ?Victor she will think about it. They kiss before she leaves for her flight.

Victoria asks Sabrina to be Reed's godmother, and she accepts.

When Jeff arrives back at the mansion, he finds Kyon. She talks to him about how Gloria will only hurt him and that she is not really in love with him. She disrobes and begins to seduce Jeff. While Jeff and Kyon are being intimate, Alistair sneaks back into the mansion to look for Gloria.

Lily and Devon talk about how they miss Dru. Devon confronts Lily about the pregnancy test, and she admits to him that she is, in fact, pregnant. She asks him not to tell Niel, and he agrees to keep her secret.

Gloria Decides to Have a Seance

Jack and Sharon are helping Phyllis and Nick prepare for the Restless Style launch party when Jack gets a call from Jeff. Jeff tells him that Gloria was scared to death by John's ghost.

Patrick shows everyone Nick's interview in the style section of the paper and everyone is excited about it.

Gloria tells Kevin she believes she saw John's ghost in the Abot mansion.

Alistair is able to pick the lock to the mini-bar and stumbles into the coffeehouse. Sharon and Jack see him and take him back to the GCAC before Gloria or Kevin get to see him.

Amer and Nick both encourage Daniel to talk with Danny and to forgive him. Nick points out that while Danny is not Daniel's biological father, he was there for Daniel when he was growing up. Daniel finally decides to talk with Danny and finds out that he came to Genua City in hopes of reconciling with his son.

Jana overhears Gloria and Kevin's conversation and tells them they need to have a seance to see if John's ghost is really in the mansion.

Lily tells Cane how nervous she is about the party. Cane assures her that she will do a great job. She tells Cane how hard Chloe has been on her, and he offers to tell Chloe to back off, but Lily says she can fight her own battles.

Later, Chloe and Lily have a fight, but then hug, which confuses Cane.

Victor reads the article about Nick in the paper. Adam asks him if he is going to the party, but Victor says he still refuses to go. Later, Adam runs into Sabrina and Victoria at Newman and point out that Nick used his money to start the magazine, but that he wouldn't have been able to do it if his last name weren't Newman. Victoria tells him that he wouldn't be working at Newman if his last name weren't Newman, too.

Victoria pleads with Victor to go to the party, but he still refuses.

Victoria receives a call from J.T. and tells Sabrina she has no baby-sitter for Reed. Sabrina offers to watch him so Victoria can go to the party.

Daniel kisses Amber and thanks her for pushing him into doing the right thing regarding his father.

Gloria sees John's boots in the mansion and tells Jeff she thinks he is playing another game with her, but Jeff insists he didn't put them there. Gloria tells him that she is going to have a seance with Jana and Kevin later that evening.

Jack and Sharon demand Alistair stay in the room at the GCAC and not drink from the mini-bar. After they have left, Alistair orders some liquor to be delivered, gets drunk, and wonders around looking for Gloria.

Cane is stunned when Chloe presents Lily in her couture gown.

Victor finds Sabrina baby-sitting Reed and decides to spend some time with them.

Adam Survives Dinner with the Newmans

Nikki stops by the magazine to check on the progress. Nick invites his mom to join them for dinner, and Nikki is excited about it. However, she is displeased to learn that Adam will also be joining them.

Victoria calls to invite Sabrina to dinner, but gets her voicemail. Adam tells Victor he is headed out for the day. Victoria stops in to say bye to her father before leaving the office as well. Victor invites her to dinner, but Victoria informs him she already has other plans.

Daniel and Amber discuss what to do with the money in the coffee shop. When Kevin appears, Amber tells him that they were talking about how good the sex is between them. Then, Amber tells Kevin she and Daniel are now dating, and Kevin says Jana will be excited to hear the news. After he leaves, Daniel encourages Amber to turn the money over to the feds and to tell Kevin the truth.

Adam arrives at the GCAC and waits for the rest of his new family to join him for dinner. Nikki and David arrive first and talk with Adam while they wait for everyone else to get to the club.

Jana and Kevin watch Daniel and Amber. Kevin doubts that they are dating, but Jana is very enthusiastic and believes they are dating. Later, when Heather meets Daniel, Amber is very scared he will tell her everything about the money.

Sabrina and Victor run into each other at the gym. Victor invites her to dinner at the club, and she accepts.

Heather says that she had a great night with Daniel, but she feels his heart may be somewhere else. She tells him that even if the money were to reappear it probably wouldn't matter because the feds already closed the case on it. She tells Daniel that she is thinking about leaving Genua City.

Nick and Adam discuss big cities versus small towns at dinner. There is little talk from most of the other dinner guests.

Once Victor sees his entire family eating at the club, he says he has lost his appetite, but invites Sabrina to join them. Sabrina says she'd rather not, and he offers her a ride home, which she gladly accepts. They eat fast food back at the ranch where Victor tries to convince Sabrina to stay in Genua City longer.

After Heather leaves, Amber rushes back over to Daniel to find out what he told her. Daniel tells her what Heather said about the money. Amber begins crying and Daniel tells her to kiss him because they "have an audience" and need to look like they really are dating.

Nick gets a phone call from the electrician as dinner is ending. Adam and Phyllis talk while Nick takes the call. Phyllis compliments Adam for surviving dinner. He tells her that he doesn't care if the Newmans like him or not. Later, when Phyllis asks Nick how he thinks dinner went, Nick says Adam does not want to be a part of the family.

Victoria stops by the ranch after dinner. Sabrina tells her that she and Victor saw them having dinner at the club. Victoria thinks that seeing his family having dinner probably hurt Victor's feelings.

Sabrina Decides to Stay

Adam talks with Victoria about the Beauty of Nature ads he put together. Victoria suggests some changes and Adam tells Victoria he will defer to her. Sabrina enters and they all talk about Victor's art collection. Sabrina comments that Adam doesn't seem to understand much about art.

Niel asks Victor why ad money is being allocated to Restless Style, and Victor tells him he is allowing Adam to advertise Beauty of Nature in the magazine in hopes that he will fail. Victor says he wants to teach Adam a business lesson.

Jack and Sharon return from their trip to L.A. They are about to tell Nick and Phyllis the bad news about Forester when the lights go off in the warehouse. Jack manages to fix them, but they all agree the entire warehouse needs to be rewired. Jack tells them that Forester will not be advertising in the magazine. He tells Nick and Phyllis that Victor seems to be the reason Forester decided not to advertise with them, and Nick storms out of the warehouse to confront his father.

At Jabot, Nikki tells David she wants to pay his debt off so he will be less tempted to gamble. David is very hesitant about allowing Nikki to pay his large debt, but finally agrees to it. Nikki also tells him she wants him to seek help for his problem, and she isn't sure she can marry David yet because of all the lies he has told her. David is very disappointed and shocked at this.

Brad notices the tension between Nikki and David. He overhears David tell Nikki he is meeting Walter at the GCAC. Brad sneaks into Nikki's office and listens as she makes the call to her bank to transfer $225,000 into David's account.

Victoria leaves Newman to check on Reed. Sabrina accompanies her. When Victoria reaches the ranch, she gets a call alerting her that Reed's staph infection test came back positive. The doctor tells her the infection can be treated at home with oral antibiotics. Victoria begins to panic and blame herself for Reed becoming sick.

Nick confronts Victor about meddling with his magazine. Both men become angry during the confrontation, and Nick ends up storming out of Victor's office at Newman.

Adam arrives at the warehouse to find Phyllis alone. He tells her that Beauty of Nature will be advertising in the magazine afterall because Victor wants to see him fail. He tells Phyllis that they have to be successful to prove Victor wrong. Adam watches as Phyllis works on the magazine's website.

J.T. makes his way home to check on Victoria and the baby.

Sabrina meets Victor at Newman to tell him of her plans to stay in town longer to be supportive of Victoria. She tells Victor she is worried about Victoria because she seems so fragile. Victor tells Sabrin she may continue to stay at the ranch with him while she's in town.

Sharon and Jack discuss how funny it is that they are all working together.

David meets Walter at the GCAC and tells him he is paying off his debt entirely.

After David leaves, Brad sits down by Walter and buys him a drink.

As Phyllis works on the website with Adam, the lights in the warehouse go out again.

Lily's Photo Shoot

David finds Nikki at the GCAC and asks if he can sit with her. He asks her if she thinks she will ever be able to forgive him, but she tells him she doesn't know yet and leaves for the office.

Brad watches the photo shoot Lily is doing. He is impressed with her, but Chloe tells him Lily still has a ways to go. David enters and tells Brad he is not happy with him because he feels Brad went behind his back to get a business decision approved by Nikki. Brad invites David to the GCAC to get some coffee and to clear the air.

David receives a phone call from his debtor, telling him he has 24 hours to get the money he owes to him or something bad will happen to David.

Sabrina and Victoria are talking at the ranch when Victor walks in. He invites Sabrina to view his art collection and she is really excited about it.

Nikki stops by to see Victoria before she goes to the office. She tells Victoria that David has been lying to her.

Adam talks to Victor about advertising the Beauty of Nature line in Restless Style. When Victor says he does not want this, Adam asks if his decision is personal rather than business. Victoria arrives at Newman and agrees with Adam. Victor finally gives the the okay to advertise in the magazine, but he is not happy about it.

Nikki comes to the photo shoot and asks if anyone has seen Brad. She is surprised to hear David and Brad went to get coffee together.

Chloe offers to treat Lily and Colleen to lunch at the coffeehouse. At lunch, Chloe talks about how certain foods are fattening. She doesn't eat very much and tells Lily the dressing she put on her salad is very fattening.

Nikki goes to the GCAC to talk to David. She tells him that she made a decision, that she wants to be there to support David through his gambling addiction. She makes him promise never to lie to her again, and he agrees.

Sabrina runs into Adam and Victoria as they are exiting a business meeting. Adam accidentally insults both women. Sabrina and Victoria look at the new office Victor had redone for her and they are both pleasantly surprised. Victor enters to escort Sabrina to his art collection.

After lunch back at the photo shoot, Chloe is testy, barking orders and coming down hard on Lily. Cane tells Lily and Chloe that Jabot has decided to send her to the Restless Style magazine party as their representative for Faces of Jabot.

Victor and Sabrina have lunch at the GCAC and discuss art and life.
