Jack, Sharon, and Noah celebrate their being back in the mansion without Jeff and Gloria.
Lauren talks to Michael about Gloria. She believes Gloria has changed, but Michael insists Gloria giving the mansion to Jack was just another manipulative move on her part.
Jill and Alistair meet at the club to discuss what he has learned about Gloria thus far. Jill is anxious to find out why Gloria is in a loveless marriage and what Jeff has over her head.
Alistair visits the mansion and is surprised to learn that Gloria is moving out. Jeff appears at the mansion and is outraged that no one informed him that they were moving. Gloria reminds him that he cheated on her, but Jeff maintains that nothing happened between him and Kyon. Gloria says she has fallen for Alistair and kisses him in front of Jeff.
Chloe talks to Lily about her future as a model. Lily really wants to become the success Chloe is telling her she will be and she worries her pregnancy will get in the way of that. When Lily goes to the bathroom to throw up again, Cane covers for her, telling Chloe Lily is worried about her looks. Chloe catches Cane in another lie, however.
Jill tries to illicit information about Gloria's marriage to him, acting like a caring friend, but Jeff does not offer her much of anything.
Jana wants Kevin to invite Gloria to live with them, but Kevin refuses to allow that to happen.
Cane offers his support to Lily as she is preparing to tell her father about the pregnancy. She tells him that she thinks she should tell him by herself and he respects that.
Chloe sees Neil at the coffeehouse and asks him to talk to Lily about committing to modeling. Niel tells Chloe that he believes Lily wants to finish her education and that he will support his daughter in that.
Michael and Kevin talk about Gloria at the coffeehouse. They both believe Gloria is playing them, but Jana and Lauren both believe that Gloria has changed. In the end, Kevin and Michael agree to not intentionally push Gloria away, but Michael insists that Gloria not live with them again.
Jill walks in on Lily crying in Cane's arms. She asks Cane what is going on and he tells his mother that Chloe is still pushing her too hard. Jill and Cane talk about having children, and Jill realizes that Lily is pregnant.
Lily tells Niel that she is pregnant, and he is shocked, but tells her that he will help and support her in any way he can. Lily tells him, however, that she is not sure she is going to keep the baby.
Jack pushes Gloria to hurry up when she is saying her last good-byes at the mansion. Jack shows no compassion for her, and Gloria is saddened by this. After she leaves, John's ghost appears to Jack and tells him that he is leaving Jack for good, that his work is done. Jack begs him to stay, but John says it is time for him to leave.
Gloria checks into the club and calls Lauren and Michael, asking if she can live with them.

Michael Sets Boundaries with his Mother
Adam sees Nikki at the GCAC and asks if he can join her. He asks her questions about her relationship with Hope and about Hope's time in Genua City. Nikki tries to sugar-coat the truth for him, but Adam sees past what Nikki is not saying.
Alistair tells Jill and Katherine that he knows Gloria's marriage to Jeff was forced. Jill becomes extremely interested and decides to try to get more information out of Alistair.
Jeff insists they move out of the mansion because he cannot compete with John's memory in the Abot mansion. Their argument escalates into a name-calling match. Gloria kisses Jeff passionately. She tries to leave but is blocked by Jeff who kisses her passionately again. Gloria breaks free and runs out of the mansion.
Victor remembers conversations he has had with his family members in the past. Niel walks into his office and sees that Victor is feeling low and tries to be good company. Victor asks him how things are going between Victoria and Adam. Niel tells him that each of them is trying to undermine the other.
David talks with Brad about his gambling addiction. He asks Brad to not mention the poker game to Nikki and he agrees not to do so.
Michael and Lauren talk about Gloria and her effect on their lives. Lauren suggests Michael cut her off and let her figure her life out herself. In the middle of this conversation, however, Gloria calls and tells Michael she is coming over, not giving Michael a chance to respond. Once she is at Michael and Lauren's, Michael tells her she can no longer count on him, Lauren, or Kevin for help, and that she is on her own now. He also tells her that his apartment is off-limits to her. Gloria is shocked.
Alistair asks Jill and Katherine a lot of questions about John in order to get closer to Gloria. Jill and Kay answer his questions in hopes that they will find out more information about the marriage Jeff and Gloria share.

Daniel Comes Face to Face with his Father
At Restless Style magazine Nick and Phyllis are going over the last minute details for their launch party. Kay stops by and gives Amber a check to start her own clothing line. Amber is thrilled and thankful. She tells Katherine she will make her proud.
Victor receives the invitation to the Restless Style party, but tells Victoria he will not go.
At the coffeehouse, Kevin asks Michael what happened between him and Lauren the night before, remarking that they never fight.
At the Abot mansion, Jeff is frustrated that Lauren stayed with them. He becomes even more frustrated when Lauren tells them it might be best for her to stay a couple of extra days so that she and Michael can cool off. She goes home to pack some things and to get Phen. On her way out, she overhears a phone call to Jack from Jeff, telling Jack that he needs to take care of something before Gloria gets back. Jeff tries to tell Lauren that he is just trying to protect Gloria as he knows she doesn't like being around Jack, but Lauren doesn't buy it.
Sharon tries to contact Alistair, the actor she and Jack want to hire for the haunting.
Gloria confronts Michael at the coffeehouse, but he tells her that he and Lauren actually had a fight, and that she isn't staying with Gloria to spy on her.
Nick invites Victoria to be on the press line for the party, wearing a designer dress, and Victoria is thrilled to accept the offer. She and Sabrina go down to the warehouse to try on dresses.
Danny contacts Phyllis to tell her that he will be happy to perform at the party. Phyllis tries to contact Daniel to warn him that his father is coming to town.
Michael and Lauren talk at their home. Lauren tells him what she overheard before she left the mansion.
Sharon calls Alistair again, and he agrees to come meet with her and Jack and discuss the part they want him to play.
Adam tells Victor he thinks he should be at the party for Restless Style because he is an advertiser. Victor says he won't be attending. Later, Adam has dinner with Victor at the GCAC.
Daniel and Amber run into Nick and Danny at the coffeehouse and Daniel is not happy to see his father. Nick tells him that Phyllis has been trying to contact him. Daniel leaves angry.
Jack tells Victor that Forester may be advertising in their magazine, even after Victor's negative remarks. Victor tells Jack everyone is entitled to make mistakes, and continues to believe that the magazine will fail.
Jeff harasses Gloria to sleep with him while Lauren is out. Gloria finds John's jacket and panics while Jeff goes to get a bottle of wine.
Sharon and Jack are shocked when they meet Alistair.

Victoria Gets a New Home
Victoria gets ready for work while J.T. tells her what he plans to do with Reed. After Victoria leaves, J.T. calls Nikki and they discuss their plan to move everything from the loft into Nick and Sharon's old house while Victoria is at Newman.
Niel meets Adam in the Newman break room. When Victor arrives at Newman, Niel learns from him that Adam is his son. Victor tells Niel not to mention the father/son connection to Adam.
Gloria and Jeff are eating at the club as Jeff tells Gloria she should continue to try to outwit him. He receives a call from overseas and walks away from the table to take it. While he is gone, Gloria calls Kevin and tells him that Jeff knew about the poison all along.
When Jeff comes back, he tells Gloria she should find a different "partner in crime" because the execution of her plan was lousy.
Nick and Phyllis are in the warehouse discussing what to do with their space as Jack and Sharon arrive. Jack tells everyone he is going out to L.A. to talk with Forester about advertising in the magazine and he says Sharon should go with him. Nick and Jack go off to talk and Sharon shares with Phyllis that she is bored with the Abot Foundation. She tells Phyllis she wishes she could work full-time on the magazine with her, Jack, and Nick. Phyllis encourages her to tell Jack about her feelings, and Sharon agrees it would be best.
J.T. tells Nikki how much he appreciates her help through the difficult time Victoria had in the coma. Nikki leaves her dressing table in the house for Victoria because she knows how much Victoria loves it.
Victoria finds Adam sitting in Victor's chair when she arrives at Newman. They talk about her childhood and Adam asks her if she and Nick ever wondered about who he was. She tells him they never did because it was a difficult time in their lives.
Jeff tells Gloria he will help her get Jack and Sharon out of the Abot mansion, but she has to agree to work with him as a team. She agrees to do so.
Victoria calls Nick and tries to get him to come to Newman to meet Adam. Nick isn't interested in meeting him. Victoria tells Nick she thinks Victor is trying to give Adam his old job. This dampens Nick's spirits.
At the club, Adam is frustrated because his belongings have not arrived from New York. As he turns to walk out, he almost runs into Nikki. Nikki tells David she thinks there is something familiar about Adam, but she can't put her finger on it.

Gloria's Plan Goes Awry
Sharon and Jack return to the Abot mansion and are surprised when they find it empty.
Michael, Lauren, and Kevin discuss what may be wrong with Gloria at the coffeehouse. Kevin suggests Jeff may have poisoned her and Michael realizes Kevin helped Gloria plan the entire stunt.
J.T. and Victoria decide to move into Nick and Sharon's old house on the ranch. Nikki bumps into them at the coffeehouse and Victoria tells her the news. Nikki is a little worried that living so close to Victor may lead to less independence for the couple.
Phyllis compliments Nick's new enthusiasm. She says she won't force him to reconcile with his father because she can see how happy he is.
Victor Jr. tells Victor that his move to Genua City is strictly a business move and that he is not looking to bond with his father. Victor says he respects his decision. Victor Jr. says he wants to go by his middle name Adam at Newman.
Victor asks Adam where he is staying and he says he is staying at the Genua City Hotel. Victor offers him a place at the ranch, but Adam turns him down. Victor tells him the GCAC is a nicer place to stay and Adam thanks him for the information.
Jeff brings Gloria back to the Abot mansion and informs everyone that the doctor says nothing is wrong with Gloria except for stress and exhaustion. Kevin is visibly shocked at the news.
After Michael, Kevin, and Lauren leave the mansion, Jeff tries to escort Gloria up to bed, but Gloria pushes him away. Sharon thinks the way Gloria and Jeff act toward one another is very odd. After both Jeff and Gloria go upstairs, Sharon goes to look at the spy camera, but realizes it isn't in its usual hiding place.
Nick runs into Victoria at the coffeehouse when he goes to get dessert for himself and Phyllis. Victoria tells him that she is moving into his old house. She also informs him that she will be going back to work tomorrow. Nick is shocked at this news.
Later, Victoria and her baby, Reed, go to visit Victor at Newman. Victor is overjoyed to see Reed. Victoria tells him that she will be returning to work tomorrow. Victor tells her that he has hired Adam to take over Nick's position at Newman and Victoria is surprised to hear this.
When Phyllis picks up dinner for herself and Nick at the GCAC, Adam hits on her, not knowing that she is part of his family.
Victor makes arrangements for all of Adam's bills to be sent to him from the GCAC, even though Adam insisted on taking care of himself.
Gloria sneaks out of the Abot mansion and meets Kevin at the coffeehouse. Together, they try to figure out what went wrong with their plan. Gloria tells him that she did not feel any pain or sickness from the poisoning.
After Gloria leaves, Kevin inspects the substance in the poison bottle and realizes it has been replaced with water.
Jeff catches Gloria sneaking back into the Abot mansion and he informs her that he switched the poison with water, and that is why nothing showed up in her blood at the hospital.
